Race-based ideology is increasingly contaminating Canada’s justice system. It’s racism in a new form, where being non-white can actually help you justify the commission of a crime and reduce consequence sentencing.

According to an article from Rupa Subramanya of The Free Press, Canadian judges are using race as a mitigating factor in assessing and punishing crimes.

All an accused has to do is submit an Impact of Race and Culture Assessment, or IRCA – a pre-sentencing document available to “Black and racialized Canadians” who can then attempt to prove how system racism was a reason they broke the law.

The Free Press notes the case of Edward Smith, who came to Canada from West Africa in 2005 and eventually settled in Edmonton, AB. He participated in an armed robbery of an Airbnb with his cousin, apparently because the latter believed the owners of the accommodation had stolen money from him.

But their operation was foiled; police arrested Smith, who pleaded guilty to theft and robbery with a firearm.

Then he filed an IRCA and Smith bought into the highly debatable ideology and judicial premise of the document – that as a black man living in Canada he was obviously a victim of racism and hatred that prevented him from the same opportunities available to white people and thus made criminal activity almost a justifiable option.

Smith had a black activist named Dunia Nur prepare his IRCA, Subramanya reported. She told the reporter that she filled in the document in order for the judge to properly assess Smith’s “background” and “history.”

Smith gave Subramanya a copy of the IRCA from the convict himself. She noted that the four-page report contains absolutely no evidence that Smith was ever subjected to everyday examples of racism such being physically attacked, enduring racial epithets or ever losing a job because of his race.

He couldn’t even list any microaggressions committed against him.

How stupid do you have to be to not even make something up, especially when literally everything is oppresses you somehow?

“They made me do math in school” is considered literal White Supremacy across virtually all universities in the formerly-Western world.

What it does say is that Smith had a rough childhood and adolescence—the refugee camp in Ghana, his father’s absence, immigrating to Canada, his early run-ins with the law. The IRCA describes Smith as one who “identifies as an African Canadian” who is of “Liberian heritage,” and has “a feeling of disconnection with his culture.”

The argument apparently worked. As The Free Press notes, a judge let Smith off relatively easily. He got out of jail after only six months, with court-appointed supervision. Without taking his race into consideration, he would probably have been sentenced to eight years in prison.

“I didn’t face racism,” Smith told Subramanya, admitting that he exploited the system to his benefit. “It was my only way out of this situation. I took full advantage.”

Yeah.

You can’t really blame him.

A Liberian warlord appears to be the victim in a deadly shooting in the Canadian city of London, media reported.

William ‘Bill’ Horace, a former National Patriotic Front of Liberia rebel group commander, was shot dead in a home invasion on Sunday, FrontPageAfrica reported.

“The victim in this matter has been identified as 44-year-old Bill Horace, of Toronto”, the London Police Service said. It added that the shooting was likely targeted but did not reveal a motive.

London, Ontario is currently the only London in the world that’s majority White, so it’s very likely someone wanted to kill him specifically.

But that doesn’t answer why he was there in the first place.

The police went on to say they cannot confirm the affiliation of the deceased, but family members have told to FrontPageAfrica that the victim was indeed the ex-paramilitary commander.

Horace was a top commander in Charles Taylor’s rebel group that initiated the First Liberian Civil War and was responsible for the number of war crimes in western Africa, including in Sierra Leone.

A Maclean’s investigation in 2010 revealed that Horace arrived in Canada at the turn of the century settling down in Toronto.

When giving a sentence, judge Richard Bond said that Liberia-born nurse Josephine Iyamu was guilty of “vile” offences that had left her five victims in fear of their lives.

Unfortunately for Nabarro and his plan to infect the world with blood fever, Liberia’s Ambassador to the United Nations then directly contradicted him by reminding people that “the disease is unpredictable and one infection can have a cascading effect.”

A cascading effect that has so far left 5,000 dead and 13,000 bleeding out of every orifice.

As the reader is likely aware, the agenda to purposefully infect the United States with the deadly African doom virus, Ebola, has been forwarded nearly exclusively by Jews. By pressing this obvious issue, we can surely alert many of our countrymen to an infectious virus much more deadly than Ebola: Jews.

The original outbreak of ultimate African doom was a result of decisions made by the Jew CDC Chief, Tom Frieden. Yesterday, the Daily Beast, in one of their weird apologetics for the policy of deliberately bringing a plague to America, cited yet another prominent Jew, Natalie Eisenbarth who supports their agenda of saving the African economy by infecting Americans with a deadly virus on purpose.

Natalie Eisenbarth, Policy & Advocacy Officer for the International Rescue Committee, says that if the goal is to protect the U.S., a travel ban is the worse possible decision. “It’s important to look at humanitarian and moral implications,” she says. “Stopping the spread of it in West Africa is in our best interest and that means getting the right people and the supplies in as fast as possible. The idea of issuing a travel ban runs against that.” On top of hindering the IRC’s ability to deliver supplies and essential medical equipment to the area; Eisenbarth says a travel ban would have a dramatic effect on people’s willingness to travel to these countries and help.

And if a travel ban were imposed, the help would be needed more than ever. The potential economic consequences that could arise from a travel ban on West Africa, says Eisenbarth, could be catastrophic. In addition to reducing trade, the ban would increase fear and suspicion of residents of this region, hindering the work of businesspeople, further sinking the economy.

So, wait.  It starts out with “if the goal is to protect the US…” then goes on to say how not banning travel would benefit Africans, without ever saying how it would protect the US.  Typical Jewspeak.  The quintessential Jewspeak, one might even say.

The International Rescue Committee is an international scamming organization designed to facilitate the invasion of every White country by subhumans from anywhere (read: everywhere), as well as funnel money into the third world cesspits and the bottomless pockets of conniving Jews.  It was founded by the Jewish plagiarist and sneaking liar Albert Einstein, and is run by scurrying rat Jews to this day.

This Ebola situation – purely a Jewish operation – proves just how unhinged and out of control the Jews are.  There are an alleged six million Jews living in the United States.  They are not only bringing this hell on us, but on themselves.  But they can’t help themselves.

Healthcare workers in Liberia will strike starting Monday as they demand hazard pay for dealing with Ebola-infected persons, their union leader has announced.

“Beginning tomorrow we will be on a nationwide strike in every hospital and every health centre including ETUs (Ebola Treatment Units),” said Joseph Tamba, chairman of the health workers’ union.

A similar situation occurred in Sierra Leone with the teams that were disposing of Ebola infected corpses.  This situation is even worse because healthcare workers across Liberia at every hospital and treatment facility are planning to go on strike.  The Ebola infection rate is also believed to be more widespread in Liberia than it has been in Sierra Leone.

Can we ban air travel to these countries yet?  Or is it still “racist” to suggest this as an option?

That saddest of days has finally come: a man named “Ashoka Mukpo,” who the media is identifying as an “American,” has contracted Ebola.

Mukpo, who was working as a freelance cameraman for NBC, tested positive for the deadly Negro plague on Wednesday, just a day after being hired by NBC. He is 33-years-old, apparently having managed to get through his entire life learning absolutely nothing, and will soon be dead.

He had been living in Liberia for three years.

Mukpo’s Facebook page features the sign “Kick Ebola Out” where his headshot should be. He’s reportedly done work chronicling the Ebola crisis in Liberia for Al Jazeera and Vice in recent weeks.

In a post from Sept. 18, Mukpo wrote this chilling observation: “man oh man i have seen some bad things in the last two weeks of my life. how unpredictable and fraught with danger life can be. how in some parts of the world, basic levels of help and assistance that we take for granted completely don’t exist for many people. the raw coldness of deprivation and the potential for true darkness that exists in the human experience. i hope that humanity can figure out how we can take care of each other and our world. simple, soft aspiration for all my brothers and sisters on this earth who suffer the elements and the cold. may we all be free, loved, and tended to…”

Mukpo assured Facebook friends that after returning to the hard-hit West African nation, he was not taking any chances. “I am taking serious precautions and washing with chlorine regularly,” he wrote in a Sept. 5 post.

He sought medical treatment Thursday and is expected to be flown back to the U.S. for treatment.

Yes, bring him on back. Not only do we need more deadly African viruses in this country, we need more low-level retards.

Look at this man. He loved the poor African children and devoted his life to taking pictures of them. Soon he will be dead. Will these African children mourn him as he mourned them?

The Blacks that run the Liberian government are so incompetent that they can’t even manage to properly dispose of dead bodies rotting in the streets.  Many of these bodies are the remains of people who have died from Ebola.

Now, there are reports of dogs eating the remains of the victims.  It sounds like a scene out of some weird horror film, only it is really happening in Liberia.

Dogs in one community in Liberia are reportedly eating the remains of dead Ebola victims lying on the streets.

The New Dawn reports that the Liberian government buried bodies of those suspected to have died from Ebola a few weeks ago in Johnsonville Township, outside of Monrovia. A number of dogs were reportedly seen pulling the bodies out of the graves and eating the remains.

Alfred Wiah tells The New Dawn that the government’s Health Ministry was called about the incident but that officials did not do anything about it.

“We are very disappointed in the Health Ministry, especially the government that took an oath to defend and protect us. To see them act in such manner is unacceptable and we’ll never allow the government come to bury any longer,” Wiah told The New Dawn. “They will be resisted by us because I think the government has failed to protect us. Why bring Ebola bodies and not bury them well?”

Dr. Stephen Korsman of the University of Cape Town’s medical virology division tells News 24 that dogs can be infected with the Ebola virus but that “infections appear to be asymptomatic.”

“This means that dogs won’t get sick, but they still could carry a potential risk through licking or biting,” Korsman explained to News 24.

If you thought the Blacks in Ferguson Missouri were stupid for looting and burning their own neigbourhoods down, then wait until you see this.

The biological drive to steal is so strong within Black DNA, that in Liberia they have looted their own new Ebola quarantine center.

Along with freeing all the plague-carriers that were being kept away from the healthy people there, the Blacks even stole the blood-soaked bedding and medical gloves, along with all the rest of the medical equipment.

There really is no point in trying to help these creatures, Liberia is the oldest Black administration in the world, yet still they have not been able to rise above the most primitive level of society.

The crowd that claims everything is a hoax will love this story – the mob claimed the entire Ebola outbreak is a hoax.

I have no idea what any of these African leaders would have to gain by staging such a hoax nor do I see how they would have the resources to pull off such a hoax to begin with.

None the less, these crazy Blacks are taking quite the chance.  What if their theory about it being a hoax is wrong?  They’ve chosen to raid a facility that were treating people who may be infected with a deadly virus.  They could potentially die from this.  Of course, I doubt any of these Blacks took that into consideration.

A mob descended on the center at around 5:30 p.m., chanting, “No Ebola in West Point! No Ebola in West Point!” They stormed the front gate and pushed into the holding center. They stole the few gloves someone had donated this morning, and the chlorine sprayers used to disinfect the bodies of those who die here, all the while hollering that Ebola is a hoax.

They ransacked the protective suits, the goggles, the masks. They destroyed part of Tarplah’s car as he was fleeing the crowd.

Jemimah Kargbo, a health care worker at a clinic next door, said they took mattresses and bedding, utensils and plastic chairs.

“Everybody left with their own thing,” she said. “What are they carrying to their homes? They are carrying their deaths.”

She said the police showed up but the crowd intimidated them.

“The police were there but they couldn’t contain them. They started threatening the police, so the police just looked at them,” she said.

And then mob left with all of the patients.

“They said, ‘The president says you have Ebola, but you don’t have Ebola, you have malaria. Get up and go out!’” Kargbo said.

“What’s going to happen when they come to our clinic? In two to five days?” Kargbo asked, referencing the early period when newly infected patients begin to show their first symptoms. “We’re going to turn them around” and send them to a different hospital, she said.

Kargbo said the staff at the clinic have no protective gear. They were already afraid about treating possible Ebola patients, and the riot means more infections as escaped sick patients infect their families, and as looters sleep on mattresses where the Ebola-infected have died.
