Normally, you’d expect bad judges to get taken out by the good ones. But what do you do when you don’t have any Dredd-tier judges around to deliver righteous justice?

This is how you deal with uppity, corrupt judges – you just fire em’ all.

This is a great development – there’s a lot of judges that are in dire need of a good booting in America, and it was about time we got started cleaning em’ out.

CBS:

West Virginia lawmakers completed the extraordinary move of impeaching all four state Supreme Court justices Monday night for spending issues, including a suspended justice facing a 23-count federal indictment. The state House of Delegates voted to impeach Justice Allen Loughry on eight articles, setting the stage for a trial in the state Senate.

Beth Walker became the final justice to be impeached when an article was approved stating all four justices abused their authority. It said they failed to control office expenses, including more than $1 million in renovations to their individual offices, and not maintaining policies over matters such as working lunches and the use of state vehicles and office computers at home.

This is at the state level.

But over the past two years, we’ve seen federal judges “abusing their authority” over and over again, blocking Trump’s actions even when such things are completely outside of the judiciary’s mandate.

The exact same thing could be done with them.

Sounds like there’s a lot of impeachin’ to do.

Walker had dodged impeachment earlier Monday night when lawmakers decided to overlook her $131,000 in spending on office renovations. A short time later, another article was withdrawn against Chief Justice Margaret Workman, who spent $111,000 in renovations.

Justice Robin Davis was impeached for $500,000 in office renovations. And lawmakers approved articles against Loughry for spending $363,000 in renovations to his office; having a $42,000 antique desk and computers, all owned by the state, at his home; lying to the House Finance Committee about taking home the desk and a $32,000 suede leather couch; and for his personal use of state vehicles.

Loughry, Workman and Davis also were impeached for their roles in allowing senior status judges to be paid higher than allowed wages. Lawmakers say the overpayments violated state law and stopped when they were challenged by the Internal Revenue Service.

Wow, these people are all corrupt, money-grubbing scumbags.

Basically, they’re all getting impeached over corruption charges. That’s fine, but I’m guessing it’s easier to accomplish than impeaching over improper, politically motivated rulings and restraining orders.

To clean up the federal judiciary would probably require the supreme court to rule that these blanket restraining orders over the executive are unconstitutional, which would then allow congress to begin impeaching the judges who persist in hampering the Trump agenda with these illegal rulings.

And such a supreme court ruling is said to be in the works.

Another impeachment article was withdrawn dealing with an accusation Loughry used state money to frame personal items at his office.

Minority Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee that approved the articles last week had tried to speed up the impeachment process in the hopes of beating an Aug. 14 deadline for arranging a special election in November if any justice is removed from office or leaves office. Instead, the committee took its time, even conducting a tour of the state Supreme Court offices earlier this month.

Republican Gov. Jim Justice will be allowed to appoint new justices to replace any who are impeached — with no requirement that they be from the same party as the incumbent.

Democrats have accused Republicans of attempting to wrest the court away from voters, who elected the current justices in nonpartisan elections.

The new replacement judges will likely all be Republicans, which I guess is great for the people of West Virginia.

The same principle would apply at the federal level – Trump would be able to appoint anyone he likes to the federal courts. This would deal a devastating blow to the damn Jew kritarchy stifling American populism.

Judges need to be put back in their place, which is to apply the law as written and intended. I guess they also need to stop spending hundreds of thousands of tax-payer’s money to renovate their offices, lol.

But this is a very good sign of things to come. If the entire supreme court of a state can be cleared out in a short time, then imagine what great things are possible in the future…

This kook judge John Bates has concluded that the feelings of illegal alien anchor babies are more important than sound logic and reason. He should be impeached for being a retard.

A federal judge has ordered that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program must be restarted. This is an unconstitutional program that Barack Obama enacted per executive order that allows a bunch of “anchor toddlers” from Central America to stay in the country.

A D.C.-based federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to restart in full the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

The decision is the latest legal blow against President Donald Trump’s decision to phase out the Obama-era program, which offers deportation relief to undocumented immigrants brought to the United States as children.

The restart won’t be immediate. U.S. District Judge John Bates said Friday that the order would be delayed until Aug. 23 to allow the government to appeal, but he denied a Justice Department motion to reconsider his earlier decision, saying there were still deficiencies in the administration’s rationale for rescinding DACA.

“The court has already once given DHS the opportunity to remedy these deficiencies — either by providing a coherent explanation of its legal opinion or by reissuing its decision for bona fide policy reasons that would preclude judicial review,” said Bates, “So it will not do so again.”

Bates in April became the third federal judge to order the administration to restart renewals for people previously approved for DACA.

He also threatened to vacate the memo ending DACA — and thereby restore the program in full — if Trump officials could not present an adequate reason for ending it.

Clearly, this judge is some type of senile kook. DACA was started by an executive order, therefore it can be rescinded by another executive order. The executive branch does not have to provide any specific explanation to rescind a previously issued executive order. This is an obvious case of judicial overreach.

This apparently non-Jew judge thinks he’s the reverse Judge Dredd. This whole “legislating from the bench” phenomenon is getting out of control.

This fool is literally claiming that the judiciary has the authority to block the executive branch from issuing executive orders if they don’t agree with their reasoning. This is clearly not a call the judiciary is allowed to make.

And on top of all this, the original executive order is obviously unconstitutional and therefore illegal. No law was passed by Congress that allows the executive branch to unilaterally give benefits to a bunch of anchor babies.

These obnoxious taco monkeys need to be sent back to their country of origin. This would have already happened if it weren’t for these moronic judges.

At this point, it looks as if the DACA issue is not going to get sorted out until the case reaches the Supreme Court. Hopefully when it gets there we’ll see some sort of sanity prevail. Congress hasn’t acted on this issue because the judiciary keeps issuing these insane rulings that are allowing this program to continue.

The bottom line is that DACA just needs to end. All of these anchor babies need to go back where they came from. If that makes them sad, they should blame their idiotic parents for putting them in this situation. It’s not our fault that their parents are stupid people.

In any case, living carcass Ruth Ginsburg, which is presently haunting the US Supreme Court, is saying that she’ll continue tormenting White people for years to come in spite of the fact that her body has already started decomposing.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said Sunday that she’d like to spend “at least” five more years on the bench before stepping down.

Ginsburg, who is 85, told CNN about her intention to stay on the high court until she would be 90.

How can this even be allowed?

Isn’t embalming fluid a health hazard for the other members of the supreme court, who unlike Ginsburg haven’t undergone the process of becoming liches?

Now that’s what you call “hacking” the system.

“I’m now 85,” Ginsburg told CNN. “My senior colleague, Justice John Paul Stevens, he stepped down when he was 90, so I think I have about at least five more years.”

The network spoke to Ginsburg after she saw the play, “The Originalist” — a production about former Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who died 2016.

If some group of intrepid alt-right adventurers doesn’t get a move on and locate this bitch’s phylactery, we’re going to have this Jew on the supreme court until the end of time.

Following Kennedy’s retirement announcement, and Kavanaugh’s nomination, progressives have expressed concern that the court would be reshaped for a generation with a conservative majority of jurists who might further restrict or eliminate abortion rights, among other issues. Kennedy had been a swing vote on the high court who had sometimes sided with liberals on key opinions, including on the landmark ruling that legalized gay marriage.

Those concerns have been compounded by additional worries that Ginsburg would retire in short order, due to her age, which would give Trump another court vacancy to fill.

Not only is Ginsburg a walking zombie, she’s survived two cancers and a heart surgery.

Christians can’t be fair in applying the law – unlike Jews.

Regardless of anything else Trump will or won’t do, if he can fill up the many free federal judge positions with conservative gentiles instead of Jews and subversives, that would have made his 2016 victory a net gain for America.

After all, even now, the judicial branch is one of the biggest obstacles to Trump’s populist agenda. They keep cockblocking him on everything he does, under the flimsiest of legal pretenses.

Naturally, the Jews, who spent decades filling up these positions with their people, are panicking at the prospect of having a new wave of conservative Christian federal judges. It would be a major set-back to their agenda of destroying the remaining power of the US constitution.

But the shocking thing is that the Jews are now openly saying that having Christian judges is unacceptable. The liberal elites are so far gone, so disconnected from the people, that they probably think that this is a reasonable argument.

Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee want to block a Trump administration judicial nominee because of his conservative Christian views.

By that standard, of course, the very men who wrote the constitution wouldn’t be qualified to be judges.

How could such bigots be fair and objective when deciding on issues such as gay marriage and refugee resettlement?

President Donald Trump tapped Jeff Mateer as a lifetime federal judge. But comments he has made on same-sex marriage and transgender rights are upsetting Democrats Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, according to The Dallas Morning News.

“There’s no question these views cast serious doubt on his ability to fairly enforce federal law and treat people impartially,” Feinstein said in a statement.

Unlike Jews, of course, who are known to treat people impartially with no thought of their own ethnic interest.

What would we be without these wise and fair Jews controlling everything?

Feinstein was recently critical of the religious faith of another judicial nominee. She suggested Amy Barrett’s Roman Catholicism would interfere with her ability to be fair as a Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals judge.

“Republicans have lowered the standard for federal judges to get ones who will pass their ideological test: opposition to sensible gun laws, hostility to women’s reproductive rights, commitment to protecting political dark money, and disregard for public health and safety protections,”Whitehouse said, suggesting that Mateer was a “new low” and “not normal” for his criticism of transgender rights and same-sex marriage.

In other words, the only people qualified to be judges are atheists and Jews who oppose the first and second amendments and are on board with the globalist agenda to destroy America’s industries.

CNN first reported that Mateer, who works for the Texas attorney general’s office, said the transgender movement was part of “Satan’s plan” and described same-sex marriage as a thin wedge that could lead to normalizing bestiality and polygamy, which he called “disgusting.”

Mateer has also worked as an advocate with the First Liberty Institute, a non-profit that defends people who believe they are victims of religious discrimination.

In other words, exactly the kind of people Jews don’t want in a top judiciary position.

The founding fathers, as well as the vast majority of modern Americans, belong to the Christian faith. And yet these Jews have the audacity to claim that this is somehow a disqualifying factor for being an arbiter of Law and morality. Can you imagine the hubris?
