A far-right Austrian nationalist has been banned from entering Germany after addressing a meeting about mass deportations that provoked mass protests across the country.

Days after he was deported from Switzerland, Martin Sellner, a leader of Austria’s ethno-nationalist Identitarian Movement, posted a video of himself on X reading out a letter to his lawyer that he said was from authorities in the city of Potsdam.

The letter said Sellner was barred “with immediate effect” from entering Germany for the next three years and could be stopped or deported if he tried to enter the country. If he happened to be on German soil, it added, he would have to leave within a month.

A spokesperson for the city authorities confirmed to Agence France-Presse that an EU citizen had been served with a “ban on their freedom of movement in Germany” but declined to name them for privacy reasons.

“We have to show that the state is not powerless and will use its legitimate means,” Mike Schubert, the mayor of Potsdam, said in a statement.

Germany has seen a wave of huge demonstrations against extremism and the far-right Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party, some of whose members attended the November meeting in Potsdam, since reports of it emerged in January.

Sellner gave a presentation at the event, attended by neo-Nazis, other extremists and business backers, on the practicalities of carrying out the mass deportations – referred to in far-right circles as “remigration” – of migrants, asylum seekers and German citizens of foreign origin deemed to have failed to integrate.

Swiss police said on Sunday they had prevented a far-right gathering organised by the far-right, anti-Islam and anti-immigration group Junge Tat at which Sellner was due to speak, adding that he had been arrested and deported.

Elon Musk responded to one of Sellner’s posts in which he commented on the Swiss police decision to shut down the weekend far-right event and ban him from the region for two months. The X owner asked: “Is this legal?”

Who knows if that was legal. I don’t think it was legal.

The claim is that the place they were speaking had pulled their permit in the middle of the event and people refused to leave immediately. What it looks like is that the police called and intimidated the venue owner.

In terms of the deportation, who knows if that’s legal. The legality of the ban from Germany also seems questionable.

It’s just that it doesn’t really matter if it’s legal or not. The governments of the West can make things that were previously legal into illegal acts on a whim. There is no system of law. If you don’t have an underlying code of law derived from some kind of first principles, whether or not something is legal or not is really arbitrary, and therefore irrelevant.

Even if the police/government do something illegal to you, your only option is to fight it in court, which takes years.

We’ve always been skeptical of anyone who had anything to do with the old “Alt-Right,” as it seems the whole thing was turned into a gigantic intelligence operation.

That said, Sellner has always seemed like a solid guy. He was only vaguely associated with the Alt-Right anyway, because he married that pureblooded Aryan tradwife from America, I forget her name.

Unlike most people from the 2000-teens, he’s kept up his activism and kept it normal.

He’s probably going to be sent to prison forever.

A prominent European far-right figure was prevented from giving a speech at an event in Switzerland and thrown out of the region where it was taking place.

Martin Sellner of the Identitarian Movement said in a video posted on social media network X that he had been invited by a local group, Junge Tat (Young Deed), to “talk about remigration and the ethnic vote” and what happened at a recent meeting in Germany that prompted a string of large protests there. Remigration refers to the return, sometimes forced, of non-ethnically European immigrants back to their place of racial origin.

Sellner, who comes from neighboring Austria, said that a few minutes after he started speaking at the event Saturday, the electricity was turned off and he was taken to a police station, then told he was thrown out of Aargau canton (state) and escorted to Zurich.

Regional police said in a statement that they tracked down the Junge Tat event in the small town of Tegerfelden on Saturday after receiving a number of tips. They found some 100 people at the venue and said that, after the landlady found out about the contents of the planned meeting, she canceled the contract for it.

Police said they told organizers to end the event, but they didn’t obey. Without identifying Sellner by name, they said the speaker was held and ordered out of the canton “to safeguard public security” and prevent confrontations with opponents.

He was let out and then tweeted this:

He’s very careful to follow laws.

But eventually, they will just change the laws, then retroactively charge him. Or they’ll set him up for something.

It’s all very difficult and frustrating, but it’s just the reality that the West does not tolerate any form of real, effective dissent. They will crush you.

You really need to be an aggressive Christian to even deal with the psychological impact of this kind of work. Even if it wasn’t true, you would have to believe that God is going to protect you and that you will be rewarded after death for doing the right thing.

An estimated 1.4 million people in Germany demonstrated against the far-right Alternative for Germany party (AfD) from Friday to Sunday, according to the organizers of the events.

From Friday through the weekend, demonstrations were called in about 100 locations across Germany. On Sunday, rallies were held in major cities such as Cologne, Munich and Berlin. Several other German cities, including Cottbus, Dresden and Chemnitz in the east, also planned to hold demonstrations.

In Berlin, around 100,000 gathered outside the Bundestag, or the lower house of parliament, according to police figures.

Police in Munich said that some 80,000 people participated in the march, while organizers put the figure at 200,000. The march had to be called off due to overcrowding and attendees were asked to disperse.

Meanwhile, in Cologne, police sources put the number of demonstrators at around 10,000.

Huge demonstrations across GermanyAccording to estimates by public broadcaster ARD, some 250,000 demonstrators gathered in cities across the country on Saturday, carrying signs such as “Nazis out.”

About 35,000 people gathered in Frankfurt on Saturday for a “defend democracy” march. Protesters filled the central square, where organizers planned to hold the rally, as well as a second nearby square and the streets in between. Police said the demonstration was peaceful.

On Friday, a massive rally in Hamburg had to be stopped early as far more people than expected turned out. The largest protest of its sort so far, police said there were 50,000 people and organizers put the number 80,000, pointing out that the rally was called to a close before many were able to reach it.

Police estimates of crowd sizes at other protests included: 12,000 in Kassel, 7,000 each in Dortmund and Wuppertal, 20,000 in Karlsruhe, at least 10,000 in Nuremberg, about 16,000 in Halle/Saale, 5,000 in Koblenz and several thousand in Erfurt.

Why are so many people protesting now?The wave of mobilization against the far-right party was sparked by a January 10 report from investigative outlet Correctiv, which revealed that AfD members had met with extremists in Potsdam in November to discuss expelling immigrants and “non-assimilated citizens.” Members of the conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU), the main opposition party, were reportedly also present.

Participants in the meeting discussed “remigration,” a term often used in far-right circles as a euphemism for the expulsion of immigrants and minorities.

The government organizes pro-government protests against the alleged democratic opposition.

This sounds like a good thing, but it doesn’t really do anything.

Two police raids at the home Austrian identitarian activist Martin Sellner earlier this year have been declared illegal by a court in the city of Graz.

The two raids came in March of 2019 following reports that Sellner had received a 1,500 euro donation from Christchurch killer Brenton Tarrant at the beginning of 2018, a year before Tarrant would go on to massacre 50 people at a Christchurch mosque in New Zealand, Kronen Zeitung reports.

According to the paper, Sellner had issued a formal complaint about the two raids and the court found that both raids, which saw Sellner and his wife Brittany Sellner (formerly Pettibone) have their computers and mobile phones taken, to be illegal and carried out without justified suspicion.

You know nothing will happen to the cops/prosecutors or whoever ordered these raids, right?

Because Austria is a (((democracy))) and that’s just how democracies work.

Sellner, who leads the ‘hipster-right’ Austrian Identitarian Movement (IBÖ), spoke to the newspaper Kurier, stating that the raids and the investigation into whether or not he had formal links to Tarrant, had damaged his reputation due to the media coverage of the raids.

Austrian news website Tagestimme was able to obtain the court ruling which read: “At the time of the approval of the investigative measure, there was not any concrete, and therefore certainly no suspicion, that the applicant [Martin Sellner] is a member of a terrorist organisation.”

The court went on to note that “ideological closeness” between Tarrant and Sellner is not enough to infer that the pair had real connections that would justify the raids. The court also rejected prosecution claims that Sellner and co-leader Patrick Lenart had avoided taxes or committed any financial crimes.

Tarrant wasn’t even part of a “terrorist” organization to begin with, and nobody accused him of being such, so Sellner couldn’t be a member of something that doesn’t exist.

Sellner spoke to Breitbart London on the impact of the raids on his life, saying: “My wife and I have been criminalised, surveilled, stripped of our civil rights, and robbed of our possessions. I have lost my travel rights to the USA and my name has been linked to the terror attack in Christchurch on a global scale.”

I don’t understand why the latter would be a bad thing…

You should be proud that, even for a short period of time, people thought you were in Goblin Slayer’s party.

He added that the house raids adversely affected his activist movement as well, saying: “Our movement lost two patriotic centres, countless bank accounts, and almost all social media accounts. All this is irreversible and the decision of the high court doesn’t change much but admitting in hindsight that this was all illegal. The mainstream media, of course, keeps almost silent about it.”

If you’re a nationalist, you always have to plan for the government trying to screw you, not always in legal ways.

The governments – and the (((people))) running them – are our main problem.

It also comes just over a year after 17 members of the IBÖ had been put on trial by the same Graz prosecutor who had ordered the raids on Sellner’s home.

The prosecutor alleged that the members of the IBÖ were guilty of forming a criminal organisation under Austrian’s anti-mafia laws but the charges were later rejected by a court which acquitted the activists.

So the same prosecutor just keeps trying to arrest a specific group of people because of their political views for no reason?

And nothing happens to him?

That’s how you know Austria’s a real (((democracy))).

Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz on Wednesday said there was a financial link between the man who killed 50 people in mass shootings at mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, and the far-right Identitarian Movement in Austria.

Hansjoerg Bacher, spokesman for prosecutors in Graz, said Martin Sellner, head of the Identitarian Movement – which says it wants to preserve Europe’s identity – received 1,500 euros ($1,690) in early 2018 from a donor with the same name as the man charged with murder following the Christchurch attack.

“We can now confirm that there was financial support and so a link between the New Zealand attacker and the Identitarian Movement in Austria,” Kurz said.

Sellner published a video on YouTube in which he said he had received a donation from the man and that police had raided his house over the possible links to the Christchurch attacker.

In it, he said: “I’m not a member of a terrorist organization. I have nothing to do with this man, other than that I passively received a donation from him.”

Bacher said an investigation was underway about whether there were criminally relevant links between Sellner and the attacker.

Kurz said Austria was looking into dissolving the Identitarian Movement.

“Our position on this is very clear, no kind of extremism whatsoever – whether it’s radical Islamists or right-wing extremist fanatics – has any place in our society,” Kurz said.

Of course they’re going to “dissolve” it.

Someone has to take a fall for these things. Every time.

But the future is already written. It’s a math equation that I can’t solve but at least I know that’s what it is. You are in the middle of a gigantic freak opera.

The more I think about it, the less sure I am that history even happened. I’m not sure that our grandparents didn’t simply appear, and that all of this reality is some kind of massive test, a soul-machine, designed to clear people who are worthy of advancing to the next stage of whatever this thing we find ourselves in is. This existence itself, it is not self-explanatory, regardless of what the experts claim.

History feels more like a backstory than an actual record of things that happened to conscious beings in a previous time. And if events are a math equation – and I assure you, they are – then the concept of time itself is some kind of illusion. I have no way of proving that I existed ten minutes ago, let alone that people existed hundreds of years ago and did things.

The demiurge has ensnared us. But our only tools are its tools. Thoughts and prayers aren’t going to solve anything.

If we understand that this is all a test, some kind of inexplicable game with winners and losers, then the fear should lift.

Guess Austria’s “far right” government isn’t really all that far right after all, is it?

Austrian police have raided ten homes and offices of identitarian activists, including Generation Identity co-leaders Martin Sellner and Patrick Lenart.

The authorities seized Sellner’s electronic devices including his phone and computers, with a Graz prosecutor looking to prosecute the activists as a criminal organisation.

The announcement of the raids came from Martin Sellner himself, who took to Twitter saying that the police had raided his apartment in Vienna and confiscated all of his electronic devices.

And what exactly did this “criminal organization” do, you ask.

According to Sellner, who spoke with Breitbart London following the raids, the nationwide police operation came at the behest of the Graz prosecutor, who has been building a case against the identitarian movement following a protest in 2016 in which they hung a banner reading “Islamisation kills” on the roof of the Green Party’s Graz headquarters.

Sellner claimed that the prosecutor was looking to use evidence found in the raid to have his identitarian movement banned as a criminal organisation under the Austrian equivalent of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, article 278 of the Austrian penal code, as well as article 283 which covers “incitement to hostile action” against religious and ethnic groups.

Fun fact – Graz is the same place where 3 years ago, six Moslems repeatedly gangraped a 15-year old girl at a school, and none of them ever went to jail for it.

And of course, that’s just the tip of the iceberg of what these creatures are doing all across the country, most of which either goes unpunished or gets a slap on the wrist.

But complain about anything invaders are doing to you in your own country, and the state will use all its resources to start a years-long vendetta against you, and they’re using your own tax money to boot.

These guys sure have their priorities straight…

Sellner rose to prominence across Europe and North America last month when he and his partner, author and political commentator Brittany Pettibone, were detained and refused entry to the United Kingdom.

Sellner had planned on giving a speech at Hyde Park’s famous speaker’s corner on the subject of free speech.

Here’s another fun fact – Those Moslem gang-rapists from Graz I mentioned earlier – their leader is now living in the UK.

Graz public prosecutor’s office prosecuting attorney Dr Christian Kroschl confirmed the raids occurred with Austrian newspaper Heute on Friday, and said the activists were under investigation for the formation of a criminal organization, suspicion of incitement, and property damage.

The action made headlines in France and led to French Interior Minister Gerard Collomb announcing that the government would send additional personnel to guard the border with Italy.

The Defend Europe mission continued through the week, with activists managing to catch several migrants attempting to cross into France illegally and working in conjunction with police to have them detained.

I’m sure this happening just after the guys pulled this off is just a coincidence.

I mean, Austria is a democracy, and what democracy arrests people for their political views?
