It’s not unheard of that someone gets off on murder charges in criminal court and is then somehow “convicted of murder” in civil court.

This happened to OJ Simpson, most famously.

Kyle Rittenhouse, who killed two people in what became a flashpoint self-defense case, is being sued by the estate of one of the men he killed in Kenosha, Wisconsin in 2020.

The estate of Joseph Rosenbaum filed a lawsuit on August 25 against Rittenhouse, along with several police officers and personnel whom the suit accuses of negligence, wrongful death, and 13 other claims, Texas Scorecard first reported.

Rosenbaum, who was 36 years old and struggling with mental health issues, encountered Rittenhouse on August 25, 2020, amid civil unrest following a police shooting of Jacob Blake. He chased Rittenhouse, who ultimately shot Rosenbaum four times, killing him.

 

Rittenhouse, who did not live in the state of Wisconsin and was only 17 at the time, traveled there during the civil unrest. He was armed with a rifle that his friend bought on his behalf.

“Tragically, Joseph Rosenbaum died when Defendant Rittenhouse shot him,” the lawsuit says, demanding compensatory damages.

Rittenhouse shot two more people there, killing a man named John Huber and injuring another, Gaige Grosskreutz. In a contentious criminal case in 2021, Rittenhouse was acquitted of all five charges related to the shootings after his attorneys argued he fired in self-defense.

Prior to this latest lawsuit, Huber’s father and Grosskreutz each filed civil suits against Rittenhouse, according to Newsweek.

He is likely going to end up with some insane judgement against him.

The civil court system in this country is utterly cartoonish, and should be abolished outright.

An off-duty police officer knelt on a 12-year-old girl’s neck while restraining her after a lunchtime fight at a school in Kenosha, Wisconsin, surveillance footage released by the school district shows.

Kenosha Unified School District released redacted footage Friday that shows Shawn Guetschow trying to break up a March 4 fight, before he tussles with the child and kneels on her neck for about a minute and a half.

The clip shows two students – one in black and the other in gray – shoving each other at the lunchroom of Lincoln Middle School, before Guetschow and another staffer sprint over and pull the students apart while they trade blows.

Geutshow, a Kenosha officer who worked as a security officer at the school, then pulls the girl in the white down, pushes her head against the floor and holds his knee on her neck before he handcuffs her and walks her out of the cafeteria, video shows.

Jerrel Perez, the girl’s father, has called for criminal charges against Guetschow for using the neck restraint that was banned for Wisconsin law enforcement officers last year.

Perez said his distraught daughter is in therapy and is seeing a neurologist for her injuries.

Guetschow, 37, was initially placed on administrative leave by the district before he resigned from the part-time gig with the school on Tuesday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

Joseph Rosenbaum anally raped children. He was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity around children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.

It is day 3 of the jury in Kenosha trying to decide if Kyle Rittenhouse should have just allowed himself to be beaten to death or shot to death instead of fighting back.

This is the third day of the jury trying to decide if Kyle Rittenhouse is guilty of self-defense. It’s probably unprecedented for a jury’s decision to take so long in such a clear-cut case.

But this is to be expected when the jury is being so threatened.

For those who don’t understand: when the jury is finished deciding, their identities will be made public. People are all over the internet threatening to kill them if they do not deliver the guilty verdict.

George Floyd’s nephew made such a threat.

Allowing something like this was inconceivable a few years ago, but now it’s just normal to allow blacks and Antifa to threaten to kill jurors. This happened during the Derek Chauvin case, and led to an innocent man being sent to prison for doing his job.

Meanwhile, the governor has called in the national guard, which is also a means of intimidating the jury, telling them that the city will burn again if they do not convict.

It’s amazing that no one is pointing out the fact that the governor is engaged in jury intimidation.

Maybe the city will need the national guard in the case of Rittenhouse getting off, but they could have been alerted privately and called in after the verdict.

The members of the jury know that their lives will be forever changed if they do the right thing. Maybe this would have worked out in a normal Christian country, but in the godless and materialist hell of America, why would they sacrifice their own comfort in the name of justice?

What we might be looking at is a hung jury. I could see some of the men on the team standing up for justice, while the women say they have no reason to sacrifice their lives for this kid.

Unfortunately, the judge struck off the weapons charge, which was the only minor charge. If that had not been struck off, the jury could clear him of the “murders” and convict for the weapons charge to throw a bone to the mob. I don’t know why the judge didn’t think of that, because the weapons charge would have been thrown out later anyway.

Wisconsin’s governor on Friday put 500 National Guard members on standby as the high-profile homicide trial of Kyle Rittenhouse nears its end.

Closing arguments are expected Monday in the trial.

Rittenhouse, 18, fatally shot two men and wounded a third during protests in Kenosha following the police shooting of Jacob Blake last year.

He is charged with intentional homicide, reckless homicide, attempted intentional homicide, and other charges in the Aug. 25, 2020, shooting.

The Wisconsin National Guard will stage outside Kenosha, available should they be requested by law enforcement, Gov. Tony Evers said.

“I urge folks who are otherwise not from the area to please respect the community by reconsidering any plans to travel there and encourage those who might choose to assemble and exercise their First Amendment rights to do so safely and peacefully,” Evers said in a statement.

Actually, no. There is no threat of white people rioting, despite what you might have heard from Joe Rogan.

The only white people we’ve ever seen rioting were paid drug addicts rioting on behalf of the blacks.

The National Guard is on standby in case Kyle is acquitted, or a mistrial declared, and the blacks and their supporters start a riot.

Kyle Rittenhouse testified in his own defense on Wednesday at the Kenosha Monkey Trial. Kyle stands charged with defending himself against a violent anarchist that was attacking him.

At one point, Kyle did start crying.

This is what the media is focusing on. But I watched his testimony, and he only lost it once. Obviously, I’m against man-crying and especially against it in public, but it’s understandable that killing two people is an emotional thing for a clean-cut kid like this.

And he is extremely clean-cut. I’ve never seen a fatherless boy this clean-cut. He’s an all American boy just trying to help the community. But of course, we live in a country totally controlled by Jews, so anyone with natural, good instincts is considered evil and a terrorist.

This wrapped up the process of testimony. The prosecution has already rested.

At this point, even the literal news media is saying that the testimony from the trial supports Rittenhouse’s claim of self-defense. Of course, there wasn’t actually any need for a trial – nothing that we’ve seen at the trial has veered from what was obvious from the videos of the event. It is a travesty of justice that this trial is happening at all.

However, it’s possible he won’t be convicted at this point. The judge has seemed pretty reasonable, and is getting really angry at this weasel prosecutor who is trying to send an innocent teenager to prison for the rest of his life.

The judge actually looks like he wants to declare a mistrial, which is what the defense is calling for. “A mistrial with prejudice” would mean that basically, he never should have been charged in the first place, and he can’t be charged again.

Even Antifa are saying Kyle probably won’t be convicted, while saying that this will also make it easier to assassinate him.

The media coverage is really and truly incredible.

This woman is a CNN host.

She’s mourning a literal homosexual child molester.

There was a time pretty recently when talking about a violent child-molester as a victim for attacking someone on the street would be inconceivable, and no person in the media would be willing to say it, for fear of looking ridiculous and evil.

Twitter is filled with people saying this stuff.

It’s hard to process how a Jew like that even exists. If I was to make a caricature of “vile Christ-killing monster attempting to undermine and destroy Western civilization” that is what I would come up with.

It just never ends with these people. They do not have any shame at all. They will say and do anything. There is no point at which they stop.

I would be surprised if he doesn’t get off at this point. The whole thing is just too ridiculous, and without an aggressive judge willing to push the agenda by any means necessary, it’s hard to see what other direction this could go in.

It’s a win for the left either way – if Kyle isn’t locked up for defending himself, the Jews will just go on TV and say that the white supremacist system is letting terrorists walk free and that this is all the more reason to destroy the white race.

There was a truly amazing scene at the Kyle Rittenhouse trial this week wherein Gaige Grosskreutz, the Jew who tried to murder our boy before getting his arm blown out, admitted that he’d pointed his gun and tried to kill him first.

This is an amazing scene.

Frankly, that Jew should be charged with attempted murder.

The media is lying of course, but everyone saw the clip.

I’m still not convinced they won’t just convict him anyway.

Several years ago, a lad named James Fields was convicted of murder over a car accident that happened while he was being chased by an Antifa mob. Things as ridiculous as the scene in the Rittenhouse trial happened in the Fields trial, and no one actually believed he was guilty of murder, but they went ahead and convicted him of it anyway.

They’ll do it again. They certainly won’t not do it again.

This is not a fair system, dear friends. It’s an evil and satanic system run by the Jews.

It is possible that Kyle gets off. But I really doubt it.

However, unlike with Fields, where moronic conservative scum accepted that the kid should be in prison because of his bad politics, conservatives support Kyle.

They won’t riot. Of course they won’t.

But it might snap a few people out of their haze.

But hey – maybe it won’t do that either.

I see these people out there saying that the elections are going to work, and Trump will be back in office in 2024. Real MAGA has never been tried, after all.

A jury was selected in a single day Monday for the homicide trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, the young, aspiring police officer who shot three people while they were out on the streets of Kenosha during a protest against racial injustice last year.

Opening statements are set to begin Tuesday morning.

The jury in the politically charged case must decide whether Rittenhouse acted in self-defense, as his lawyers claim, or was engaged in vigilantism when the 17-year-old opened fire with an AR-15-style semiautomatic rifle in August 2020, killing two men and wounding a third.

In an all-day session that ran well past dark, 20 people — 12 jurors and eight alternates — were selected. The judge said he would decide at the end of the trial which ones are alternates and which ones will deliberate. The 20 consist of 11 women and nine men.

Jurors were not asked to identify their race during the selection process, and the court did not immediately provide a racial breakdown of the group.

This is an absolute stitch up.

The seating of a jury moved along rapidly, given the sharp polarization caused by the shootings. About a dozen prospective jurors were dismissed because they had strong opinions about the case or doubts they could be fair.

Rittenhouse had traveled to Kenosha from his home in Illinois during unrest that broke out after a white Kenosha police officer shot Jacob Blake, a Black man, in the back. Rittenhouse said he went there to protect property after two previous nights marked by arson, gunfire and the ransacking of businesses.

Yeah, he shot him in the back, after he’d resisted arrest, fled the police, opened his car and reached for a knife. Note that the word “unarmed” is conspicuously absent from that sentence.

The same media that says the white officer was evil for shooting Jacob Blake is the media trying the Rittenhouse case. They are duplicitous to the point where it is laughable to imagine that anyone can get a fair trial in such an environment, where judges and jury are openly threatened.

Kyle should have sought political asylum in some foreign country. This is a malicious and unjust prosecution.

The now-18-year-old Rittenhouse faces life in prison if convicted of first-degree homicide, the most serious charge against him.

Rittenhouse has been painted by supporters on the right — including foes of the Black Lives Matter movement — as a patriot who took a stand against lawlessness by demonstrators and exercised his Second Amendment gun rights. Others see him as a vigilante and police wannabe.

He is white, as were those he shot, but many activists see an undercurrent of race in the case, in part because the protesters were on the streets to decry police violence against Black people.

As jury selection got underway, Circuit Judge Bruce Schroeder stressed repeatedly that jurors must decide the case solely on what they hear in the courtroom, and cautioned: “This is not a political trial.”

“It was mentioned by both political campaigns and the presidential campaign last year, in some instances very, very imprudently,” he said.

Rittenhouse faces two homicide counts and one of attempted homicide, along with charges of reckless endangering and illegal possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

It’s impossible not to have a political trial – these are political charges!

We all saw the video! Even the Reuters edit shows Kyle obviously defending himself!

No sane prosecutor would have brought charges for anything at all, let alone a homicide charge with the potential for life in prison!

Kyle’s legal team collapsed for some reason. Lin Wood was already off of it after he went full MyPillow. Robert Barnes is now gone. I know Barnes is most famous on this website for saying “Islamofascism” over and over again in a debate with Nick Fuentes about Israel. But aside from his inexplicable philosemitism, he’s a pretty sold guy. I was actually a fan of him before that debate with Fuentes.

Here’s the stream where he explains getting pulled off the team. That stream is apparently paywalled on Local.com, which is a Jewish scam run by Dave Rubin. I haven’t watched it. But I read about what happened, and I don’t understand it. Probably some kind of conspiracy, I guess. It happened right before jury selection.

Anyway, it is going to be extremely demoralizing for the country when Kyle gets 20+ years for defending himself. It just makes you sick. He’s clearly a very good kid, and this just demonstrates the fact that our country is a meat grinder that destroys good people.
