Rita Fulciniti put a down payment on a new west-end condo, thinking that home ownership would bring her a little comfort and financial security in her retirement years. Instead, the 66-year-old is living in a homeless shelter, broke, and still chasing the Toronto real estate agent who borrowed her life savings.

Anyone who deals with Jews will make this face eventually.

In March 2014, Fulciniti’s $42,000 down payment was for a second-floor unit in the Vivid Condos on Michael Power Place near Bloor Street West and Islington Avenue. A year later, while the condo was still under construction, Fulciniti learned her potential roommate wouldn’t be moving into the building.

Fulciniti approached Chaim Smilovici — who also goes by the name Howard Smilovici, and was a real estate agent with Adenat Realty at the time — to find a tenant who would help cover the costs of carrying the condo. It was the beginning of her nightmare, she says.

Hmmm, why would he hide his real name like that?

Must be because he’s afraid of unfounded anti-Jew prejudice.

He should probably change his last name as well though, since it’s also a known Jewish surname (meaning “son of Samuel”).

He might want to look into getting that nose adjusted as well.

“I have sleepless nights. I don’t know who to turn to, where to go or who to talk to. It’s devastating.”

Smilovici found her a tenant, but he also asked to borrow $95,000 she had earmarked to help close the condo deal when construction of the building was complete.

In June 2015, she signed a loan agreement with Smilovici through his company, Maximum Sports Management Group Inc. The contract stipulated she would be repaid in full with a $5,000 cash bonus and an annual 12 per cent return on the loan.

“I trusted him,” said Fulciniti. “I thought I could make a little more money. He said he’d give me $1,000 a month [in interest payments].”

Smilovici was supposed to pay Fulciniti $100,000 before she had to close on her condo in August 2015, but so far, not a penny of the money has been returned.

Trying to get money back from a Jew is like trying to get a t-bone back from a hungry dog.

When contacted by the CBC Toronto, Smilovici conceded he borrowed the money, but “the entire situation went backwards and the money is lost.” Smilovici says he invested Fulciniti’s money in a nightclub.

“I didn’t keep her money,” he added.

Fulciniti says the real estate agent originally gave her postdated cheques to cover the $1,000 monthly interest on the loan, but even those bounced. Her bank provided her with a notice that there were insufficient funds in Smilovici’s account.

Smilovici claims the cheques didn’t bounce. He says he put a stop-payment order on them because he was angry that Fulciniti kept calling his office demanding her money.

“She was constantly calling my office. Before you know it, I was canned,” said Smilovici. “She owes me peace and quiet.”

You heard right.

He’s the victim here.

I mean, sure. He owed her 100 grand. But she was calling him about it. Talk about being rude!

Smilovici’s former boss at a RE/MAX agency says he fired the real estate agent in June because Fulciniti wasn’t the only one calling the office looking for Smilovici over unpaid money.

Fulciniti says she was unable to close on her condo deal because Smilovici hadn’t paid back either her $95,000 or the interest. The developer — The Pemberton Group — gave her a one-week extension to close the deal, but Fulciniti says “I couldn’t close. I had no money.”

By August 10, 2015, Fulciniti had forfeited her $42,000 down payment to the developer, and was still out the $95,000 Smilovici and Maximum Sports borrowed from her.

With no condo to move into, the senior citizen stayed with a friend for several months, but now sleeps in a nearby shelter.

“I’m devastated because I’m a senior and that money was my life savings. Now I have absolutely nothing,” she said.

What kind of low-life scum preys on the elderly like this? This poor old lady has been fleeced alive to fuel this Jew’s luxurious lifestyle.

The heavens cry out for vengeance over this injustice.

CBC Toronto asked Smilovici if he plans to start repaying the money he borrowed.

“If she wants to get her lawyer to contact me, I am prepared to make restitution … if it’s terms I can agree to,” he said.

He suggested he might be able to pay her $1,000 a month. When told that might take a decade at that rate, Smilovici replied, “It is what it is” and “you can’t get blood from a stone.”

Smilovici has few assets to his name, apart from a 2009 Mercedes-Benz. However, he is known to spend time in Boca Raton, Fla., where his wife is registered as the owner of a $118,000 condo purchased in September. She is also registered as the buyer of two condos in the Toronto area. The more recent of those purchases was a unit bought in July for $430,000 at 7460 Bathurst St. in Vaughan.

When asked if he would borrow money from his wife to repay Fulciniti, he replied, “It doesn’t work that way.”

Indeed, it doesn’t work that way.

The way it works is that the goyim give money to the Jews. Not the other way around. How hard is that to understand?

In any case, the first priority here is to get this woman back on her feet.

After being pressured by the media, he’s said he was going to pay her back the 95,000$ (like the slippery Jew he is, his first offer isn’t even to pay back the total amount agreed in the contract). But that’s obviously just to get people off his back. He’ll need some more encouragement.

Looking through the Google News search (can’t wait for the Assange leak on them) on Trump, you’ll find dozens of Judenpresse references to a new poll by NBC Wall Street Journal showing Hillary Clinton blasting off with an 11 point lead in a four way race (including Stein and Johnson), and 14 points ahead in a one on one with Trump.

I think it’s a ploy that can be reflected and we should spread this fiction among non-whites, Millenial women, and whatever other group still gets its political cues from basketball players and Kim Kardashian so that they stay home on November 8th.

But between us good goys – it’s just not true.

The publication quickly gaining respect as being more accurate than anything on TV, Conservative Tree House has set social media ablaze with its expose of this poll being an utter fraud and piece of psychological propaganda.

According to CTH, the sample is already problematic:

The spread here is broken, in the NBC/WSJ poll we see the sample as being 36% Republican/Republican Leaning, 43% Democrat/Democratic Leaning , and only 12% Independent.  According to the perpetually changing record of voter registration, 40% of Americans are Independents (which Trump usually wins by wide margins), 27% are Republicans, and 32% are Democrats. If “Leaners” mattered, races in traditionally “blue” states like Pennsylvania wouldn’t be as close as they are, not to mention a large percentage of blacks and others who registered in excitement for Obama who won’t vote because a black person isn’t running.  Finally, the amount of people polled – 500 – is well below the threshold needed for an accurate result according to most polling science.

But the real story here isn’t the biased sampling, it’s the company conducting the poll, a group called “Hart Research Associates/Public Opinion Strategies,” whose president is the Jew Geoffrey Garin, the head pollster and top advisor of Hillary Clinton’s “Priorities USA” SuperPAC!

Garin himself isn’t just a Clinton employee, according to these September 2016 FEC filings (1 , 2), this (((Fact Checker))) paid a total of $220,500 dollars to the polling company he presides over from his own Hillary Clinton PAC. The timing of the poll was held and released right after the debate to kill any talk about it (although it admits it didn’t study what people thought after the debate), and is meant to be plausible because of the commotion over the Grabocaust that hasn’t really mattered outside TV studios, Paul Ryan, and the New York Times building, as top Hillary surrogate Mel Robbins admitted in a CNN op-ed just before the debate.

Most of us don’t actually know anyone whose vote was swayed because Trump likes pussy, including women who already assume men talk like that among themselves (and say things just as bad among themselves). After all, all of us alive today are here because at some point, our fathers grabbed a pussy. But these Jews want you to think everyone is up in arms about it to demoralize Trump supporters into giving up.

So what’s the actual state of the race? Post-debate polls have been too small to take seriously, or too slanted (as CNN was forced to admit theirs was). Take a look at this banana-republic poll on Spanish-language Univision, owned by the Jew Haim Saban:

The only channel on American TV Jews hire whites as anchors is the one for Mexican illegals.

This is part of a greater strategy, with the Republican National Convention being pressured by people “(((pulling the purse-strings)))” to drop Trump’s “ground game” (mobilizing voters, getting ballots to people, promoting Trump – his ideas are enough to get out the vote unlike Clinton, but getting people on the margins matters in swing states) and thus reduce the white vote as much as possible, as well as make a dent in his record breaking small donations during the home stretch.

“Oy vey, our fact checkers are giving the election to Hillary by 14 points, it’s going to be a blow out after she showcased her impressive debating skills in front of 69 million people! Don’t waste anutha’ dime on Trump, he’s going to lose no matter vat!”

So what’s really going on? So far, the LA Times/USC poll still has Trump in the lead by two, while post-debate information is still scant. While the poll is an outlier, its methodology is unique. In its samples, it weighs an individuals likelihood of voting from a scale of 0-100, with Trump supporters more likely to vote than Hillary ones. Using this very same calculation, LAT/USC was one of the closest in predicting Barack Obanana’s margin of victory in 2012, with the survey predicting Obama by +3.32, and the actual election putting him over the Mormon Mannequin by +3.84.

As a rule of thumb, expect more dirty tricks from (((Fact Checkers))) like this as the election nears.  And make sure on election day to get everyone you know and their families to line up to vote for the normal people’s candidate on November 8th. That means you, your senile 90 year old grandmother, that chick you slept with and then stopped texting 3 years ago, the homeless dude that used to buy beer for you in high school, EVERYONE.

A Princeton research group has tested “Millennials” – that’s the generation born after 1980 – across the developed world and found that Americans are at the bottom – often in last place – in terms of needed skills for the modern workplace.

I can’t find the actual data, but here is a brief write-up from Fortune Magazine:

We hear about the superior tech savvy of people born after 1980 so often that we tend to assume it must be true. But is it?

Researchers at Princeton-based Educational Testing Service (ETS) expected it to be when they administered a test called the Program for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC). Sponsored by the OECD, the test was designed to measure the job skills of adults, aged 16 to 65, in 23 countries.

When the results were analyzed by age group and nationality, ETS got a shock. It turns out, says a new report, that Millennials in the U.S. fall short when it comes to the skills employers want most: literacy (including the ability to follow simple instructions), practical math, and — hold on to your hat — a category called “problem-solving in technology-rich environments.”

Not only do Gen Y Americans lag far behind their overseas peers by every measure, but they even score lower than other age groups of Americans.

Take literacy, for instance. American Millennials scored lower than their counterparts in every country that participated except Spain and Italy. (Japan is No. 1.) In numeracy, meaning the ability to apply basic math to everyday situations, Gen Yers in the U.S. ranked dead last.

Okay, but what about making smart use of technology, where Millennials are said to shine? Again, America scored at the bottom of the heap, in a four-way tie for last place with the Slovak Republic, Ireland, and Poland.

Even the best-educated Millennials stateside couldn’t compete with their counterparts in Japan, Finland, South Korea, Belgium, Sweden, or elsewhere. With a master’s degree, for example, Americans scored higher in numeracy than peers in just three countries: Ireland, Poland, and Spain. Altogether, the top U.S. Gen Yers, in the 90th percentile, “scored lower than their counterparts in 15 countries,” the report notes, “and only scored higher than their peers in Spain.”

That doesn’t list the actual countries involved in the study, but it is obviously the developed world.

This corresponds with other testing in schools, so I’m not sure why Princeton was surprised.

There are multiple things going on here. First, our “Millennial” generation is significantly less White (or yellow) than the corresponding populations in Europe. This not only means that the average IQ is brought down by the Blacks and browns, but that the entire education system is brought down by having to cater to these hordes.

Beyond that, America is ground-zero for the rapidly intensifying Jewing the whole world is experiencing. America is significantly more decadent and depraved that the rest of the developed world, and due to this, White Americans tend to be much less intelligent than White Europeans. That is just simply a sad fact of life, which even as an American, I must admit. Though often more liberal, in terms of actual knowledge and general proficiency, there is no White country that is lower than America.

One unique difference is the American University system, which is so focused on alcohol, sex and sports. Other countries simply don’t do things this way. People in Europe generally live with their parents when they go to college, or in apartments, not these binge-drinking party houses. Due to this American tradition creating an environment which is nigh completely incompatible with education, universities have been forced to lower their standards.

I don’t really have any positive slant to add to this, save that while being generally more dumb than the rest of the world, we also have some of the world’s greatest minds, such as Andrew Anglin, the publisher of the Daily Stormer. No, seriously, we still do dominate in terms of influence because we do have a minority of people who are just better than anything else the rest of the world has to offer, but the average remains abysmally low.

The obvious solution is to eject Jews and non-Whites. Then the education system will basically fix itself. Being dumb is an unnatural state for a White society, and it is taking an extreme amount of force to hold us in this position.

Facebook has been admitted Jewing over the people by purposefully manipulating their emotions and change their mood.

The thing I don’t get is why people would expect them not to do that.

A study detailing how Facebook secretly manipulated the news feed of about 700,000 users to study “emotional contagion” has prompted anger on social media.

For one week in 2012 Facebook tampered with the algorithm used to place posts into user news feeds to study how this affected their mood.

The study, conducted by researchers affiliated with Facebook, Cornell University, and the University of California at San Francisco, appeared in the June 17 edition of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

The researchers wanted to see if the number of positive or negative words in messages they read affected the content in their status updates.

Indeed, they found the manipulated users began using negative or positive words depending on what they were exposed to.

Results of the study spread when the online magazine Slate and The Atlantic website wrote about it on Saturday.

“Emotional states can be transferred to others via emotional contagion, leading people to experience the same emotions without their awareness,” the study authors wrote.

“These results indicate that emotions expressed by others on Facebook influence our own emotions, constituting experimental evidence for massive-scale contagion via social networks.”

While other studies have used metadata to study trends, this appears to be unique because it manipulates the data to see if there is a reaction.

The study was legal according to Facebook’s rules but questions are being asked about whether it was ethical.

People are so simple, they are. They need authorities to protect them from things such as this, what with this big new scientific universe that no one can really even understand.
