What is different about the Florida law that federal judges are striking it down?

A U.S. judge on Wednesday struck down a Florida rule and a statute that banned state Medicaid payments for transgender healthcare, marking the second defeat in two weeks for anti-transgender legislation in the state.

U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle declared the state’s practices invalid, saying they violated the constitutional right to equal protection under the 14th amendment in addition to violating the federal Medicaid statue and the Affordable Care Act’s prohibition of sex discrimination.

The injunction was expected after Hinkle on June 6 partially blocked Florida from enforcing its recent ban on people under 18 receiving gender-affirming care such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy.

Haha.

U.S. district court judges elsewhere have blocked state laws banning gender-affirming care in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana and Oklahoma.

Republican lawmakers introduced more than 500 bills restricting LGBTQ rights this past legislative year, passing more than 70, according to Human Rights Campaign. Twenty states have passed laws banning gender-affirming care for minors.

Sponsors of the laws say they want to protect children who are being misled by parents and doctors and might regret their gender transition.

Hinkle in his 54-page ruling said “many people with this view tend to disapprove all things transgender and so oppose medical care that supports a person’s transgender existence.”

“The elephant in the room should be noted at the outset. Gender identity is real. The record makes this clear,” the judge wrote after a two-week trial.

Well, that is a really extreme judge, who is clearly himself a child molester.

I just looked him up and he is 71, appointed by Bill Clinton.

So maybe we can’t blame old Meatball for this one.

Overall, Meatball’s policies are fine enough. My point about him has been that his policies are the same as 15 other red state governors, and actually, many of those governors who you’ve never thought about or heard about are much better. The media was never pushing for the governors of Iowa or Montana to be president, despite the fact that their records on everything are twice as good as that of DeSantis.

Probably most Republican governors moved faster and better than Meatwad on covid and trannies and black rioters.

I have seen retards on the right who argue that DeSantis is “uniquely remarkable.” This is completely false. I’ve seen retards talk about his “remarkable record on covid.” Meatball did the lockdowns. Seven (7) different governors refused to do even the initial “two weeks to flatten the curve” hoax. DeSantis went buckwild for almost a year. He also promoted the vax, and then his vax “mandate ban” wasn’t even real and a whole bunch of Floridians lost their jobs.

To be fair, Montana was the only state that did a real mandate ban, but 15 other states did the same thing DeSantis did. His original anti-tranny school bill was worse than the anti-tranny school bills of at least a dozen states, though he replaced that recently. But for over a year, he was being shown up on that front by Brian Kemp.

The Disney stuff has just gotten retarded, he picked all these fights and lost, and now is bogged down and keeps on losing.

The best thing he did, by far, was manage the 2022 election so that there wasn’t massive fraud. That is really the only thing I’ll give to him. A California teen who formerly identified as transgender is backing a Florida rule blocking Medicaid funds from paying for medical interventions for gender dysphoria — emotionally telling a hearing that she “didn’t understand” the ramifications and may now be at increased risk for some cancers.

Chloe Cole, who decided she was transgender at 12 and underwent a double mastectomy three years later, spoke at a public hearing Friday in favor of Rule 59G-1.050, which would restrict Medicaid funding for transgender drugs and procedures.

“I really didn’t understand all of the ramifications of any of the medical decisions that I was making,” Cole, now 17, said at the hearing, according to Fox News.

“Medicalization of minors with gender dysphoria might advance the political views of physicians involved in their care, but the data showing any benefits for the actual children is extraordinarily thin,” Ladapo told Fox News. “The affirmation model runs an unacceptably high risk of harm.”

However, some published studies have shown benefits of gender-affirming medical interventions, including lower odds of depression and suicide.

“These data add to existing evidence suggesting that gender-affirming care may be associated with improving well-being among [transgender and nonbinary] youths over a short period, which is important given mental health disparities experienced by this population, particularly the high levels of self-harm and suicide,” read the February study published in the National Library of Medicine.

Another study found that retransitions are rare. Just 7.3% of youth had retransitioned at least once 5 years after their initial social transition, according to the research published in May by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

The Trump administration told U.S. states on Thursday they can for the first time move toward imposing work or job training requirements on people as a condition for obtaining health insurance under the Medicaid government program for the poor.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued guidance making it easier for states to design and propose test programs that implement such requirements. States must propose such changes through waivers and receive federal approval.

Democrats and health advocacy groups blasted the policy and said it would make it more difficult for the most vulnerable Americans to have access to healthcare services. The Southern Poverty Law Center liberal advocacy group said it plans to file a legal challenge against the administration.

Is “vulnerable” the new word for “parasite”?

I don’t have to tell Daily Stormer readers that the overwhelming majority of welfare leeches are nonwhite. Banning the practice of welfare leeching would also help the immigration problem. If these people are not allowed to come here and then loaf around on welfare, many, many less of them are going to bother coming at all.

Furthermore, it will force women to rethink marriage.

Right now, single women are able to feed off of the system, and removing that ability would reinvigorate the family unit. Today the Senate unveiled legislation aimed to fix the failure that is Obamacare. At the same time, a small group of cripples and retards staged a “die-in” protest against it outside of Mitch McConnell’s office.

On the day that GOP senators released their version of legislation to repeal and replace Obamacare, protesters staged Thursday a sit-in in front of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s office.

The protesters, some of whom were in wheelchairs, were there to voice their opposition to health care legislation that would make deep cuts to Medicaid. They called their protest a “die-in.”

One video showed people chanting, “No cuts to Medicaid, save our liberty!”

As a general rule of thumb, I agree that it is not right to make fun of cripples or retards. This however is a definite exception. These people were hysterically protesting a piece of legislation that they hadn’t even read. They deserve to be mocked for going through with this.

Neither the West Point website nor an accompanying article detailing this year’s event makes any connection between that event and the mandate of West Point to educate and train young men and women to be officers in the U.S. Army. Neither was there any suggestion that discrimination against transgendered people is an issue at the Academy.

Many more died due to bias and hatred based on gender identity and expression. They were killed for coming out to friends and family, for being who they are. Their lives were cut too short unnecessarily.”

Dosh insisted, “Our society, our police forces, our governments and the media largely ignore transgender hate crimes.”

Cadet Dosh was joined at the podium by the keynote speaker Amanda Simpson, the deputy assistant secretary of defense for operational energy. Simpson said that she “did not want to here because we are going to read some of the names of the hundreds of transgender men and women who died of violent means in the past 12 months…But any way you count it, the fact remains; transgender men and women — especially transgender women of color — continue to experience violence at alarmingly high rates and are often targets for fatal hate violence.”

There is an element of truth to the idea that “transgender women of color” are in special danger of being murdered. That is because most trannies are murdered by blacks, who in the heat of the moment will pork anything with a pulse (and sometimes not), and then when they realize they’ve been duped by some duct tape and a bad wig, they fly into a rage and murder said trickster. I can’t say I blame them.

The worst element of this Jewish exacerbation of mental illness is that it is being institutionally spread. Recently , the Jewish federal judge Jed Saul Rakoff commanded New York State to cover transexual surgeries for minors under Medicaid, no questions asked. Rakoff also has succeeded in getting the public to finance superficial work like boob jobs for trannies.

New York is the latest state to grapple with the issue, with three recent court decisions extending Medicaid coverage to trans people. In March 2015, the New York State Department of Health announced that Medicaid could cover some “medically necessary” services, a common designation used by insurers. Four months later, U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff ruled that Medicaid must also cover procedures the state had previously called “cosmetic,” including breast augmentation and tracheal shaving. However, these decisions still excluded coverage for people under 18 years old.

That changed in October of this year, when the New York State Department of Health filed a proposed rule that would extend its Medicaid coverage to treating gender dysphoria in individuals under 18. The department cannot officially adopt the rule until Dec. 5, after it has considered public comments. But the New York State Department of Health intends to move forward, according to a spokesman.

The original lawsuit was filed in June 2014 by the Legal Aid Society, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and the Sylvia Rivera Law Project against the state Department of Health. In March 2015, the state health department lifted the ban, though Medicaid still didn’t cover all procedures. Over the next 18 months, the state gradually included more treatments.

But the health department opposed extending Medicaid coverage to transgender youths. Lawyers for the health department argued the medical community hadn’t reached a consensus on whether medications and surgeries intended to treat gender dysphoria were safe or effective for minors.

In particular, the medical materials presented by each party differed on what surgeries are necessary, U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff said.

Because of the disagreement, Judge Rakoff decided the case should go to trial on the age matter. Then eight days before the trial, the health department notified the public it would change the policy.

At an October hearing, Judge Rakoff questioned the reasoning for the request, saying, “If, as a matter of constitutional law, a black child was entitled to be admitted to the schools of Little Rock, Ark., after the Brown v. Board of Education decision, the Arkansas Legislature could not, I think with a straight face, say, ‘We’ll wait till our procedure plays itself out.’ ”

About the state’s previous changes, he said: “In fact, one might make the argument it’s only when the court has pushed this case forward that they have reconsidered their previous position.”

In November, the judge handed down his decision.

This week, a health department spokeswoman said the regulation would make “transgender care and services available, regardless of an individual’s age, when such care and services are medically necessary to treat the individual’s gender dysphoria.”

Somehow, you must be at least 18 years old to buy a pack of cigarettes due to potential health problems they cause down the line, yet an irreversible surgery demanded by a crazy person that mutilates and re-engineers their body is deemed fit by Judge Rakoff to be a decision children are capable of making, and for free. It’s no secret that this surgery and lifestyle shaves dozens of years off your life due to both long-term complications from the numerous hormones, body modifications, and drugs required to “change” your sex, and that’s only if you don’t die of AIDS, suicide, or drug abuse – especially pronounced within the transsexual wing of the LGBTP “community.”

The needlessly destructive process the public is expected to cover amounts to several 10’s of thousands of dollars, all while countless millions struggle to receive decent health care for actual problems.

Yet again, a Jew purposely facilitates the misery and death of Gentile children who are victims of abuse or need therapy, under the lying disguise of Tikkun Olam! There are only 700,000 transexuals in all of America, yet interact with our culture, NGOs, academia, and entertainment industry, and you’ll see billions of dollars worth of activism used to normalize trannies and make you think there’s many more.

The former East Hartford doctor convicted of sexually assaulting a patient has pleaded no contest to billing Medicaid for the appointment during which the assault occurred, according to a press release from the state Division of Criminal Justice.

Edwin Njoku, 53, was convicted today of second-degree larceny by defrauding a public community, a felony, and 18 months were added to his existing sentence of five years in prison.

Njoku is charged with billing Medicaid $37.48 for medical treatment that his patient never received after he sexually assaulted her in his office in 2011, according to the release.

In August, he was convicted of misdemeanor sexual assault and tampering with a witness, but acquitted of raping the female patient, a Medicaid recipient.

Njoku’s license to practice was revoked last year.
