The editor of a Toronto-based publication was handed the maximum one-year jail sentence on Thursday for promoting hatred against women and Jews.

In sentencing James Sears, Ontario court Judge Richard Blouin said he would have handed down a much stiffer sentence had the law allowed.

“It is impossible, in my view, to conclude that Mr. Sears … should receive a sentence of any less than 18 months in jail,” Blouin said.

“Mr. Sears … promoted hate to a vast audience in an era where online exposure to this material inexorably leads to extremism and the potential of mass casualties.”

The sentencing of the editor of Your Ward News, who had sought to reopen his trial, came after Blouin rejected Sears’s arguments that his lawyer had thrown the case. Sears, 55, who had gone into the courtroom expressing confidence that the case would be again put over, looked stunned at the sudden turn of events and quietly shook his head.

“Don’t worry honey,” he told his wife, who was carrying a child, as officers handcuffed him and led him from the courtroom.

“That’s not right,” one supporter said from the back of the courtroom before leaving in tears.

Blouin had found Sears and Your Ward News publisher LeRoy St. Germaine, 77, guilty in January of two hate counts each.

Evidence was that the free publication was distributed over three years to more than 300,000 homes and businesses in the Toronto area as well as online.

It consistently portrayed women as inferior and as inviting rape. It also promoted tropes of Jews drinking the blood of Christian children and denied the Holocaust occurred. Those themes continued even after the trial started, Blouin noted.

The Crown had called for the maximum six months on each count for a total one year for Sears.

The judge did deny a prosecution probation request to bar Sears from publishing Your Ward News. Such a ban would violate the constitutional right to free expression, Blouin said.

“Mr. Sears should be free to publish whatever he wishes, even if unpopular and objectionable, as long as his words do not offend the Criminal Code,” Blouin said.

Says the ratfaced judge, as he sentences you to prison for publishing something that offended him.

Everyone who was ever written about in the paper is listed as a victim of libel, including elite billionaires George Soros and Evelyn de Rothschild!

The editor and publisher of Toronto-based newspaper Your Ward News have been charged with the wilful promotion of hatred against women and Jews, according to Toronto police.

Editor James Sears, [54], and publisher Leroy St. Germaine, 76, were arrested Wednesday morning.

It’s the first time in Ontario’s history a charge has been laid alleging the wilful promotion of hatred against women, according to office of the attorney general.

Actually it’s the first time not just in Ontario, but in all of Canada, that someone has been charged for “promotion of hatred” against women.

Probably in the history of the world, it’s the first time this has happened. I’m certainly unaware of any other time it has happened. Honestly, it’s hard to even comprehend that this has happened, but it is something that has definitely actually happened.

I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised.

Described by critics in the past as “racist” and a “hate rag,” the newspaper, which publishes once a season, bills itself as the “world’s largest anti-marxist publication.”

Past issues have included images portraying Jews as dogs and glorifying Hitler, as well as liberal use of the n-word and other slurs.

Warren Kinsella (@kinsellawarren), the good goy in the above video bragging about how progressive it is to charge someone with “hate speech” against women as an “identifiable group,” seems to have made it his life’s work to bring cucking to levels previously thought impossible.

He was in a punk band named the Hot Nasties in his early years, named after a porno movie. Later, he wrote an anti-White book called Web of Hate, thoroughly ingratiating himself with Canada’s evil Jewish overlords.

Kinsella seems to be the only presumably white man in the crusade against Dr. Sears and Your Ward News. All Jews and Jewish groups hate Your Ward News. The premier of Ontario, a dyke feminist named Kathleen Wynne (@Kathleen_Wynne), is triggered by the very sight of it. Her attorney general, Moslem streetshitter Yasir Naqvi (@Yasir_Naqvi), has issued a fatwa against it in the name of Almighty Allah.

Non-perverted white Canadians, on the other hand, find the newspaper absolutely hilarious. It’s unclear what happened in the case of Kinsella to make him so self-loathing. Perhaps he was abused as a child, has a small penis, or wants to have sex with his own mother.

Along with his wife Lisa (@lisakinsella), he founded the anti-free speech organization STAMP (Standing Together Against Mailing Prejudice), which is one of the main groups attempting to get Your Ward News shut down.

The Kinsellas have also accused Sears of “advocating violence” against them by deliberately taking a quote in the Summer 2017 issue of Your Ward News out of context.

In June 2016, a federal order prohibited Your Ward News from being sent in the mail — a move not taken since 1981, when a publishing company owned by Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel was banned from using Canada Post.

A hearing into that order which began in April 2017 is still ongoing, according to Standing Together Against Mailing Prejudice (STAMP,) who issued a celebratory press release on Wednesday after receiving news of the charges.

Lisa and Warren Kinsella, two founding members of STAMP who have campaigned against the publication, have also brought private prosecution against Sears and St. Germaine for uttering death threats aimed at them.

That prosecution stems from the summer 2017 issue, in which Sears wrote about the “chance that some hothead who cares deeply about me… would lose it and do something illegal like bludgeon the Kinsella’s to death.”

“In this country, in this time, hate will not go unopposed,” Lisa Kinsella wrote in Wednesday’s release.

News of the charges were also a relief to Avi Benlolo, president and CEO of the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Centre, a Jewish community foundation.

“We’re thrilled. We believe that this so-called newspaper should no longer be delivered. It’s 2017. It’s creating a lot of hate and divisiveness in our community,” he told CBC Toronto.

Therein lies Canada’s biggest mistake: pretending the opinions of Jews and women actually matter.

Everyone knows both Jews and women are only good for one thing, and both those things involve ovens.

Though unable to be reached for comment, as these cases are ongoing, Dr. Sears seems confident that he will come out on top.

In the most recent issue, Sears wrote in his letter from the editor that he planned to “commence the next phase of his Marxist parasite expulsion” by finding a clubhouse for his Hitler fan club and restarting “Toronto Real Men meetings, where I teach men seduction skills and masculinity.”

In an email statement to CBC Toronto, Sears wrote that both he and St. Germaine “expect to easily beat these politically motivated charges.”

“Part of our defence will be a constitutional challenge against the hate speech law, as it violates our right to free expression,” the statement reads.

Police wrote in a release that they received “numerous complaints” about the publication beginning in 2015.

“Right to free expression” is a white European concept that is completely alien to kikes, nonwhites, and the SJWs and cucks who serve them.

These are the actual words from the letter sent to Dr. Sears by Jabba the Hutt Judy Foote, explaining why his free speech is being suppressed: “I believe, on reasonable grounds that, by means of mail, you are either committing or aiding the commission of an offence in that you are sending, or causing to be sent, items that include hate propaganda…”

She believes! It’s real in her mind!! Shut it down!!!

Now they have a new one … first time in Canadian history … Foote says we are guilty of “criminal libel” for “publishing lies”. She did not specify which “lies”, but I am sure it is due to the “Holohoax”. We have never been convicted of such, or even charged!!!

305,000 copies of our paper were rejected after we paid Canada Post $38K to deliver them. They are refunding the money. It costs $22K to print that many papers. I will be suing Judy Foote for libel, for calling me a criminal (since I am the Editor-In-Chief). I am also suing Canada Post in order to break their monopoly on apartment buildings, since you need a special key to get into the boxes, and only they have it.

This is clearly a mission for the Stormer Troll Army.

Though Foote is the one who signed the order, she is not alone guilty.

BG: Can you tell us about some of the attacks you have received for daring to publish the Truth in Jew-occupied Canada?

JS: I took over as Editor-In-Chief of Your Ward News about a year ago. At that time Publisher Leroy St. Germaine’s main focus was corruption in municipal politics (the name of the paper derives from the City of Toronto being split into “Wards”, with a Councillor elected in each Ward). I quickly shifted the focus of our paper to anti-Marxism. I improved content dramatically by establishing strict Editorial guidelines, which included writers being forbidden to criticize Hitler, National Socialism, Jesus Christ or Christianity (the total opposite of what the ZioMarxist-controlled mainstream media does). For example, one of our prolific writers mentioned “FemiNazis” in an article. It was an excellent article, but I refused to publish it until he changed the term to “FemiMarxists”. If you go to our web site at www.YourWardNews.com and look at our back issues, you will see that Hitler is praised throughout.

Once the Marxist Occupation Government (MOG) realized that we were publishing the truth, they began their attacks by merely mocking us on social media … calling us “Nazis”. They did not realize that we considered it a compliment AND that most people in Canada are closet Hitler lovers (especially Hindus, Chinese and Negroes). Then donations started rolling in and we began to expand our delivery area through Canada Post. In March we quadrupled circulation to 300,000 homes and businesses, with readership of over one million people. One article in the last issue appears to have finally set off our enemies: It is one where I mock the artistic abilities of our Metrosexual-In-Chief Justin Trudeau. He pandered to the Jews by drawing a watercolour sketch of the Canadian “Human Rights” Museum (a Holohoax museum built by Jews at taxpayer expense) … I said he was not as good an artist as Hitler, who I referred to as the “Führer of Fine Art”. The ZioMarxists flipped!

Your Ward News is full of hilarious cartoons which mercilessly ridicule our enemies.

However, they had a problem … they could not sue us directly since we were PUBLISHING THE TRUTH ABOUT HITLER AND THE HOLOHOAX! We had the legal right to do so. They knew they would lose in court. So they found a sleazy way to do it indirectly … they are SUING THE POST OFFICE for daring to distribute our “offensive” materials. They are also SUING THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT for allowing the post office to distribute them. And the group that has formed to fight our newspaper includes union leaders, homosexual leaders, feminist leaders, Jews, members of all the major federal parties, etc. It is the first time in history anywhere in the world where EVERY TYPE OF SJW has joined forces for a common goal.

In addition to the legal attacks, every window on on office storefront has been broken by bricks and rocks thrown by ZioMarxist sympathizers. I was doxxed with my home address and a photograph of my wife’s car and her license plate published online, and broadly distributed by a ZioMarxist race traitor by the name of Warren Kinsella.

BG: Are you worried about this most recent attack by the cuckold traitor Richard Warman?

JS: Absolutely not, because Warman is no match for my massive Greek intellect. It is a chess game, and I am many moves ahead of this coward who hides in his office, typing up long, whiny legal letters. I am manipulating that race traitor Warman into publicising our paper. For example, the publicity we have garnered from his “Human Rights” complaint just over the last few days has gained us many new subscribers.
