I don’t understand.

I can easily see why people would be against him being a Fraud Gamer, but the Nazi salute is very cool and awesome.

What we need is a global outrage against Musk’s gaming fraud, including and especially in Italy, which I’m told is a serious gaming country.

The South African-born billionaire has drawn increasing international outrage with his embrace of extremism, including an incident in which he appeared to give the Nazi salute to a crowd in Washington on Monday.

Students protesting against Elon Musk’s extremism have hung him in effigy in Milan’s Piazzale Loreto, stringing up a fake body upside down in an imitation of the hanging of Italian fascist dictator Benito Mussolini’s corpse in the very same square in 1945.

As reported by Italian agency ANSA, the protesters belong to a left-wing collective known as Cambiare Rotta, or Change Course.

The group, which identifies as communist, posted an image of the effigy on social media, writing: “There’s always room at Piazzale Loreto, Elon.”

Cambiare Rotta has made headlines in Italy in the past for its radical stances, including pro-Hezbollah chants at demonstrations, domestic media reported.

Musk, who publicly embraced ever-more extreme right-wing politics since buying Twitter and rebranding it as X, has lately drawn further outrage for his statements and behaviour.

Having endorsed the far-right party Alternative for Germany (AfD) in the German elections and called for the release of imprisoned British anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant activist Tommy Robinson, Musk has this week been condemned for giving what appeared to be multiple Nazi salutes to a crowd in Washington.

Some have claimed he was simply waving his arm in uncontrolled exuberance.

The Anti-Defamation League, an international NGO known for its campaigning against antisemitism, said in a statement on Monday that Musk made an “awkward gesture in a moment of enthusiasm, not a Nazi salute.”

Wow, this is like the gayest thing ever.

A new study by the Technical University of Dortmund has found that nearly two-thirds of German journalists show political preferences leaning toward left-green parties, confirming what critics have claimed about an ideological bias within the mainstream media.

The study, conducted with 525 journalists between March and June 2024, reveals that 63 percent of respondents support the Greens, the Social Democrats (SPD), or the Left Party.

Of those with a political leaning, 41 percent back the Greens alone — a figure nearly four times higher than the party’s general support among the German population.

When isolating only journalists who expressed a party preference (77 percent of respondents), the alignment with left-green parties rose to 82 percent, highlighting an overwhelming skew in favor of liberal parties.

Notably absent from journalist support is the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD), which wasn’t even listed as an option, despite the anti-immigration party maintaining between 15 to 20 percent support among the general public.

In total, the Greens garnered 41 percent of support followed by the SPD (16 percent), CDU (8 percent), the Left (6 percent), FDP (3 percent), and BSW (1 percent).

Some 2 percent of respondents opted for “other parties” while 23 percent said they have no party preference.

Despite the prevalence of left-green preferences, most journalists believe that their political affiliations have little impact on reporting. According to the study, 37 percent of journalists think their political leanings do not influence their coverage, while 27 percent admitted their preferences may affect the emphasis of their reporting.

The French government says multiple telecommunications lines have been hit by acts of vandalism, affecting fiber lines and fixed and mobile phone lines as cities around France are hosting events for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The scale of the impact is unclear, as is whether it has affected any Olympic activities. The vandalism came after arson attacks hit train networks around France on Friday, hours before the Olympics opening ceremony.

Marina Ferrari, secretary of state in charge of digital affairs, posted on X that damage in several regions overnight Sunday to Monday affected telecommunications operators. She said that led to localized impact on access to fiber lines and fixed and mobile telephone lines.

Paris 2024 Olympics organizers would not immediately comment.

A national investigation is underway into last week’s train sabotage, which disrupted travel for nearly a million passengers in France as well as people in London and in other neighboring countries. Train traffic had largely resumed by Monday.

French media reported that an extreme-left activist was arrested at a rail facility on Sunday in the Seine-Maritime region of western France. But the Paris prosecutor’s office said it was unconnected to what happened Friday and that no one has been arrested so far in the national investigation into the arson attacks.

If it’s not he extreme left… then maybe it is one of these countries the French are constantly threatening with war?

A Michigan man suspected of using an all-terrain vehicle to run over an elderly man for supporting Donald Trump died by suicide as police closed in on him, according to authorities.

Police in Hancock – a city located in the state’s upper peninsula – said the man in question was under investigation for allegedly running over an 80-year-old man at about 5.45pm local time on Sunday.

The elderly man was described as a supporter of the former president who was posting a political sign in his yard, according to police. Police also said he displayed stickers and flags that were supportive of law enforcement. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition with serious injuries after the man on the ATV struck him, authorities said.

Investigators said they had identified a suspect in the case by Monday evening, and he had been linked to a total of three cases which were apparently “politically motivated”.

That man later contacted officers, told them he wanted to “confess a crime involving an ATV driver within the last 24 hours” and asked to be picked up, police said in a statement. When police arrived at the scene, they found a 22-year-old man dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The events in Hancock came a little more than a week after Trump survived an assassination attempt at a presidential campaign rally in Butler county, Pennsylvania, on 13 July. The gunman at the rally fatally shot a 50-year-old Trump supporter, former fire chief Corey Comperatore, while the former president was wounded on one of his ears.

It’s a concerning development.

Former Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis has been refused entry to Germany to attend a pro-Palestinian conference in Berlin. Now, the German media confirms that there is an entry ban on Varoufakis from entering the country, with the conference he was set to attend shut down in a matter of minutes.

Several bans on entry to Germany were imposed, including one against Varoufakis “to prevent any anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli propaganda at the event,” German security authorities told AFP.

Varoufakis has been an outspoken critic of Germany’s support of Israel, claiming the country is complicit in genocide in a series of videos he has released in recent months.

Varoufakis stated that his ban on speaking in Germany also applies to participation in online events, for example via the Zoom network.

However, according to one source speaking to Handelsblatt newspaper, there is indeed a ban on entry to Germany for the former politician, who was once seen as a champion of the left in Europe.

German police interrupted and then banned the conference on Friday, less than an hour after it began, because one of the speakers reportedly did not have a permit for political activity in Germany.

Police later said on X that they had banned the conference, which was scheduled to take place from Friday until Sunday.

In general, people who go around complaining about things that don’t have any affect on their own personal lives are projecting personal problems onto these things.

Obviously, right-wingers also complain about things. But just go through the list of the things the Daily Stormer complains about. It’s all things that you can say clearly affect our personal lives directly, or have the clear potential to. Although a lot of people get into right-wing politics because they are unhappy, they look for issues relating to the cause of their unhappiness, such as the lack of the viability of marriage and family, economic problems, immigrants and junkies on the streets, all the various other threats to social cohesion, government intrusion into people’s personal lives, and so on. With every right-wing issue, you can say “I care about this because it affects me and/or my family and people I care about.”

There is no “woke” issue that has any real world affect on people’s lives. No white woman is affected by George Floyd’s death or Russian annexation of the Donbass.

I guess the one exception might be abortion, as modern women really do need that, personally. But that’s also an older issue that women have supported ever since it became technically possible to do a safe abortion. (I guess with the virus hoax, they also believed they were going to die if everyone wasn’t force vaxed, though that’s also a different category, and anyway, it was easily shown to be a hoax, so anyone who believed it did so because they like believing in lies.) None of the rest of these issues even have a remote potential of affecting the lives of the people promoting them.

Psychological researchers in Finland have created an assessment to help measure an individual’s commitment to principles of social justice and made some surprising findings across the Finnish population — including a negative correlation between progressive ideals and levels of happiness.

Their findings, published in the Scandinavian Journal of Psychology, suggest other Western nations may see similar patterns among their socially conscious citizens.

Study author Oskari Lahtinen, a senior researcher at the INVEST Research Flagship Centre at the University of Turku, remarked that the “woke” discourse has since worked its way into Finnish discourse.

“This debate was largely data-free and it could thus be considered a worthwhile question to study how prevalent these attitudes are,” he continued. “No reliable and valid instrument existed prior to the study to assess the extent and prevalence of these attitudes in different populations, so I set out to develop one.”

Their research trajectory included extensive reading on intersectional feminism, critical race theory, queer theory, and other relevant academic disciplines that inform critical social justice, PsyPost reports.

However, the most concerning finding was the relationship between mental health and agreement with the scale. Specifically, researchers found a high prevalence of anxiety and depression in people who believe the statement “If white people have on average a higher income than black people, it is because of racism.” More broadly, they found that those who identified as left-wing were most likely to report lower mental well-being.

In order to believe in “racism” as it is defined in the mainstream – an irrational and blind hatred of strangers because of the color of their skin – you have to have very serious mental problems.

These findings are very obvious, but of course, no one would ever say it, because the general sentiment is that white women will become happy if normal white men are made suffer.

All of these issues, you will find, are about making white men suffer. Women are sadistic. It doesn’t make them happy, but they get a rush from hurting men who somehow remind them of their fathers. Just look at the Ukraine thing. This whole story is “look at that Putin guy, he’s a white man with self-respect who believes in Jesus and social normalcy – he’s just like an evil father figure.”

The German parliament voted in favor of the left-wing federal government’s new citizenship law on Friday, a move that will reduce the time migrants must reside in the country before receiving voting rights, potentially enabling 2.5 million previously non-German citizens to support left-wing parties in next year’s federal election.

Foreign nationals living in Germany will soon be able to obtain citizenship after just five years instead of the previous eight, and in some cases, migrants who can show “special integration performance” will be instantly naturalized after just three years of residence.

The new law also relaxes the requirement for elderly foreign nationals to show proficiency in the German language, while children of foreigners who have lived in Germany for five years or more will be automatically naturalized.

According to experts cited by the Junge Freiheit news outlet, the move will immediately enable 2.5 million foreign nationals to apply for a German passport, including hundreds of thousands of migrants who entered Germany illegally at the peak of the migrant crisis in 2016.

Cynics would describe the timing of the citizenship reforms to be convenient for the government, which is currently plummeting in the opinion polls and losing ground to the opposition Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) because of its failing immigration policy.

Naturalizing millions of foreign nationals will almost inevitably tip the scales favorably in the government’s direction ahead of federal elections next year, with foreigners statistically far more likely to support left-wing parties.

“This is probably the traffic light law with the most far-reaching negative consequences for our society,” said Alexander Throm, the CDU’s domestic policy spokesman — the traffic light being a colloquialism for the coalition federal government comprising the SPD (red), the FDP (yellow), and the German Green Party.

“The traffic lights have lost all sense of the situation in the country,” added Mario Voigt, the CDU’s leader in the German state of Thuringia. “The discussion shows that the Reds and Greens envision a different society. In the largest wave of illegal migration, the traffic light fails to limit it. There needs to be order back in our migration policy. Naturalization can only be the result of successful integration, not the beginning. True integration takes time,” he added.

Last week’s statement by the Spanish Minister for Equality Irene Montero (privately, the life partner of Pablo Iglesias, a leader of the neo-Marxist Podemos party) is still echoing throughout the country. The leftist politician, while defending the rights of young girls to have an abortion without their parents’ consent during a parliamentary commission, said:

“Every boy, every girl, every trans child in this country has the right to know their own body, to know that no adult can touch their body if they don’t want them to, and that if they do, then that is a form of violence.

“They have the right to know that they can love and have sexual relations with anyone that they want, based on mutual consent. These are recognized rights,” she added.

The words, that children can have sexual intercourse with anyone they want, by many commentators, were deemed as the next step in the normalization of pedophilia.

Spanish writer Juan Manuel Prada pointed out the consequences of Montero’s views.

“If she decides that small children can choose their own sexual identity and decide about mutilation of their body through a ‘sex change,’ then why shouldn’t they have the right to decide with who they want to have sexual intercourse?” he asked.

Italian priest Fortunato Di Noto, known as a “pedophile hunter” engaged in fighting such practice for a few decades, noted that Montero uses the same language as the pedophile lobby. She preaches the “right to sex” and emphasizes not the adult’s intent, but the child’s consent. Pedophile circles have been saying the same thing as the Spanish minister for years, that children have the right to sex and no one has the right to forbid it, if they consent.

Speaking of minors’ right to have sex, Montero blurs the distinction between children and adults. The same goes for the concept of free consent, and in the case of under-aged individuals, most victims must prove the activity engaged in amounted to abuse. Child psychologists know very well, how easy it is to manipulate children, who are emotionally and intellectually immature, in order to force the supposed “consent.” Actually, pedophiles excel at such games with the underaged, even knowing how to induce guilt in their victims.

Following a wave of criticism, Montero started to complain that she was a victim of “far-right” harassment. Commentators condemning her statement are right. If we make children conscious entities in sex life who are capable of maintaining intimate relations with others, then why would we forbid them to have intercourse with adults?

Activists of the pedophile lobby have asked for a long time that if relations between two under-aged persons are something normal, then why should relations between an adult and a child be treated any differently? According to them, such contacts are even more beneficial for children, who are introduced to the world of sexual relations by someone more experienced.

It’s actually a good argument that if sex between children is normal then there is no reason they shouldn’t be allowed to have sex with adults. That doesn’t even make any sense. You should have known that the people who were normalizing sex between children were eventually going to say “hey – why can’t we have sex with them? They’re already having sex with each other!”

Everything is a slippery slope.
