The territories that the Ukrainians are fighting in are no longer a part of the Ukraine. The border changed. These territories are Russian, and the Ukrainians should accept these new borders and stop throwing themselves into a meat-grinder in the name of this American project to depose Vladimir Putin.

Reuters:

Ukraine’s president said Russian troops were holding the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant “hostage” and its safety could not be guaranteed until they left it, while his forces shut off the frontline town of Avdiivka as they planned their next move.

Russian troops have occupied the nuclear power plant, Europe’s largest, since the early weeks of the invasion of Ukraine and have shown no inclination to relinquish control.

“Holding a nuclear power station hostage for more than a year – this is surely the worst thing that has ever happened in the history of European or world-wide nuclear power,” President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said in his nightly video address.

Hah.

Well, another thing happened that was pretty bad, actually.

He decried the Russian presence as “radiation blackmail”.

His comments followed a meeting with Rafael Grossi, the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), at the Dnipro hydroelectric power station – northeast of the Zaporizhzhia plant.

Initiatives on restoring safety and security are “doomed to failure” without a withdrawal of Russian troops from the plant, Zelenskiy said in comments posted on the presidential website.

Russia and Ukraine routinely accuse each other of shelling the Zaporizhzhia plant. Fighting around it and worries of a water shortage and that cooling systems could lose power have raised fears of a nuclear disaster.

They have routinely “accused” each other. This is true.

Except that Russia controls the plant, and as Zelensky says here, has controlled it for a year. The idea that they were shelling their own nuke plant was always a totally insane claim, and it is simply incredible that the media keeps printing it.

The UN visited the site last year, and their report was redacted to remove any blame on who was doing the shelling. They eventually just said “whoever is doing the shelling – and you know who you are – should stop.”

This entire stupid fake war is so goofy.

A team of IAEA experts has since September been stationed at the plant, which Kyiv has accused Moscow of using as a shield for troops and military hardware.

Grossi has repeatedly called for a safety zone around it and is due to visit it again this week. He has tried to negotiate with both sides but said in January that brokering a deal was getting harder.

Zaporizhzhia is one of four regions Russia claimed to annex in September after referendums criticised globally as shams. Russia views the plant as its territory, which Ukraine denies.

Zelenskiy visited the southeastern Zaporizhzhia region on Monday, the latest stage of a tour of frontline regions since a top general said Ukraine’s counterattack could come soon.

Yeah, they keep talking about that counterattack.

It’s not clear where the soldiers are going to come from. But they keep saying they’re going to do it, so I guess they probably will do something.

The last time they did a counterattack, they lost troops 10-1 against Russia (who now has an infinite supply of disposable soldiers from the prison system). They’ve now lost most of the territory they grabbed. More importantly, they just keep on losing soldiers and equipment, throwing them into a bottomless pit, while Russia is able to hold out indefinitely.

Apparently, there are going to be large numbers of both Poles and Americans involved in the next attack. I seriously doubt they will actually attack Crimea, and it looks like this might be the last hurrah. The people in Washington are antsy to start a war with China, and now view this Ukrainian situation as FUBAR.

Iran More Than Doubles Uranium Enrichment Capacity, Nuclear Energy Greatly Benefitting Economy https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/12/19/iran-more-than-doubles-uranium-enrichment-capacity-nuclear-energy-greatly-benefitting-economy/ Mon, 19 Dec 2022 00:00:00 +0000

#Iran’s nuclear chief says the country’s uranium enrichment capacity has reached more than twice the capacity it has had in its whole history of the #nuclear industry. pic.twitter.com/omUdO0UyA6

It’s just for nuclear energy, guys.

They’re not planning on building missiles and pointing them at Tel Aviv.

Paranoid ass Jews, always thinking people are out to get them just because they stole the land and killed everyone.

RT:

Tehran has more than doubled its capacity to enrich uranium, the head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI), Mohammad Eslami, announced on Saturday.

It has now reached the highest level in the history of the Islamic Republic’s nuclear industry, exceeding the previous rates by “more than twice,” Eslami told lawmakers in Tehran, as cited by Tasnim news agency.

He added that the generation of power by the nuclear plants “has provided considerable economic benefits for Iran, reduced the consumption of fossil fuels, and prevented environmental damages.”

The announcement comes ahead of a visit by experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to the republic.

“At the invitation of Iran, an IAEA technical team will be in Tehran on Sunday,” the nuclear watchdog’s spokeswoman said earlier this week. The goal of the visit is to address “the outstanding safeguards issues previously reported,” she added. The agency’s chief, Rafael Grossi, is not expected to be part of the team this time.

The trip will focus on “multiple uranium particles of anthropogenic origin” reported at three locations in 2019, alleged to be former nuclear sites previously undeclared to the IAEA.

Eslami expressed hope on Wednesday that the visit “can help resolve issues with the agency.”

Russia welcomes the upcoming consultations, but says it’s unlikely any breakthrough can be reached, according to Mikhail Ulyanov, Moscow’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna.

Speaking to the TASS news agency, he noted that initially the consultations had been planned for late November. However, they were postponed because of an “untimely and counterproductive” resolution submitted by the US, Great Britain, Germany and France at the session of the IAEA Board of Governors in an attempt to put pressure on Iran.

Why do all of these totally unrelated countries want to hurt the Iranians?

Is it because they are controlled by the Jews?

Serious question.

It seems China is a much more reasonable country, in fact.

Is it because they’re not controlled by the Jews?

Russia Gets UN Inspection Team Inside Nuclear Power Plant https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/09/01/russia-gets-un-inspection-team-inside-nuclear-power-plant/ Thu, 01 Sep 2022 00:00:00 +0000

Well, they pulled it off.

Ukrainian people were intent on killing the inspectors, but Russia got them in.

Big win.

AP:

A U.N. inspection team arrived at Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant Thursday on a mission to safeguard it from catastrophe, reaching the site amid fighting between Russian and Ukrainian forces that prompted the shutdown of one reactor and underscored the urgency and danger of the task.

The visit from the 14-member expert delegation from the International Atomic Energy Agency came after months of negotiations to get inside Europe’s biggest nuclear plant. Arriving in a convoy of SUVs and vans, the inspectors were led by IAEA director Rafael Grossi.

As the experts made their way toward the complex, Russia and Ukraine accused each other of shelling the area and trying to derail the visit. The heavy shelling delayed the team’s progress toward the plant.

…

“There has been increased military activity, including this morning until very recently,” Grossi said during the journey, adding that after being briefed by the Ukrainian military he decided to keep moving despite the risks. “Weighing the pros and cons and having come so far, we are not stopping.”

Grossi, who personally negotiated with Ukrainian authorities to allow the team’s passage, noted earlier that the risks were “very, very high” in the so-called gray zone between Ukrainian and Russian positions, but “we consider that we have the minimum conditions to move.”

The Zaporizhzhia plant has been occupied by Russian forces but run by Ukrainian engineers since the early days of the 6-month-old war. Ukraine alleges Russia is using the plant as a shield, storing weapons there and launching attacks from around it, while Moscow accuses Ukraine of recklessly firing on the area.

Fighting in early March caused a brief fire at its training complex, and in recent days, the plant was briefly knocked offline because of damage, heightening fears of a radiation leak or a reactor meltdown. Officials have begun distributing anti-radiation iodine tablets to nearby residents.

“We have a very important mission to accomplish,” Grossi said, adding that “we are going to start immediately an assessment of the security and the safety situation at the plant.”

“I am going to consider the possibility of establishing a continued presence of the IAEA at the plant, which we believe is indispensable to stabilize the situation and to get regular, reliable, impartial, neutral updates of what the situation is there,” he said.

Russia’s Defense Ministry said Ukrainian forces unleashed an artillery barrage on the area and then sent a group of up to 60 scouts to try to seize the plant on the Dnieper River. It said that the Ukrainian troops arrived in seven speedboats but that Russian forces “took steps to destroy the enemy,” using warplanes.

Russia said some of the Ukrainian shells landed 400 meters (yards) away from the plant’s No. 1 reactor.

The Russian-installed administration in the city where the plant is situated, Enerhodar, said at least three residents were killed early Thursday by Ukrainian shelling.

Ukrainian officials, meanwhile, accused Russian forces of shelling Enerhodar and a corridor that the IAEA team was set to go through.

Neither side’s version of events could immediately be independently verified.

The article includes satellite images of the plant, showing bush fires right outside of it, and damage to the roof of one of its buildings.

We were led to believe satellite imagery of the planet was someone impossible, due to some metaphysical forces causing some type of magnetic distortion field. If they can take satellite images, then they can see who is shooting the missiles. But we just keep hearing “well, no one knows who’s shooting the missiles, but it’s evil, so that seems like something Russia would do, you know.”

This is of course not really a big win, because the UN will just change the report.
