I’m always humbled at the real world effects of my little Jew-hate website.

We are now playing a central role in a major suit against Cloudflare. They lost their ability to claim neutrality when they kicked us off, and the porno people who had their copyright violated are demanding recompense.

You see, the porno people were asking Cloudflare to block sites that were illegally distributing their porno content, and Prince said he only ever blocked people with a court order. But he had no court order when he blocked me. So they’re saying “so what is your thing then? You block legal political content but you won’t block illegal copyright violating content?”

Torrent Freak:

Last summer Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince decided to terminate the account of controversial neo-Nazi site Daily Stormer.

“I woke up this morning in a bad mood and decided to kick them off the Internet,” he announced.

It was later explained that the move was meant as an ‘intellectual exercise’ to start a conversation regarding censorship and free speech on the internet. In this respect, it was a success, but the discussion went much further than Prince had intended.

Cloudflare always had a policy not to remove any accounts without a court order, so when this was exceeded, eyebrows were raised. In particular, copyright holders wondered why the company could terminate this account but not those of the most notorious pirate sites.

The Daily Stormer removal also became an issue in the piracy liability case adult entertainment publisher ALS Scan had filed previously. After Cloudflare’s CEO was questioned on the matter, it could now be brought up before a jury during the trial as well.

This is something Cloudflare would like to avoid, it appears. A few days ago the company asked the court to exclude any hate group related evidence or arguments from the trial.

“Cloudflare respectfully asks this Court to exclude any evidence or arguments that ALS intends to offer relating to Cloudflare’s services, including termination or non-termination of services, to hate groups,” the company writes.

“This includes but is not limited to services that Cloudflare historically provided to the Daily Stormer website, and Cloudflare’s decision to terminate services to that website following the tragic events that took place in Charlottesville, Virginia in August 2017.”

For the record, I actually agree with Matthew Prince’s “intellectual exercise,” although it caused me a lot of problems.

I actually wrote about this earlier today.

He started a discussion about the role of private companies in controlling what people are and are not allowed to say on the internet, which I believe is clearly going to end with an outcome I want. The government is going to get involved, and give us an internet bill of rights.

The CDN provider adds that the Daily Stormer removal had nothing to do with copyright and is therefore irrelevant. The main reason the company decided to terminate the Daily Stormer account was that the site suggested that Cloudflare supported its views.

To prevent any guilt by association or distracting emotional impact, the CDN provider urges the court to prohibit the issue from being raised at trial.

lol

That was part of the ruse, of course. Prince cited a random comment on forum and said “they” as if every commenter on the site represents the views of “the site.” He then switched up his argument several times and settled on the “intellectual exercise” thing.

I think that was in reality his original goal.

But it is probably going to cost him a settlement to the porno people. And then if the porno people win, he’s going to have to censor for anyone who claims copyright, because it is going to set a precedent.

That sucks for him, but it’s fair enough after the shit he put me through – even if it was for the greater good or whatever.

Meme gods + angering = getting your shit all fucked up.

TO BE CLEAR FOR THE COURT: I nor any other employee of this site ever suggest that Cloudflare supported my views. A random person on the forum joked about it. There was never any “guilt by association,” that is a fake argument. Ask him for the source. It was a commenter, and something I am immune from responsibility for under CDA.

LOLLLLLLLL

I’m not going to visit the site (they don’t have a Wikipedia page) because I refuse to ever look at pornographic imagery under any circumstance. But I would absolutely assume that ALS Scan is run by a bunch of kikes. Virtually every single porno company is.

And they are deposing Cloudflare – and CEO Matthew Prince himself – over refusal to remove a site with copyrighted content, while going ahead and removing our site under dubious circumstances.

“The Case of the Missing Stormer” is going to be cited in a lot of lawsuits in the future. What I can’t wait for is when it is cited in a case against the rat bastards at ICANN and/or the sickening Department of Commerce that agreed to give up control of ICANN to an “international body.”

But for now, this porno case is good for a serious LOL.

Torrent Freak:

Last month Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince decided to terminate the account of controversial neo-Nazi site Daily Stormer.

“I woke up this morning in a bad mood and decided to kick them off the Internet,” he announced.

While the decision is understandable from an emotional point of view, it’s quite a statement to make as the CEO of one of the largest Internet infrastructure companies. Not least because it goes directly against what many saw as Cloudflare’s core values.

For years on end, Cloudflare has been asked to remove terrorist propaganda, pirate sites, and other controversial content. Each time, Cloudflare replied that it doesn’t take action without a court order. No exceptions.

In addition, Cloudflare repeatedly stressed that it was impossible for them to remove a website from the Internet, at least not permanently. It would only require a simple DNS reconfiguration to get it back up and running.

While the Daily Stormer case has nothing to do with piracy or copyright infringement, it’s now being brought up as important evidence in an ongoing piracy liability case. Adult entertainment publisher ALS Scan views Prince as a “key witness” in the case and wants to depose Cloudflare’s CEO to find out more about his decision.

“Mr. Prince’s statement to the public that Cloudflare kicked neo-Nazis off the internet stand in sharp contrast to Cloudflare’s testimony in this case, where it claims it is powerless to remove content from the Internet,” ALS Scan writes.

The above is part of a recent submission where both parties argue over whether Prince can be deposed or not. Cloudflare wants to prevent this from happening and claims it’s unnecessary, but the adult publisher disagrees.

“By his own admissions, Mr. Prince’s decision to terminate certain users’ accounts was ‘arbitrary,’ the result of him waking up ‘in a bad mood,’ and a decision he made unilaterally as ‘CEO of a major Internet infrastructure corporation’.

“Mr. Prince has made it clear that he is the one who determines the circumstances under which Cloudflare will terminate a user’s account,” ALS Scan adds.

For its part, Cloudflare says that the CEO’s deposition is not needed. This is backed up by a declaration where Prince emphasizes that he has no unique knowledge on the company’s DMCA and repeat infringer policies, issues that directly relate to the case at hand.

…

The adult publisher, however, harps on the fact that the CEO arbitrarily decided to remove one site from the service, while requiring court orders in other instances. They quote from a Wall Street Journal (WSJ) article he wrote and highlight the ‘kick off the internet’ claim, which contradicts earlier statements.

Cloudflare’s lawyers contend that the WSJ article in question was meant to kick off a conversation and shouldn’t be taken literally.

“The WSJ Article was intended as an intellectual exercise to start a conversation regarding censorship and free speech on the internet. The WSJ Article had nothing to do with copyright infringement issues or Cloudflare’s DMCA policy and procedure.

“When Mr. Prince stated in the WSJ Article that ‘[he] helped kick a group of neo-Nazis off the internet last week,’ his comments were intended to illustrate a point – not to be taken literally,” Cloudflare’s legal team adds.

He’s since changed this position to “I did it because of Jewish money.”

These court documents are from last month and are just now getting reported on.

The deposition of Trey Guinn, a technical employee at Cloudflare, confirms that the company doesn’t have the power to cut a site off the Internet. It further suggests that the entire removal of Daily Stormer was in essence a provocation to start a conversation around freedom of speech.

From Guinn’s deposition
Still, since the lawsuit in question revolves around terminating customers, ALS Scan wants to depose Price to find out exactly when clients are terminated, and why he decided to go beyond Couldflare’s usual policy.

“No other employee can testify to Mr. Prince’s decision-making process when it comes to terminating a user’s access. No other employee can offer an explanation as to why The Daily Stormer’s account was terminated while repeat infringers’ accounts are allowed to remain.

“In a case where Mr. Prince’s personal judgment appears to govern even over Cloudflare’s own policies and procedures, Cloudflare cannot meet its heavy burden of demonstrating why he should not be deposed,” ALS Scan’s lawyers add.

I will be very interested to hear his explanation.

Was it because of the first thing?

That he thought Andrew Anglin was an asshole?

Because I can provide the court with comprehensive documentation proving conclusively that Andrew Anglin is not an asshole, Andrew Anglin is in fact a very nice person.

We can also show that I never said Matthew Prince was a secret Nazi like he said in his statement and told VICE News – some random person in the comments section said this, which means nothing.

Meaning that his decision was most certainly not based on facts of any sort.

I want Matthew Prince to be humiliated and I want to see his company collapse.

He claimed much more influence than he actually had – in fact, getting the site back online after he dropped me was very quick using Bitmitigate, a company sure to become the standard in DDoS protection. My issue continues to revolve around domains.

However, he became the public face of my internet ban through his incessant whinging and playing at the media. And he is in a position where he is supporting child molesters – who do things like discuss places to find unaccompanied children, ostensibly to “watch” them – as well as ISIS, while claiming that a totally legit political commentary site shouldn’t be on the internet because we said a mean thing about a fat bitch that had a heart attack at a political rally.

By claiming that he did have the authority to kick us off, he became the perceived authority. Thus, he must pay the piper.

Not one person bought Matthew Prince’s claim that he helped destroy the principle of net neutrality forever simply because he was in a “bad mood.”

His various op-eds and interviews given after succumbing to demands by Israeli hackers to stop protecting The Daily Stormer’s legal speech from cyber terrorism revealed a conflicted man with a guilty conscience.

Now it seems he is finally opening about what really happened: he’s planning to get rich quick on (((Wall Street))) and is deathly afraid speculators will sink his future IPO.

His new internet philosophy? A bunch of armpit-stained Jewish stock brokers get the veto!

CNBC:

The CEO who pulled the final plug on the neo-Nazi web site Daily Stormer said he removed it from his company’s Internet service to protect his firm’s business in the run-up to a potential initial public offering (IPO).

“We were worried that people would say, ‘We won’t work with you anymore,'” Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince told CNBC.

“We had to have the conversation now because at some point we’ll be a public company. We had to prompt that discussion,” said Prince, who added “we want to be ready internally by July 2018,” for a possible stock offering.

Cloudflare now has more than 500 workers and plans to have at least 600 by the end of 2017, said Prince, who declined to share business details such as revenue or the company’s growth rate.

Cloudflare offers services that make companies’ web sites faster and more reliable. In the case of Daily Stormer, Cloudflare was providing a service that made it harder for attackers to take it offline with what’s known as a denial-of-service attack, where a web site is flooded with fake requests.

…

That’s because Cloudflare had a policy, stated on its own website, that it would not terminate a customer or take down content “due to political pressure.”

The stance in favor of free speech put the company in the crosshairs of those who said it was being sympathetic to violent, right-wing groups.

“We were stuck. We had this problem, [and] were very alone,” Prince told CNBC, as he sat on the rooftop of his company’s headquarters in San Francisco during the company’s annual Internet Summit in September.

But then comments from others forced the hand of Prince, who co-founded the company with COO Michelle Zatlyn in mid-2009.

First, another CEO “whom I admire,” Prince said, tweeted that Cloudlare should boot the Daily Stormer off its services, as its rivals had done.

Prince called up the fellow executive, whom he declined to name, and during the discussion, this person made a “thoughtful, rational argument.”

Who are these groups knocking on their door day and night demanding to know why they protect “ring-wing groups” from Israeli cyber terrorism?

Who is the CEO telling him to the pull the plug or risk attacks on his company’s stock?

Who? WHO?

All Prince has to do to save the First Amendment is publish the letters, give us the names, detail the corporate collusion. There is stuff going on behind the scenes in Silicon Valley that is probably illegal.

Instead he chooses to violate his company’s own policy in hopes of making lots of easy money.

These scumbags need to be exposed as the primary force behind the rapid erosion of free speech in America. If what is happening to Andrew Anglin was happening to an Iranian dissident, every “human rights” group on earth would be complaining loudly.

Jewish money and Gentile’s who prostitute themselves are the two greatest evils responsible for the collapse of Western civilization.

Protocol VII articulates it well:

“The intensification of armaments, the increase of police forces – are all essential for the completion of the aforementioned plans. What we have to get at is that there should be in all the States of the world, besides ourselves, only the masses of the proletariat, a few millionaires devoted to our interests, police and soldiers.”

Sound familiar? They want their borderless, raceless, genderless and cultureless slave state, and if they’re not stopped soon they will get it!

[Editor’s Note: How amazing is it that these money Jews only wanted one single site banned? Every other “racist anti-Semitic neo-Nazi White Supremacist hate site” is also protected by Cloudflare, and we’re the only ones that got kicked off. What does that tell you? Hopefully it tells you that we’re the ones you should be donating to and keeping online. We’ve now got a credit card option.]

We need to remove the US from the “free” column, it seems, as they are willing to allow private companies to kill free speech. The government allowing private companies to do this is absolutely no different than them doing it themselves. It is a technicality.

Daily Stormer’s banning from the internet did have to do with our ideas. These ideas are powerful. And they have triumphed over the ideas of the Jews, to the point where it is now impossible for leftists to argue in good faith.

Their only ability to defend their position is through appeal to emotion, outright lies and censorship.

However, our being banned from the internet was not an issue of ideas for people who believe in free speech. It was an issue of free speech.

Absolutely anyone could have come to the defense of the Stormer and said “I really despise their ideas, but we have to defend them because if we don’t than this can happen to anyone.” And a lot of people did that. I am very thankful.

However, some did not. For some of the supposed defenders of freedom of speech, the silence was deafening.

To this day, neither Alex Jones or Stefan Molyneux – two figures who have put themselves out there as defenders of free speech – have mentioned my name or the name of this website, let alone reached out to give me a platform to talk about being unpersoned. That is not something I am going to forget, and I hope that you don’t either. Of course, if this had happened to them, I would have come to their defense. And if it does happen to them, I will come to their defense still. But it should be understood that both these men are frauds. They do not believe in their stated principles.

Those who do not talk about freedom of speech non-stop had less of an obligation to come to our defense than Jones and Molyneux. Of course, they can fall back on the idea that “oh but it was just private companies so it’s their right.” But we all know this is bullshit. Without it even being explained why it is bullshit (government refusing to regulate), it is on the face of it bullshit.

Not an argument.

I think Julian Assange – who doesn’t come from an anarcho-capitalist position – had the biggest obligation, and I don’t think he did enough. Though he did do a little, and I do appreciate that.

I’m going to do lists of people who supported us and who did not. If someone is not on one of these lists, I don’t know if they did or not.

Also, I’m just going to leave actual Alt-Right people off the list, and assume that they all supported me. I haven’t been paying total attention. But of course, TRS did.

People who supported me:

People who did not support me:

  • Alex Jones
  • Stefan Molyneux
  • Mark Dice
  • Sargon of Akkad
  • Paul Joseph Watson
  • Jack Posobiec
  • Anyone from The Rebel Media
  • ACLU

Someone said to me that Sargon made some comment in a livestream. Okay, fine. He should have made an entire video, given his stated principles.

With regards to The Rebel Media – Laura Loomer actually helped get more of our shit shut down, then did a video with Gavin McInnes wherein McInnes referred to us as terrorists and compared us to ISIS.

Moving Forward

The very most important thing that we must do right now as a political movement and as a nation is force government regulation of tech companies.

What my unpersoning proved is that private companies now have the power to arbitrarily shut down anyone whose speech they view as morally wrong. How can we trust companies with no due process to simply be judge, jury and executioner of free speech?

Why are we even in this position?

These companies should have been regulated a decade ago, at least.

Instead of the government regulating Google, Google is regulating the world. It is the most powerful company that ever existed in all of history, and it is deciding what people are allowed to believe and think.

And in all honesty, I think this is somewhere where we should be able to come together with the left. At least I would hope so. After all, Trump is President. And Trump is right-wing (and we hope he remains that way).

The company that is now registering this current domain name, Dreamhost, recently went to war with the Trump administration to keep private the IP addresses of an anti-Trump group that was hosted on their servers.

The Guardian:

The US government has backed away from an effort to obtain personal information about 1.3m visitors to an anti-Trump website, following a public outcry over what was widely perceived as a “fishing expedition” for political dissidents.

Federal prosecutors on Tuesday substantially narrowed the scope of a search warrant seeking information related to a website, www.disruptj20.org, that was used to coordinate protests during Donald Trump’s inauguration.

The original warrant sought every piece of information possessed by website-hosting company DreamHost related to the site, including the IP addresses of the site’s 1.3m visitors. The revised warrant excludes the IP addresses of visitors as well as unpublished blogposts or other media.

“The government has now withdrawn entirely its unlawful and highly problematic request for any data relating to the visitors of the website and any unpublished data subject to the Privacy Protection Act,” a DreamHost attorney, Raymond Aghaian, said by email. “This is a tremendous win for DreamHost, its users and the public.”

This is an issue different than free speech, but it is against one of the fundamental principles of the internet, which is privacy. I am certainly willing to stand with the anti-Trump leftists in their battle to protect internet privacy.

I don’t even have to spend 2 seconds thinking about it. While I believe that Antifa is a terrorist group that should be banned in the United States, I do not think that principles regarding the way the internet is supposed to work should be violated in order to get that done.

Trump’s administration was wrong, period.

Just as GoDaddy, Google and Cloudflare (among others) were wrong for what they did to me.

The concept of the internet is something that we absolutely should all be able to come together in support of. Without anyone needing to think twice.

And that is what we need to do now.

The only people who would see free speech on the internet destroyed are those who believe that their only way to maintain power is through its destruction. And if the leftists believe in their own ideas, then they should be able to say: “yes, we all deserve the same rights on the internet.”

In order to maintain those rights, we need the government to step in and begin regulating Silicon Valley.

There is no other solution.

Also Going Forward

We need to go after the companies that censored me and yet are protecting pedophiles.

That is important.

Forcing anti-speech corporations to do mass bannings will then make them desire government regulation.

At the very least, we need to make it known to the people that large corporations are making the argument that political satire criticizing the ruling elite is worse than child molestation. Because that is presently the position of GoDaddy, Google, eNom and Cloudflare.

It was a mob who lobbied to shut down our speech.

Now it is time to form our own mob.

Matthew Prince Cloudflare

Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince visits his friends at the totally morally-defensible “Young City” pedophile site he protects from DDoS attacks.

When Namecheap pulled our site and then issued a partial apology, I think they meant it. That is to say, they were genuinely sorry for all the money they are going to lose for being known as a company that believes it has the moral authority to kick people off of the internet for politically incorrect humor and extreme opinions.

What the pedo-provider Matthew Prince, CEO of Cloudflare is doing is something altogether different.

What he did was smart. Or rather, clever.

He first wrote a memo saying he banned Daily Stormer arbitrarily because he was in a bad mood and he thinks we’re assholes. Then he leaked that to Gizmodo (I assume he did, or at the very least knew someone else would).

Then he gave a weird statement on his blog about how he shut us down because we said he was a Nazi. He gave no source on that. It’s a nonsensical “reason” even if it’s true (it’s possible it could have been written somewhere as a joke in the history of this site, but I certainly don’t remember it and it is definitely the kind of claim that needs to be sourced).

Now, he is doing a media tour, where he starts out by saying “maybe I was wrong… I have too much power.” It’s meant to put you off. This “oh I am but a humble man” bit. If he was really genuinely concerned about free speech, he wouldn’t have banned me in the first place. And if he was genuinely regretting it, he would simply admit he made a mistake and offer to allow me back on his services.

But no. After greasing you up with the “humble man” shtick, he begins talking about how maybe the government needs to regulate speech on the internet. But then, in every interview I’ve read (5-6 of them) he pivots into  – “oh or maybe some kind of body of people who are not the government, but where there are representatives from both the SPLC and the EFF, and it is decided what people are allowed to say and what they are not allowed to say.”

Literally.

A Jewish council in charge of regulating speech on the internet.

Geek Wire:

I am not sure whether what we did with respect to The Daily Stormer was the right decision but I am extremely happy that we’re at least having a conversation about it now. Whatever policy we end up with after this is all done, hopefully it has more legitimacy because it wasn’t decided, you know in a room in CloudFlare’s office by a handful of our executives. It was decided in consultation with our customers, internet content creators, internet consumers, civil society organizations ranging from the EFF and the ACLU on one side to the Southern Poverty Law Center on the other. Just the mere act of having that conversation makes the policy more transparent and if it is more transparent it has more legitimacy.

Along with an endless stream of interviews with anyone who calls him, he wrote an article about this yesterday for the Wall Street Journal.

In it, he claims that I am the single exception – implying that he is going to keep protecting pedophiles. Because he’s totally neutral – except for politically incorrect fat jokes by evil Nazi racist White Supremacist skin-color-haters.

Before terminating the Daily Stormer, Cloudflare’s policy had been to stay neutral to the content that used our network. We’d comply with the law in the jurisdictions where we operate, but we wouldn’t bow to political or public pressure to boot anyone off our network. And make no mistake, there is pressure: Hackers actually tweeted to us asking that we get out of the way so they could take down the Daily Stormer.

When standing up to government requests or angry Twitter demands to silence unpopular speech, it was powerful to be able to say we’d never terminated a customer due to political pressure. I’m not sure we can say that anymore.

I’d like to fall back on the First Amendment. I’m the son of a journalist. I grew up with discussions around the dinner table on the importance of freedom of speech. But the First Amendment doesn’t compel private companies to let anyone broadcast on their platforms. Moreover, Cloudflare operates infrastructure in 70 countries, few of which have anything approaching American-style speech protections.

Yet in all nations, there is (or should be) a reasonable expectation of due process. It is the idea that no one is penalized without first receiving a fair hearing and a fair shake. In civilized societies, the law is applied equally by independent decision makers, not capriciously by mobs and tyrants.

Did we meet the standard of due process in this case? I worry we didn’t. And at some level I’m not sure we ever could. It doesn’t sit right to have a private company, invisible but ubiquitous, making editorial decisions about what can and cannot be online. The pre-internet analogy would be if Ma Bell listened in on phone calls and could terminate your line if it didn’t like what you were talking about.

Cloudflare is an expert at stopping cyberattacks, but we do not have the expertise to pass judgment on which of our 20 trillion monthly internet requests is racist, reprehensible or offensive. Even if we could solve the technical challenge of filtering them out, hidden behind the scenes is a problem of political legitimacy.

We’re going to have a long debate at Cloudflare to think these issues over. But terminating the Daily Stormer is likely to be the exception that proves the importance of content neutrality. My moral compass alone should not determine who gets to stay online.

This is the most hypocritical tripe I have ever bore witness to.

But here’s the thing, “Pedo-Provider”: The government already has a system to regulate speech. It’s called the United States Constitution.

Cloudflare very easily could have held the position that he will protect any speech protected by the First Amendment, and won’t budge on that. Now Prince has gotten himself into a situation where he is banning “Nazis” while protecting pedophiles.

But he says it’s not his job, he shouldn’t have to deal with the mob.

Well, okay.

Fine.

The government should regulate him then. DDoS protection is now critical infrastructure. All critical infrastructure should be protected by the government. Steve Bannon said this before the shuttening happened, presumably because he was aware that it was already planned, by the SPLC, the ADL and the heads of tech companies (who also have a massive interest in squelching dissent). It was planned to find some OUTRAGEOUS soundbyte from the Daily Stormer, drum up a mob, demand I be shut down, set a precedent.

And you see, Prince of Pedos is a part of this plan.

He dropped us in the way he did – then did this whole “oh but I shouldn’t have this power” bit – in order to push the conversation toward this idea of some type of extra-governmental council to regulate speech on the internet. Because speech on the internet, apparently, is different than speech on the street, speech in print, speech anywhere else and it needs to be censored by an organization going beyond what applies to all other forms of speech.

Because after all, it’s all privately owned, goyim. If you wanted to have free speech on the internet, then you should have been a tech investor in the early 90s, so that you could now be a billionaire controlling one of the most powerful companies in the world.

The Good News

It didn’t work this time.

People are reacting extremely negatively to this, and if they keep pushing forward and continue pressuring companies to put me offline, there is going to be a revolt. They thought that they could do it to me, the most hated man (most hated because I am accused of being a hater, ironically), right in the wake of that road rage and/or automotive self-defense incident. But now, after I’ve been offline a week, people are like, “wait, hold on a second – what just happened? Did you just erase someone from the internet for their political beliefs? How is this real?”

I think we’re going to be back online, with our .com returned to us, relatively shortly.

Though I have criticized Alex Jones and Stefan Molyneux for not coming to my aid here – and I am utterly disgusted by this, frankly, because it isn’t “to my aid” it is “to the aid of the concept of free speech on the internet itself” – many, many others have.

Tucker Carlson did two pieces on it. The comments on the WSJ op-ed are vicious.

People are raising hell, because everyone knows this doesn’t stop at Daily Stormer. It goes to the rest of the far-right, then it goes to just normal Christians, and ultimately the internet is sanitized of everything to the right of hardcore Marxism.

However, this is all still coming.

Unless the government steps in and does what it should have done a long time ago and regulate Google and other fundamental infrastructure of the internet in the same way that it regulates every other public utility.

And Just to be Clear About Prince

It is technically possible that his goal with this whole circus show – and it was a circus show, “I woke up in a bad mood” is the stupidest bullshit I’ve heard yet – is to try and get government regulation, rather than an SPLC-run “watchdog” determining what is right and wrong think. However, if that were the case, I don’t know why he ever even would have mentioned the idea of an SPLC body.

Maybe he’s Machiavelli’s The Prince? Kinda doubt it tho. Most likely he’s just doing exactly what he’s been told to do by Jews.

If he is doing this to try and save free speech by pushing for government oversight of the tech industry, then he’s a real super-champ, because if he was smart enough to game all of that out, then he is smart enough to have gamed out the fact that I would bring up the pedophile thing.

We shall see.

But one of my signature campaigns is going to now be pushing for the government to regulate these tech companies as public utilities.

Cloudflare Explicitly Condoning “Young City” Pedophile Chat and Other Pedophile Havens https://www.anglinarchive.com/2017/08/23/cloudflare-explicitly-condoning-young-city-pedophile-chat-and-other-pedophile-havens/ Wed, 23 Aug 2017 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

So here’s the deal: if you maintain absolute neutrality, as virtually all internet-backbone tech companies did before last week, you are not endorsing or condemning anything. However, when you begin censoring content for moral reasons – as Registrars GoDaddy, Google and Namecheap along with DDoS protection service Cloudflare started doing last week – you are then explicitly condoning all content you do not censor.

Cloudflare – along with GoDaddy and Enom – is now explicitly condoning pedophile advocacy.

youngcity.org

This is a chat site for pedophiles, both boy and girl “lovers.” The site is registration only. These types of forums generally include location information on where to find children and watch them.

world-unity.net

The homosexual pedophile wiki site BoyWiki gives this description of the site:

World-Unity.net is a new social network site (facebookish style) created for not only boylovers but also other Minor Attracted Persons and persons with “alternative sexualities”. The goal of this site is to bring the world of BL, GL, CL, diaper lover, and other alternative sexualities together in one place.

The site also allows pedophiles to arrange meetup events with one another.

virped.org

“Virtuous Pedophiles” actually has its own Wikipedia page, and was written up in the New York Times by Margo Kaplan. This site is different from the above two sites which are protected by Cloudflare, as it does not openly promote sex with prepubescent children.

Ostensibly, the site is designed to promote the idea that not all pedophiles are child molesters, and so should not be hated by society, instead viewed as mentally ill.

You can take that as you like, but it should be put in the context that the exact same arguments were made about homosexuality before it was promoted as good and wholesome. Many, myself included, view this attempt to promote acceptance of pedophiles as victims of a mental illness rather than dangerous, diseased individuals, is a step on the road to normalizing the behavior.

I am absolutely certain that you could find more pedophile advocacy sites protected by Cloudflare if you looked, but it isn’t really necessary. The point is proven by two sites which support sex with children and one which claims that pedophiles are victims who should be accepted by society as long as they don’t touch children: Cloudflare, while viewing the Daily Stormer as so morally evil as to not deserve to be on the internet, views pedophile advocacy as morally acceptable.

Context

It should be clear that discussions of pedophilia are currently viewed as protected speech, as is advocacy for the legalization of pedophilia. In fact, it is legal for men to write about places to go and look for unaccompanied children, as long as they don’t advocate committing crimes against the children (lawyer blog post about that here).

This is the sort of thing that is discussed on these sites: best places to watch children. Cloudflare endorses this as morally acceptable.

I also want to make it clear that I do not believe that basic necessary services such as these registrars and Cloudflare should involve themselves with anything to do with morality enforcement – I don’t think they should have banned these pedophile sites. Perhaps they could have donated the money they received from the pedophiles to a charity (they had been doing that with my payment for several months before the ban). But it simply is not the job of backbone internet services to be morality police.

The service that Cloudflare provides are basic utility services. I do not think that pedophiles should have their heat shut off either. Instead, they should be prosecuted by the law.

Pedophile Advocacy Should be Illegal

The legality of this speech is not a question for private companies. Obviously, I do not believe the government should allow this type of speech. The First Amendment should be interpreted as it was written. It had a clear meaning, which meant freedom of literary, artistic, political or scientific speech, and did not include obscenity.

Even now, the Supreme Court does not consider obscenity to be a First Amendment issue. In fact, according to the Miller Test, as established in Miller v. California, these pedophile chat sites are possibly already illegal. Bottom line for me personally: the framers of the Constitution clearly did not intend for it to be legal for pedophiles to publish materials on this behavior, so unless you believe in “living document,” there is no reason it should be legal.

But Here’s the Thing

Cloudflare decided to become the morality police when, for the first time in the company’s history, they banned someone from using their website due to their content being viewed as immoral.

And yet, here they are, continuing to protect pedophile advocacy sites. This means that Matthew Prince, the CEO of the company – who personally made the decision to ban the Daily Stormer – is explicitly condoning these sites, marking them as being within his company’s range of what is morally acceptable.

I think it is fair at this point to request that Matthew Prince and Cloudflare explain why it is they believe that advocacy for pedophilia is morally acceptable. Because the majority of Americans certainly do not share that view.

It should also be known that Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince also views ISIS terrorists as within the realm of what is morally acceptable.

“A Company That Polices Morality”

When CEO Matthew Prince decided to ban me, he became a company that polices morality. What he should have done is at the same time he announced he was banning me, he should have said: “we are now policing morality, here are a list of the types of sites we will now be banning from our services” and given a full explanation of this new direction the company is going in.

Instead, he said “we’re only banning Nazis because they’re assholes (we’re keeping the pedophiles and terrorists).”

An Option for Webhosts Who View Pedophile Advocacy as Morally Wrong

If you host a website that needs DDoS protection, but do not want to support companies such as Cloudflare which actively condone pedophile advocacy as morally acceptable, there is an option for you: Bitmitigate.

Bitmitigate is a content neutral DDoS protection site which does not take a moral position on the content that it protects. Unlike Matthew Prince, Bitmitigate CEO Nicholas Lim does not police the morality of his customers, and thus is not in a situation to condone pedophilia (or ISIS terrorism, which Matthew Prince condones as morally acceptable).

I encourage anyone who is disgusted by the idea child molestation to immediately cancel service with Cloudflare and sign up for Bitmitigate.

Although at time of writing, we are currently offline, we were using Bitmitigate for the brief period when we were on DailyStormer.lol, and it worked just as well as Cloudflare.

This is not about me being angry. It is not about my beliefs. This is about the fact that Matthew Prince is running a company which explicitly endorses pedophile advocacy by choosing to protect pedophile advocacy sites even while he has made it 100% clear that he views it as his personal duty to police the morality of his users.

If you give money to Cloudflare, you are actively supporting people who organize and plan child molestation.

For those of you who are sick of child rapists and those that support them:

And Take Action!

Though I don’t think anyone should ever support the pedophile/terrorist promoters at Cloudflare, we should also let them know what we think of their behavior, and demand that they cease supporting these terrorists and pedophiles.

You can contact them at this number:

+1 (888) 993 5273

If they refuse to answer your questions, just keep asking to speak to the manager.

You can also contact them on Twitter:

@Cloudflare

Ask them why they believe that pedophilia and terrorism are morally acceptable.

Ask them if any members of their staff, in particular Matthew Prince, are pedophiles. You may note that Matthew Prince has that classic “pedophile look” about him.

He’s the kinda guy who when he walks into a room, you feel an immediate need to get any children out of that room, you can tell them.

Ask the manager of the help line if he would leave his kids alone in a room with Matthew Prince, a man who looks like a pedophile and believes pedophile advocacy to be morally defensible.
