"We'll get started soon, sir. Please just enjoy a free haircut and shower first."
“We’ll get started soon, sir. Please just enjoy a free haircut and shower first.”

With all this in Syria, yall forgot about the Ukraine crisis.

John Kerry didn’t.

Washington Post:

Secretary of State John F. Kerry called on Russia Thursday to withdraw its troops and equipment from eastern Ukraine so a peace deal can take effect by the end of the year.

“This is the time for concrete steps to end this disastrous and unnecessary conflict, and begin the process of rebuilding in Ukraine’s east,” Kerry said in remarks at a meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which has the often-dangerous task of monitoring the situation on the ground in Ukraine.

A pall of sadness hung over the group’s annual meeting, as diplomats in turn offered condolences to other nations for citizens killed in terrorist attacks and other acts of violence.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was among several foreign ministers who gave their sympathies for the 14 Americans killed in San Bernardino on Wednesday and the 130 people who died in Paris three weeks ago. Kerry expressed sorrow for the dead and wounded in California, and the loss of 224 people aboard a Russian commercial airliner shot down over the Egyptian Sinai by a group affiliated with Islamic State.

It’s nice, Russians show sympathy.

When American allies commit terror attacks against Russia, the US just comes out and says they stand with the terrorists.

Both the Ukrainian government in Kiev and separatist rebels have complained that after a period of relative calm, heavy artillery is being used in violation of a cease-fire negotiated in the Belarus capital of Minsk.

Kerry specifically called for the Russian withdrawal, free access for OSCE monitors, the holding of elections, the return of Ukrainian control over its border with Russia and the release of all hostages and prisoners.

Kerry was repeating an assertion he has made many times before. What was striking was the venue and the timing. By saying it again before the OSCE and their top diplomats, he made clear that the Ukraine conflict would be high on the agenda when he met with Lavrov shortly afterward.

The West has dangled the prospect of easing economic sanctions against Russia if it helps implement the peace deal negotiated in Minsk last February by the leaders of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine. It expires on Dec. 31, and U.S. officials say there is little chance the deadline will be met.

The United States says Russia continues to provide separatists with arms and troops in what’s known as the Donetsk Basin region, which in turn ensures the fighting continues sporadically. Moscow denies the charge, though both Kiev and Washington have released photographs suggesting otherwise.

The West said sanctions against Russia, in effect since it annexed Crimea in 2014 and further strengthened since then, can be eased if Russia takes steps that allow the Minsk agreement to take effect.

“If Moscow wants relief from sanctions … it is there for the getting,” Kerry said Wednesday at NATO headquarters in Brussels.

Glory to Holy Rus, Heir of the Seat of Byzantium.
Glory to Holy Rus, Heir of the Seat of Byzantium.

The West has all but bowed completely out of the conflict with Russia. They are continuing to talk, and the Slavs are continuing to chuckle, but the threat of further intensification has passed, for the time being.

This was always a game of chicken, and the West at some point appears to have realized that the Tsar was not the flinching kind.

This is good news. No one really wanted open conflict with Russia. At least not yet.

America has been shamed in front of the whole world.

Somehow, Obama is still smug, seemingly incapable of feeling shame.
Somehow, Obama is still smug, seemingly incapable of feeling shame.

Russia’s leadership is openly mocking the West, demanding that Putin start grabbing more territory.

Daily Mail
:

Russian politicians and media were last night demanding Vladimir Putin goes further by grabbing back more former Soviet regions and states.

The nationalistic frenzy whipped up by the return of Crimea – in defiance of the West – has led to calls on state-run TV for Moscow to take back oil and gas-rich Kazakhstan and authoritarian Belarus as well as more slices of a battered Ukraine, already filleted by the Kremlin.

…

Senior politicians openly mocked Western sanctions and discounted Putin’s assertion that he did not seek more of Ukraine as long as the West stops seeking sway in his backyard.

The Russian strongman defiantly told a joint session of the Russian parliament that he would not accept NATO ‘next to our home or on our historic territories’.

Accusing the West of hypocrisy in pushing for self-determination for Kosovo but denying Crimea, he said the peninsula had been ‘robbed’ from Russia in Soviet times while ‘regions of Russia’s historic south’ were only now Ukrainian because of a Bolshevik blunder.

In an emotional and historic address he said: ‘In the hearts and minds of people, Crimea has always been and remains an inseparable part of Russia.’

Victory: This is what it looks like.
Total Victory: This is what it looks like.

Obama is still talking about his meaningless sanctions, seemingly experiencing some manner of psychogenic fugue, incapable of perceiving that the matter is already over.

NYT:

President Obama expanded sanctions against Russia on Thursday, blacklisting a bank and several wealthy businessmen with close ties to President Vladimir V. Putin, as the United States struggled to forestall further Russian incursions into Ukraine.

Among those targeted were Sergei B. Ivanov, the president’s chief of staff; Gennady N. Timchenko, a billionaire investor with links to Mr. Putin; and Yuri V. Kovalchuk, whom the administration described as the personal banker for Russian leaders, including the president.

Mr. Obama also opened the door to more sweeping measures against core parts of the Russian economy, including the oil and natural gas industries, which account for much of Russia’s exports. He said the actions could disrupt the global economy, but might be necessary because of what he described as menacing movements by the Russian military near eastern and southern Ukraine.

The poor black bastard hasn’t even put a visa ban on Putin himself, seemingly fearing that if he pushes it even that far, Putin will drive a Trans-Am up on his front lawn and call him out for a fist-fight.

Here he is blabbering like a bitch while day-dreaming about crack cocaine, basketball games and gay sex:

“We need action” he says.  What does it mean?  Banning people’s visas is not action – this is like spit-balling an elephant.

These sanctions don’t even meet the traditional definition of the word “sanctions.”

I almost feel bad for him.  It isn’t his fault he’s black.

Europe, which does not have the excuse of being run by blacks, is also still blah-blah-blahing about “dude, we’re serious, we’re gonna totally ban someone’s visa if you don’t, like, quit it.”

BBC:

The EU has slapped sanctions on another 12 individuals over Russia’s annexation of Crimea from Ukraine.

European Council President Herman Van Rompuy said any further steps by Russia to destabilise Ukraine would have “far-reaching consequences“.

Consequences: You’d better believe they’re coming, Mr. Putin. Oh yes, believe you me. Consequences and costs – they’re on the way. Yes siree, you’d better give back Crimea soon, because if you don’t something bad is sure gonna happen. Oh, yes.

Russia.
Russia.

Right now, all these people are doing is trying their best not to look quite so pathetic, but they are just making themselves look more pathetic.  Russia wouldn’t give back Crimea if they threatened to nuke her, and everyone knows that now.  It is almost hard to believe that these continued visa bans are not some type of deadpan humor.

Putin could end up doing something bold in response.  Like, “restore the visas, or I’m shutting off the gas.”  Just to make it clear that he is not going to be screwed with by these whiny faggots.  The bans mean so little though that it is probably below him to even acknowledge them at all.

Meanwhile, Jew Kerry is in talks with Lavrov about how to complete the deescalation.

Remember, the kike Kerry said that he wouldn’t talk until Crimea was given back to the Jewkraine. And yet, here he is, talking, just after Crimea has been officially integrated into Russia.

This sneaky Jew is now suggesting things to Russia that Russia had already suggested, making like he came up with it, as he tries to weasel his way out of this incredible disaster he had previously planned on forcing on the world.

Voice of Russia:

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his American counterpart, US Secretary of State John Kerry, agreed yesterday to further talks on peace settlement in Ukraine in accordance with the February 21 peace deals, the Russian foreign office said Wednesday.

According to a white paper, released today on the ministry’s webpage, the two foreign policy veterans had had a phone talk where they discussed the outcome of the recent referendum on Crimea’s independence from Ukraine, where Mr. Lavrov highlighted some of President Putin’s remarks he made in yesterday’s speech.

“It was noted that the people of the [Crimean] republic made a democratic choice in line with international law and the UN Charter, and Russia respects this choice, while EU and US sanctions were absolutely unacceptable and won’t remain unanswered,” the paper stressed.

The ministry said that the foreign policy chiefs discussed possible ways of involving international community into solving the problem of Ukraine and organizing a nationwide dialog across all political parties and regions in Ukraine.

Lavrov and Kerry agreed to push the warring parties to adhere to the February 21 accord in order to restore order and launch a comprehensive constitutional reform.

Putin is giving these pathetic little children a way out, a way to save some small amount of face, and they are taking it.

Anyone with an IQ higher than 70 can see that Obama and Kerry tried to go against the Big Bad Bear, and when they saw it was more than ready to rip them in half, backed off like little bitches. Maybe Obama can brag about his victory in Africa, next time he goes to try and persuade them into having more gay sex.

The filthy Jews of Israel aren’t buying it though – they have come out and called Obama a spineless coward, saying they don’t even want his help in destroying Iran.

Reuters:

Israel’s defense minister has accused the United States of projecting weakness internationally and said Israel could not rely on its main ally to take the lead in confronting Iran over its nuclear program.

Moshe Yaalon, whose remarks were reported in the Haaretz daily on Tuesday, caused friction with the United States only two months ago when he described Secretary of State John Kerry’s quest for Israeli-Palestinian peace as messianic and obsessive.

His latest comments, confirmed by an Israeli official who was present at lecture Yaalon delivered at Tel Aviv University on Monday, displayed deep disappointment with U.S. President Barack Obama’s handling of burning world issues.

“We had thought it would be the United States that would lead the campaign against Iran,” said Yaalon, who pointed to the Ukraine crisis as an example of Washington “showing weakness”.

Ukrainian troops have done what the Maidan usurper government said they would never do, and fled Crimea.

Washington Post:

Ukraine prepared to evacuate its troops and their families from Crimea on Wednesday as Russia forced the Ukrainians to abandon several military bases and facilities on the peninsula, including their navy headquarters.

Ukraine said it would seek U.N. support in declaring Crimea a demilitarized zone so that its troops could be relocated to Ukraine proper, effectively acknowledging that it had lost the region despite vows it would never cede to Russia.

Unarmed Crimean civilians also stormed a military installation and told the Jewkrainian loyalists to get the hell out.

National Post:

Andriy Parubiy, head of Ukraine’s National Security Council, said in Kyiv that the government would seek compensation from Russia for its seized assets and would bolster security at nuclear installations. The move came after unarmed civilians stormed Ukraine’s naval headquarters in Sevastopol, home to Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, detaining officers, including the navy chief.

Ukraine’s acting president Oleksandr Turchynov demanded the “hostages” be freed by 9 p.m. local time or Russia would face “an adequate response,” AFP reported.

The take over of the Navy base was fun.

Most of the military in Crimea had already defected anyway. These were just a few whacked-out holders-on, probably all Jewish or mentally ill.

The rest of the Ukrainian military, in the mainland, is on the verge of defecting. I don’t really think they enjoy these madmen like Yarosh running around with guns threatening everyone they see. Nor do they likely feel very happy when they see the happiness of the Crimeans. All of the Ukraine, save the Catholics and nutjobs, longs to come home to its mother.

I get tired just looking at pictures of Kiev. Imagine how the citizenry must feel.
I get tired just looking at pictures of Kiev. Imagine how the citizenry must feel.

Jewkrainian “officials,” who search high and low daily for new things to whine about, are presently whining about their stolen boats and claiming Putin is planning to invade them.

Yeah, we're gonna have to go ahead and take these boats.
Yeah, we’re gonna have to go ahead and take these boats.  Let’s not make a thing of it, huh?

PressTV:

On Thursday, gunmen opened fire as the Ukrainian corvette, Khmelnitsky, was seized at the Crimean port of Sevastopol. There were no immediate reports of casualties.

Another ship, the Lutsk, was surrounded by pro-Russian forces. Unknown armed men also stormed the Ternopil corvette, forcing Ukrainian servicemen to disembark the ship.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Leonid Polyakov has accused Russian troops of constantly threatening to storm military bases in Crimea where Ukrainian soldiers are located.

Ukraine’s ambassador to the United Nations has also warned of a sharp deterioration in relations between Kiev and Moscow, saying that Russia appears to be preparing for a military “invasion” in more areas of his country.

Yuri Klymenko said there were “indications that Russia is on its way to unleash a full-blown military intervention in Ukraine’s east and south” since its annexation of Crimea. He said his statement was based on information from non-governmental organizations.

But Russia probably isn’t going to invade. They might take some of the East, as it is clear no one is going to do anything about it if they do. Other than cry like little girls.

But with the rest of the Ukraine, they can simply wait for the people to stop the terrorists who have taken over their government, at which point they will be begging Russia to come in and restore order. The EU clearly can’t restore order, they are the ones who created the disorder in the first place.

The Maidan shootings still have not been investigated, and the people in Kiev have to be getting the picture.

The title of this article is, of course, wrong. The war is not over. The war has just begun.

This isn’t going away.  There is too much ideological conflict between these two superpowers, and the Jews are too incapable of leaving well enough alone.  If they cannot leave some tinpot Islamic dictator alone, how then do we expect they are going to leave alone a superpower which is standing in open opposition to their agenda?

The battle is indeed over, however.

And the Tsar of Russia has won.

May the sun shine down on him, and may the Archangel guide his hand.

Heil.
Heil.

Crimea.
Crimea.

The on-going situation in Ukraine illustrates the unbelievable insanity originating from Washington DC.  The U.S. State Department for whatever reason thought that it would be a good idea to spend billions of dollars to finance a coup in Ukraine to help fulfill their never ending quest for world domination.  This is a country that was once part of the Soviet Union and shares a border with Russia.  This is right in Russia’s backyard and with anti-Russian and ultranationalist groups filling the power vacuum in Kiev, these developments represent a direct security threat to the Russian people.  This has prompted Russia’s President Vladimir Putin to send military forces into the Crimean peninsula. This is an area in Ukraine largely populated by Russian speakers and is also home to an important Russian military base.  The propaganda from the Zionist run American media and the nonsensical rhetoric coming from the Obama regime are nothing but delusional lies.  They’re now trying to paint Putin as an evil aggressor who hates freedom when this whole mess was caused directly by American arrogance.  They have now created an incredibly dangerous situation that could potentially lead to war with Russia.  Of course the Zionists in the Obama regime who have been primarily responsible for creating this mess don’t seem to care.  In fact, they are escalating their rhetoric against Russia.

To illustrate the madness that we are dealing with, look at what current U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry had to say about the situation on the CBS television program “Face the Nation.”

“You just don’t in the 21st century behave in 19th century fashion by invading another country on completely trumped up pre-text.”

How stupid does this guy think everyone is?  This past August Kerry was trying to justify American military strikes against Syria using what could be easily described as a completely trumped up pre-text.  He claimed that Syria’s President Bashar Al-Assad had used chemical weapons against his own people citing highly questionable evidence.  In fact, there was more evidence indicating that Islamic fanatics fighting against the Assad government had used chemical weapons.  It is absolutely comical that Kerry is now openly criticizing the Russians for what he was guilty of trying to do just a few months ago.

Kerry has even criticized ousted Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych for the luxurious lifestyle he was leading.  This is ridiculous considering that Kerry is a multi-millionaire who married into the wealthy Heinz ketchup family.  While he was a Senator, he was consistently ranked as one of the wealthiest members of Congress.

How can anyone in the world take this hypocrite seriously when he makes such statements?  Kerry has proven on multiple occasions that he is a joke but these recent comments make him the world’s laughing stock.  It is an absolute embarrassment that this clown is in charge of American foreign policy.

Besides the idiotic statements from Kerry, the Obama regime has even resorted to accusing Russia of interfering in Ukraine’s internal affairs and violating their sovereignty.  This once again represents more American hypocrisy since the United States has been interfering in Ukraine’s internal affairs all along.  The Russian military move has been in response to the American financed coup which has destabilized the country.  It is laughable that Obama and his cronies act as if they’ve done nothing to provoke this response.

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State and Zionist Jew Victoria Nuland is on video stating that they spent billions of dollars to finance everything that’s happened in Ukraine.  She was even caught on a wiretap scheming about how they would put particular people in power.  In fact the very person she wanted to become Ukraine’s Prime Minister a Jewish banker named Arseniy Yatsenyuk with close ties to institutions of Western power has become Prime Minister.  It is not a surprise that Yatsenyuk is immediately leading an effort to secure a multi-billion dollar loan from the International Monetary Fund.  He’s literally delivering Ukraine right into the hands of central bankers.  Historically speaking, IMF loans have never been good for the general population of a country that receives them.  Either way, these events prove conclusively that this entire operation has been about the United States imposing its will on the Ukrainian people.  Any nonsense about spreading freedom and democracy was just a cover story for this intervention.

Obama himself has laughably claimed that there would be consequences for Russia’s military action.  One of the supposed consequences is that Russia might find itself excluded from the G8.  Why would Russia care if they are excluded from that?  The G8 has no power.  It is nothing more than a conference where world leaders listen to speeches and socialize.

There’s also been talk from the Obama regime that they may try to apply sanctions against Russia which is an obvious non-starter.  The member nations of the European Union rely heavily upon natural resources that come from Russia.  The EU economy is already in bad shape and would not be able to sustain itself if they lost Russia as a trading partner.  Not only that, but how likely is it that German Chancellor Angela Merkel would go along with sanctions considering that the United States was spying on her communications?  If the United States attempts to apply sanctions on Russia, they are going to have an awfully hard time finding support from European allies.

We even see the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power claiming Russian aggression and how they are responding to an imaginary threat.  Perhaps she has been living in a cave for the past decade but since September 11th, 2001 all the United States has done is invent imaginary threats and invade countries based on a threat that they created or made up.  Of course when Russia responds militarily to a situation that is happening right along their national border, she criticizes them.  This is completely ridiculous considering all of the insane military misadventures America has involved itself in.  The hypocrisy is blatantly obvious.

We could argue back and forth trying to figure out if this is the result of these people’s insanity or their stupidity.  It actually could be a combination of both but in the end it probably doesn’t matter all that much.  They are so arrogant and filled with narcissism that they would probably prefer to have war than admit that they were wrong.

We must also ask the following question.  Why is it that the United States has Zionist Jews in key positions of power responsible for making these major foreign policy decisions?  Nuland, Kerry and the newly anointed Ukrainian Prime Minister Yatsenyuk all have Jewish lineage of some type.  Then we have Power who is married to Cass Sunstein another Zionist Jew who has endorsed government infiltration of the alternative media.  Who are these people working for any way?  It appears as if they all primarily represent the best interests of Israel and the larger concept of international Zionism through their actions and statements.  Financing this Ukrainian coup has done nothing for the United States and has further ruined its standing around the world.  These people should be fired for their support of such a boneheaded foreign policy.

The United States needs to quit spending billions of dollars financing coups, invading countries and trying to implement world government through brute force.  It is time that the people endorsing this type of insane foreign policy be removed from power and exposed as traitors.  America has enough issues domestically that need to be sorted out, but instead of solving real problems these buffoons are pushing the country towards world war.  A mental institution would be a suitable place for these idiots.

Once restricted merely to conspiracy circles, the term “false flag attack” became part of the popular lexicon during the recent Syrian chemical weapons debacle. Former Representative Ron Paul (R-Tex) referred to allegations that the Syrian government had used sarin gas as a false flag before adding, “The group most likely to benefit from it is al Qaeda.” But even though Muslim revolutionaries were most likely involved in the use of chemical weapons, the source of these heinous attacks can be traced to familiar players. On September 17, Jason Ditz, news editor of the website “Antiwar.com,” wrote, “Israeli ambassador Michael Oren revealed that the Israeli government has privately been seeking change in neighboring Syria for the past two years since the ongoing civil war began.”

Four months earlier, Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, Secretary of State Colin Powell’s right-hand man during his term in the Bush administration, spoke of an earlier chemical attack in Syria.

“This could have been an Israeli false flag operation,” he said. “You’ve got basically a geo-strategically, geo-political — if you will — inept regime in Tel Aviv right now.” Wilkerson is known for calling intelligence on Iraqi weapons of mass destruction in October 2005 a “hoax.”

In regard to Syria, respected ex-Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) analyst Ray McGovern averred that so-called evidence presented by the Obama administration “would not stand up in a court of law.” According to McGovern, despite Israel’s attempts at perpetual instability in the Middle East, saner heads prevailed via our military’s top brass.

Scott Baker, senior editor of the liberal website “Op-Ed News,” addressed this issue on September 11. “McGovern says the military got to the president, overriding even the objections of the military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff,” wrote Baker on his website.

On September 2, popular news website “The World Tribune” editorialized about the military’s wise request to slow down the path to war in the form of General Martin Dempsey, who showed his reluctance to be a participant in this potential fiasco.

“Dempsey has been unusually blunt in his remarks with both Obama and Vice President Joe Biden,” opined the “Tribune.” “His assessment is that any U.S. war against Assad will involve his foreign allies, and that means Tehran and to a smaller extent, Moscow.”

Already, comparisons between Obama and President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney have been made, particularly in terms of lies and exaggerations regarding weapons of mass destruction. For example, Secretary of State John Kerry stated that 1,429 people, including 426 children, died in the August 21 chemical attack just outside Damascus. Yet humanitarian group Doctors Without Borders, which has doctors on the ground in Syria, estimated the total at only 355. Red Cross Operations Director George Kettaneh directly contradicted Obama administration claims that a Syrian man had tested positive for traces of toxic gases in his bloodstream.

Yossef Bodansky, the senior editor for Defense & Foreign Affairs magazine, took it a step further in a September 1 article published on the news agency’s website, entitled “Did the White House Help Plan the Syrian Chemical Attack?”

As former director of the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare, Bodansky’s sources acknowledged that on August 13, at a Turkish military prison in Antakya, representatives from Qatar, Turkey and the U.S.—including U.S. Ambassador Robert Ford—met with Syrian opposition leaders to unleash a “war changing development.”

Saleh Muslim, overseer of the Kurdish Democratic Union Party, agreed with Bodansky’s assessment, asserting that this secret meeting was “aimed at framing Assad and provoking an international reaction.”

World Isn’t Buying Syria Story

• Doubletalking American leaders have lost all credibility

To provide the most accurate picture possible of what really transpired in Syria, this writer interviewed four experts on alleged chemical weapons use in Syria. The first was Caleb Maupin, a political activist for the International Action Center, which opposes domestic and international injustices.

Maupin began with this definitive statement: “I absolutely believe that the Syrian chemical attacks were a false flag. It wasn’t in Assad’s best interest to take such actions, especially with UN inspector forces staying 10 minutes away. Rebels had already been arrested in Turkey for using sarin gas, plus, in May, UN official Carla Del Ponte verified that rebels used chemical agents.”

With these words, Maupin turned his attention to the rebels. “The so-called Syrian revolution is manufactured,” he said. “The plan Obama instituted is similar to Libya where foreign-based rebel groups were set up to destabilize the region. These rebels have committed horrible atrocities, including beheadings, using underage soldiers and recruiting children from other parts of the Middle East. In addition, the rebels are expelling Christians from Syria and slaughtering Alawite citizens.”

Alawites consist of a minority of Shiite Muslims in Syria. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s family are Alawites.

Maupin continued this line of thought. “Apparently, the motive all along was for the rebels to carry out these attacks. One of their leaders even told the Daily Mail they were going to do it and then blame it on the Assad government.”

In terms of the big picture, Maupin explained: “The U.S. government is arming these rebels to destabilize Syria. Permanent civil war is the game plan, just like in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya. The goal isn’t stable governments, but chaos.”

Jerry Policoff, a senior editor for the popular news website “Op-Ed News,” voiced similar concerns. “I’m suspicious of the rebels, particularly after hearing all sorts of stories about the Saudis giving them chemicals,” said Policoff. “I think Assad is perfectly capable of gassing his own people, but he’s not that stupid to do it with UN inspection teams only blocks away.”

Chris Reith, a member of the protest group Hands Off Syria, offered a slightly different perspective. “I’m not even certain that the rebels were responsible,” said Reith. “It could have been other terrorists in the area that brought weapons through Turkey. All it takes is a couple grams of sarin to cause major damage.”

Reith cited a report that was published in the September 30 issue of AFP. “Alawite children were kidnapped before the chemical attacks, and then their corpses were used for propaganda,” he said.

When asked who may be responsible, Reith responded: “The CIA is in Syria courting the rebels, and Israeli Mossad involvement is always possible. [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu knows the Golan Heights [a part of southern Syria occupied by Israel] has [natural] resources, and Israel has been trying to push into that area for years. Once they take out Syria and Hezbollah, the next target is Iran.”

As for U.S. leadership, Policoff—a fervent Democrat since the 1960s—argued: “I don’t believe anything Obama or John Kerry say. When the British Parliament denied Prime Minister David Cameron, Obama got cold feet. That was a huge smack down. Then, when he realized Congress wouldn’t approve his plans for attack, Obama really looked like an amateur. On the other hand, Kerry is nothing more than an opportunist. You have to wonder about anyone who’s a member of Skull & Bones.”

Finally, popular independent journalist Zen Gardner, who maintains his own news website, told AFP: “That an inept career chameleon politician like John Kerry was used as a frontman is so apt, it makes one wonder if this whole charade wasn’t set up to fail.”

‘Peace President’ Fomenting War

Conflicting reports are surfacing as to the extent of U.S. involvement in arms shipments to Syrian rebels. Clarissa Ward of CBS News depicts the Free Syrian Army, the rebel group backed by the U.S., as a band of ragtag soldiers barely able to supply bullets for their guns. Others see the situation far differently.

On September 5, reporter Athena Yenko of the International Business Times described 400 tons of weaponry being delivered to Syrian rebels.

Yossef Bodansky of Defense & Foreign Affairs magazine agreed. In a commentary published in August, Bodansky wrote: “Opposition forces received . . . mainly anti-aircraft weaponry from shoulder-fired missiles to ammunition for light guns and machine guns. The weapons were distributed from storehouses controlled by Qatari and Turkish intelligence under the tight supervision of U.S. intelligence.”

CNN Pentagon correspondent Barbara Starr introduced another element in a September 12 column.

“The weapons are not American-made, but are funded and organized by the CIA,” she wrote. These include anti-tank weapons, rocket-propelled grenades and high-tech communications equipment.

Rounding out the picture, on September 11 Ernesto Londono and Greg Miller of The Washington Post wrote: “The CIA has been delivering weapons to rebels in Syria . . . as had been promised by the Obama administration. The shipments began streaming into the country over the past two weeks, along with separate deliveries by the State Dept. of vehicles and other gear—a flow of material that marks a major escalation of the U.S. role in Syria’s civil war.”

‘Kerry a Liar,’ Says Russia

While Secretary of State John Kerry, President Barack Obama and other White House spokesmen would like the world to believe that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad was the criminal party behind the August 21 chemical attack in Syria, a UN fact-finding team led by Swedish scientist Ake Sellstrom refused to cast blame. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon conveyed a similar verdict, saying: “It is for others to decide whether to pursue this matter further to determine responsibility.”

On the other hand, Russian President Vladimir Putin had choice words for America, calling Kerry a “liar” when denying to a congressional committee that al Qaeda was operating in Syria.

The Russians also released a 100-page report in March claiming that a chemical attack outside of Aleppo where 26 residents died had been conducted by U.S. allies, not Assad.

On September 5, Matthew Schofield of the McClatchy News Service reported on these findings: “The statement’s summary said that neither the munitions nor the poison gas in the Khan al Asal attack appeared to fit what is possessed by the Syrian government.”

To date, three chemical attacks have actually occurred in Syria this year: one in Aleppo, the second in Saraqib and a third outside Damascus in Ghouta.

Of course, similar crimes against humanity stretch back a century to the use of mustard gas in WWI, phosphorous grenade bombs in WWII, Agent Orange and napalm during Vietnam, Saddam Hussein’s gassing of Kurds in 1988, plus the release of white phosphorous and depleted uranium by Israeli and U.S. forces against Palestinians and Iraqis in the early-to-mid 2000s.
