June 2, 2015

Will Marilyn Mosby personally lead the riots in Baltimore when the six Baltimore Police officers she indicted walk?

Or will it be Stephanie Rawlings-Blake?

Perhaps Councilman Nick Mosby or Baltimore City Council President Jack Young?

Because there can be no doubt the actions of this individuals during the black riots in Baltimore helped pave the way (and provide motivation) for the most violent month in the city’s history.

Of course, this violence was nothing more than an aggregation of individual decisions by black people to use a gun (or knife) in a criminal act, so it would be foolish to assign any blame to the white minority of Baltimore who had virtually nothing to do with any of the fatal or nonfatal shootings in the city.

It’s just the blacks. [Baltimore records deadliest month in more than 40 years, Baltimore Sun, 5-31-15]:

With three men killed in eastside shootings on Sunday, Baltimore recorded its deadliest month in more than 40 years. The 43 killings in May surpassed the 42 homicides the city saw in August 1990, and left Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake defending police and her administration.

Speaking at a morning ceremony to honor McKenzie Elliott, the 3-year-old killed by a stray bullet in August, Rawlings-Blake said it’s time to stop finger-pointing and assigning blame for the recent violence.

The killing of African-Americans in Baltimore has to stop, she said, noting that 189 of the 208 killed last year were black men. For the city to improve, all homicides need to drop, she added. “We have to do better,” the mayor said.

“We have to want more.” City Councilman Brandon Scott, vice chair of the public safety committee, echoed that theme, saying it’s time for all Baltimoreans to have honest conversations about ways to stop the violence. There isn’t one solution or one person who shoulders the blame, he said, adding that homicides affect all residents in the city, not just those in the poorest neighborhoods.

“Too many people have died in our town,” he said Sunday afternoon. “Don’t point fingers or go to social media. Everybody has to look in the mirror and ask, ‘What are they doing?'”

Funny, in 1970, Baltimore had a population of 906,244 people (dropping 30 percent by 2015 to 622,104), and white people were a still a majority. High rates of black crime then were convincing  whites the city was no longer a place for those capable of maintaing western civilization, so they left and allowed the Africanization of Baltimore to proceed unimpeded.

Again: the white minority in 2015 Baltimore has NOTHING to do with the crime-wave capsizing what is left of western civilization in the city; it’s simply black individuals collectively engaging in crimes making large portions of the city uninhabitable.

Police have nothing to do with the rise in homicides or nonfatal shootings either (though the libertarian view of a society free of state agents – police – being peaceful and harmonious is dying a fast death courtesy of the Visible Black Hand of Economics), for it’s not their duty to ensure citizens of Baltimore act in a peaceful manner; it’s the duty of every citizen of Baltimore to abide by the laws established to govern society.

However, black elected officials in Baltimore sacrificed the last vestiges of western civilization (law and order; innocent until proven guilty) when they allowed blacks space to destroy private property in the city and then when Marilyn Mosby acted on behalf of those preaching “no justice, no peace” and indicted six police officers whose offense was killing a convicted heroin dealer.

Never forget Freddie Gray dealt death to members of the black community in Baltimore, and in his death, these same members of the black community decided to riot/loot/burn on his behalf.

A heroin dealer deserves to be publicly executed; in the case of Freddie Gray, the black community of Baltimore decided to publicly execute the remaining vestiges of western civilization in Baltimore, with black elected officials standing idly by (in some cases, like Councilman Mosby, telling police to stand down from arresting the looters)… all in the name of Justice for Freddie Gray.

So with the body count piling up, and the near Africanization of Baltimore complete, is there any doubt black elected officials in Baltimore will be forced to condemn the coming acquittal of the six Baltimore police officers and then proceed to lead the riots ultimately consuming the city in an orgy of black violence?

All of this, mind you, being done in the name of a convicted heroin dealer.

marilyn mosby

After the wacky Black race advocate Marilyn Mosby arrested six cops for doing their job, cops are now scared to do their job and violence is skyrocketting.

Really surprising!  I feel so surprised!

Baltimore Sun:

“In 29 years, I’ve gone through some bad times, but I’ve never seen it this bad,” said Lt. Kenneth Butler, president of the Vanguard Justice Society, a group for black Baltimore police officers. Officers “feel as though the state’s attorney will hang them out to dry.”

Several officers said in interviews they are concerned crime could spike as officers are hesitant to do their jobs, and criminals sense opportunity. Butler, a shift commander in the Southern District, said his officers are expressing reluctance to go after crime.

“I’m hearing it from guys who were go-getters, who would go out here and get the guns and the bad guys and drugs. They’re hands-off now,” Butler said. “I’ve never seen so many dejected faces.

“Policing, as we once knew it, has changed.”

Lt. Victor Gearhart, a 33-year veteran who works in the Southern District, said residents with complaints about police “are going to get the police force they want, and God help them.”

Edward C. Jackson, a retired Baltimore police colonel who teaches at Baltimore City Community College, said he is worried about crime spiking if officers go into a “work slowdown” to avoid proactive police work.

“Baltimore can ill afford having cops do the bare minimum,” he said. “The bad guys are going to take advantage of a slowdown. It’s a terrible situation for the city to be in.”

The city has seen 40 shootings since April 28, the day after the city’s most intense day of rioting, including 10 on Thursday alone. There also have been 15 homicides in that span, bringing the year’s total to 82 — 20 more than at the same time last year.

Hahahahahaha!

But the police are evil, Negroes!  You don’t need them in your communities!  All they want to do is exterminate you!

“You have a perfect storm,” City Councilman Brandon M. Scott said. “First of all, I think everyone is tired. But you also have to realize for everything that’s going on in the city last week, we still have a violence problem in the city, and it’s just being exacerbated by the light being shined on Baltimore.”

Scott said he doesn’t believe officers are being “purposefully hesitant.”

“They have a pride in their job,” Scott said. “They would not do that to prove a point.”

I don’t think anyone is arguing that they’re trying to prove a point, Mr. Scott.  I think they are trying not to get arrested for doing their job after six dudes were arrested for doing their job.  Talking about “proving a point” merely skews the issue.

He be for dem communidie.
He be for dem communidie.

But I’m sure you’d know a lot better than I, Mr. Negro.

Mosby often notes that she comes from a family with five generations of police officers, and during the announcement of the charges last week stressed they were not “an indictment of the entire force.”

Gray, 25, died a week after sustaining a severed spine and other injuries while in police custody.

Mosby charged the driver of the police van that transported Gray with second-degree murder and the other officers with offenses that included involuntary manslaughter, false imprisonment and misconduct in office.

There’s that “false imprisonment” bit again, even after it has been proved that the knife Gray the heroin dealer was carrying was illegal.  Media doesn’t mention it.  Media also claims the injury’s were sustained while he was in police custody, which has not been proved.

The media needs to be indicted for inciting riots by knowingly disseminating disinformation.

Under pressure, Mosby is still claiming to have secret information which will prove that driving a van wrong is a form of racist murder.

Mosby said in a statement this week that she would not discuss the pending case, but cautioned that prosecutors have information that supports the charges that has not been made public. Mosby declined to comment Friday.

Baltimore attorney J. Wyndal Gordon said officers should clean up their act if they are worried about being charged.

“Mosby has sent a clear message that the way they’ve been doing things in the past is no longer acceptable,” Gordon said. “We’re going to see more-attuned police officers. They will think before they act.”

But cleaning up their act means a skyrocketting of homicide, Mr. Negro.

Then you sickening Blacks are going to come and complain about how Whites need to come and stop so many people from being murdered, like the Blacks in Chicago are presently doing.

Here they are saying Obama won’t send enough cops to stop murders.

They’re attacking Obama specifically, but what they are saying is they need cops.  Then at the end the guy says that Bill Clinton was the African American President, and one of the big things he did was implement stricter sentencing for drug offenders.

The general Black population does not like the ongoing violence very much, they just hate White people more.

Some Jew civil rights attorney supports Mosby – this is a lol.

Legal analyst and civil rights attorney Lisa Bloom wrote on her blog that Mosby “did precisely what prosecutors are supposed to do” and that the shock surrounding her decision to charge the officers comes from a history of cases involving police being handled differently.

Haha.  Stupid goyim don’t know justice when it finally slaps them in the face!

Lisa Bloom, defender of the Negro peoples.
Lisa Bloom, defender of the Negro peoples.

She has been one of the only active celebrity lawyers defending Mosby’s deranged actions.

Even other Jew lawyers are coming out and attacking her.

Officers and legal experts said they are concerned about Mosby’s contention that Gray was falsely arrested. Mosby said that three officers failed to establish probable cause, as no crime had been committed. She said the knife Gray was carrying was not illegal under Maryland law, making the arrest “illegal.”

Former federal prosecutor Jason Weinstein, who held a leadership post in the Justice Department, said the remedy for failing to establish proper probable cause is that “a defendant goes free — not that an officer goes to jail.”

The result could have a “chilling effect” on officers, preventing them from making “good faith judgments” when making arrests, Weinstein said.

Please note that once again, the Baltimore Sun refuses to address the now known fact that the knife was not legal and thus the officers had more than enough reason to arrest this Black heroin dealer.

Going back to the issue of Blacks whining about their people murdering each other, the Black-run city government had actually encouraged aggressive policing in the past.

Sgt. Robert F. Cherry, former president of the police union, said city officials have encouraged officers to perform aggressive enforcement to lower crime numbers.

“The same people they asked to aggressively police that area then turn around and say things like, ‘Why were they chasing him?'” Cherry said, referring to Gray. “Officers engage in things like this every day.”

So, the saga continues.

This isn’t going to be over any time soon, that’s for sure.

My hope is that through this spectacle, more Whites will wake up to the massive issue that is Black people in this country.  And that seems to be happening.

Marilyn Mosby gives a speech, begging Whites to stop murdering her people for the color of their skin.
Marilyn Mosby gives a speech, begging Whites to stop murdering her people for the color of their skin.

Unsurprisingly, it looks as though the insane charges of murder and manslaughter filed against six Baltimore cops for allegedly driving a van wrong may be dropped completely after a police investigation does not jibe in any way with the outrageous claims of Black Power feminist Baltimore’s State Attorney Marilyn Mosby.

Mosby, like all Blacks and women tend to do, just made a bunch of stuff up to suit her emotional needs. Because of her emotional drives, she was totally incapable of forming the thought that when White people looked her insane claims, they would be all like “bitch, please.”

CNN:

Already, defense attorneys are filing motions seeking to exploit differences between the separate state attorney and police investigations.

Lawyers for two officers have challenged a key finding of State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby’s case: that a knife found on Freddie Gray was legal in Maryland and therefore the officers didn’t have a right to arrest Gray. The police investigation found that the knife is illegal under Baltimore city code.

Ha! That alone means that the entire basis of the case – that he was wrongly arrested – is a hoax!

But watch the entire media continue to say “Freddie Gray, the small unarmed innocent Black child who was wrongfully arrested by racist White cops…”

Officials familiar with the probes also say the homicide investigation run by police investigators at most contemplated a manslaughter charge, not second degree murder as Mosby charged one of the officers, Caesar Goodson. To win conviction for murder, prosecutors must prove intent to kill. Manslaughter relates to unintentional killings.

“Intent to kill.” Let that sink in. This wacky bitch expects you to believe the officer purposefully drove the van wrong because he wanted the unarmed teen to die by hitting his head against the wall of the van. Because he was filled with hatred for the color of the small child’s skin.

In addition, homicide investigators who were briefed by the medical examiner’s office believed the examiner’s autopsy report would likely find the cause of death to fall short of homicide, according to one official familiar with the case.

Instead, Mosby said that the medical examiner concluded that Gray’s death was a homicide and that Gray’s fatal injury to the head occurred in a police transport van that was taking him to the police precinct.

According to an official with Maryland’s office of the chief medical examiner, where Gray’s autopsy was performed, information was shared with police investigators throughout the process, a common practice. But the official said there is only one conclusion on manner of death and that was contained in the final autopsy report delivered to Mosby on the same day she announced her decision to bring charges.

She also put a drunken Black criminal in charge of running the case!

Another issue could arise from the team Mosby relied on to lead her case: one of her top investigators, Avon Mackel, is a former high-ranking Baltimore police officer who was stripped of his command post in 2009 for failing to follow through on a robbery investigation that two of his officers mishandled and did not report. A Baltimore Sun report said police in the district were accused of classifying serious crimes as lesser in order to log lower crime rates.

In October 2009, four months after his demotion, Baltimore County police sent a SWAT team to Mackel’s home, responding a drunken incident in which he was seen holding a gun, according to a police report of the incident obtained by CNN.

Officers said an intoxicated Mackel refused to cooperate and was visibly upset, according to the report provided in response to a public records request. An officer then “observed the barrel of Mackel’s handgun hanging over the edge of the molding at the top of the steps and saw Mackel pull the gun out of sight,” the report said.

Police used a Taser on Mackel while he was on the phone with his father “crying and yelling,” before he barricaded himself in his bedroom. The report doesn’t say how the incident ended, but police said there was no arrest. A spokesman for the Baltimore County Police Department said “the [SWAT] tactical unit did assist with this incident, which ended peacefully.”

Ha!

But the gates of hell will open up when this thing collapses. And everyone is openly admitting it.

Because American Blacks are spoilt children.

That has lead to concerns among some city officials that if Mosby’s case fails to hold up, community reaction could explode again.

“If this case falls apart, then does Baltimore burn?” one official said.

Mosby’s spokesman was defended the irate female.

“While the evidence we have obtained through our independent investigation does substantiate the elements of the charges filed, I refuse to litigate this case through the media,” she said in the statement. “The evidence we have collected cannot ethically be disclosed, relayed or released to the public before trial. As I’ve previously indicated, I strongly condemn anyone in law enforcement with access to trial evidence, who has or continues to leak information prior to the resolution of this case. These unethical disclosures are only damaging our ability to conduct a fair and impartial process for all parties involved.”

Yes, I’m sure that you have an ace in the hole which proves that the officers purposefully killed this man by driving a van wrong because they were so filled with hate for the color of his skin.  Sadly, I’m thinking you might have to reveal this powerful secret evidence you have before the trial.

Don’t worry though.  I’m sure when you release this secret, damning evidence, you will be totally vindicated.

Sigh.

More evidence for the masses of just how ridiculous Black people are, I suppose. The masses apparently need more such evidence.

There is no way this is going to trial. It just cannot possibly happen.

And when this case comes crashing down, so will Baltimore, and so may the rest of America.

God help us all.

Marilyn "Give Us Barabas" Mosby is said to be a transsexual clone of Michael Jackson.
Marilyn “Give Us Barabas” Mosby is said to be a transsexual clone of Michael Jackson.

Yesterday, we reported on The Dersh’s statements that Marilyn Mosby’s decision to charge six officers with murder for driving a van was a travesty.

As it turns out, all other experts agree with him, and this whole thing is falling apart like the Space Shuttle Challenger.

Honestly, I am still personally shocked that she went for murder. It is just really unbelievable that she was capable of announcing it with a straight face.

"I don't understand the particular words on these papers. But I know it is time to burn this bitch down."
“I don’t understand the particular words on these papers. But I know it is time to burn this bitch down.”

Why exactly was a grand jury not convened, as happened with Michael Brown? How does American law allow this stupid Negress Mosby to just be like “dem muffugguhs dun did a mardar on hes blackass”?

AP:

Legal experts say the case is fraught with challenges. A widely shown video that captured the nation’s attention shows Gray, 25, being loaded into the van, but not what happened once he was inside. Other than the accused officers, the only known witness is a convicted criminal later placed in the van’s other holding cell, unable to see what was happening with Gray.

…

By bringing charges less than two weeks after Gray’s death, Mosby, 35, said her decision showed “no one is above the law.”

“To the people of Baltimore and the demonstrators across America: I heard your call for, ‘No justice, no peace,'” the prosecutor said. “Your peace is sincerely needed as I work to deliver justice on behalf of this young man.”

Within hours, the city’s police union questioned the prosecutor’s impartiality, accusing her of a rush to judgment and demanding she recuse herself from the case.

Even some of those who support Mosby’s stand worry further violence might erupt if she fails to win convictions.

…

To win a conviction, city prosecutors will have to convince a jury that van driver Caesar Goodson acted so recklessly that he knew his actions could take Gray’s life. The classic example often taught in law schools is that a person who drops a flower pot off the balcony of a skyscraper onto a busy sidewalk below, or someone who fires a gun into a crowded bus.

“That’s really the sort of shocking charge,” said Andrew Alperstein, a Baltimore defense attorney and former prosecutor.

Across the nation, it is very rare for law enforcement officers to be charged following fatal encounters with suspects, much less convicted by jurors often predisposed to give extra weight and credibility to the accounts provided by police.

…

In the Gray case, the video evidence is much murkier, with no visual evidence the officers purposely hurt him. Expert witnesses are likely to disagree on whether Gray was seriously injured when the officers pinned him to the sidewalk and cuffed his hands behind his back. Gray was recorded being hefted toward the waiting van, his feet dragging along the ground.

In her statement of facts, Mosby alleged the officers later also bound Gray’s feet together and placed him in the van face-down, rather than buckling him into a seat belt, as required by departmental procedures. That would have left Gray unable to brace himself as he slid around on the floor during the van’s travel through Baltimore. She also recounted the multiple stops made by the van, even after it likely became clear Gray was in distress. Nearly an hour passed before Gray received medical attention.

…

Glenn Ivey, a defense attorney and the former chief prosecutor in Prince George’s County, Maryland, said Mosby’s prosecution would likely be considered successful if she were to secure any felony conviction against the officers that results in lengthy terms in prison. Second-degree assault carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.

“Typically in police cases, if you get a conviction on almost any of the charges, it’s viewed as successful, because police cases are hard to win,” he said.

Even in Baltimore, where juries tend to be skeptical of police officers, they can still make compelling defendants and persuasive witnesses, said Ivey, who is currently a candidate for Congress in Maryland’s Washington suburbs.

…

Andrew Levy, a longtime Baltimore defense attorney and adjunct professor at the University of Maryland School of Law, said lawyers could argue that their individual clients cannot be held responsible for Gray’s death.

“If you dissect this from the initial pursuit to the initial detention to the arrest to the transfer to the vehicle, that’s a pretty complicated timeline, and I think we’re going to hear lots of defense from individuals basically that will distill down to, ‘It wasn’t my job. I was just following orders,'” Levy said. “Those are not frivolous defenses in a context like this. Not everybody is necessarily responsible for everything.”

Defense attorneys for the officers will likely use Mosby’s public statements about the case against her in requests that the venue for the trial be moved outside of Baltimore. Though such changes of venue are relatively rare, there have been several examples of such motions being granted in cases that have garnered intense media coverage or where local officials are deemed to have made public statements that could unfairly influence potential jurors.

Two things are for certain here: there is no way these cops are going to be convicted of anything, and when they are acquitted we are going to see the biggest chimpout thus far in all of history.  Hopefully they’ll manage to hold off the acquittal until it gets cold (I am pretty certain they will), but this is going to be nationwide.

We’re talking Haiti-style.

You could have stopped this.
You could have stopped this.

The Negropocalypse cometh.

No bitch will remain unburned down.

You asked for this, America.
You asked for this, America.
