In one of my fasting articles – which will continue until the fast is over and beyond, because I think it’s important and I care nothing if you disagree – I mentioned that I have “prostate and liver problems and crippling depression.” I wanted to follow up on that a bit, just to clarify that I am not having some kind of health crisis, as the statements could suggest without context.

It must be understood that this is relative. I have been a health psychopath for my entire life.

You merely adopted health psychopathy. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t eat seed oil until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but a plasticy taste!

I’m weighing these problems against my baseline, which is so much higher than the average American’s as to be completely sickening. During the coronavirus hoax, my health deteriorated some, due to the general status of the situation, as well as less healthy food and increased alcohol consumption.

I also developed a premature prostate problem, about a decade too early, with an unclear origin, which is a unique problem. It was originally told to me that it was bacterial, not an STD but some kind of bacteria which apparently can just appear, and I took the antibiotics and never tested positive for bacteria again, but had some lingering enlargement and though I never had to urinate more than usual, or had pain during urination, the urine stream was not as strong as it should have been for my age. I did a lot of reading, and developed a dietary and vitamin routine that more or less completely solved the problem, but though I haven’t had it tested again, I have felt my urine stream strength is not what it should be.

As regards the liver, when having my prostate examined with an ultrasound, they said I had slight liver fat, again not especially concerning, but early for my age and certainly irregular for someone with my body fat ratio. So, that was presumably the alcohol, which I’ve cut back on significantly (but refuse to abstain from, because I am not a cocksucking faggot). Any average American would have a much fattier liver than mine, even if they are a teetotaler, just because the average American is so fat they have fat in all of their organs (including their brains, by the way, which inhibits basic cognitive function). It’s likely that I’ve cut back on the drinking enough already that if I went and had another ultrasound it would be gone, but ultrasounds are sort of expensive and it made sense to do this along with bloodwork and other things after completing a serious fast.

In terms of “crippling depression,” that is a bit tongue in cheek.

I assume anyone who reads my work is aware that I’m an atypical personality, and that leads to all sorts of mental processes that are clearly not normal. I hesitate to go into that too much, because I wouldn’t want anyone to get the impression that I am claiming to be special. Though I would never call my grandmother a liar, it is an objective reality that I am categorically not special. I’m significantly more intelligent than the average person, though not a genius. I know my IQ, I’ve been professionally tested four times, I’m not going to post it for hopefully obvious reasons, and I’ve had conversations with a lot of people, and it’s a fact I can say with the greatest modesty that I am significantly smarter than the average person.

I’m unsure how well I’ve used that intelligence, and that will probably be left for others to decide after I’m dead. I will at least be remembered, which is more than can be said for someone on Wall Street with a similar level of intelligence who decided to deploy it more strategically.

The significantly above average intelligence is probably a prerequisite for having an atypical personality type. One would probably assume that. The average man is primarily concerned about sex, food, comfort, and social harmony, with only minimal curiosity about anything beyond these things. I would never want to disparage the quiet honor of the peasantry. Of course, I would and do do that. But it’s not because I want to, but rather because it is necessary to do so in order to understand the nature of reality. But I want to note that while sex, food, and comfort are base drives possessed by any animal, the peasantry has a more complex desire for social harmony than other mammals, and this can, under certain circumstances, lead to behavior which can appear noble, including opposition to injustice and perversion, which, if things are going awesomely, can lead to large scale violence.

I have a lot of comments on the way the left romanticizes the peasants while having zero understanding of them. I would actually say that beyond romanticizing them, they actually fetishize them. It’s an interesting psychological disorder. Now that brown people are the global proletariat, you have “queers for Islamic immigration,” which is more facially absurd, but frankly, it was not less ridiculous in the 18th century when wealthy lawyers were calling for Liberté, égalité, fraternité. The sad reality is that peasants deserve human dignity, justice, and nothing much else. But if you can incite them to mass violence, it is hilarious and highly profitable.

If you have curiosity about the nature of the universe, and specifically the nature, origin, and purpose of human existence, there is nowhere that can go other than into the darkness. I think that’s a pretty important observation that deserves some amount of reflection, and I would challenge anyone to challenge it.

I would actually go much further, or at least somewhat further (it’s also possible that this is just an observation that follows naturally) and say that the academy’s obsession with this cartoonish atheistic materialist framework is a psychological defense mechanism, which allows people with the intelligence needed to be curious to avoid confronting the darkness. Ironically, it’s exactly what they accuse religious people of doing, and this seems as though it should be painfully obvious to anyone.

“Well, you see, it’s all very simple. First, nothing existed. Then for some reason there was a gigantic explosion which created all matter. And then, there was an ooze, and for some reason single-celled organisms created themselves in the ooze, and then for some reason they transformed into fish, and then into monkeys, and finally into humans. We die and then just stop existing because consciousness is a function of matter somehow. There is no need to ask any further questions.”

This is so clearly a fairy tale created by men who are scared, like children, to actually start peeling back the layers of what exactly is going on here in so-called reality. Because if you start to peel that back, you are necessarily going to enter into a darkness, and it is a Herculean task to keep that darkness from swallowing you whole. This is why all men with anything interesting to say either died of alcoholism/drug abuse or suicide or became mystics.

I would like to become a mystic. I would like to be able to see the light better than I can right now. And I want to work to be able to do that. I do believe in a God of light, who is pure and good, but down here in this pit of the material world, a world of darkness, we are so very, very far away from His light. And the fact is, while alive, we are only ever going to see glimpses of this light, in the woods, in art, in our children and dogs. And, hopefully, somewhere inside of ourselves.

I have only slightly more respect for Jean-Paul Sartre than I have for William Faulkner, but No Exit is worth reading.

So, no, generally, things have not been particularly cheery for me. It’s been that way since I was a little kid, however. It’s been more acute at various points; probably, it is relatively acute these days. (Though it should be noted, this could be partially or entirely due to reducing my alcohol intake. Perhaps “midlife crisis” simply means “facing the impossible decision of drinking less alcohol or allowing your health to deteriorate.”) This is another thing that is difficult to state, because it sounds whiny (I did write about it quite a bit during the 2023 Illness Revelations and published some significant parts of those particular materials). But I think it’s relevant here, as it relates to the issue of fasting and spiritual development in general. That said, just to be clear, I do not have “clinical depression,” nor do I believe in the concept. Further, whatever war is going on inside my own head, it is by definition not “crippling,” as I am fully capable of carrying out all requisite life functions.

These are just some things I wanted to clarify to the reader. If you would prefer pointless political commentary, I would advise you to either stop reading, or kill yourself. This is my website, and I’m going to write whatever I want to write. And I think probably, reflections on health and spirituality provide much more of a service to society than informing you about the 327,892nd Gaza child the Jews killed or the latest tranny debacle.

We are alive, for some reason, and we are conscious of this life, and of ourselves, and it seems to me that it is of primary importance to attempt to understand the meaning of this. Prayer and fasting appear quite clearly to be requisite aspects of this process.

Every day you need to remind yourself that you are going to die. I would recommend doing it more than once per day, frankly.

It’s in the rosary: “Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.”

Something is going to happen when you die.

When You’re Headed Into Day 5 of Complete Fast, You Start Wondering: “How Far Can I Push This?” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2025/03/09/when-youre-headed-into-day-5-of-complete-fast-you-start-wondering-how-far-can-i-push-this/ Sun, 09 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000

I’m still technically on Day 4 of complete fast, but I’m almost to the end.

At this point, I’ve begun wondering: is 8 days really a good goal? Or should I try to push it further?

I guess that will depend on how I feel on Day 8, but I’m thinking right now that there is no reason to not just keep pushing this to 10 or more days.

There is no real problem here. I don’t have high energy. I think if I was trying to write it would be difficult. But there is no suffering, and in fact, there is a kind of euphoria, which is a nice feeling.

When my mind wanders, I start to say “wow, I better go eat something,” and then I remember. But that’s all. It’s not really difficult for me. Though I’ve always been good at suffering and at self-discipline, so maybe I’m unique.

But if I’m going to 8 days, and I am definitely going to do that because I already told myself I was going to do that, then why not go further? I’m not going all the way to Easter, because I’m losing 0.5 kilos (1 pound) per day, and so that would not be viable.

But I feel great. Everyone should do this. I think most people could do this while working, if they used coffee (black, obviously, although I shouldn’t have to say that – black coffee has zero calories). How hard actually is your job? But to be fair, I quit my job because it sucked and it was boring and everyone just complained and I didn’t make any money, so now I can sit around and discover for the third time in my life just how shitty William Faulkner actually is. Man, is he shitty. He’a actually somehow worse than James Joyce. I thought maybe with my head in a bit of a different space, I’d be able to “get” what I was apparently “missing” in Faulkner, but there is nothing to get. It’s just complete garbage.

Most literature, in fact, is garbage. At least 90% of celebrated literature is an “emperor has no clothes” situation where people are supposed to believe it is good because someone who convinced them they are smart told them it is good. Some of the aesthetics are interesting, but if there is no commentary beyond “life is shitty and people are sad and also look at how clever I am” then what is actually the point of wasting your time?

I do think there are a lot of good books, however. Because there are just so many books. But I have always felt I needed to go through and read the “celebrated literary classics,” and though I’ve done many of them, so many of them I end up just saying “what the hell am I doing here? why is this worth my time?” Faulkner is especially painful because it is just so much work. I would rather dig a ditch. Maybe it’s not worse than Infinite Jest, and it’s just that Infinite Jest doesn’t have so many words that I do not recognize. But I would rather read Infinite Jest than Absalom, Absalom!, and I would rather dig a trench in the Donbass than read Infinite Jest.

Show me a man who would rather read Absalom, Absalom! than watch Inferno with Jean-Claude Van Damme, and I’ll show you a yellow bastard who deserves to die in the most humiliating way imaginable.

I have been rereading the bibliography of Ed Brubaker. I’m almost done with the Criminal omnibus and I’m not sure what I have to say about this just yet, other than that it is better than everything anyone ever won a Pulitzer for, combined.

Check the list. I’d say maybe Sinclair Lewis, I guess Steinbeck just because I mean, okay. Upton Sinclair, maybe. And yea, Old Man and the Sea is good. Norman Mailer should have been hanged right alongside John Updike. Some of these are black women (????). They literally put Michael Chabon on there. I’m serious. Empire Falls is fine I guess. Cormac McCarthy should have been exiled to a toxic waste zone like in Stalker. Then after 2007, it’s just DEI and standard Jewish nepotism. Except for maybe the Sympathizer, which I guess is DEI because it’s anti-American and written by a Viet traitor.

Honestly, I haven’t read all those books. Obviously I haven’t. It would take forever. But I’m familiar with most of them, and I did a project a few years ago where I tried to read parts of all of them. Maybe there is some gem in there I’m missing. But actual good stories are not on the list. How is it possible you don’t give the prize to books people actually enjoy reading? What are these literature people trying to prove?

Why did Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas not win in 1971? Um…

How did Kurt Vonnegut never win anything? Elmore Leonard? Philip K. Dick? Tom Clancy?

You want to tell me “To Kill a Mockingbird” is better than “Clear and Present Danger”? This is like some straight up tranny-tier gaslighting.

How is it possible that Bonfire of the Vanities, possibly the greatest American novel this side of Moby-Dick, lost in 1987 to… some book I’ve literally never even heard of?

How did neither Aldous Huxley nor Anthony Burgess ever win for anything?

Here’s the real question: how in the actual fuck does Michel Houellebecq not win every single year he publishes a novel?

He is the master of the universe. No living writer begins to compare, and very few of the dead ones do. And people actually admit that, probably because much of the material is just as vulgar as anything Cormac than old coot put out and the people reading it don’t understand that they’re the ones being targeted. Well, maybe since he published that Islam book, people do sort of understand who is being targeted here.

I don’t know. Maybe I’ll read more of these Pulitzer books and try to gain some further understanding of what is going on. They are not all anywhere near as torturous as Faulkner, which is literal ditch-digging labor to read. I’m not reading any of those books by niggers though, I can tell you that much.

Anyway, yeah, I started with Ed Brubaker, and specifically Criminal, which is the best of his comics work. The character studies are as good as anything you’re going to find in pulp crime fiction for sure, but sometimes the plots are pretty strained, and feel a bit rushed. And the women are written poorly. And the way men, who are supposed to be very hard, deal with women, is not realistic. But the reflections on male emotional motivations and the complexity of identity are pretty good, and it’s fun, even when the plots sort of collapse in on themselves.

Part of the issue with comics is that they are first a visual medium, before a literary medium, and Brubaker uses Sean Philipps, who is one of the single best comic artists of all time, and the books would be worth looking at even if you didn’t bother reading the words. It can become hard to separate the art from the writing.

Criminal is largely a tribute/homage/rip-off of Sin City, and it is not as good. It’s much different. But Sin City was always tight as a noose. It also didn’t have leftist bullshit or stupid woman behavior or ridiculous reactions of hardened men to ridiculous women behavior, because Frank Miller is a fascist and he’s Irish and he doesn’t fuck around with pansy nonsense.

But then you have the “visual medium” issue, and is Miller, who drew the books himself, as good of an artist as Philipps? It’s too different to really make a fair comparison.

In some perfect universe, Frank Miller would write a new Sin City story and let Philipps draw it. Miller is only 68, but he might be too wasted to actually do anything of value at this point. Those last Dark Knight stories he did were complete trash. Like, straight irredeemable garbage. To the point where I don’t even know if he wrote it. It was about like, Trump being a fascist? Controlled by the Joker and Darkseid? I guess he was trying to get back into good graces after making a bunch of comments he wasn’t supposed to make. But it was like he told someone else “just write an apology book about Trump or whatever.” It was goofy and the satire wasn’t really even satire so much as just a cartoon. A total waste of Rafael Grampá’s art.

If that is what he is up to now, he couldn’t write a Sin City story. Or rather, he shouldn’t try. Time to do the proper and honorable Irish thing and die of liver failure alone in some dark room to be discovered days or weeks later, all bloated and stinking.

And that brings me back to the point about fasting.

When you fast, you can’t drink alcohol. I think this is necessary if you are prone to alcohol abuse. It’s much easier to stop drinking while stopping eating at the same time, because the drive for food definitely overpowers the drive for alcohol. My dreams are now all about food, not liquor. It also removes the sex drive, which also offers clarity.

Basically, everything you experience while fasting informs you as to why it is such a big thing in the Bible. Clarity of thought and purpose, calm, lack of sensuous desires, and various other things I’m not sure I can totally put into words yet.

Also, fasting cures cancer. Dr. Joseph Sun, who is not Jewish, is proving that chemo therapy is a gigantic big pharma scam that just poisons people and has a success rate somewhere in the range of Alcoholics Anonymous, while cancer cells are very hungry all the time, much more so than healthy cells, so when you cut off the food, the cancer cells are the ones to get eaten by the body first.

Also, you lose a pound a day. So if you’re twenty pounds overweight, fast for twenty days.

It also boosts testosterone and increases sexual health generally, which will help you keep the weight off.

This will solve every problem.

Of course, you have to have eat good food, but one would think that should be obvious. The government is poisoning us. All of this gluten free shit – go eat pasta every day in Italy and see if you still have “gluten sensitivity.” They are poisoning the food. Maybe it’s not a conspiracy, and it’s just that they use the cheapest ingredients possible and there are no regulations because America is so cartoonishly corrupt that lobbyists write laws, but it has the same effect: you are being poisoned by food. Not even third world countries allow this shit, other than Mexico, for obvious reasons (it’s right next to America so there is much overlap).

I used to fight the Jews but I’ve now come to the transcendental understanding that Jews are only possible because everyone is so pathetic. If men were not so pathetic, the extent of the Jewish problem would be exclusively based on the supply of firewood.

As America Gets Redpilled, Wendy’s Reveals the Ultimate Patriot Burger https://www.anglinarchive.com/2025/02/01/as-america-gets-redpilled-wendys-reveals-the-ultimate-patriot-burger/ Sat, 01 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000

Patriot President Donald Trump has poisoned the American water supply with redpills and released a warped vaccine against the woke mind virus.

Because of this, formerly woke companies are lining up to release products fit for patriots.

In keeping with this new tradition, Wendy’s has released its “T-Rex” burger, the ultimate burger for redpilled patriots who want to stomp out discredited gender theories and DEI.

The redpilled Chinaman @JoeOhEats revealed the delicious meal of champions on his TikTok channel.

@joeoheats @Wendy’s Very Meaty. Very Demure T. Rex 9 patties Burger 🍔 🐄 from their Secret Menu~ #wendys #burger #secretmenu #trexburger #fastfoodhacks #verydemure #fyp #foryoupage #fypシ゚viral #mukbang #asmr #mukbangeatingshow #eatingshow #eatingasmr #asmreating #eatingsounds #asmrfood #messyeating #bigbites ♬ original sound – JoeOhEats

The ultimate patriot meal is stacked with a total of nine all-beef patties which will give based patriots the strength they need to fight the DEI agenda that is crashing all these planes.

Patriots have united in support for the based burger, but bluepilled kikes are complaining that eating it will change the weather, citing a discredited woke theory called “global warming.”

Patriot President Donald Trump is allegedly considering signing an executive order forcing people to eat this burger, while RFK Jr. allegedly told confidants that the large and patriotic burger is “the healthiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life and true fuel for real patriots fighting the woke agenda.”

Lose Weight by Only Eating Meat (And Eggs) https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/12/17/lose-weight-by-only-eating-meat-and-eggs/ Tue, 17 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000
The healthiest meal

Most people are fat or at least overweight. It’s totally ridiculous in America and the Anglosphere more generally, where teenagers and children are fat, but even in Europe, people start to put on a lot of weight in their 30s and 40s. This is not natural or good. Many men have been turning to drugs, specifically testosterone, in order to lose weight, and now there is an Ozempic craze.

In reality, anyone can easily lose a lot of weight using the “carnivore diet,” which involves only eating meat, fish, and eggs. This is not a calorie restriction diet, so it allows you to eat as much food as you want, within the confines of the rules. This will work for anyone, assuming you don’t have some kind of unique problem.

Note on Processed Foods

For our purposes here, it will simply be assumed that everyone understands that all processed foods are extremely unhealthy, and should never be consumed by anyone. Processed foods are now often referred to as “ultraprocessed,” though it is unclear why this new terminology was necessary, other than to distinguish between something like sausages, which involves a process, but is not necessarily “ultraprocessed.” This group includes more or less everything that is in the center of a grocery store, in a box or a bag. Even if it says “organic” or “natural,” none of that stuff should be consumed by humans. Most of it is corn and soy, and it is all unbelievable crap.

It’s for Weight Loss and Body Rehab, It’s Not a Long-Term Lifestyle Plan

Firstly, it should be noted that many of the carnivore diet people are kooks. The people who promote this diet as a long-term solution for life are basically cultists. It cannot actually be a long term solution for life, because your body requires things called “essential vitamins and minerals,” which your body cannot produce, and some of which are not found in meat. Carnivore people will argue that you don’t actually need fiber, which is probably true.

The other notable thing here is that if you eat the liver, kidneys, lungs, brain, etc., you could live the rest of your life only eating meat. It’s actually probably a good option, but all these carnivore people are saying to just eat the flesh of the animals and you’ll eventually adapt to not having various nutrients. Personally, I don’t think eating organs is a big deal, but most people are not going to want to do that.

Regarding these vitamins and minerals, however: they stay in your body for a long time, so eating nothing but meat for several months or even a year will not be a problem, especially if you are supplementing. (Here is a full outline of the various vitamins and minerals you would have a hard time getting from meat flesh.)

The Other “Health Risks” are All Bullshit

Going back to the food pyramid scheme, introduced by various organizations throughout the 1970s and 1980s, the US government and its tentacles have claimed that you should limit red meat for health reasons and eat a lot of carbs. This is certainly a factor in what has created a obesity crisis in America.

The USDA’s 1992 food pyramid scheme

Anyone who is eating 6-11 servings of pasta is going to become obese, assuming they are not engaged in extremely strenuous body activity. There is also no reason to eat huge quantities of fruits and vegetables. Although as mentioned above, if you are not eating organ meats, in the longer term you should be eating some vegetables (and maybe certain fruits), you do not need to eat huge amounts, and it is not healthy to do so.

We should also add that though some people report good results from dairy, most do not. For most people, modern dairy (i.e., all dairy that originates from pasteurized milk) is going to cause inflammation and gut issues. Personally, I recommend zero dairy (excluding butter, which is not really dairy) for several months, and then if you want to try it and see what happens, you can do that, but you need a baseline of no dairy to understand what dairy does to your body. I would be very surprised if anyone stopped eating dairy and then introduced it and felt better for having done so (again, with the exception of raw milk and products made from raw milk, something which is de facto illegal in the United States for reasons that have not ever been properly explained).

The supposed “risks” of red meat are all fake. It’s been shown repeatedly that the cholesterol hoax is nothing but a hoax. There is good cholesterol, and all of the problems with high levels of bad cholesterol are related to being overweight. Even if someone is not visibly fat, they can have internal fat that can cause high levels of bad cholesterol, and the best way to eliminate these internal fats is to stop eating sugar and excessive carbohydrates.

I suppose it also needs to be addressed that the government has claimed that “eating fat makes you fat.” This is just a complete lie, and it’s unfortunate that the word for dietary fat is the same as the word for “overweight.” The overwhelming majority of stored fat in the body is a result of sugars and carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are processed into sugars by the body, so there is little difference in eating unrefined sugars and bread or pasta.

Things You Should Eat

Unless you go to a steak restaurant ever meal, you’re going to have to cook your own food.

The easiest thing to eat is boiled eggs. You can also cook bacon and then fry your eggs in the bacon grease.

Frankly, you could do this program while only eating boiled eggs. It would be boring, but it would be cheap and it would work. Get free range eggs, boil them and eat them until you’re not hungry anymore.

But there are other options.

Ground beef is also easy to cook, you can fry it with butter or boil it.

Steak is good, and you can cook that how you will. I’ve never been impressed with pan-cooked steak, but some people like it. If you have a grill or a griddle, that probably results in better tasting steak.

You can also get a big piece of beef (try to get the fattiest cut possible) and stew it in the oven or in a pot on the stove. This will last for three days, and tends to taste better after a few days, so you can cook a big piece of it eat it over a three day period. Various spices, including garlic, are fine for that, but I would definitely skip the potatoes and carrots if you are trying to lose weight. You could add mushrooms and that would not be terrible.

Fish is very important, and there are various options. Salmon and sardines are the best, and you can eat them from a can (which means there is no preparation). If you can get wild caught salmon (frozen is okay, though not ideal), you can sear it in butter with a little bit of olive oil (to keep the butter from burning).

Canned salmon can be mixed into scrambled eggs comfortably, hopefully in an iron skillet with minimal oil. (Aside from butter, which is of limited use in frying things, the best oil is pig grease. In terms of other oils, the only ones that are even safe are olive oil and avocado oil. Olive oil is not great for frying, given that its molecular structure changes at a low boiling point, so I recommend only using it to mix with butter to prevent the butter from burning.)

I do not recommend chicken at all, really. Chicken is a very low quality meat, and even the chickens marked as “free range” and “natural” tend to not be great. Chicken does fit into the diet technically, but you need to have some idea where it is coming from.

Although most people are probably not eating it, any kind of game meat is also good. Deer, rabbit, squirrel, whatever.

The only vegetables I would recommend, and only after at least six weeks of nothing but meat, would be fermented vegetables, including (natural, live) sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, or whatever else you can find that is fermented. These are very good for your gut health.

You Might Feel Bad at First

You might get diarrhea, headaches, tiredness, brainfog, and various other symptoms when you start only eating meat. This is normal. You can think of it like coming off of drugs. You get withdraw symptoms.

If you’ve been eating total crap food for years, processed foods (or “ultraprocessed foods”), you might want to ease into a meat-only diet to avoid some of the worst symptoms. Personally, I would go cold turkey, but everyone is different. Eat the rice and/or potatoes if you have a hard time going straight into no carbs, then cut those out.

Make sure to put enough salt on your food. You should use sea salt, and be liberal with it.

If You’re Already in Shape

If you’re to the point where you want to be in terms of your weight, I do not think there is a problem eating “clean carbs,” that is white rice and potatoes, is fine and may help with your workout routine. After you’ve shed the excess weight, you can also eat various vegetables.

I do not recommend any carbs that contain the shell or gluten, which includes all forms of wheat and flour used in bread, pasta, and so on. No one should really eat that stuff ever. But the clean carbs can help with energy levels and workouts, if you’re already in shape.

If you’re doing good, you can add the potatoes

As long as you’re significantly overweight, however, I don’t recommend any carbs.

Although I am pro-liquor in general, you are going to want to cut that out if you are trying to lose weight. Maybe you can do a drink once a week, and consider that “cheat day,” but don’t have it be beer, ever. Maybe if you did red win, that would count for your antioxidants. In fact, maybe “carnivore plus red wine” is the perfect diet. I would need to investigate that. But all alcohol high calorie and can slow metabolism (even though it does not actually turn into sugar in the body like carbs).

If you’re going to drink significantly, you should just do vodka (with ice or soda water, as needed).

Where is the Plateau and What Do You Do Then?

Obviously, you won’t just lose weight forever by eating only meat. Eventually, your body is going to stabilize, and stop shedding fat, start storing some of the fat and protein.

The plateau is going to be different for everyone, dependent on their physiology and their age, but it’s fair to say it should come at some point between “overweight” and “shredded abs.”

We haven’t talked at all about exercise here, and that is typically what would get you over the plateau. Exercise should always be incorporated in any fitness routine, though frankly, when it comes to being overweight, diet is at least 80% of the issue, and people can lose most of that weight without actually exercising, or with only doing regular walks.

There is much advice I have about exercise, but that should be in a separate article.

Aside from exercise, the other thing that can make a big difference is fasting or intermittent fasting. Fasting means not eating anything for a long period. “Intermittent fasting” is not really fasting, and just means skipping breakfast and eating a late lunch. Fasting has huge health benefits, and it should be done by everyone, though I understand most people are not going to want to do it. However, intermittent fasting, which is usually classified as “only eating within an 8 hour window every day” tends to boost metabolism, while not having most of the other benefits of real fasting.

If you’re getting serious, I recommend doing a 3 day fast every month, with nothing but water, and, if you want, coffee. Obviously, you should build up to that by doing shorter periods, starting with simply skipping breakfast. If you get on the “intermittent fasting” program, which basically means just eating one big meal per day, you are already doing a 24 hour fast, so you shouldn’t have a hard time doing 48 hours. You will feel hungry at first, but trust me, the results are worth it.

Also, whenever you are losing fat, note that the number on the scale is not necessarily that important. When you are losing fat, you should be gaining muscle. You should also drink a lot of water (and will be more drawn to water when dieting), which will offset the scale. The only real way to tell if you’re losing fat, short of some expensive process, is to pinch the fat on your belly and see how much of it there is.

“But I Enjoy Eating These Things”

Every time I’ve written about health, people have responded that they like eating the things I recommend against eating. I have even heard that “bread is a part of white culture.”

My response to this is: it’s your life and you can do whatever you want. Saying “but I like it” doesn’t sound any different to me than a junkie saying “but I like fentanyl.” It’s your body and your choice, I’m not your dad. Do what you want to do. I’m just telling you that you are delusional if you think you can have a healthy body while eating unhealthy food.

In my experience, “cheat days” are not really helpful, as if you stop eating crap and then decide to “reward yourself,” you just end up feeling terrible, as your body is no longer used to processing shitty food. That said, if it is important to you, it is true that eating bad food once or twice a month will not make any significant difference overall.

If you’re going to do cheat days, I would try to keep them as clean as possible. That is, if you really want a pizza, rather than going to Dominos, get a gourmet pizza made with all natural ingredients. You will certainly have saved enough money to buy a $30 pizza by changing your diet.

Personally, I would recommend only “cheating” for social reasons. If you go to a restaurant with family or friends, you can usually order a meat dish, but if you are at some event, such as a holiday gathering, where people are offering you foods not in your regimen, this is a good place to just be pro-social and eat the thing in question (as long as it is not some totally processed garbage).

Nothing to Lose But Your Fat

Various “authorities” will claim this doesn’t work. In fact, it does work, and I did it myself after gaining weight during that stupid coronavirus hoax. Granted, I did it in conjunction with a significant workout routine, and I treated it like a religion (as I think it is a part of religion). But there is simply no way to cut out carbs and not lose weight, and there is no health risk.

There is no reason not to try this. You do not have to count calories, which is what most diets still involve, and therefore you do not have to feel hungry. (Calorie restriction as a diet method has about the same rate of success as Alcoholics Anonymous, which is effectively zero.)

Unless you enjoy being overweight, there is no reason not to do what I am telling you to do. I promise it is a lot safer than Ozempic.

Remember

There are a lot of things in life that you do not have control over. In fact, you don’t have control over much. One of the things you do have control over is what you put into your body. I would go so far as to say that if you can’t control what you put into your body, you are not going to be able to control anything else. Therefore, the diet issue goes beyond simply taking care of your health and looking good, but extends into the spiritual realm.

All religious people and most philosophers considered there to be a very important connection between the body and the body, and believed that a healthy body and a healthy spirit go together. But there is no clear way to develop a healthy spiritual life and have this in turn change your body. There is a clear way to change your diet and increase your mental acuity, your confidence, self-esteem, and sense of purpose.

I have said many times before: if you’re fat, the only thing you need to be thinking about is becoming un-fat. You do not need to be thinking about politics or women or anything else. Of course, you will think about those things on your journey to losing the weight, but if you are not fit, the primary focus of your life should be on fitness, above all else.

I Hope the Relatives of Obese People Don’t Start Assassinating Junk Food CEOs https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/12/12/i-hope-the-relatives-of-obese-people-dont-start-assassinating-junk-food-ceos/ Thu, 12 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000

What is the argument against RFK’s agenda?

Given the situation?

Do people like diseases?

Is the left pro-disease?

The Guardian:

Americans spend more time living with diseases than people from other countries, according to a new study.

On Wednesday, the American Medical Association published its latest findings, revealing that Americans live with diseases for an average of 12.4 years. Mental and substance-use disorders, as well as musculoskeletal diseases, are main contributors to the years lived with disability in the US, per the study.

Women in the US exhibited a 2.6-year higher so-called healthspan-lifespan gap (representing the number of years spent sick) than men, increasing from 12.2 to 13.7 years or 32% beyond the global mean for women.

The latest overall healthspan-lifespan gap in the US marks an increase from 10.9 years in 2000 to 12.4 years in 2024, resulting in a 29% higher gap than the global mean.

The head of Smuckers, whose name is Smucker, came out and condemned RFK’s healthy agenda, and said that “snacking will continue.”

I just really hope that after an insurance company CEO was assassinated, no relatives of obese people decide to start assassinating the heads of these poison food companies.

What is the correlation between being obese and diseased and being an Israel-lover?

Government Tells People to Eat Less Meat https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/12/12/government-tells-people-to-eat-less-meat/ Thu, 12 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000

The government is purposefully trying to kill people.

Red meat is the healthiest thing you can eat, by a lot.

Beans are not healthy. No one should be eating beans. That is food for poor Mexicans who can’t afford meat.

AP:

Americans should eat more beans, peas and lentils and cut back on red and processed meats and starchy vegetables, all while continuing to limit added sugars, sodium and saturated fat.

That’s the advice released Tuesday by a panel of nutrition experts charged with counseling the U.S. government about the 2025 edition of the dietary guidelines that will form the cornerstone of federal food programs and policy.

But the 20-member panel didn’t weigh in on the growing role of ultraprocessed foods that have been linked to health problems, saying there’s not enough evidence to tell people to avoid them.

Hahahahahahahaha.

And the group steered clear of updating controversial guidance on alcohol consumption, leaving that analysis to two outside reports expected to be released soon.

…

The panel, which met for nearly two years, was the first to focus on the dietary needs of Americans through what they called a “health equity lens,” said Dr. Fatima Cody Stanford, a Massachusetts General Hospital obesity expert who was part of the group. That meant considering factors such as household income, race, ethnicity and culture when recommending healthy diets. It will help ensure that the guidance “reflects and includes various population groups,” she said in an email.

The panel didn’t come to conclusions on ultraprocessed foods or alcohol

Ultraprocessed foods include the snacks, sugary cereals and frozen meals that make up about 60% of the American diet.

The panel considered more than 40 studies, including several that showed links between ultraprocessed foods and becoming overweight or developing obesity. But the nutrition experts had concerns with the quality of the research, leaving them to conclude that the evidence was too limited to make recommendations.

Yeah, we just don’t have enough proof that ultraprocessed foods are unhealthy, you know?

But we know for a fact meat is very bad.

That decision is likely to bump up against the views of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the nominee to lead the U.S. Health and Human Services Department, who has questioned potential conflicts of interest among members of the dietary guidelines panel and vowed to crack down on ultraprocessed foods that contribute to chronic disease.

…

The scientific report informs the dietary guidelines, which are updated every five years. Tuesday’s recommendations now go to HHS and the Agriculture Department, where officials will draft the final guidance set for release next year.

Starting Wednesday, the public will have 60 days to comment on the guidance. HHS and USDA officials will hold a public meeting Jan. 16 to discuss the recommendations.

The government healthcare complex is just as corrupt as every other part of the sickening Jewish US government.

These people get money from the food companies.

The healthiest thing anyone can do is eat more meat and fewer carbs. I don’t agree with this “carnivore” thing as a longterm lifestyle, which is just a meme, but if you’re trying to lose weight, you might as well only eat meat until you get to your desired weight.

If you only eat meat, you can eat until you’re full while losing weight.

People should also consider incorporating fasting.

Complete Fast Day Five is a Serious, Bro https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/11/23/complete-fast-day-five-is-a-serious-bro/ Sat, 23 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000

As I mentioned earlier this week, I’m doing a complete fast. I am smoking and drinking coffee, so it’s not as hardcore as it could be. But it’s still pretty hardcore.

I have usually only done 3 day fasts, but in recent years – really since that heinously destructive virus hoax – I’ve not wanted to stop drinking alcohol for 3 days. But I’m pulling myself together and now I’m on day 5 of the fast. I’m going to complete it and then stop. I was actually only going for 3 days and decided to push it because I am experiencing so many benefits. Now, I’m a bit worried about losing muscle mass, because whatever fat I had on my belly is now gone.

However, there is a good study by the Chinese that says after a 10 day fast, any muscle mass lost comes back quickly.

See: Effects of 10-Day Complete Fasting on Physiological Homeostasis, Nutrition and Health Markers in Male Adults

People should read that or at least skim it. Basically, the conclusion is that the 10 day fast has an extremely positive impact on every single thing they checked, including the blood, metabolism, inflammation, heart health, and even mental health.

I’m Irish, so along with alcoholism and an obsession with beating women, I have constant underlying skin problems. I didn’t have any weird rashes before I started this fast (though I get them a few times a year), but I had dandruff and dried skin on my face and weird dryness behind my ears (the latter of which probably qualifies as a “rash”). All of these issues disappeared within 48 hours. I cannot believe how clean and smooth my scalp is.

As stated, whatever fat was on my belly has tightened up and out, various other lingering issues appear to be gone, and my mood has increased significantly (although my head is getting a bit foggy at this point).

Basically, fasting appears to be a massive secret and a miracle cure for everything. The study I linked is Chinese, because it is de facto impossible to do a study on fasting in the United States, as all studies that get funded must be for the purpose of promoting pharmaceutical drugs. I am of the belief that basically every problem that is currently being treated with drugs can be cured with fasting (of course in conjunction with a good diet when you’re not fasting). I’m going to start doing 3 days once per month and at least 7 or maybe 10 days 1-2 times per year (hopefully without the coffee and cigarettes, as although they don’t affect the metabolism, they likely don’t help the process).

The other issue that is likely relevant here is the parasite problem. I have come to believe that we are all carrying parasites, and the only real solution to these parasites is fasting at a minimum of 72 hours.

Here is an interesting presentation with some Russian Orthodox guy about the link between parasites and demonic influence.

He doesn’t say that parasites necessarily equal demonic possession, but that these parasites serve as “Bluetooth receptors” for demons. Obviously, you don’t have to be full-on possessed by demons in the serious sense to have demons nipping at you, affecting your mood, hitting you with persistent negative thoughts, and so on. I don’t want to sound like some kind of Tucker Carlson-tier kook here, but I do believe that these parasites that we acquire from various foods and environmental factors lead to a demonic psychological and physical situation.

Just look at them:

Why do they look like every portrayal of demonic entities?

One thing that hit me was that Jesus said that there are some demons who can’t be exorcised by a priest and can only be removed through fasting. Why would that be?

Furthermore: the Bible usually frames things in terms of spiritual health (that goes for Old and New Testaments), but there was not so much of a distinction between physical and spiritual health back then. We have to assume that something that is good for our spiritual health is also good for our physical health (why wouldn’t it be?). We should consider just how many times the Bible talks about fasting: more than 70 times.

Here is a study that says one parasite makes people more interested in BDSM.

Why?

Just something to think about.

Regardless if parasites are causing you to be manipulated by demons or not, complete fasting is something I highly recommend. There are no negatives. It is difficult, you do feel hungry if you’re not doing something, but if you’re focused on something then after the first 48 hours you don’t really notice the hunger too much. If you just stay busy, you shouldn’t really have a problem. Maybe start Sunday night and then go to work on Monday and keep busy. Then try to go to bed early. For me it’s most difficult at night, but even then it’s not really very difficult for me. I have pretty good self-control with these things. I’m good at suffering. (It might be the only thing I’m good at.)

I understand for others this will be more difficult, but it’s really not as difficult as it sounds like it would be, and you will enjoy these benefits. Everything good will happen.

Further, I also believe in intermittent fasting, and have been doing that for many years. Basically, I only eat once per day, meaning I do a significant fast every day. Simply skipping breakfast and having a late lunch can do wonders for your mood and energy levels, because after sleeping, you’re already likely on a 10+ hour fast. At first, you might have less energy, but after a week or two you’ll start to feel much better.

In the near future, I will write more about health and fitness. I’ve recently been developing a new workout routine, as I’ve realized that my serious squats (I was doing 2.5x bodyweight) is not really sustainable into middle age, and probably wasn’t that great of an idea in the first place. I have very good form, but when you start to get into these high weights, micro-defects in your form can cause major trouble over time.

My diet advice is the same as it always was, but I should really go back over that again. I think that incorporating fasting can help people cut the crappy carbs, because I now believe these parasites are what is craving the cheap carbs. It doesn’t really make sense that your body would be craving unhealthy food, does it? I makes sense to crave steak or fish or even fruits, but to crave shitty carbs? Why? Probably parasite micro-organisms manipulating your limbic and hormonal systems.

I am not really on-board with the carnivore diet as a long term thing, because I do believe your body needs carbs (which should come from white rice, potatoes, and liquor), but if you are overweight, there is really no reason to ever eat carbs. No one has any excuse to be overweight. If you can’t control your own body, you can’t ever expect to have control over anything at all, and you will only ever be a helpless victim flailing around.

New Study Says Nearly 75% of Americans Now Obese or Overweight! https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/11/16/new-study-says-nearly-75-of-americans-now-obese-or-overweight/ Sat, 16 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000

Related: RFK Named as Secretary of Health and Human Services!

Yikes!

Bobby Jr. has his work cut out for him!

Xinhua:

Nearly three quarters of U.S. adults are overweight or obese, according to a new study.

The findings have wide-reaching implications for the nation’s health and medical costs as it faces a growing burden of weight-related diseases, The New York Times reported.

The study, published in The Lancet on Thursday, revealed the striking rise of obesity rates across the country since 1990, when just over half of adults were overweight or obese, and showed how more people are becoming overweight or obese at younger ages than in the past. Both conditions can raise the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, and shorten life expectancy.

These numbers have always been super-high in America, because people just eat processed crap at a rate like nowhere else in the world, but 75% is higher than the last tally.

Also: please don’t blame black people. Black people are only 13% of the country. Even if all black people were obese, that wouldn’t change much. (You can blame blacks for the nation’s academic performance and the average IQ being lower than that of Northern Europe, but you can’t blame them for obesity.)

Who supports this? Why is it happening? How can America be the “leader of the free world” or the leader of anything at all when Americans can’t manage the basic realities of their personal health?

What if 75% of Americans were on fentanyl? Would you think this is a “leader nation”? Because being obese is a lot worse than being strung out on opioids.

The fact is, America is not a nation of leaders. It’s a country that is occupied by a Jewish overclass that dominates the world using the financial instruments and military might of a dying empire. The last thing these Jews who rule America want is a vigorous population inhabiting their slave state, because a vigorous population might decide they don’t want to be slaves.

I’ve long said that violent revolution is impossible for a number of different reasons, but the most obvious is how fat people are in this country. Can you imagine these slobs jumping in the beds of pickup trucks or running around in the woods?

Is Bobby the savior of the fats?

Probably not, frankly.

But the problem can be solved. It’s not that difficult if you don’t have Jews standing on your neck.

Here’s the fact: the masses of people are too simple to do anything other than eat whatever you put in front of them. It’s the same in every country, it’s just that in America, what is put in front of people is ultra-hyper-meta-processed chemical slop which cannot sustain a healthy human. You have to change what you are putting in front of people to eat. You have to have a culture that values home cooking.

You can see that the elite are not (usually) fat. There are not many fat people in the government or on the TV in general. Rich people (excluding Elon “The Quesadilla Compadre” Musk) are not fat. These people should be sharing the healthy diet with the masses, but they don’t.

A country cannot work if the elite do not care about the wellbeing of the peasantry. It’s not viable longterm or even medium term. The elite and the peasantry are synergetic social entities, and whether it is communism, where the peasants kill the elite, or America, where the elite let the peasants wallow in their own depravity, it cannot be sustained longterm.

Everything is salvageable, and fat people can stop being fat, but until Americans stop being fat, they cannot possibly be anything other than wastes of space.

Ozempic Costs a Lot of Money and Fails to Reduce Obesity-Related Problems https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/10/25/ozempic-costs-a-lot-of-money-and-fails-to-reduce-obesity-related-problems/ Fri, 25 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000

This so-called “miracle” weight loss drug comes with a hidden, dangerous cost to your health.

Learn more of the truth about Ozempic and discover safer weight loss strategies here: https://t.co/aazTT9wU6e#health #wellness #ozempic #weightloss #scam pic.twitter.com/csSjHxjeGj

— Dr. Joseph Mercola (@mercola) October 23, 2024

Nothing in the world is free. Drugs that magically make you not obese anymore without requiring any willpower at all are going to have brutal side effects.

Will the side-effects be worse than the effects of obesity? Maybe not. Obesity is literally the most unhealthy thing in the world. But it’s like asking if a terminally depressed person would be better taking fentanyl. I’m sure fentanyl makes you feel better, but you need to be an adult and solve your own problems.

Someone in the media is being paid to use the brandname “Wegovy” instead of Ozempic in these negative news articles. The two drugs are the exact same thing, having the same active ingredient, semaglutide.

They are even both made by the same company, Denmark’s Novo Nordisk (now the most valuable company in Denmark, milking a fortune off the American fats). This makes it appear as though they released two versions of the same drug not because they are a little bit different from each other and they wanted to see which one worked better, but because they wanted to pin the bad headlines on one version while the other was widely prescribed (until it is banned for causing problems we’ve yet to see).

Ozempic is the one everyone is on, so Wegovy is the name used in all these articles.

Reuters:

Drugs like Wegovy may trim your waistline but not medical costs, according to an analysis of U.S. health insurance claims shared with Reuters.

The full-year cost of care for U.S. patients with obesity two years after starting on Novo Nordisk’s Wegovy or similar GLP-1 drugs was $18,507, on average. That represents a 46% jump over the average annual medical cost of $12,695 prior to taking the medication, data provided by pharmacy benefits manager Prime Therapeutics show.

Imagine that even before a $500 a month drug regiment, it cost over $12,000 just to keep these bulbous blobs alive.

Is it any wonder the medical establishment has no interest in promoting a healthy diet and exercise? These doctors are laughing all the way to the bank.

The costs for a similar control group of patients not taking the drugs grew by 14% for the same period.

Among GLP-1 patients, prescription drug costs drove most of the spending increase, but medical costs also climbed over the two-year period.

Over the two-year period, the analysis found “no reduction in obesity-related medical events,” such as heart attacks, strokes and diagnoses of type 2 diabetes, or use of prescription drugs for hypertension and high cholesterol, compared to the control group.

That’s actually confusing to me. I would have to give this a serious look, and see how long it takes for these things to go away if you stop being obese with a simple healthy diet and exercise routine. It’s possible that it takes your body longer than two years to recover, though that would be surprising.

The other option is that Ozempic has the same side-effects as being obese, which also does not seem to make much sense. I expected that it would cause immune system problems, and potentially completely unforeseen problems such as birth defects or weird cancers. Maybe heart attacks are not surprising, but the rest of it is.

It will probably be a few years until they finally tell you what the real side-effects are. I’m sure they more or less already know, but they will ride the scam for as long as possible, then eventually it will have to be banned because so many people died.

Right now they are only saying it causes serious problems if you overuse it.

If you’re fat, and I’m sure some of you are, just go read my articles about health and fitness. It’s not really difficult to lose weight. Frankly, you don’t even have to exercise. It makes it faster, but and helps deal with the recovery from being fat, but it’s not actually necessary.

Maybe it’s time I wrote another extensive health and fitness piece. I lose my own work. I tell people to “go read” such and such a thing, and I can’t even link it, because I don’t know where it is.
