Not wearing a mask is not a “right.”

The enforcement of masks is an important goal in order to be able to continue the pandemic, as is known from internal protocols of the Israeli Ministry of Health or statements by the Austrian Director of Public Health. Masks have become a sign of submission while at the same time renouncing fundamental rights.

Even in Switzerland, which is known to be more liberal with the measures and had already lifted many random measures in mid-February, completely disproportionate action was taken against doctors. On social media, users likened the raid to how police would normally respond to a terror threat.

This is already happening in Germany, as the criminal judgment against Dr. Ronald Weikl showed. In Germany, such an act would be less surprising in view of the many house searches, even against judges who had issued “unwanted” judgements, also in connection with masks for children.

The regional court of Passau, Germany is expected to pass a verdict against the “mask doctor” Weikl for writing blank exemption certificates against the mask requirement.

“Whether it was a matter of issuing false health certificates, which is punishable under §278 of the German Criminal Code (StGB), as alleged by the prosecution, or only of medical certificates, for which §278 (StGB) does not apply at all,” noted the Children’s Health Defense Fund.

Weikl acted in the best interest of his patients, his lawyer explained and this should not have led to an indictment due to the lack of a criminal act on his part. The legal principle of nullum crimen, nulla poena sine lege applies, which means that one cannot be punished for doing something that is not prohibited by law – showing concern for his patients and especially children.

The law in Switzerland expressly provides for exceptions to the mask requirement. However, some authorities and the public prosecutor’s offices obviously do not care. For months there has been a veritable witch hunt against doctors who are critical of the measures.

Like Weikl, the Bern psychiatrist Dr. medical Ruke Wyler had issued mask certificates for her patients. The practice of the psychiatrist, who had only fulfilled her medical duty, was stormed in a heavy and a completely disproportionate police operation.

The scientific network Aletheia reported on the raid on the doctor’s practice. Critical doctors who question Corona measures to protect their own patients are being addressed and sanctioned, both abroad and in Switzerland.

Under the supervision of armed police officers wearing bulletproof vests, her computer hard drive was confiscated and patient files were taken away. People who wanted to support the doctor were asked to leave the building under threat of violence.

The Aletheia network said they were extremely concerned about these developments. Doctors who had issued mask certificates for the benefit of their patients did so because, after a thorough study of the data, they had come to the conclusion that wearing masks would be of no benefit, would be only harmful, first and foremost for children.

The medical certificates issued by the doctor could in no way be deemed to be incorrect since there has been no examination by the police or the public prosecutor’s office; this is a matter for medical expertise and the professional code of conduct for physicians. Medical professionals are free from directives, especially from non-physicians.

Just two weeks after lifting indoor mask mandates, the Austrian government is set to reintroduce the mandates this week after a surge in Chinese coronavirus cases.

Austrian Health Minister Johannes Rauch has announced that mandatory indoor mask-wearing will resume across Austria starting on Wednesday and that FFP2 medical-grade masks will be required.

“In the past few days, experts have corrected the forecasts for the course of the omicron wave. In many hospitals, retirement and nursing homes, the staffing situation is tense. We have to take action,” Rauch said on Twitter.

While the mask mandate was lifted for most indoor activities, it remained in place in certain areas, such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and public transport and in the Austrian capital of Vienna, which maintained the mask mandate after March 5th, Kronen Zeitung reports.

According to a report from the website Politico, Health Minister Rauch admitted that easing Wuhan virus restrictions may have come too early as cases have increased over the last two weeks with over 64,000 new cases recorded on March 17th, alone, the highest number of daily cases of the entire pandemic, according to statistics from the World Health Organisation (WHO).

The number of deaths attributed to the virus, however, has remained lower than levels seen in late November and early December of 2020, according to the WHO.

The Austrian government announced earlier this month that it would be dropping the controversial mandatory vaccination policy which could have seen members of the public fined or being sent to prison for not being vaccinated.

While the mandatory vaccination policy has been halted, it could, like mask mandates, be implemented in the future according to both Health Minister Rauch and Constitutional Minister Karoline Edtstadler.

California regulators shut down a Christian preschool for allegedly violating a mask mandate for toddlers and banned the school’s director from working with children again, after months of what school officials described as “intimidation” by the state.

The California Department of Social Services shuttered Foothills Christian Church Preschool in El Cajon on December 10, LifeNews reported. The closure came after the San Diego-area school reportedly did not encourage students two years old and up to wear masks.

The state has also claimed that the preschool did not ensure that employees wore face masks and prevented inspections to allow employees and students time to put on masks, according to CBS 8. All individuals older than two are required to wear face masks in California in all indoor settings, including public and private schools and child care programs.

The Department of Social Services additionally banned preschool director Tiffany McHugh from working with children for the rest of her life.

Foothills Christian Church’s preschool had been in operation for six years and had more than 100 students. But in the last several months, the church and the school became “a target” for state regulators, according to senior pastor David Hoffman.

Hoffman said that California officials have visited the preschool at least 11 times in recent months, often for several hours at a time, after a parent complained.

“Our church used to have a great preschool here,” Hoffman said. The school’s waiting list was “so large that we were in the process of expanding our preschool.”

“Several months ago, this church, this preschool became a target by the Department of Social Services. Basically, what it boils down to is they were not happy with how many of our children did not have masks on,” he added. “They came here, they visited. They found a few other violations, which our director rectified in 24 hours. But the state kept coming back, 11 times.”

Seven of those visits lasted from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Hoffman said.

During that time, the officials were “looking through our files,” according to the pastor. “They [were] looking at these files over and over and over again to try to find any violation they could.”

“It’s harassment, it’s intimidation.”

When the state finally closed the preschool after an evaluation in December, families weren’t given any prior notice, Hoffman continued. “They couldn’t really find anything wrong except that not enough kids had masks on.”

Various studies, including large randomized controlled trials, have shown that mask mandates do not stop the spread of COVID-19. Research has also found that masks actively harm children, causing them to breathe dangerous levels of carbon dioxide and potentially devastating their cognitive development.

“The potential educational harms of mandatory-masking policies are much more firmly established, at least at this point, than their possible benefits in stopping the spread of COVID-19 in schools,” Dr. Vinay Prasad, an epidemiology professor at University of California San Francisco, has warned. “Early childhood is a crucial period when humans develop cultural, language, and social skills, including the ability to detect emotion on other people’s faces.”

Children and teenagers face virtually no risk of death or serious illness from COVID-19. Between 0-0.02 percent of COVID cases in the United States under age 18 have resulted in death, according to the American Pediatric Association.

On three different visits, Hoffman noted, state officials interviewed children without their parents’ consent.

Christians, obviously, are one of the key threats to our values and who we are. They are domestic terrorists, by the very definition given to us by utopian Jewish Attorney General Merrick Garfield.

Freedom isn’t free. And no one will be free as long as people are just allowed to go around thinking and saying whatever they want. Freedom is dependent on putting strict limits on people’s speech and thoughts. It’s who we are.

An Irish grandmother who violated the nation’s mask mandate is to spend Christmas behind bars after being sentenced to a year in prison.

Margaret Buttimer, a 66-year-old grandmother, will spend this Christmas behind bars after being sentenced to one year in prison for violating Ireland’s mask mandate, with six months of the sentence being suspended.

The grandmother was initially imprisoned last week after breaching her bail terms by going Christmas shopping, having been ordered to stay away from stores.

According to a report by the Irish Examiner, Buttimer was sentenced after being found guilty of not wearing a mask in a restaurant.

The judge presiding over the case made reference to what he called the grandmother’s “absurd selfishness” and “willful disregard of others”.

He also refused to hand down community service to the woman, claiming that it would be contradictory to do so as she was engaging in “persistent community disservice”.

The 66-year-old now has multiple convictions for breaching public health guidelines, having been jailed twice for her actions.

Buttimer had no previous convictions prior to the pandemic, according to the Irish Independent.

All of these new rulings come within the context of a never-ending staged crisis. That makes it much more ominous that people are willing to accept it.

A Florida judge ruled against Gov. Ron Desantis on Wednesday and allowed schools in the state to mandate face-masks while the case is appealed at a higher level.

The ruling from Second Circuit Judge John Cooper, effective immediately, means the state of Florida must stop enforcement of banning mask mandates — which ends sanctions against several school districts that have implemented such mandates.

The decision comes amid heated showdowns between the state and some local school districts, which have insisted on requiring students to wear masks amid a surge in Covid-19 infections.

It’s always “surging,” this “infection rate.”

We don’t talk about death numbers anymore, of course. Just the numbers being printed out of PCR black box.

In late July, DeSantis, a Republican, issued an executive order that directed the Florida Department of Education and the Florida Department of Health to issue emergency rules giving parents a choice on whether their children should wear masks in class. The state threatened to withhold funding from districts that violated the order and required masks for everyone.

Even so, 13 Florida school districts have now implemented a mask mandate without a parent opt out in defiance of the governor’s position.

Judge Cooper ruled against DeSantis’ order two weeks ago, saying the governor overreached and did not have the authority to ban school districts from implementing mask mandates without a parent opt out.

Note that every governor in the country has the reverse ability – to force masking in schools, statewide.

DeSantis appealed that ruling, which led to an immediate pause on school mask mandates while a ruling was made.

That pause has now been lifted. In Wednesday’s ruling, Judge Cooper said there was not enough irreparable harm to set aside the automatic stay triggered by the appeal.

“It’s undisputed that in Florida we are in the midst of a Covid pandemic. Based on the evidence I’ve heard, there’s no harm to the state if the stay is set aside,” Cooper said.

I dispute that!

I’m not the only one – many “credentialed medical professionals” also dispute this. The fact that that they are actively hunted down and censored directly by the Joe Biden Regime does not mean that they do not exist.

But that is of course how censorship works – everyone who is censored effectively does not exist, so new realities can be shaped, and something utterly nonsensical, such as the invisible “covid pandemic” can be labeled “undisputed.”

Cooper added that based on expert witnesses it is clear the only way to protect children who are unable to be vaccinated is to keep children isolated at home, which would cause additional harm.

“It’s undisputed that the Delta variant is far more infectious than the prior version of the virus, and that children are more susceptible to the Delta variant than to the form from a year ago,” Cooper said.

“In particular for children under 12, they cannot be vaccinated. Therefore, there’s really only one or two means to protect them against the virus … either stay at home, or mask.”

That will of course be yet another carrot-stick to whack people with – they will say that vaxing children will lead to freedom for children. Then, as we’ve seen – it really won’t lead to any freedom. But the children will then by on the vax train, which you cannot get off of, ever.

The school system is literally a prison grid, trying to protect kids from a supposed virus that the virus masters themselves claim doesn’t affect kids.

These kids are being trained as a new generation of hostages on a prison planet.

These kids are being taught to be faceless interchangeable units led around by a faceless system of control that is everywhere at once and yet completely depersonalized.

Who does the teacher who is enforcing the grid serve?

No one has any idea. It is presented as a pure system – an order that exists ubiquitously and has the sole goal of perpetuating itself.

Belief in the virus is the real virus; anyone who believes in the virus becomes an infected agent who serves the grid.

All of these people who tell you to put on your mask – they are all enforcers of this prison, each and every one of them, and they do not understand themselves who it is that they serve.

It should be possible to write a fictionalized account of this, drawing an analogy to some ancient demon cult that infests a society and forces some percentage of the population to become enthralled, and to serve an order that they do not understand, and enforce it on others.

The children who are trained in this system from a young age will all serve it.

Heated arguments spilled out into the parking lot Tuesday night after a school board in a suburban Tennessee county approved a temporary requirement for masks in elementary schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Board of Education in Williamson County, just south of Nashville, approved the mask requirement for elementary school students, staff and visitors inside all buildings and on buses beginning Thursday and ending September 21, according to information from the school district.

During the board’s special session, parents on both sides of the issue shared their opinions with the board.

One parent, who identified himself as Daniel Jordan, a former Marine, told the board, “Actions have consequences. If you vote for this, we will come for you, in a non-violent way. … In the past, you dealt with sheep, now prepare yourself to deal with lions.”

Jennifer King, a parent and pediatric intensive care physician, said, “As a pediatric ICU physician, we are seeing more younger previously healthy children admitted with respiratory failure and acute respiratory distress syndrome than we have in prior strains, as cases in children are on the rise. This trend will only worsen if we don’t act now.”

During the meeting, the crowd cheered, clapped and booed, and people holding signs were at one point asked to clear the room.

Video obtained by CNN from outside the meeting also showed crowds heckling masked individuals leaving the meeting, with one man saying, “We know who you are. You can leave freely, but we will find you.” A Williamson County Sheriff’s Office sergeant could be seen imploring the crowd to be peaceful.

The temporary mask mandate will allow teachers who are at least six feet from students to remove their masks, the district said. The measure applies specifically to elementary schools, and masks are strongly encouraged for middle and high school students.

What do Germans think when they are told that there are people who love social distancing and lockdowns so much, they are willing to violate these policies in order to protest people who are protesting them?

German critics of the Corona measures are now almost routinely denied the basic right to gather peacefully in the open air. Anyone who wants to hold a counter-demonstration against such rallies can also expect it to be approved.

This was the case on Saturday in Kassel. A planned demonstration by opponents of the vaccine measures was banned – their opponents, on the other hand, were allowed to march unhindered. At the same time, there was also a “temporary” mask requirement in downtown Kassel to target potential demonstrators. The suspicion was confirmed that arbitrary rules are deliberately being applied in order to hinder critics of Merkel’s official Corona policy.

The competent administrative court ruled that anti-Covid measures “will again be violated when the registered meeting is held”. The local newspaper HNA quoted the judges : “Since the applicant assumes around 3000 participants, the police cannot effectively counter such violations. Therefore, there is a ‘danger to life and limb of the general public through the further spread of the delta variant of the Coronavirus’.”

I can’t help but chuckle every time one of these people cites the “Delta variant.”

They literally rolled out a second virus hoax, as was predicted, and they can somehow they can maintain a straight face!

At the same time, 65 000 participants were counted at the Christopher Street Day (CSD), an annual European LGBTQ+ celebration and demonstration held in various cities across Europe, and Germany’s and Switzerland’s version of Gay Pride or Pride Parades.

The LGBTQ adherents were able to take to the streets in Berlin. And non-compliance with the hygiene rules was apparently not a problem there at all. Previously anti-Corona measures had been strictly applied to government critics at demonstrations in the capital. And such participants without a mask were regularly taken into police custody.

German media, notably the Tagesschau on ARD misled its viewers by fading in a picture in the introduction under which it was written that there had been a distance requirement. But actual footage of the event showed a completely different picture. The reporter on site even claimed that most of the participants had complied with the mask requirement, which turned out to be a bare-faced lie.

Despite this completely obvious two-tier right to demonstrate, the spokesperson for Chancellor Angela Merkel at the Federal Press Conference regularly reminds his audience how important, indeed sacred, the right to demonstrate is to them.

It is just totally not believable that anyone could look at this faggot march going on in total visibility with no masks or antisocial distancing, and somehow imagine that these restrictions are about public health.
