A jury awarded $3.75 million in damages this week to a protester shot twice with hard-foam projectiles fired by Los Angeles police during demonstrations in 2020.

Jurors on Wednesday ruled that the LA Police Department was negligent when one or more of its officers fired the so-called less-lethal devices at Asim Jamal Shakir Jr., the Los Angeles Times reported.

Shakir had been filming a police skirmish line when he recognized his LAPD officer uncle among the formation and confronted him, shouting, “Our ancestors are turning over in their grave right now!” Shakir alleges that his uncle, Eric Anderson, then directed other officers to fire a hard-foam projectile at him.

Civil rights attorney Carl Douglas, who filed the suit on Shakir’s behalf, said he hopes the sizable damages awarded will signal that similar acts of police violence cannot be tolerated. The award must still be approved by the City Council.

Karen Richardson, a spokesperson for the city attorney’s office, told the Times her office had no comment on the jury’s decision. The police department did not respond to an email seeking comment Friday.

At trial, the defense team sought to reconstruct the events of that day with video from a body camera and an Instagram livestream.

Shakir was struck once, then a second time while he was bending down to pick up a phone that had been knocked out of his hand by the first projectile, according to the lawsuit.

This is the same civil court system that is bypassing the First Amendment by allowing people to sue people for speech crimes.

Kyle Rittenhouse is getting sued for self-defense after the criminal court system ruled he wasn’t guilty. He’s almost certainly going to lose in civil court, and I would not be surprised if some people are saying he should quite frankly just leave the country.

It’s a totally broken system. It’s a nice idea, to use judges and juries to settle disputes outside of the criminal justice system, but it simply does not work in this current situation we are under.

If the Republicans were not a totally failed waste, they would be calling for the civil court system to be abolished.

This video is a year old (exactly to the day, in fact). So the problem has been identified not just internally, but publicly, for a long time. And still no one has done anything about it. California is a joke. 

Our brave boys in blue are diversifying, and that means that police action is going to resemble GTA-style law enforcement more and more.

The FBI is investigating a secret society of tattooed deputies in East Los Angeles dubbed The Banditos, who allegedly use gang-like tactics to recruit young Latino police officers into their fold.

The Banditos, who brand themselves with matching tattoos of a skeleton wearing a sombrero, bandolier and pistol, are accused of beating and harassing young police officers who rebuff them.

Investigators are looking in to claims that new members of the gang are required to commit criminal acts to prove their loyalty, such as planting evidence or writing false incident reports, an LA Times probe suggests.

According to reports from anonymous police officers, the group has a gang-like hierarchy and may even have rival gangs within the department which numbers around 10,000 law enforcement officials.

The anonymous informants claim the Bandito leaders control key elements of the station including choosing whether back up is dispatched during dangerous calls.

The deputies say Bandito leaders also enforce illegal arrest quotas and carry out other forms of harassment.

You know, if the police are constantly being accused of racism for arresting too many blacks and browns, they may just end up having to arrest more Whites to combat claims that they are racist. This is what “quotas” will look like in the very near future.

Such is the growth of the gangs that investigators are looking into the possibility of there being rival gangs within the state, including one called the Reapers in South LA, and another dubbed the Spartans and Regulators in the Century Station.

The investigation represents another black eye for a police force plagued with accusations of corruption and criminality, dating back to 2011.

The FBI investigation appears to have been initiated after a group of deputies filed a lawsuit against the county accusing sheriff’s officials of failing to tackle a hostile atmosphere in the East LA station.

Now I know what you’re thinking: this is usually the point at which I launch into an expletive-ridden anti-cop rant, replete with memes and emotionally-charged language deploring the blue mafia and the cucks who still support them.

Yeah well, I’m about to go ahead and do that again right now, so strap in.

In one instance, it is alleged four Banditos harassed a rookie and when other deputies stepped in, were punched, kicked and choked unconscious, the legal files claim.

‘There’s people getting, you know, stomped on… being choked out… it was just crazy, crazy to believe they’re all cops,‘ one deputy told Eyewitness News.

It’s almost as if giving a Mexican a uniform and a badge doesn’t magically make him a trustworthy and honest public servant.

It’s almost as if the same corruption and abuse that South America is renowned for has migrated north, keeping pace with the population of Latinos and their presence in the police force.

The lawsuit implicates Deputies David Silverio, Gregory Rodriguez and Rafael Munoz, and Sgt. Mike Hernandez, who were placed on paid administrative leave after the incident.

Sheriff Alex Villanueva has repeatedly downplayed the importance of tattooed deputy groups within the LA law enforcement ranks, calling them a ‘cultural norm.’ 

Sheriff Alex Villanueva actually believes that saying “it’s a cultural norm” is a legit justification.

So I’m just sitting here and thinking: when will they start arresting and beating up White people for minuscule infractions? Will the cucks rethink their boot-licking ways when this happens?

The police are not what they were in the 1980s when Sheriff Jim Hopper was helping the town of Hawkins, Indiana by fighting satanic monsters from another dimension.

The combination of Israeli training, purposefully recruiting the stupid and the brown, and aggressive militarization of the entire Law Enforcement Industrial Complex has led to a situation where police function as an evil gang. And in LA, we’re seeing that this gang activity crosses over with various Latin American gangs. This will of course become the norm. Or already is the norm.

But niggas don’t know.

Beneath a certain IQ range, people seem to be incapable of revising their views. It’s like downloading Windows XP and then never updating it. At least in the case of Windows, you can make the case that the operating systems got progressively worse and you’d be well within the realm of reason to stick to the older versions, but that’s not the point I’m trying to make here.

What I’m trying to say is that heroes who stand up to the wicked LAPD are few and far between. One man tried to warn us, but we rejected him and did not heed his word.

His name was Chris Dorner and he once led a one-man war against the LAPD because he knew about the corruption happening within the ranks and wanted us (his children) to grow up strong and straight without being terrorized by bandidos with badges.

And while the peoples of the internet knew of him and accepted his word, the normies didn’t. The LAPD drew first blood, not him.

They hunted him and condemned this former super-soldier based nigger for standing up to the badge niggers.

Some say he’s still out there, plotting his revenge against the LAPD that tried to burn him alive and that still holds hostage a countless mass of innocents in the once great city of LA.

We need him now more than ever.

So I guess the LAPD is importing their officers straight outta Africa now. I mean, that might be a good way to deal with their brown population – Africans know their way around a sjambok, I can tell you that.

Our police will soon need to learn African sjambok technology in order to cope with our diversity problems.

A Los Angeles police officer has been arrested on federal charges alleging he tried to smuggle in two illegal immigrants this week in southeastern San Diego County.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s not how it works, bud.

Mambasse Koulabalo Patara has been charged with violating immigration laws, according to a federal complaint filed Wednesday.

Wait – you can go to jail for that? I thought immigration law was more of a suggestion.

The supreme court will probably rule soon that it’s illegal to prevent corrupt cops from bringing in illegal immigrants in exchange for bribe money.

He was arrested early Tuesday morning at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint in Pine Valley, located about 12 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border.

According to the complaint, at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, Patara drove up to the checkpoint with two male passengers in a 2006 Toyota Corolla.

While being interviewed by Border Patrol agents, Koulabalo showed them his LAPD badge and stated he was off-duty, the complaint states. Agents later patted him down and found his service-issued gun in his waistband, the complaint reads.

Koulabalo reportedly told border agents his two passengers were U.S. citizens. The men, identified as Herman Lopez and his nephew German Ramirez Gonzalez, eventually admitted they were in the country illegally.

One of the men said they had known Koulabalo for years and had worked for him at his Fontana home. He added they had decided to go to a casino in Alpine in southern San Diego County, before heading to another one in Campo and ending up at the border checkpoint near Pine Valley.

These slimy Mexicans are obviously just saying random nonsense. The reality is probably something like this: this African cop has been making money on the side by smuggling illegals over the border using his LAPD position as leverage.

And I wouldn’t be surprised if the Governor of California pardons him straight away. After all, it would be racist to do otherwise.

Also, the entire government of California is staffed by beaners.

At some point, we’ll have to make a choice as a society. Do we want to keep out Mexican illegals, or do we want to sjambok niggers? Because it seems like we can’t have both.

Well, we have another one of these police brutality situations, only in this case it appears to be at least partially valid. About six officers were attempting to arrest a homeless Black, and the Black cop, for whatever reason, opened-fire on him. And anyway, it won’t lead to any riots, because it was a Black cop responsible.

The video is intense. Not bloody, but you see the guy die. At about 00:20, you can hear one of the cops saying “drop the gun,” so maybe the guy had gotten a hold of one of the officer’s guns. Still seems a bit severe to put fire rounds in the poor bastard while he’s on the ground.

Ferguson offered an example of the danger Black criminals pose to White cops, and I think this could be used to highlight the danger Black cops pose to Black criminals.

The entire video is nutty. Any non-Americans should watch it to get an idea what we deal with every day in this country. The way these Blacks behave, and the way that violence excites them rather than striking fear into them. We talk about the “fight or flight” mechanism in the brain, but Blacks apparently never evolved the second part of that mechanism.

Though I feel a bit bad the poor guy just got executed like that, this is very good for the narrative. It breaks the concept of police brutality being a White on Black thing. I doubt it is going to get much international media press though, for that reason. Also for the reason that the video would be too much for Euros to witness, given that they have this idea of Blacks as innocent creatures just walking around eating Skittles and getting shot down on the street for no reason by evil Whites, and in this video, you really see the animal nature.

Also worthy of note is that if the media doesn’t cover it like they covered Zimmerman and Wilson, this will be definite and inarguable proof that both those events were examples of the Jew media purposefully inciting racial hatred against Whites. Because this is definitely a lot more extreme than what went on in the two aforementioned cases.

Whatever happens, it’ll be interesting to watch.
