Ohio’s top lawyer has advised the state’s public universities that a law written to deter Ku Klux Klan demonstrations could be used to impose felony charges on students who wear face coverings while protesting the war in Gaza.

In a letter sent Monday, after weeks of pro-Palestinian campus protests around the country, Republican Attorney General Dave Yost advised the presidents of Ohio’s 34 public, four-year universities — which his office represents — to forewarn students about the 1953 law.

“In our society, there are few more significant career-wreckers than a felony charge,” the letter said. “I write to you today to inform your student bodies of an Ohio law that, in the context of some behavior during the recent pro-Palestinian protests, could have that effect.”

The law is contained in a single sentence: “No person shall unite with two or more others to commit a misdemeanor while wearing white caps, masks, or other disguise.” Violating this “anti-disguise” law is punishable by a fourth-degree felony charge, up to $5,000 in fines and five years on community control, Yost wrote.

Protesters around the U.S. and the world have increasingly taken steps to remain anonymous by wearing a combination of head and face coverings, in a world where facial-recognition software can easily lead to negative repercussions. Not all do so to hide their identities, however. Some wear religious hijabs or medical masks used to prevent exposure to COVID-19, or as a political statement on the virus’ ongoing impacts.

This really complicates the law, if we’re taking things at face value. America’s diversity protections are very extreme, and if any woman in a hijab was charged for wearing it, that could result in a legal crisis for the state.

Of course, this crisis, if it were to occur, would happen far in the future. The American court system is nothing if not slow.

(Covid masks are probably also protected somehow by university policy.)

Yost, a fourth-term state official who is considering a run for governor in 2026, wrote that students should protest “within the bounds of the law,” not commit crimes, not use the First Amendment as “a sword against fellow students,” and “own their advocacy and avoid wearing masks.”

Among Ohio’s 34 public universities are Kent State, whose name is synonymous with clashes between Vietnam War protesters and National Guard members that left four dead in 1970, and Ohio State — a site of several protests in recent weeks where dozens have been arrested, most for criminal trespass.

Ohio State spokesperson Ben Johnson said the university had received Yost’s letter and was reviewing it. In a March 6 letter, Yost had told President Ted Carter that Ohio law prevents the university from divesting its interests in Israeli assets, one of the calls of protesters.

Wow. Israel is very important to this Yost fellow.

The headlines all make it look like he offered her the money for sex. They don’t mention the mask, and just say “offered woman $100,000 proposition.”

A tech tycoon has been branded a “creep” after allegedly offering a woman $100,000 to take off her face mask on board a Delta flight.

Steve Kirsch took to Twitter to say he made the anonymous passenger the offer last Friday.

“I am on board a Delta flight right now. The person sitting next to me in first class refused $100,000 to remove her mask for the entire flight,” the millionaire wrote. “No joke. This was after I explained they don’t work. She works for a pharma company.”

Kirsch accompanied his post with a selfie that showed him smiling on board the full flight. He did not disclose the destination to which he was traveling.

The Post reached out to Kirsch for comment.

Kirsch is a Silicon Valley veteran who is credited with one of the first versions of the optical mouse back in 1980. He later co-founded Frame Technology Corp, which was bought by Adobe in 1995, and created the search engine Infoseek, which sold to Disney in 1999. His net worth was reported at $230 million in 2007.

We’re all sick of these sickening vaxies still wearing their masks long after it’s been fully exposed that the “pandemic” was a hoax.

I wouldn’t give someone money to take it off, though. Kirsch is really too kind. We know that these masks are increasing the likelihood of serious illness and disease, and I really just hope all of these people die at this point.

Dr. Theresa Tam, Canada’s chief public health officer, said Canada is in a period of “transition” in the COVID-19 pandemic, with anticipated resurgences in COVID-19 cases this spring, fall and winter.

“Not unexpectedly, the associated increase in in-person activities, more transmissible BA.2 variant and waning immunity may have contributed to increases in transmission as reflected in recent trends in daily new case counts, laboratory positivity and other indicators of increased virus circulation,” Dr. Tam said on Friday.

As of March 30, daily average case counts have increased by 28 per cent across Canada, which indicates “a resurgence is underway.”

“Currently, declines in lagging indicators of severe illness are levelling off, as with disease activity indicators, these trends show considerable variability regionally and are likely to follow the rising trend of cases to some degree over the coming weeks,” Dr. Tam said. “The impact on health systems, such as hospitalization, is likely to be lower, that’s not a guarantee in every area of the country because of the differences in vaccine coverage and in other parameters.”

“Everybody right now, I think, should still wear their mask and keep those layers of measures, no matter where you are in this country because even if you don’t see a resurgence now, you’re probably going to in the next days or weeks, and that will help reduce transmission and make sure that the impact on the health system is lowered.”

Yes, cases, cases, cases.

But the total excess death toll has risen rapidly since they gave everyone this deadly vaccine. We’re seeing people dying all over the place from all kinds of things.

My assertion from the beginning was that it was very likely that the vax would kill enough people that they could say it was a new strain killing people, and then instead of talking about cases, say “look at all these dead people everywhere!”

I still sometimes read the local news from the town I grew up in, Columbus, Ohio. I don’t usually write about it.

But following a relatively modest trucker protest, I saw this letter to the editor in the Columbus Dispatch, the city’s flagship paper:

So, some 500 to 1,000 drivers plan to screw up traffic throughout Ohio in their big-man trucks to protest vaccinations and masks required to protect their health and that of their fellow citizens.

Meanwhile, brave citizens of Ukraine stand against a murderous Russia to preserve freedom.

What bunch of crybabies those drivers are. They should hide their faces in shame.

Ronald L. Solove, Columbus

Ronald L. Solove is a Jewish lawyer.

I know he’s Jewish because Solove is a common name in the relatively large Jewish nuisance community in Columbus.

There’s an interview with one of them on the Columbus Jewish Historical Society website:

This Solove explains that his father fled the Czar of Russia because he was like Hitler. So I assume they all come from Russia.

Jews in general have a special hatred for Russia. They hate them a lot more than they hate Germans or Arabs. I’m sure people have different theories as to what is going on there, but it’s an observable fact that Jews clearly hate Russians more than they hate any other ethnic group.

Obviously, Jews hate Americans too, and they have a special hate for the working class, and they hate the idea of normal white men opposing the government that they run.

So the psychology of the letter is interesting. He doesn’t really relate the two things together, other than to insinuate that Americans have it better than Ukrainians. This is obviously true, but what does it have to do with anything? Jews have it better than any single group of people on earth, and they have never let that fact restrain them from their desire to air their grievances.

I guess he was vaguely attempting to hint at wartime propaganda about how you have to make sacrifices for the nation because of a war. During a war, everything is focused on the war.

I think you’re going to see a lot more of this sentiment, a lot better articulated, in the coming weeks and months, as the government and media attempt to move us into a wartime mode.

The media is already talking about the “sacrifices” Americans “must make” to support “the people of the Ukraine.” They are speaking as if it is our soldiers, our war, our people dying.

I was amazed by the Congressjew Steve Cohen saying that Americans need to make the sacrifice of paying higher prices for gas, and when they are at the pump paying $9 or $15 or whatever it is going to be, say “I’m sticking it to Putin.”

There has never been another case that I’m aware of where a nation has been asked to make these kinds of sacrifices for a war that it is ostensibly not involved in at all, simply based on an arbitrary moral judgement about the nature of the conflict.

The closest thing I can think of is those commercials asking people to make donations for the starving people of Darfur or wherever. But charity is a voluntary sacrifice.

Maybe they should do it that way – have two separate prices for gas. Those who want to support the Ukraine can pay whatever the current price is, and those who don’t care about the Ukraine can pay the $2 a gallon it was when Biden took office.

Because what they are doing by telling you to make sacrifices for the Ukraine by paying higher prices for gas (and for everything else – energy prices effect everything), they are turning charity into a tax.

That is what they are telling us the goal of our involvement in the Ukraine conflict is in the first place – it is a form of charity, because it is so sad to see all these women who for whatever reason speak perfect English on these television interviews talking about how they need help fighting for freedom.

Obviously, this is something bigger than charity, but that is the precise way it is being sold: Americans have a moral duty to pay billions or trillions of dollars, collectively, because it is sad that a bad man did a war.

The San Francisco Chronicle published a very long article for women about the response of the population to the cancelation of the California mask mandate this week.

The Chronicle went to three grocery stores and counted the number of people wearing masks.

These were the results:

I love how they did all three races in the graphics. And it’s all women.

According to these graphics, white women win.

But the point there is: people have been psychologically traumatized. This is like when you keep an animal in a cage for years and then open the door and it doesn’t want to leave the cage.

People have been de-socialized. They have been anti-socialized.

These people have had intense mental illness induced in them. It was a brainwashing program, no different than the ones that POWs were put through during the Korean War.

They might be rolling back the measures in theory, but the population has been trained to enforce them against themselves.

Furthermore, the most important measures are not being rolled back at all – the vaccine agenda is heating up, they want a fourth shot, and they are not dropping the vaccine passport – they are standardizing it with a QR code system, which is going to be hooked into an international system to be used as a digital ID.

It’s all part of the plan.

Maybe they are rolling the measures back because their algorithms said people couldn’t take it anymore, maybe they’re afraid of trucker protests, or maybe they just want to catch people off guard. Maybe they want to see how people will react – for example, how many people will keep wearing their cuck muzzles after the government tells them they don’t have to anymore?

None of that really matters. What matters is that the plan marches forward, uninhindered.

To be fair, we’re still a few weeks away from the “two years to flatten the curve” promise.

So, if we’re going to bring back total mask mandates, we could still get rid of them before the two year mark they gave us.

As states begin to relax their indoor mask mandates amid a decline in Covid case numbers, data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggest the new measures might be coming too soon.

Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey and Oregon announced Monday that masks will soon no longer be required in schools. California Gov. Gavin Newsom will let the state’s indoor masking mandate end for vaccinated people on Feb. 15, although schoolchildren and the unvaccinated will still need to wear masks.

But according to data from the CDC, people in more than 3,200 counties — or 99 percent of the country — should be wearing masks regardless of their vaccination status. The CDC suggests wearing masks in places where the new case rate is higher than 50 cases per 100,000 or the testing positivity rate exceeds 8 percent.

The CDC issued its latest masking guidance in July during the delta variant surge. The guidance has remained since then, and the CDC’s director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, said last week that hospitalization and death rates were key factors in the continuing recommendations.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told NBC Chicago on Friday that mask mandates were part of a multilayered strategy to keep kids safe in schools, combined with vaccinations among staff members and students and proper ventilation in schools.

So I mean, states might do other things.

But liberal states won’t.

If the CDC is getting ready for a big mask push – which is what this implies – then these liberal states will go along with it.

I think there’s probably a new variant on the way.

This whole “eye of the storm” thing can only last for so long.

Soon enough, we will be back in the thick of the mania.

Or maybe they’ll just start a war with Russia instead.

The order, which applies to everyone over the age of 11, was needed because of the surge in cases in the city from the omicron variant, the police said in a statement.

There are exceptions to the rule, including for cyclists, people in cars and those practicing a sport.

The entire world is going in all different directions right now.

It’s total chaos.

Some countries are saying “Omicron” is spreading everywhere but it isn’t that deadly.

Some countries are saying that “deadly” means nothing and the only thing that matters is infections.

This is the same chaos we saw in December and January of 2020.

Real headline.

There is a certain portion of the population – particularly single women from the cunt class, as well as a percentage of soys – that just love this stuff.

They feel they are in some kind of grand battle.

Or better yet, those old fashioned diving suits.

I can’t estimate what percentage of the population this is, it’s obviously much bigger in blue states and in neurotic urban hellscapes, but they’re extremely influential on society because they are so aggressive, and most normal people just don’t want any problems.

Most normal people would rather submit to whacked out and irate nutjobs than risk creating a tense situation in public.

That’s a big problem.

It’s related both to the destruction of our self-respect due to the alienation and loss of religious identity, and the crisis of masculinity. Of course, those things are themselves deeply related.

If just 40% of white men in this country had the nerve to just say “fuck off and get away from me or we’re going to have a problem,” 99% of these problems wouldn’t be happening.

Well.

An Arizona school board president is facing calls to resign for allegedly keeping an “online dossier” with personal information and images of outspoken parents who oppose mask mandates and critical race theory, according to reports.

Jann-Michael Greenburg, president of the Scottsdale Unified School District, sent parent Kim Stafford an email that inadvertently included a screenshot and link to a Google Drive file in which he accused her of being anti-Semitic over comments she made about billionaire George Soros, the Daily Caller reported.

The news outlet said it had reviewed the since-deleted Google Drive, which had been available to anyone who had the link.

Stafford shared the URL with various people, including another parent, Amanda Wray, who told the Daily Caller she was “disgusted” when she noticed images of her young daughters.

“When I first saw the contents of the Google Drive and I saw my 8- and 10-year-old’s photos, that was terrifying. And like, what’s he doing?” Wray told AZFamily.com.

“But he has pictures of my vacation home, property records. I’m not a political opponent, I’m an involved parent and that is threatening to me and it makes me wonder why and what he was planning to do with those photos,” she said.

“I think we identified 47 people that were background checked, divorce decrees, Social Security numbers, property records, mortgages,” added Wray, who noted that the Google Drive included cruel memes.

In the case of one woman, Wray said, whoever created the dossier “took her photos and superimposed it over a lynching and I can tell you, she’s distraught by this and it’s disgusting.”

Folders included in the drive — which parents have dubbed an “online dossier” — were labeled “SUSD Wackos,” “Anti Mask Lunatics” and “Press Conference Psychos.” The last of these included a video showing parents holding signs reading “CRT is Racist” and “SUSD We Demand Transparency,” the Daily Caller said.

A video obtained by the Daily Independent allegedly showed Mark Greenburg snapping photos of parents and kids without their knowledge on Aug. 24, hours before a school board meeting, according to National Review.

Mark Greenburg previously operated a parody website aimed at former school board member Barbara Perleberg, the outlet said.

Even though Mark Greenburg is listed as the Google Drive owner, records from a special board meeting in August show Jann-Michael admitted sharing a computer with his dad, according to AZ Free News.

With both men sharing a computer, there is no way to know who uploaded the files, the parents say.

Greenburg and his father have both denied compiling the documents or having any knowledge of the Google Drive in comments to the Daily Independent.

“I categorically deny having anything to do with any of this. If you are going to claim in a story right now, that I had anything to do with this, I would argue that crosses the line,” Jann-Michael told the outlet as his father reportedly listened on the call.

“We are going to have forensic IT staff look into this and figure out what that is,” Greenburg added. “You can file with law enforcement, I am not sure even why we are looking at these photos.”

We are once again running into a situation where right and wrong, and the opinions of the public, are completely irrelevant.

This just simply is not a winning battle.

You are not going to beat these people at the public school system – certainly not in liberal urban areas.

I don’t know why anyone would think that is possible.

All the public school culture war does is waste people’s time and energy while there are much more serious things they should be dealing with.
