Amber Heard has asked a Virginia judge to toss her losing verdict in the defamation lawsuit filed by ex-husband Johnny Depp — claiming the evidence doesn’t hold up.

Lawyers for Heard, who was found guilty of three defamation claims filed by Depp, claimed in a 43-page motion filed last week that the judgment wasn’t supported by the evidence during the former couple’s blockbuster trial.

The document claims Depp “proceeded solely on a defamation by implication theory, abandoning any claims that Ms. Heard’s statements were actually false,” the papers filed Friday claim.

Heard’s attorneys also argue that Juror 15 on the panel may have even been selected illegally by giving the wrong birthdate during jury selection — 1945 instead of the actual year of 1970.

“This discrepancy raises the question [of] whether Juror 15 actually received a summons for jury duty and was properly vetted by the court to serve on the jury,” the lawyers’ motion said.

It is unknown if the juror actually deliberated on the case.

“Mr. Depp presented no evidence of any pecuniary damages suffered in the limited December 18, 2018, through November 2, 2020 timeframe as a result of the Op-Ed,” the motion said. “There was no evidence of any project or lost commercial opportunities because of the Op-Ed.”

The lawyers noted that Depp had not signed a contract for the sixth installment of “Pirates of the Caribbean,” despite claiming at the trial that The Washington Post cost him the role.

The papers also argue that Depp failed to disprove the abuse claims.

It’s so joyful seeing a woman get what she deserves.

I haven’t reported much on the Johnny Depp trial. I probably should have because it is relevant to my interests that this drug-addled life-failure guy completely destroyed a stupid bitch who tried to wreck him.

But it was just kind of boring to me, and I didn’t have time to sit around watching these court room scenes, so it felt best to just let it go. There was so much coverage of it everywhere, it’s not like people couldn’t find other coverage of it.

But yeah – he won.

This basically destroys the entire metoo movement, as it is now known as a legal fact that women will just lie outrageously for their own material benefit.

A Virginia jury ruled in favor of actor Johnny Depp in a libel suit against his ex-wife, Amber Heard, finding that she defamed him with accusations of domestic abuse.

Depp was awarded $15 million in damages, though that may be reduced by law. Heard’s counter-suit was largely dismissed, with the jury finding Depp defamed her in only one instance, awarding $2 million in damages.

Depp sued Heard for $50 million, accusing her of libel in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed insinuating that he was a domestic abuser. Heard counter-sued for $100 million, saying Depp’s lawyer defamed her by calling the accusation a hoax. The trial opened on April 11 and went to the jury last Friday. It took three working days for the seven-person civil jury in Fairfax, Virginia to return the unanimous verdict.

Two out of three of Heard’s counts were dismissed, with the ‘Aquaman’ star getting awarded $2 million in damages for one instance the jury considered defamation – a statement made by Adam Waldman, the attorney who represented Depp in the divorce proceedings. Depp was awarded $10 million in compensatory and $5 million in punitive damages, though the latter may be capped by law to around $350,000.

The two actors started dating in 2011 and got married in February 2015. Heard filed for divorce just 15 months later, accusing Depp of having physically abused her and securing a temporary restraining order against the Oscar-nominated actor.

Depp denied the abuse and said Heard made the allegation “to secure a premature financial resolution” in the divorce proceedings, which were finalized in 2017.

In their respective defamation lawsuits, each had accused the other of destroying their career. Depp was dropped from a major role in the ‘Fantastic Beasts’ series of Harry Potter prequels.

Heard kept her role in the ‘Aquaman’ sequel, but her screen time has reportedly been drastically cut and a fan petition to have her cut entirely has attracted millions of signatures.

During the trial, Depp revealed that Disney had removed him from the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ franchise over Heard’s allegations, while continuing to use his likeness for rides and merchandise.

“They just didn’t want there to be something trailing behind me that they’d find,” he said.

“That is true,” Depp added when Heard’s lawyer said “nothing on this earth” would get him to work with Disney again on another ‘Pirates’ film, even “$300 million and a million alpacas.”

I’m not sure he won’t do another Pirates film. He is definitely going to go back to make more terrible films. But that isn’t the point here. Neither is the point that he lost at least ten times what Heard was ordered to pay him as a result of her slander.

The point is: this trial was basically a Jussie Smollett moment for women. Just as there will never be another hate crime accusation where people don’t ask if it was fake, there will never be another abuse allegation where people don’t ask if the woman is lying. That’s a pretty big deal, because women are virtually always lying – at least by male definitions of the word “lying” – and the primary way they’ve been able to get away with these sex and abuse scams is that people feel bad for women.

Men have a natural drive to protect women, because women are needed for the procreation process. Without women, there are no children, and without children, you die. So women have, all throughout history, been given completely unwarranted special treatment. That is what it is – it’s just a biological reality of humans, so you can’t really criticize it in a meaningful way.

However, this all changed when women started to be given the same rights as men. It used to be the case in Western civilization (and still is the case in most nonwhite nations), that while women were the benefactors of a special status in society, receiving special physical protections and largely not held responsible for any of their actions, they were also not taken seriously, and if they made some outrageous claim, men would say “well, that’s just a woman talking.” However, when feminism came in, suddenly women were given equal status to men, and their statements were meant to be taken seriously, but they maintained all of the privileges of being women. So, given that women were allowed to be involved in public discourse, you could no longer just say “well, that’s just a woman talking” and were instead obligated to take their statements seriously.

There is no greater proof of this combination of female traditional privilege and modern women’s rights than the metoo slogan of “believe all women.” There had been a general sentiment that you should protect all women, even when their actions didn’t warrant being protected, but then when they were given equal status with men, that privilege transferred to the realm of men, and you had people with all of the rights and zero of the responsibilities of men. You have effectively created monsters who can do basically anything they want to anyone without any consequences, and even be rewarded based on how unconscionable their behaviors are.

The Depp victory obviously doesn’t totally overturn the entire feminist order – but it’s a pretty good start. If instead of saying “believe all women” we ask “well, what if she’s lying?”, we have a situation where a huge number of women’s behaviors are going to be off-limits. Before the Depp trial, we were basically in a place where a woman could do virtually anything – short of murder, and even then, women’s sentences are absurdly lower than men’s.

You will notice that feminism is always two-pronged:

  • It is about increasing women’s power, and
  • It is about decreasing women’s responsibility

You have both things wrapped up in a package in the so-called “gender pay gap” narrative. The demand is that women should get paid more for working less – more power, less responsibility.

The thing about this is, possibly with notable exceptions, women would not be able to function in the world of men if they were held to the same standards as men. So feminism has to argue for a removal of responsibilities alongside demands for an increase in power.

The whole metoo movement, introducing fake rape/abuse allegations as a weapon and claiming it was impossible for women to lie was an extreme escalation of female privilege, giving them an absolute power to ruin men’s lives. And this is relatively new. It began with Brock Turner in 2015, when the college boy was sentenced for “abusing” a drunk girl he was on a date with after a make-out and finger-banging session was invaded by the Swedes. The girl, who later turned out to be an Asian-Jew, saw an opportunity to alleviate her embarrassment by going along with the narrative that the Swedes put forward that she was being “raped.” The court sided with the accuser, despite the fact that no evidence existed that the sexual act was “nonconsensual,” and she admitted she couldn’t even remember what happened.

From there you had this downward spiral, with Jewish feminist lawyers attacking basically all men in Hollywood with the metoo movement, which culminated in Harvey Weinstein being sentenced to prison on claims that he “raped” his girlfriend one time during a years long sexual relationship she had with him. No evidence was presented to support the claim, and the court decided that a woman’s words are effectively the word of God – it is impossible she is lying because she is a woman.

So, maybe the Depp win rolls us back to Brock Turner – to 2015 standards. It’s not going to affect women’s privileges in the workplace, their ability to weasel out of traffic tickets and shoplifting arrests, or the sentencing standards for serious crimes. It will just slightly dull the blade of the fake rape and abuse charges that women have been successfully lodging against men for the past several years.

But that’s not a small thing – gaining any ground at all against the left is a big victory in a society that has been on an uninterrupted slide into the abyss for decades. This isn’t as big as the Trump 2016 victory, but it’s in the same category as that – it is a gaining of ground by sanity against the insanity of Jewish leftism. I think “this is women’s Jussie Smollett” is a good description of what transpired this week.

The Laser-Eyes of American Justice

Here’s a hot take: just as no one else could have set the standard for rape-hoaxing that Harvey Weinstein set, given that he was literally the single most repulsive person on earth, no one other than Johnny Depp could have changed the game like this, given that he is so dearly beloved by women. Men were disgusted by Weinstein in the same way that women are enthralled by Depp. Justice can’t be perfectly blind, but this demonstrates that Justice in America has 20/20 vision and a pair of binoculars.

One case was criminal and one was civil, but they both went to a jury and you’re dealing with the exact same question: do you believe this lying slut? The fact that the slut accusing the handsome man was not believed and the slut accusing the odious Jew gargoyle was believed should be reason for inquiry into the functioning of the American justice system.

The same thing, as we know, is happening with race, where black people are treated completely differently than white people, and with politics, where abortion people are allowed to riot and attack government buildings but Trump-supporters are thrown in a special political prison in solitary confinement on questionable trespassing charges. That’s really a bigger issue, but the difference between Johnny and Harvey’s outcomes is probably easier for people to think about.

You cannot have a functional society without a functional justice system. No one is going to honor a social contract that is being constantly breached. We have a lot of problems in our society, but the corruption of the justice system is in some ways the single most dire problem, as without a functioning justice system there is no possible way anything can ever be fixed.

Last month Johnny Depp lost his libel case against the British tabloid The Sun. He forfeited his role in J.K. Rowling’s “Fantastic Beasts.” And he’s turned to Instagram for emotional support from his nearly 9 million followers.

But the movie star, in all his ruin, has managed to keep hold of his reported $5 million deal with Christian Dior men’s fragrance, Sauvage.

“The French aren’t easily shaken by controversy, like Americans or Brits. They love Johnny and hope this, too, will pass,” a beauty marketing consultant, who’s worked with Parfums Dior, told Insider.

“In more conservative markets, they just won’t air it. They’re waiting this out. That’s why there’s no official statement. Remember, Dior fired John Galliano as creative director after he went on an anti-Semitic rant in 2011. Now John’s reformed and thriving at Margiela, a competing French luxury brand. One good role in a year or two could put Johnny back on top.”

In a 2018 article in The Sun, which detailed Depp’s tumultuous 15-month marriage to the actress Amber Heard, Depp was labeled a “wife beater.” He sued the paper, and endured a 16-day trial this July, during which a trove of salacious and disturbing details were revealed regarding Depp’s relationship with Heard.

Heard, who filed for divorce in 2016, said in court that she “was afraid he was going to kill me.” She went on to say that when they fought, Depp would resort to “slapping, kicking, head-butting and choking me, as well as throwing me into things, pulling me by my hair, and shoving me or pushing me to the ground.”

Depp countered by accusing Heard of leaving human feces in their Los Angeles penthouse bed and throwing a vodka bottle at him, which wound up severing his fingertip to the bone.

Still, it’s not slowing down sales of Sauvage. The Guardian recently reported that defiant Depp fans have been buying the fragrance to support the star, after Dior aired Depp’s ad during the highly rated “The Great British Bake Off.”

Harry Potter spinoff “Fantastic Beasts” will recast the character of Gellert Grindelwald after actor Johnny Depp said he would leave the franchise at the request of the studio. The news comes days after a U.K. judge dismissed Depp’s libel suit against a British publisher.

“I wish to let you know that I have been asked to resign by Warner Bros. from my role as Grindelwald in Fantastic Beasts and I have respected and agreed to that request,” Depp wrote on Instagram.

In a statement to CBS News, a Warner Bros. spokesperson confirmed that Depp was no longer attached to the role: “We thank Johnny for his work on the films to date. Fantastic Beasts 3 is currently in production, and the role of Gellert Grindelwald will be recast. The film will debut in theaters worldwide in the summer of 2022.”

Depp sued News Group Newspapers, the publisher of The Sun, for publishing an article that described him as a “wife beater.” The story, which ran in 2018, detailed the actor’s allegedly contentious relationship with his now-ex-wife, Amber Heard. In a ruling Monday, High Court Judge Andrew Nicol dismissed Depp’s claims of libel, saying he believed the article was “substantially true.”

“I accept her evidence of the nature of the assaults he committed against her. They must have been terrifying. I accept that Mr. Depp put her in fear of her life,” Nicol wrote.

The court will probably side with her, as we live in a matriarchy where men bow down before the sanctity of women, and no man can ever be innocent, even after he is proved to be literally innocent.

The 33-year-old actress also rejects accusations that she instigated the wild, physical violence that she pinned on Depp in divorce papers, suggesting a court would be unlikely to take the side of a man over a slender female.

The latest audio clip published by DailyMail.com begins with Depp imploring Heard to reach an out of court settlement rather than waging war in public.

It appears to have been taped at Depp’s end of things and the conversation has already begun when the audio supplied to DailyMail.com begins.

‘I’ve been through the f**king hurt. You’ve been through the f**king hurt. I love you more than anything in life,’ he tells his soon-to-be ex-wife.

‘I do not want to go into a f**king court with you. I do not want to f**king tarnish your name… I want this to be done peacefully, between us.

‘And if you don’t like the way that mediation is going, take me back to court kid. Cause I can’t. ‘This is the last f**king chance Amber. This is it. Once I file those papers we don’t turn around man.’

Of course he “loved” her.

Of course he didn’t want a divorce.

And of course if there was a divorce, he wanted it to be the easiest one possible.

This is always the case with men. Every single marital problem is caused by women, period, zero exceptions.

Johnny Depp is a pathetic alcoholic and drug user who does the worst possible Disney movies. And yet here we have a clear record that he did everything right in the relationship and did his best to save it.

Heard insists, however, that it’s Depp’s team who are refusing to mediate, refusing to sign a gag order and leaking damaging stories about her to the gossip site TMZ.

‘Everything has been a defensive move because I’m being called a liar and a gold-digger,’ she says.

‘And I am not lying about any of this s**t, and I am not after a dime of your money.’

Depp suggests the pair should write a ‘mutual letter’ declaring that the divorce will be settled privately.

‘Listen to me,’ he warns the Hollywood beauty. ‘Defending yourself by throwing someone under the bus is not going to look good.’

Heard fires back: ‘It’s not about that. It would not be about me throwing you under the bus.

‘You know what it would be? It would be released through documented people, coming on the record, and, having the protection to do so, that haven’t had yet.

‘It would be eyewitness statements. It would be evidence. Tons of it. And it would be through years.’

The ability of a woman to behave in such a vicious and cruel fashion towards a man that she was intimate with is something that no man understands until he sees it.

But we’ve all seen it, haven’t we? What we have done is simply believed that “she was just a bad woman.”

In fact, they are all exactly the same. They are all pretending to feel human emotions, while actually harboring the deepest evil within them, which can show itself at any time and then disappear back behind the facade of humanity just as quickly.

When you see the mask slip from your own girlfriend or a friend’s girlfriend or your mother, it is always the same: this ability to act with absolute hatred and zero empathy towards a person they supposedly “loved.” The vitriol is so extreme, that it proves beyond any doubt that women do not have souls, they are simply demonic creatures inhabiting flesh.

Imagine a man turning on his former friend and destroying his life because of spite. If any man did that, you would believe him a pure psychopath. All other men would cut themselves off from such a man. But all women will do this. All of them, eventually, will turn on you and use everything in their capacity to destroy you, even when you are ready to do anything for them, to give your life for them. When you’re sitting there crying and telling them how much you love them, they will turn off all emotion and look at you like you’re a pathetic worm.

Heard goes on to ridicule Depp’s doubts over the facial injuries she turned up with at court when she applied for the restraining order on May 27, 2016.

She also claims to have a trove of incriminating texts, paraphrasing a message to her publicist Jodi Gottlieb ahead of an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Cordon: ‘I think, I’ve had accident, um, I think I may have, I busted my nose and two black eyes tomorrow’.

She tells Depp: ‘No one is going to believe that one of the two alternatives, that I’m in a fight club or I’ve been getting, going through hair and makeup. . .through all these years where I have corroborating text messages between people that match those dates of those time stamped validated photos.’

‘You can please tell people that it was a fair fight, and see what the jury and judge thinks. Tell the world Johnny, tell them Johnny Depp, I Johnny Depp, a man, I’m a victim too of domestic violence,’ she says on the tape. 

‘And I, you know, it’s a fair fight. And see how many people believe or side with you.’ Depp cuts in: ‘It doesn’t matter; fair fight my a**.’ 

Heard replies: ‘Because you’re big, you’re bigger and you’re stronger. And so when I say that I thought that you could kill me, that doesn’t mean you counter with you also lost your own finger.

‘I, I’m not trying to attack you here, I’m just trying to point out the fact of why I said call 911. Because I was, you had your hands on me after you threw a phone at my face.

‘And it’s got crazy in the past, and I truly thought I need to stop this madness before I get hurt.’

Seemingly stunned by his former flame’s version of events, Depp can simply reply: ‘Oh my god.’

He reminds his ex-wife that she will have to repeat her allegations under oath in court.

‘Do you believe all this Amber? Do you believe all this,’ Depp asks.

‘Yes, the f**k, yes, yes,’ Heard replies.

‘Do you believe you’re an abuser? he asks. ‘Do you believe you abused me physically?’

Heard replies: ‘Do you know I’m a 115, well not anymore, but I was a 115lb almost 115lb woman. . .have I ever been able to knock you off of your feet? Or knock you off balance?

‘You’re going to get up on the stand, Johnny, and say, ”she started it”? Really? I have never been able to overpower you that’s the difference between me and you. . .and that’s a difference, that’s a whole world, and there’s a jury and there’s a judge will see that there’s a very big difference between me and you.’

Depp finally seems to lose his cool when his ex-wife accuses him of spreading rumors she was a stripper, snapping: ‘I will f**king see you in court.’

He adds: ‘You don’t want to make f**king nice nice? I’m trying. I’m trying.

‘But you know what? I loved you for so many f**king years but you know what? You didn’t exist. You don’t exist. You’re not there. You’re not there. 

‘You are a f**king made up thing in my head. And I can’t believe you are doing this to me.’ 

The 31-minute recording ends with Depp saying he needs a moment to himself before a door can be heard slamming in the background.

You’d best start believing in women doing this to you: you’re in one.

All of you kids need to understand that this is not unique; this is how every single relationship in the modern world ends. This is the way that women behave. They are monstrous creatures from hell.

Shockingly, we have documentary evidence showing that yet another female “domestic violence victim” is in fact a filthy lying whore and a hoaxer.

Fans of movie star Johnny Depp have demanded their idol’s name be cleared, after his ex-wife Amber Heard apparently admitted to hitting and throwing objects at him in a leaked audio tape. Heard has accused Depp of domestic abuse.

In an audio confession leaked to the Daily Mail, Heard admits to hitting Depp with pans, pots and vases. The conversation took place during a therapy session in 2015, as the tinseltown pair attempted to save their tumultuous marriage.

“I’m sorry that I didn’t, uh, uh, hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you, it was not punching you. Babe, you’re not punched,” Heard tells Depp, attempting to explain a violent outburst the night before.

During the two-hour conversation, Heard – an advocate for women’s rights and domestic violence survivors – tells Depp to “grow the f*ck up” and “just because I’ve thrown pots and pans does not mean you cannot come and knock on my door.”

Depp recounts at least three physical fights in the preceding months, and tells Heard that if the violence continues, “we have to be apart from one another…so that we don’t f*cking kill each other or f*cking worse, you know, f*cking really kill each other or f*cking break up or whatever.”

After ridiculing Depp for leaving their house when several arguments broke out, Heard tells the ‘Pirates of the Carribean’ actor “I can’t promise you I won’t get physical again. God I f*cking sometimes I get so mad I lose it.”

That’s some foul language. Very boring.

But what it reveals is not boring: this proves that the whole “Johnny Depp domestic abuser” story was a complete and absolute hoax.

I’ll be honest with you: I defended Johnny Depp’s right to beat his wife, but even I was thinking maybe he was getting drunk and getting overly aggressive with her. He has always seemed like a sort of unhinged individual.

But what this tape proves is that he was continually responding to her physical violence by trying to flee from it, refusing to be in the same room with her and even leaving the house.

We have these photos of some very light bruising on her face that was used to publicly crucify Johnny Depp.

She not only posted photos of this minor bruising online, but literally paraded around in public, like a typical attention whoring slut trying to take all your money.

There are three possible explanations for this bruising:

  1. She faked it using makeup
  2. She faked it by hitting herself
  3. She cornered Johnny Depp and forced him to react with a punch to the face in order to escape her violence

You should understand that this bitch is large and actually probably weighs more than the drug-addled manlet Johnny Depp.

Johnny Depp is too much of a beta male coward to go on the offensive and beat up a woman. This woman deserved to have her skull smashed in with a tire iron, but all Johnny allegedly did was give the bitch a light slap-slap-slappy.

Yet he is paying the price for this hoax, having his entire public image destroyed.

In fact, making all of those horrible Disney movies because he was too high to manage his own career destroyed his public image, but being labeled a brutal wife-beater didn’t help.

That vile cunt Amber Heard has now gone on to run charities for domestic violence, becoming the poster child for the cause due to her bruise photos.

People claim that the French are about 10 years behind the rest of the West in terms of the development of the narrative, because of the fact that they’ve totally refused to learn English. We are told that it takes longer for the narrative to be absorbed by them when they cannot understand American music and movies in their original language.

That seems about accurate to me. The “American Freedom” disease is very much reliant on the English language.

The “controversial” new ad from Christian Dior, a Paris luxury brand, would have been totally fine ten years ago, and now is totally and completely not fine.

The ad, for the Savauge perfume, features Johnny Depp playing guitar, while an Indian in full feathers does a rain dance, and a sultry Indian squaw eyes Depp from the bushes with a mind to do a rain dance on him.

At first glance, this is clearly a celebration of Indians, who don’t get much play at all these days. You’d think it would be good for the Indian brand. They don’t get much of a chance to be sexy, what with being a bunch of drunken cigarette salesmen ripping you off at their criminal casinos.

However, the rules of current year are that if you’re a white person and do anything with any reference at all to nonwhite people, you’ve broken the iron law of Twitter, which is “thou shall not be white.”

Plus, the word “savauge” sort of is like the word “savage.”

Some people tried to talk sense, but as always, it was to no avail.

Dior shouldn’t worry, however.

No one who gets angry about racism on Twitter is going to buy a $70 bottle of men’s perfume anyway. These are low-level plebs who were told they could become middle class by taking on massive student loan debt, and they are being spurred on by smelly, cheap Jews.
