So the Trump’s are getting charged with fraud for the valuation of Mar-a-Lago. Apparently.

A New York judge ruled last week that former President Donald Trump inflated the value of his Mar-a-Lago estate by an eye-popping 2,300%.

That finding, part of shocking ruling that found Trump and his adult sons liable for fraud, was just one of multiple examples in which Judge Arthur Engoron found the Trump real estate empire to have been grossly inflated in value.

But the Mar-a-Lago finding in particular is raising eyebrows among real estate and legal experts because of the metric Judge Engoron relied on: the county tax assessor’s appraisal value.

“From 2011-2021, the Palm Beach County Assessor appraised the market value of Mar-a-Lago at between $18 million and $27.6 million,” Engoron wrote in his ruling.

The judge noted Trump valued Mar-a-Lago at between $426.5 million and $612 million, “an overvaluation of at least 2,300%, compared to the assessor’s appraisal.”

But it’s widely known that the tax assessor valuation is typically, though not always, less than what a property would command on the open market.

In other words, it’s not an apples-to-apples comparison.

“Appraisal values and market values are just not the same thing. It’s a well-known fact,” said Eli Beracha, chair of the school of real estate at Florida International University. “That’s especially true for properties that are unique. And it’s very easy to argue this is a unique property.”

Passports are not usually confiscated by law enforcement unless a suspect has already been charged with a crime and is considered a flight risk. While Trump has not been charged with a criminal offense, the seizure of these documents would typically suggest that an indictment is being pursued.

Yeah, logically on its face it would imply that.

However, what it looks like is the FBI just bulk scooped all the documents in the house. FBI agents are mostly black people and women, and the white men who work there are buffoonish.

I’m sure Trump has women organizing his files, and women will take a passport and put it in a plastic bag and insert it in a locked filing cabinet or safe.

The more interesting thing is where Trump’s second passport is from (two valid passports means two countries).

It is probably Saint Lucia, haha.

I would assume Trump would have a third passport somewhere else and could probably flee the country on his private jet if he needed to. China and Russia would both give him asylum, if he was facing prison. I don’t think he would flee though, and I don’t really think if he was indicted he would go to prison.

But this week she said something interesting: people in Trump’s circles believe that Jared Kushner was the “mole” who ratted him out to the FBI. This is pretty relevant to my interests. In case you didn’t know, I’m an anti-Semite, and believe that Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, was selling him out from day 1.

It’s weird this would be on the liberal media. Maybe she is too dumb to know you’re not supposed to blame the Jews. Or maybe she is celebrating the Jew as a hero. This clearly just slipped through, and I don’t think we’ll be hearing about it again. The media is not going to celebrate Kushner as “the brave Jew who stabbed Trump in the back.”

However, if there really is an “inner circle mole” – which wouldn’t really be necessary even if there really are documents, because the FBI has electronic spying abilities that Trump has not been very good at evading, and also they could have just planted whatever documents they are waving around – then the mole would almost definitely be Kushner or his wife Ivanka.

As I understand it, Trump hasn’t had either of them around much lately, but they possibly could have known if he packed up documents back in January of 2021.

In any situation that happened under Donald Trump, from geopolitical events to celebrity sex drama, Trump was tweeting about it before you even saw the headline. People actually attacked him over this, saying he shouldn’t comment on things that are happening. It’s like, wait, what? He’s the leader of the country. Why would he not comment on things that happen in the country?

Trump was not just a political leader, but a social leader, and he would do things like say that Ben Affleck wasn’t bad as Batman even though he was horrible as Batman because Trump is a nice person and he felt bad about what was happening to Ben after his divorce.

For every flaw, Trump was a real father figure to the country. I don’t see how anyone can say that any leader should be anything other than a father figure. Not like we’re individually children who need a father, but a nation is a kind of family, and it is natural for the nation to have a patriarch.

This gets to the term limit concept. The 22nd Amendment, limiting the presidency to two terms, was not enacted until 1951. This was not something that the Founding Fathers felt strongly about. George Washington didn’t want to be king because of the issue of secession. There are problems with bloodline based secession, so I don’t really have a problem with electing a president. But if he’s doing a good job, why should he be forced to quit? It makes no practical or logical sense, and it really feeds this whole “deep state” issue, where presidents simply don’t have the time to shape their agenda, so it is always run by these unelected bureaucrats.

I think Trump could have and should have remained president until he was senile, because he was a father figure that all normal people felt safe having at the helm. Aside from not having the needed bravery, and being completely incapable of managing staff (because of his weird Oedipal relationship with his daughter who was married to a Jew), he was an ideal personality.

I digress, but the point was to contrast that to Joe Biden, who doesn’t even pretend to be any kind of leader and who no one thinks is any kind of leader. The people who support him don’t believe he is a leader, they just like the idea of a government by a secret council of Jews, homosexuals, and women. Basically, they like the idea of being ruled by a faceless bureaucracy.

That was the end. Assuming all new data supported that – and it obviously did – there was never any pandemic. There were old people, people with cancer, and the morbidly obese dying from the flu, like they do every year.

In fact, new data coming in when the alleged virus spread to the rest of the world was even worse, with the average age of death being ABOVE the average life expectancy.

But people believed this bullshit. They really believed it.

And with child trannies – I don’t know how many people actually believe that, but people go along with it. People are claiming that the Ukraine is a democracy and they’re going to win a war against Russia.

So, while analysis of the beliefs of the masses is interesting, you’re basically just jacking off, because Western white people will just believe literally anything, and even if they don’t believe it, they are too cowardly to stand up against it.

People familiar with the investigation told The Washington Post that the sensitive documents were among the items pursued by the FBI in Monday’s raid.

Both the bureau and the Justice Department have faced mounting pressure to release more information since the raid at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

The unnamed sources didn’t provide more details about the specific information sought in the raid. They also did not disclose whether the documents pertained to weapons from the US or another country.

It was also unclear on Thursday night whether the classified documents were discovered by agents in the raid.

The latest reported revelation comes after Attorney General Merrick Garlandsaid Thursday he “personally approved” the search warrant that led to the unprecedented raid of Trump’s home.

He also said the Justice Department would request a federal judge unseal copies of the warrant. A judge told the Justice Department to let the court know by 3 p.m. Friday if Trump objected to the public disclosure.
