The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit ruled against the College of the Ozarks’s (CofO) lawsuit against the Biden administration’s directive that universities permit student housing based on gender identity.

The court ruled against the Christian college in Point Lookout, Missouri, on July 27. CofO filed the suit in 2021.

CofO challenged the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) after a memo was issued in Feb. 2021 that prohibited discrimination of “gender identity or sexual orientation” under the Fair Housing Act.

Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), which represented the college, alleged that the order violated religious liberty by forcing religious schools to open “their dormitories, including dorm rooms and shared shower spaces, to members of the opposite sex.”

The appellate court, however, upheld a lower ruling to toss the case on the basis that the college lacked sufficient standing to sue.

“The district court ruled that the College lacked standing to establish a case or controversy and dismissed the action for lack of jurisdiction,” the July 27 ruling stated. “The College appeals, and we affirm.”

According to a statement provided to Campus Reform by ADF Senior Counsel Matt Bowman, ADF is “considering all legal options.”

“While we are disappointed about the decision, we will continue to advocate for College of the Ozark’s freedom to operate and educate students consistent with its faith-based mission. And College of the Ozarks will continue to follow that mission and serve its students well,” Bowman’s statement read.

The HUD directive came as a result of a 2021 executive order that standardized protection for the LGBT community. The order ruled that federal regulations including Title IX and the Federal Housing Act must include transgender and gay individuals under sex-based discrimination.

The order, one of the first of the Biden White House, was built atop the Supreme Court case Bostock v. Clayton County, which expanded the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include sexual orientation and gender identity.

CofO’s self-described mission is to “develop citizens of Christlike character who are well-educated, hard-working, and patriotic.”

That’s probably going to be hard with the trannies.

Well, here’s a popular issue: it seems people really, really don’t like the idea of the federal government mandating Section 8 housing in their neighborhoods.

Barack Obama had planned to force every suburb in the country to build black crime hives, as a way to punish white people for being born. President Trump repealed that policy. Biden wants to bring it back, but the people do not want that.

Rasmussen Reports:

Voters strongly agree with President Trump’s decision to end an Obama-era regulation intended to push low-income housing into more affluent neighborhoods in the name of racial diversity.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 83% of Likely U.S. Voters say the federal government should not play a role in deciding where people can live. Just 10% disagree.

Sixty-five percent (65%) still say it is not the government’s job to diversify neighborhoods in America so that people of different income levels live together. But that’s down from 83% when Rasmussen Reports first asked this question in mid-2015 as the Obama administration prepared to release its new housing regulations. Twenty-three percent (23%) now say that diversifying neighborhoods is a government role, up from eight percent (8%) five years ago.

Democrats are stronger advocates of efforts by the government to diversify neighborhoods than Republicans and voters not affiliated with either major party are. But even among voters in former President Obama’s party, 56% say it’s not the government’s job to diversify neighborhoods, a view shared by 73% of Republicans and 68% of unaffiliated voters.

Little changed from the previous survey is the 40% of all voters who say the racial or ethnic make-up of the neighborhood was important in deciding where they live now, with 19% who say it was Very Important. Fifty-nine percent (59%) say the racial and ethic make-up of the neighborhood was not important to their decision, including 28% who say it was Not At All Important.

For blacks (63%), the racial or ethnic make-up of their neighborhood was much more important than it was to whites (35%) and other minority voters (44%).

Blacks are more racist than whites, eh? Oh but right, I forgot – they’re racist against whites because whites are racist against them. That’s the only reason. So it isn’t actually really racism at all.

Whatever.

Forced racial integration should really be turned into a wedge issue. You can’t hardly get 83% of America to agree on anything, and this is a place where you can really see the Democrat plan for the massive transformation of society in the microcosm.

The Biden plan, which is the Obama plan, is literally just to force municipal districts to build Section 8 black crime housing in the middle of white suburbs. It’s absolutely insane. I grew up in a middle class white suburb, and the idea that when I was a kid, someone would have dumped a bunch of black criminals in there is just unimaginable.

We all know what these people are and what they do. It’s not racist to say it. Black people who live in Section 8 housing are criminals, drug addicts and gang members. If you put them in a neighborhood, they cause chaos. That is the only reason you would ever do it in the first place, in fact. You’re not doing it for the sake of the blacks – as per the above poll, they want to live with their own people much more than whites are willing to admit they want to live with their own people. The plan is to use poor black drug addicts and gang members as a weapon to destroy white neighborhoods.

The Trump campaign is an absolute disaster, so I guess there is no way that this issue is going to be forced by the people who work in the campaign. The thing is still being run by Jared Kushner, somehow.

It’s too bad. I genuinely believe that if you focused on this issue, you would get a lot of traction with liberal-leaning whites who are perhaps on the verge of beginning to see that the country that the hard left wants to build for them is not one of sunshine and lollipops, but one where they are never safe. Liberals like to talk about all of this multicultural stuff, but the fact is, they are simply using support for multiculturalism as a way to signal their elitism.

That is to say: no one who cannot afford to live in an all-white neighborhood supports multiculturalism. By saying “I support multiculturalism,” you are saying, “I have enough money that I can live in an all-white neighborhood.”

When this stuff starts riding up on these white liberals, and all of a sudden there are drug dealers in the parking lot of their organic co-op, when the windows of their Priuses are getting smashed out every night so someone can pick the change out of their ashtray, when they can’t walk their dog at night without fear of getting raped, these stupid women are going to really start reconsidering a lot of this dumb ideological stuff. It will become a luxury they can’t afford.

I think it should be possible to convince some of them that they don’t want this to happen before it happens, and to see them secretly vote for Trump. But idiot Kushner won’t do that.

You see the headline “Trump suing Facebook,” and you’re like “YEAAHHHH BOI, LET’S DO THIS THANG!!!111”

Then all of the sudden you read the second part of the sentence, and find out he isn’t suing them for political censorship, election meddling, privacy violations, tax evasion or any of the other things you would expect Facebook to be sued for.

He’s suing them for racist housing advertisements.

The Trump administration charged Facebook on Thursday with “discrimination” in its advertising practices for housing.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking damages for any person who was harmed by Facebook’s advertising policies, which until recently allowed employers and landlords to limit their audiences on the basis of race, ethnicity or gender. Facebook settled a lawsuit with the ACLU over the practice last week and overhauled its systems as a result.

”[Facebook] holds out its advertising platform as a powerful resource for advertisers in many industries, including housing and housing-related services,” the complaint says. But, “because of the way [Facebook] designed its advertising platform, ads for housing and housing-related services are shown to large audiences that are severely biased.”

HUD is asking for unspecified monetary damages and “the maximum civil penalty” against Facebook for each violation of housing laws.

President-elect Donald Trump said Monday he would nominate retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson as secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, a move that would place a former political adversary with little housing-policy expertise in a key administration post.

When Mr. Carson emerged as Mr. Trump’s top rival last year during the early stages of the Republican primaries, Mr. Trump sought to discredit his personal story of emerging from poverty during his youth. After Mr. Carson faded in the polls, he moved to support Mr. Trump, with the two men eventually becoming close.

“Ben Carson has a brilliant mind and is passionate about strengthening communities and families within those communities,” Mr. Trump said in a written statement. “We have talked at length about my urban renewal agenda and our message of economic revival, very much including our inner cities.”

Rofl – he isn’t even being coy about it! He’s just like “yeah, I’m putting the black guy in charge of fixing black neighborhoods.”

During the campaign, Mr. Trump frequently described inner-city conditions in particularly stark terms. “You go into the inner cities and you see it’s 45% poverty,” he said in a presidential debate in October. “The education is a disaster. Jobs are essentially nonexistent.”

Mr. Carson served as director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital—where he became the youngest physician to head a major division—for almost 30 years until his retirement in 2013. A speech at the National Prayer Breakfast that year, in which he criticized President Barack Obama’s policies with Mr. Obama seated nearby, catapulted him into politics as a conservative icon.

Mr. Carson would be the first African-American appointed to a senior position by Mr. Trump so far during the transition. He also would be second physician to be appointed to Mr. Trump’s cabinet, alongside Rep. Tom Price, a Georgia Republican who is the pick to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.

“I feel that I can make a significant contribution particularly by strengthening communities that are most in need,” Mr. Carson said in a statement. “We have much work to do in enhancing every aspect of our nation and ensuring that our nation’s housing needs are met.”

HUD, with a budget of $47.9 billion and some 8,400 employees, has played critical roles stabilizing the housing market after last decade’s boom and bust. The federal government currently insures one in every six new home-purchase mortgages made through the Federal Housing Administration, which is part of HUD. The department also oversees funding for some 1.2 million low-income households in public-housing units managed by some 3,300 local housing agencies.

Some housing advocates responded to reports of Mr. Carson’s impending selection as HUD secretary with alarm last month, citing his lack of relevant policy experience. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) criticized the nomination on Monday, calling Mr. Carson a “disconcerting and disturbingly unqualified choice.”

That’s democrat-speak for “dumb black bastard.”

Mr. Obama has tapped HUD secretaries with backgrounds in housing or local government, but Mr. Trump is breaking with that model. In the Obama administration, the department was led by Shaun Donovan, who previously served as New York City’s housing commissioner, and Julián Castro, the former mayor of San Antonio.

Mr. Carson has spoken infrequently on housing policy, but he has challenged the Obama administration’s beefed-up enforcement of fair-housing regulations, a notable if under-the-radar initiative of the outgoing administration. The new rules are designed to combat zoning policies that result in segregation and threaten the loss of millions in federal funding to municipalities that don’t comply.

Mr. Carson called those policies “mandated social-engineering schemes” that repeated a pattern of “failed socialist experiments in this country” in a 2015 op-ed published in The Washington Times.

Okay, wow.

So this is exactly what we wanted. A shut down of the HUD forced-integration program which, as Magic Ben says, is a bizarre social-engineering program.

You’ll remember that along with Obamacare and the end of deportation/path to amnesty, the Obama HUD agenda is one of the things I classified as the Obama “two in the chest, one in the head” triforce agenda to kill American society.

He passed an executive order for forced integration, and Julian Castro backed it up with a series of “dem programs.” 83% of Americans were against the program, and it was shown to benefit no one (including blacks) but they didn’t care. It was just about harming whites.

Castro was literally mandating that any neighbor with a majority whites would be diversified through section 8 housing. They had a database with demographics that they were using to place blacks and other undesirable brown people in any neighborhood deemed “too white.” To bolster this agenda, Castro did things like make it illegal to refuse to rent to people with felony records.

I referred to it as the “nowhere left to run” program and the “national Detroitification” program.

I knew Trump was going to kill it, and I’m not bothered he picked the black guy to do it.

And really, if you’re going to have blacks involved in the government, they should be dealing with black issues. And this black guy is saying explicitly that he wants to deal with black issues by keeping blacks away from whites.

So yeah, this is a fine pick, as far as I’m concerned.

But I do think we’ve got enough color on the team now. We’ve got Nimrata Randhawa as Ambassador to the UN, we’ve got the Jew running the money, now we’ve got Magic Ben in charge of resegregation.

So, let’s dial that on back then.

The Obama plan is to turn every White neighborhood into a Detroit/Brazil-type disaster zone. And its purpose isn’t even to help Blacks – Blacks are going to be violent and poor wherever they live. It’s purpose is to use Blacks to punish Whites for being White.

I have always said that the HUD mass-integration program was one of the major coups of the Obama administration.

And it is obvious that Trump will shut it all down.

This is yet another of those “if only for this reason alone” reasons to support Trump.

Donald Trump told Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino Tuesday he will discontinue the Housing and Urban Development regulation that allows the federal government to dictate local and state zoning laws.

Following a press conference Trump gave in Briarcliff Manor to reporters announcing he would give a major speech next week, Astorino met with the presumptive GOP nominee and discussed the battle he is engaged in with the Justice Department and HUD over an affordable housing settlement made in 2009 between Astorino’s predecessor and a New York based five person non profit, which put the county on the hook for 750 units of affordable housing.

For anyone who doesn’t know, the story here is that Obama was using the Federal government to force local districts into accepting Section 8 housing.

For diversity purposes.

Because only Blacks and various other colorfuls live in Section 8 housing.

Under the Obama plan, you will never relax again.

They literally have maps of the Whitest local districts, and are strong-arming local governments into filling them with welfare Blacks.

Astorino argues the federal government now wants more than what the county originally agreed to in the settlement and can actually afford. In 2015, HUD Sec. Julian Castro established a rule, known as Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH).

Orwell much, brah?

“[Trump] is aware of it and he understands it and he absolutely opposes what the Obama administration is trying to do and what Hillary would perpetuate. It’s urbanizing the suburbs and it’s taking away the rights of local communities through their own elected officials to determine how their community is made up,” Astorino told The Daily Caller. “And that’s exactly what the Obama administration is doing through the powers of the federal government. It would not continue under the [Trump] administration.”

“Urbanization” is a codeword for “injecting with Black violence.”

“Urban” has long been a euphemism for “colorful.”

The AFFH rule mandates $3 billion of annual community development block grants on 1,200 recipient cities and counties to rezone neighborhoods along income and racial stipulations, essentially forcing affordable housing into middle income and upper middle-income suburban neighborhoods.

Basically, the plan is to have a block full of welfare Blacks in every formerly Lilly-White suburb. Even ones with nice houses and big yards and so on.

Nice little all American town you got there. Gonna be a lot better when you’ve got crack-smoking Blacks breaking into your car and dating your daughter.

The only ones who will be spared are the gated communities the rich liberals pushing for this stuff live in.

Utah Republican Sen. Mike Lee attempted to defund the regulation on May 19 in a Senate appropriations bill last month, but all upper chamber Democrats and 13 Republicans voted to table his amendment.

“I found that very disappointing, because this amendment is something every Republican should be able to support. Every Republican purports to stand behind basic principles of local governance and federalism,” Lee told WBAL’s Derek Hunter last month.

“I was shocked when a dozen or so of my Republican colleagues voted against this amendment and therefore in favor of this AFFH rule, which is almost inevitably going to create a national housing authority — a national zoning board, if you will and it’s wrong,” the senator added.

Wouldn’t it be nice if the good Senator could simply say “White people don’t want a bunch of Black criminals in their neighborhoods, and it is insane to force that upon people in the name of some ridiculous diversity ideology no one can even explain the purpose of”?

Her husband will now go to sleep every night, in a home he will no longer share with his wife.

She is dead, the victim of yet another home invasion in Indianapolis.

An Indianapolis woman was fatally shot in the head during a home invasion, according to Crime Stoppers of central Indiana.

According to a release, Amanda Blackburn was killed in her home during a home invasion in the 2800 block of Sunnyfield Court on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

She was transported to IU Health Methodist Hospital in critical condition.IMPD said that they believe that she was shot in her home, during a robbery while trying to defend herself.

Tuesday morning, dozens of IMPD officers gathered at the intersection of Sunnyfield Court and Sunmeadow Way. It’s where the IMPD Northwest District held their roll call.

Commander Dawn Snyder said, “Such a terrible thing happened yesterday and we want to make sure that everybody out here knows that we support them, that we are here, we’ve been here, and we’re going to keep coming here.” Snyder added, “What happened yesterday is pure evil. It is a terrible thing to happen to this family and to our community.” She continued, “It’s just pure evil. I know that we’re going to find the people responsible for this and they will be held accountable.”

Neighbor Bruce Harris was among the police officers as they held their roll call and the department’s chaplain prayed. Harris said he met Blackburn two weeks ago while going for a walk.

Harris said, “My neighbor told me. I didn’t know who it was and then he showed me a picture of her. I said, ‘Oh man! I just talked to her about two weeks ago in the neighborhood walking.’ I said, ‘Oh man! Really?!’ I was just shocked.

And he said, ‘Yeah, she got shot in the back of the head.’” Harris also said, “I’m very, very heartbroken.”

While many in the community are still on edge about what happened to Blackburn, neighbors said they will fight back.

Neighbor Ryan McConnell said, “There’s a lot of things. There’s community awareness. There are different events we can go to. We can host different events. We’ve knocked on doors to communicate with all of the neighbors.”

McConnell said Blackburn and her husband had recently announced they were about three months pregnant.

He said, “They had recently released to their congregation that they were expecting.”

Detectives continue to investigate the incident along with the Marion County Forensic Services Agency.

They were back at the home on Wednesday night to wrap up their investigation.

At this time no information has been released on the suspect(s).

“It’s impossible to communicate all the emotions my heart has been forced to process. My wife was such a beautiful, gracious, loving woman of God. As deeply as I am hurting I am hopeful and confident that good things will come of this. I rest in the truth of Romans 8:28 that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him and who are called according to His purpose.

“Thank you for understanding my desire to take these next few days to continue to grieve for Amanda Grace. My focus right now is to let The Lord minister to my heart as I continue to shepherd little Weston’s. I’ll be taking this time to focus on being a great follower of Jesus, dad, family member, and pastor to our growing church.

Amanda made it her life’s calling to love and serve everyone she knew. Even more, she has made it her life’s mission to see as many people as possible come to know Jesus as their personal Savior. I know that in her death and legacy even more people will come to a saving faith in Christ. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt her desire for me would be to continue what we’ve started here in Indy. I hold firm to the belief that God is still good, that He takes our tragedy and turns it into triumph, and that the best truly is yet to come.”

Nathan Trapuzzano went out for a walk one morning in Indianapolis, and never came home to his pregnant wife. He was murdered by a black male, who would smile at his first court hearing a grimace even the Cheshire Cat would shudder upon seeing.

We will, inevitably, find out Amanda Blackburn was murdered in her home by a black male.

Like Nathan Trapuzzano, Blackburn was a white person whose life is apparently dispensable in modern America, while their killers life are apparently indispensable and their race must never be discussed.

Neighbors met at a nearby house Tuesday night for a private vigil. Around the corner, crime lab detectives were still on the scene past sunset for a crime that happened before sunrise.

“For something like that, such a brazen attack,” said Ryan McConnell, the neighborhood crime watch captain. “It makes you scared. You don’t want to live in fear.”

Before the vigil, McConnell said some residents of the neighborhood saw a couple of odd things happen Tuesday morning. They have shared that information with police.

It’s a new reminder to lock the doors and close windows, even when you’re home.

“We are a close community. We all know each other. For somebody to come in and from the outside and do something like this, it just makes you feel vulnerable, because how do you really plan for something?” McConnell said. “For somebody to do something like that, somebody just out with bad intentions.

“We all see things on the news and think that’s terrible. It makes you hurt for people, but it really hits home when it’s somebody you know and know personally,” he said.

Though few dare understand what’s coming, the evil of the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) scam – cooked up by the Obama Administration and HUD – hopes to import black criminality to every community enjoying a surplus of whiteness, so that the misery of blacks we see on the nightly newscasts comes to our own backyards.

When the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) new regulations were unveiled this month, it left some of us asking “why now?”

Well, a likely reason is that there is an ongoing White flight from US cities, as non-White immigrants are brought in and they become minority White.

El Paso, Texas, is the number #1 city where inhabitants are leaving. It went from being 40% White in 1970 to just 14% White in 2010.

New York is number #2, where Whites went from being 92% in 1940, to just 33% in 2010.

And New Haven is at number #3, where Whites went from 70% in 1970, to just 32% in 2010.

This theme is common among the top 20 metropolitan areas, featured in the map above.

Michael Stoll, a professor of public policy and urban planning at the University of California Los Angeles, says that some White Americans moved out of the cities due to property prices and lack of jobs, and then non-White immigrants are being moved in instead.

And that is probably why HUD is being granted the legal authority to sue areas which don’t do as they say, and get rid of all those big bad White neighborhoods.

You see, it’s hard to “diversify” us evil racist Whites, when there is White flight. These anti-Whites cannot stop White flight without stepping over freedom of movement. The only thing they can do is to make sure they chase us around the country, like a game of tag, only involving White genocide.

You heard it here first folks: “Diversity” doesn’t stop until every last White area is gone. It’s nothing more than a policy of White genocide.

With the Obama Administration planning to liberate urban blacks from their ghettos isolated away from job centers by forcing suburbs and exurbs to build affordable housing for them, it’s worth studying one such virtually all-black neighborhood in Los Angeles County, View Park / Windsor Hills /Baldwin Hills. Longtime residents of View Park have a thinly veiled code for the signs of change they see in their upscale neighborhood: “joggers” … “dog walkers.”

“It’s like an alien sighting,” says Karen Martin, who grew up this hilltop community framed by La Brea Avenue and Crenshaw Boulevard. “We never saw them before.”

But now they are back. White people. With fluffy dogs. And fluorescent Spandex.

And for some longtime residents who cherish View Park as a symbol of African American success and a stronghold of black culture, that’s unsettling.

Residents of View Park, with its curving, palm-lined streets, stunning views and movie star quality homes, have for decades fought any proposal that they thought threatened their neighborhood’s special qualities — including its solid sense of African American identity.

Now a move that strikes many as an accolade — an effort to put View Park on the National Register of Historic Places — has blown up into a particularly contentious fight.

Some residents covet this honor for a community whose proud past is part of what makes it feel like home.

Others fear that the designation is a ploy to lure in white buyers who can no longer afford to turn up their noses at black neighborhoods now that Westside real estate has gone through the roof.

Tammy Williams, for example, practically radiates community pride — but opposes the historic designation.

She graduated from Cal State Dominguez, married into a monied family, bought a starter home and, in 2003, finally worked her way up to an area some call the “Black Beverly Hills.”

When she moved into her 4,000-square-foot Mid-century Modern on a spacious corner lot, the woman who sponsored her as a teenage debutante proclaimed: “You have arrived.”

Later, Williams says, she and a friend stood on her new neighbor’s patio, feeling like Huxtables as they basked in the downtown skyscrapers’ evening glow. “We’ve made it!” Williams whooped.

In a way, she was speaking not just for herself but for African Americans more generally.

By the way, the “Black Beverly Hills” term for View Park / Baldwin Hills is hyperbole: this is an area of nice upper middle class hillside houses, but it’s very much a suburban housing development neighborhood rather than an area of Beverly Hills-like mansions.

I haven’t been here since 2007, before the Crash, but the quality of lawn care then was fanatical. My impression was that if you let your lawn get shaggy or brown, you’d be visited by a delegation of neighbors who would remind you about Property Values. Every single person I saw there on a Sunday was black, although I imagine there are lots of Hispanic gardeners about on weekdays.

It’s a lot like how Harvard sociologist William Julius Wilson described an all-black middle class neighborhood on the far south side of Chicago in his book There Goes the Neighborhood: a lot of genteel Afrocentrist / Black Pride-themed community events to serve the dual purpose of making both upscale whites and downscale blacks feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

View Park was largely white into the 1960s. Then the Supreme Court lifted covenants [actually, 1948] that barred nonwhite homeowners, and the first wave of prosperous black families — lawyers, doctors and businesspeople — began to integrate the neighborhood.

As blacks moved in, whites fled, leaving 2,500- to 5,000-square-foot homes, some with maid’s quarters, pools and backyard views of downtown, Hollywood and the Pacific.

At a time when places such as Brentwood and Bel-Air made it clear that blacks were not welcome, entertainers including Ray Charles, Ike and Tina Turner, and dance/choreographer Debbie Allen flocked to View Park. Actress Loretta Devine and former Lakers star Michael Cooper still call it home.

By the 1970s, blacks outnumbered whites nearly 3 to 1. A decade later, the ratio was 9 to 1.

Today, this unincorporated neighborhood of 1,700 custom homes is 84% African American,

and, combined with neighboring Windsor Hills, Baldwin Hills and Ladera Heights, constitutes the West Coast’s highest concentration of black affluence.

Half of View Park’s residents have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher, according to the 2010 census, and the tract that contains most of the neighborhood had an average family income of $90,000 — tens of thousands of dollars above the countrywide average for white families and 21/2 the median income among Los Angeles County blacks.

Some residents say that it’s because individuals and blacks as a group had to work so hard to win a place atop this hill that they fight so hard to maintain its character.

When urban planners decided to build low-income apartment buildings at the bottom of the hill, a group of residents defeated the plan. Residents blocked an effort to put restrooms in the local park because of fears that they would attract nuisances. Some have resisted the Crenshaw-LAX light-rail line out of concern that it will bring new people to the base of their quiet domain.

One group of residents says that it is this same concern of outsiders moving in and altering the cultural and architectural character of View Park that inspired them to band together as the View Park Conservancy and nominate their neighborhood as a historic district on the National Register of Historic Places.

That federal designation could come with property tax credits for new homeowners who maintain a property’s historic characteristics and limited federal protection from development projects, National Register historian Paul Lusignan said.

Many residents say they welcome any change that makes their homes more valuable.

A determined group of opponents, however, accuse outside developers and house flippers of trying to snap up the homes of residents who have run into financial problems. The plan, they say, is to use the historic designation as a marketing tool to attract a new — and largely white — crop of buyers to View Park’s historic homes, some built by famed architects, that often sell for $100,000s less than those with comparable features a few miles west.

“Somebody found a gold mine and they are trying to milk it,” says musician Reggie A. Carson, 49. “Seniors happen to be the predominate demographic here and they are also the easiest to get rid of.”

Ben Kahle, one of the conservancy’s co-founders and a licensed real estate agent, did nothing to allay such concerns by posting a few of his thoughts about View Park in an online forum.

“My plan is to walk my dogs around . . . meet as many neighbors as I can, and to be seen as a friendly face,” he said in the 2013 post. “When the time comes, I’m thinking of having my wife bake some of her amazing cookies … and mention that I’d be interested in buying their homes.” …

Some black homeowners grabbed the low, adjustable interest loans that subprime lenders dangled before them to refinance their homes, researchers say.

Some used the equity in their homes as a down payment on other middle-class dreams such as business ventures, private schooling and investment properties.

Some fell behind on payments and their homes ended up in foreclosure. This occurred much more frequently in black communities, said Lance Freeman, a professor of urban planning at Columbia University and author of “There Goes the ‘Hood: Views of Gentrification From the Ground Up.”

According to a recent Zillow study, blacks are denied home loans at twice the rate of whites, and so it is more likely that banks, flippers and non-African American buyers will grab those foreclosed properties.

These and other forces have contributed to an overall drop in Los Angeles’ black population, from 17% in the 1970s and 1980s to 9.6% in 2010.

As they say, View Park is on the Wrong Side of History, evidently.

Author and analyst Earl Ofari Hutchinson, who lives in Windsor Hills, says that he understands why some of his View Park neighbors are sensitive to the arrival of new white residents — including those joggers and dog walkers.

“We have so few areas,” he says. “So little turf that we can call our own. This is yet another invasion by another group coming in to destroy both the culture, the lifestyle and the economic continuity of our area.”

… The firm recently sent out two white women carrying laptops and cameras to go house-to-house gathering information. A few angry residents hurled expletives from their cars.

“There were definitely tense moments, but that’s not uncommon,” said Katie Horak, a principal of the research group. “People get protective of their homes, as they should.”

For their part, opponents have passed out fliers calling attention to a website, StopGentrification.org. The home page offers this warning: “Historic preservation has been transformed into a real estate gimmick to start the gentrification process.”

In a Facebook discussion of the controversy, one opponent warned the conservancy that “View Park will not be colonized. . . I’m coming at you with FULL FORCE!!!!!!!”

The conservancy hired security for its next fundraising event.

The Los Angeles Basin will be one of the world’s great gentrification opportunities, with high risks / rewards, over the next several generation.

Judging from its name, Lake Los Angeles is conveniently near Los Angeles and it has (or at least had) a lake, so we must fight racism by empowering urban blacks to move away from inner cities where they’ve been victimized. Of course, a few white people might make a little money in the process, but that’s a small price to pay for fighting racism.

In the age of information, Barack Obama has been using information to attempt a complete genocide of the White race in America.

A key part of President Obama’s legacy will be the fed’s unprecedented collection of sensitive data on Americans by race. The government is prying into our most personal information at the most local levels, all for the purpose of “racial and economic justice.”

Unbeknown to most Americans, Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.

This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against: banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities; schools that suspend too many blacks; cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds.

Big Brother Barack wants the databases operational before he leaves office, and much of the data in them will be posted online.

So civil-rights attorneys and urban activist groups will be able to exploit them to show patterns of “racial disparities” and “segregation,” even if no other evidence of discrimination exists.

Housing database

The granddaddy of them all is the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing database, which the Department of Housing and Urban Development rolled out earlier this month to racially balance the nation, ZIP code by ZIP code. It will map every US neighborhood by four racial groups — white, Asian, black or African-American, and Hispanic/Latino — and publish “geospatial data” pinpointing racial imbalances.

The agency proposes using nonwhite populations of 50% or higher as the threshold for classifying segregated areas.

Federally funded cities deemed overly segregated will be pressured to change their zoning laws to allow construction of more subsidized housing in affluent areas in the suburbs, and relocate inner-city minorities to those predominantly white areas. HUD’s maps, which use dots to show the racial distribution or density in residential areas, will be used to select affordable-housing sites.

HUD plans to drill down to an even more granular level, detailing the proximity of black residents to transportation sites, good schools, parks and even supermarkets. If the agency’s social engineers rule the distance between blacks and these suburban “amenities” is too far, municipalities must find ways to close the gap or forfeit federal grant money and face possible lawsuits for housing discrimination.

Civil-rights groups will have access to the agency’s sophisticated mapping software, and will participate in city plans to re-engineer neighborhoods under new community outreach requirements.

“By opening this data to everybody, everyone in a community can weigh in,” Obama said. “If you want affordable housing nearby, now you’ll have the data you need to make your case.”

The kicker is that this integration program is objectively not about helping Blacks, but only about hurting Whites.

White people are not successful because Black people are failures, which is the implicit, underlying argument attached to all of this “White Privilege” gibberish. Obviously, Whites would be doing better if Blacks behaved like normal people, and as such, Whites in America have absolutely no reason to try and make Blacks fail, and a vested interested in having them act normal.

If Blacks acted like normal people, Whites would:

• Not feel under a constant threat of violence from Blacks
• Not have to pay money to give Blacks free everything
• Be able to employ Blacks willingly, rather than because they are being forced to by the government; if they acted like normal people, they would be a benefit, rather than a hindrance to businesses that hire them
• Be able to live where they wanted, without fearing Blacks will move in and destroy their neighborhoods
• Not be under constant pressure to feel guilty for Blacks
• Live in a country with a generally strong economy and social order

And the benefits to Whites of Blacks continually failing:

• I can’t think of anything
• Seriously. Not a single thing.

So the whole “Blacks fail because Whites want them to” argument is a complete farce. A canard, which they have never presented evidence for, have not even presented a mechanism through which this scenario could potentially take place. Instead we get nigh metaphysical concepts like “microaggressions” and then we are told that they solution is to fill-up White neighborhoods with Black people.

Anyone looking at it objectively, regardless of their personal orientation, is going to come to the same conclusion: It is an insane solution to a problem which doesn’t even exist.

And here’s another thing: I guarantee if you went to every single Black who lives in Section 8 housing and asked them “hey, do you want your free housing to be moved to the middle of a White neighborhood?” at least 99% would say “no.” I think you would genuinely have a difficult time finding a single Black who would support that agenda.

Blacks have never been shy about making it clear they prefer to live with other Blacks. A particularly funny example of this took place last year when Trader Joe’s tried to build an organic grocery store in a Black neighborhood in Portland and Blacks protested it, saying it would bring in too many White people.

Trader Joe’s cancelled the project.

And what is the theory behind this HUD mass integration program?

That living around Whites will make White success rub off on Blacks? Besides the fact that this is yet another metaphysical, voodoo-type theory, isn’t this an admission that Blacks are incapable of achieving anything on their own?

The only way to look at the HUD integration program is as a direct attack on White America, for the purpose of hurting American White people.

Obama is not pro-Black. He is anti-White.

No longer will your taxes save your from the diversity wave.

All zip codes will be culturally enriched, which means all the wonderful crime and chaos that comes right out of these ghettos will be coming to a town near you. Obongo talks about giving all these minorities a “fair chance,” yet these people already have the same exact opportunities as we do, in fact, even more then we do. They just don’t take them.

The implication is that if brown people are close enough to Whites, maybe they can feed off of their energy. But this has never worked before.

How is it that England sent their worst elements of society to a penal colony and these criminals turned it into Australia?

White people traveled the planet and established the greatest empires on earth from scratch. But these “minorities” can’t maintain their own countries, nor can they even maintain cities HANDED to them. All they do is destroy everywhere they go.
