When Charlie Kirk died last Wednesday, I saw people having complete meltdowns, and felt it was my job to be the voice of reason. This came across as crass at the time, as people were really full of emotion at the time. If you were one of the emotional ones, and you go back now and read those articles today, I am certain you will have a different opinion of what I was doing there.

Yes, it was crass, but the crassness was a response to the emotionalism I was seeing everywhere I looked. What I was trying to do, hoping to do without much hope it would work, is ground people by pointing out that this might be emotional for you, but all that means is that the government is going to use this to push an agenda on you.

Here’s some of what I wrote the day after Charlie died (you can skip this, I hate quoting myself, but I need to make this point):

What I have seen, however, is that people are having a really, really serious emotional reaction to Charlie Kirk getting assassinated. Like, I read Twitter, and people are having emotional breakdowns, freaking out, calling for some kind of Super Patriot Act.

Right now, the Trump administration is building up this internal army in the form of ICE, and much worse, he is making these deals with Palantir. There were various social media accounts calling for Palantir to be “unleashed” on illegal immigrants. Now it’s calls for the entire power of the federal government, including our militarized law enforcement and Palantir, to be “unleashed” on “the left.”

How did that work out when the full force of the state was unleashed on “international terrorism”? Did that work out good for you? Did it work out good for the country?

To all of you having this emotional reaction: I admit, I do not understand what you’re going through. It seems to be very difficult. I don’t understand or respect that, but I can accept that it is what it is. But please. Relax. And think about what it is you are calling for. Look at this massive movement of all of these social media accounts demanding the federal government be unleashed on the public. Does it feel maybe a bit artificial? I mean, even if you’re feeling it, are you able to see how maybe there is something a bit nefarious going on here?

Can we think maybe just one step ahead here, and consider maybe what the consequences of giving intelligence agencies, paramilitary law enforcement, and private military contractors the ability to “hunt down domestic terrorists” might turn out perhaps not so good? Maybe it could in fact be like, the worst possible thing imaginable?

Anyway. Whatever. I guess I hope you enjoy your experience with these dark forces you are calling upon. And after all, who knows? Maybe the US federal government are the good guys this time and they’re really going to help you stop trannies or Islamofascism or whatever? Could be. Could be.

The narrative from the right is daunting, with Trump in his video paying tribute to Kirk using the opportunity to call for some kind of unspecified crackdown, which we can only assume means even more egregious restrictions on speech and more military and militarized cops everywhere. There is a huge astroturf campaign to do the exact same thing the left did to the right when they claimed that “speech causes violence,” and therefore “speech is violence,” and therefore free speech shouldn’t exist.

Then, of course, as I’d said, on Tuesday, Pam Bondi, the perplexing Attorney General, came out with an announcement that we now have new hate speech laws in America, which she is going to enforce against anyone who is saying… whatever it is they might be saying.

That is wild, and really more than I was expecting. “Hate speech is not free speech” is an ADL-coined phrase that has been floating around on the left for decades, and was considered anathema to conservatives. Conservatives tend to believe in free speech, and they also tend to be aware that according to the Supreme Court, in multiple rulings, there is no such concept of “hate speech” in the United States.

But she, or rather the people who tell her what to say, apparently believed that the Charlie Kirk assassination video was emotionally distressful enough that the government can now roll this out.

As the day progressed, she partially walked it back, saying she just means “hate speech” as in violent threats. Violent threats, if they are immenent and actionable, are already illegal, and no one ever called that “hate speech.” She also said that people celebrating Charlie’s death was “hate speech” which she classified as illegal – in the clarification!

Hate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is NOT protected by the First Amendment. It’s a crime. For far too long, we’ve watched the radical left normalize threats, call for assassinations, and cheer on political violence. That era is over.

Again, this is way beyond what I was predicting. But there it is!

Just to be clear, Bondi is not any kind of ringleader here. Just watching her, you can see that this is a person who would struggle to be the manager of a Walmart, and would probably be out of her depth as the shift manager at a gas station. She has no idea what any of this means, and it is all coming from people behind the scenes.

But here’s the thing: The Big Guy is also on board. In an interview where he was asked about Bondi’s rollout of new “hate speech” laws, Trump gave tacit approval, saying that Charlie, who was obviously against hate speech laws, would support these laws now that he’s dead.

The apparent implication there is that if there had been hate speech laws in America, it would have prevented Charlie’s assassination, which obviously makes no sense.

Trump’s other comment so far on the issue was a kind of jokey thing about how the media should be charged with hate speech.

That isn’t really very funny, especially in light of the other clip, where he appears to endorse it.

It should be really easy to just say “no, we’re not doing that, she was misquoted” or whatever. So that is the direction things are going in, at the highest levels. Trump has already established a precedent where he is able to just make up laws out of nothing and no one can stop him, so it seems likely he’s going to try to enforce some kind of hate speech code. It’s certainly what his handlers in Israel want.

It makes no sense how Charlie’s death was even related to previous notions of hate speech, given that all of those related to a protected group. “Hate speech,” the term which Bondi and Trump are using, is an established term which means “criticism of a person based on their race, religion, or sexual orientation.” Multiple countries in Europe have laws which use this term, as defined. If Trump and Bondi want to come up with some new form of illegal speech, which has to do with criticizing people for their political positions (which would be the only thing that would relate to Charlie’s death), why not come up with some new term for their censorship program?

And how do you make it illegal to criticize someone’s political beliefs? That doesn’t even make any sense. That would be like, more or less 100% of political speech. It is difficult to imagine political commentary in America that isn’t in some form a criticism of the other side.

So, I think what you obviously have here is a situation where the Israel lobby wants to push through the “hate speech” laws that we’re all familiar with, the ones that make it illegal to criticize Jews and Israel (as well as blacks, trannies, and immigrants) while claiming it is somehow related to Charlie Kirk.

If We Compare Them to the Power of Government, Trannies on TikTok are Not Really a Very Big Threat to Anyone

I don’t know how many trannies or “far leftists” there actually are. I don’t think there are very many. I think it is possible they can do an assassination, as with Charlie Kirk (though I am coming around to the theory that the Jews did it). They can riot and break some store fronts. But they are not a massive military threat. Most importantly, they present nothing even close to the threat that the US government, which is controlled by Israel and Silicon Valley, present to the American people. Radical trannies present less than 1% or 1% of the threat the government presents.

Trannies present less than 1% of 1% of the threat black people present, frankly. This is seriously not a big issue. It’s been made a big issue by the media, but the idea that you have to beg the government to take your rights to protect you from trannies is absolute lunacy.

Therefore, to me, as an impartial observer, the idea of calling on the government to take away your rights to protect you from the trannies sounds completely insane to me. I can’t process how anyone of good conscious would think that is a good idea, which is why I can only really assume that the people calling for that are bad actors.

Full disclosure: the stream Nick Fuentes spent the first several years of his career more or less copying everything from me directly. Which is fine, I supported it. I supported him. He then got involved with Richard Spencer, who I believe is an FBI informant, and then with the confirmed FBI informant Charles Johnson (Johnson bragged about being an FBI informant). I’ve always had a hard line that I won’t support anyone who is involved with the FBI. The reasons for that should be obvious. But all I did was post on my semi-private chat forum that I would no longer be supporting him, because I don’t support people involved with the feds. He started attacking me on his show and implied he had blackmail material on me, which was utterly bizarre. I demanded he reveal it, on the semi-secret forum which he was reading to see my comments about him, and he instead just continually said nasty things about me, despite the fact I never posted about him on this main site. I didn’t post about him because in my experience, no one really cares if someone is an FBI informant, and exposing that doesn’t really do anything. I have no idea why people are not more concerned about that, but they aren’t.

I just wanted to lay that out for the sake of openness. It doesn’t relate to anything I’m going to say here. Well, the fact that he’s associated with the feds might relate. But that’s for you to decide, dear reader.

He’s become a kind of centerpiece of the Charlie Kirk assassination situation, and appears to be the heir apparent to the “young influencer” throne of Charlie Kirk. He’s gained hundreds of thousands of followers since the event.

When I was telling people this whole spectacle around the Kirk death was a government psy-op, I also pointed to the fact that Fuentes, who is supposed to be “far right,” was aggressively whining and calling for aggressive government action to shut down trannies or whatever.

He was pretty openly calling for some form of hate speech laws, demanding people be punished for their speech.

Here’s the first concerning tweet:

It’s obviously impossible for the government to ensure that some random person never murders another random person ever again. That is an insane comment. But the implication is obviously some kind of Ultra Patriot Act. It’s the same language used in the way of 9/11.

Then this:

You’d think anyone would see that and think “whoa, hey, slow down there. What?”

What would “crush left wing terrorism” involve, exactly? What are the potential things that this could imply? It’s a pretty short list, and everything on the list involves giving the government new and expansive powers, both to spy on people and to punish people for things they haven’t done yet.

And then:

At this point, anyone who isn’t in a complete state of total derangement is saying “hey, whoa, hey, hold up there buddy – did you just say you want to arrest people who celebrated Charlie Kirk’s death? Because I don’t understand what that even means.”

Having read his posts and listened to some of his show, I think it means exactly what it says it means: he is calling for the arrest of people who celebrated Charlie Kirk’s death. We have never heard anything like that before. I was completely shut down in 2017 for joking about – arguable, celebrating – the death of a fat woman at the Charlottesville rally. Millions of people laughed at this. And then I was totally deplatformed from everything forever. But I don’t remember even the most insane tranny calling for me to be arrested. This is something totally new that we’ve never heard from an “influencer” who now has 900,000 followers on Twitter. It is the most extreme call for government tyranny we’ve seen, ever.

But then look at this individual’s next tweet, in response to the above Pam Bondi tweet:

What did it mean when you were saying people “must be held accountable” for cheering Charlie’s death? It is definitely not currently illegal to do that, so you were calling for some new form of restrictions on speech. But what. You just didn’t want it to be called “hate speech”?

Of course, it doesn’t really mean anything because none of this gibberish means anything, so I suppose it’s best not to think too much about it.

But here, following the timeline, he then tweets @FBI (!!!!!!) calling on them to arrest Jackson Hinkle for legal speech! Or, at least, for speech that was legal before the death of Charlie Kirk. We don’t really know what speech is legal now.

Here he is threatening Jackson with prison.

This is snitch level 9000. I never even imagined anyone could become this much of a public snitch and be celebrated for it. (Please see my premises relating to fake reality overriding classic reality to get an idea how this is possible.)

He went on to make it clear he is against free speech and wants the government, which by the way, as far as I know, he still argues is controlled by Israel and Silicon Valley, to crack down on speech.

The left, for what it’s worth, never actually made a major push to make speech illegal. Not in the way that Trump, Bondi, and Fuentes are doing. This is so very far beyond anything the left did. They just tried to get people banned from everything, and in some cases, sued them. That was very bad, but this push to arrest people, these new “hate speech” laws, newly minted top influencers tagging the FBI to arrest people for legal speech, this is all new. That should be understood.

All that is insane. But it is basic sellout type behavior. People didn’t care he was a fed. But a sellout? Is that something people will tolerate? Well, normies will. That is the goal here. He’s being groomed now as the new Charlie Kirk. He’s got an edgy past, where he was copying my shit, and that gives him some kind of street cred, but now he’s the “give the government the power to arrest people for speech” guy.

And here we get to the real meat:

This is where it is all going. The government, which is run by Israel and Silicon Valley, is not the real threat. The real threat is trannies. Frankly, I thought the story made sense as just a tranny. But the extent to which this is being exploited by the government and shills like Fuentes makes me wonder.

Seriously, regardless if you believe the official story or not, trannies are not some massive threat, and Russia doesn’t have anything to do with anything. And this idea, again, that the trannies are the real threat and the government – one more time, the same government which is entirely controlled by Israel and Silicon Valley – is going to save us from the tranny threat. What even is this? How many people have even met a tranny?

You can show these videos of people celebrating Charlie’s death on TikTok, but I think 80% of the people who were celebrating that posted it on social media. I do not think there is any kind of massive tranny threat.

Sam says that if Trump doesn’t like, send the military to arrest everyone against Charlie Kirk in the next two weeks – he keeps saying this two week deadline – that the world will end or everyone will die or something. It’s wild. It’s almost like parody.

Remember when Reagan was shot by a guy who was in love with Jody Foster? Can you imagine if there were calls to give the government huge new spying, censorship, and policing powers to crack down on people in love with Jody Foster? Honestly, that sounds ridiculous, but there were probably more people in love with Jody Foster then as there are radical trannies now. I mean, she looked great in Taxi Driver.

Tucker Carlson as a Voice of Reason

Maybe Tucker Carlson is some kind of secret agent as well, I don’t know. I have no idea. But I can say his response was measured and reasonable.

Unlike Fuentes and a lot of these other creeps, he said we cannot tolerate any form of restrictions on speech as a result of this event, and basically said people should rise up if Trump tries to push this through.

Tucker’s whole show about Charlie was touching and helped me to understand him better and sympathize with him. He had an Orthodox priest on saying that it’s our belief that the dead should be let to rest for forty days before we start making any kind of judgements about what the death means. And Tucker’s explanation of Charlie’s behind the scenes with him about Israel was convincing.

Tucker is doing a kind of “I’m not saying Israel killed him of course, WINK WINK WINK.” He is definitely on that train, but he’s not just going to say it, because that’s not really his style.

I’m still not totally convinced Israel did it, but I will tell you, the lone shooter theory is looking less and less likely as I look at how aggressively this whole machine is using this event. Of course, they’re going to use any event, but this has become such a big thing that it seems like something you wouldn’t wait for to happen randomly.

I think what is very likely is that the tranny was in Discord channels, and was groomed by someone from some intelligence agency who explained to him how to do all of this. Again, lone gunman is technically possible, but just look at what is happening. It is Kirk Crackdown Mania.

Who’s Left?

What voice of reason exists now? Frankly, I thought Sam was one, then a few weeks ago he interviewed Fuentes, and I was like “ugh.” Then he goes full Kook Train to Bonkersville (please bring your own tissues) with this Charlie thing.

I am not seeing a voice of reason, at all. Tucker is the closest thing. And I’ve certainly aired my complaints about him, which are many, and some of which are rather serious.

I think Theo Von is our man. And that is why, through the powers invested in me by being the only remaining member of the original alt-right, I am hereby anointing Theo Von as the absolute leader of the right-wing.

I can’t go out on that joke. Too stupid. Not really funny at all, actually. Though to be honest, I sometimes do feel like Theo is only person on the internet who isn’t completely full of shit. But you know he’s like, close friends with RFK Jr. And what does that even mean? What are they talking about? What would they have to talk about, other than for RFK to send through government talking points? Tim Dillon is having meetings with “JD Vance” (fake name, btw).

The problem is:

• People love money
• People don’t want to go to prison or be murdered

Other signatories to the voluntary code set up in May 2016 are Dailymotion, Instagram, Jeuxvideo.com, LinkedIn, Microsoft hosted consumer services, Snapchat, Rakuten Viber, TikTok and Twitch.

“In Europe there is no place for illegal hate, either offline or online. I welcome the stakeholders’ commitment to a strengthened Code of conduct under the Digital Services Act (DSA),” EU tech commissioner Henna Virkkunen said in a statement.

Under the revised code, the companies pledged to allow not-for-profit or public entities with expertise on illegal hate speech to monitor how they review hate speech notices, and to assess at least two thirds of these notices received from them within 24 hours.

More meaningful than banning trannies and DEI (which were already on their way out) would be if the Trump Administration forced the EU to respect American freedom of speech laws.

That’s probably not totally beyond the scope of things Trump would be willing to do. People would still get arrested in Europe for speech, of course, but he could prevent the EU from being able to fine American companies for allowing free speech.

Wait, how is this real?

It kinda feels like while the US is trying to roll back some of this really extreme tyrannical stuff in order to prevent a violent uprising, the UK is actively trying to provoke a violent uprising.

When discussing current affairs, will future pub patrons be guilty of harassment or merely expressing a philosophical belief?

Starmer’s main preoccupation appears to be destroying pubs

Pub landlords, wary of potential legal trouble with staff, will probably take a cautious route, warning or banning drinkers who they think might be expressing the wrong opinions. Prague Police have formally requested that the Chamber of Deputies lift the parliamentary immunity of Tomio Okamura, chairman of the right-wing Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) party, over an anti-immigration billboard campaign in the lead-up to regional elections last year.

According to police spokesman Jan Daněk and district prosecutor for Prague 1 Jan Lelek, the request— delivered on Tuesday morning — relates to accusations of inciting racial hatred.

“The police began criminal proceedings in August,” spokesperson Daněk announced, as cited by Echo24, noting that the official request for lifting immunity was forwarded to the secretariat of the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, who will then pass it to the relevant parliamentary committee.

The SPD erected large, provocative billboards in Prague’s Wenceslas Square last September, just before the regional elections. One image showed an African migrant holding a bloody knife, his shirt also stained with blood, alongside the slogan: “Healthcare shortfalls won’t be solved by imported ‘surgeons.’”

Another billboard depicting Roma gypsies also drew criticism and sparked criminal complaints.

Critics labeled the advertisement as racist and designed to stoke public fear, accusations vehemently denied by the radical right-wing party and its leader.

In an earlier statement, Tomio Okamura maintained that the billboards were a justified response to what he calls the government’s overly permissive stance on migration, highlighting the European Union’s controversial migration pact — which obligates member states to accept migrant quotas or face heavy fines — as a major concern.

“The SPD movement has been saying consistently and clearly since its inception that the presence of Muslim and African migrants in Europe is literally a ticking time bomb for our society and civilization,” Okamura remarked.

According to prosecutors, the raid was prompted solely by the meme, which was interpreted as an effort to undermine Habeck’s role in government.

Ursula Haverbeck, a notorious Holocaust denier whom even a two-year prison spell failed to deter from making fallacious claims about the mass murders and other atrocities committed by the German Nazi regime, has died at the age of 96.

Her lawyer, Wolfram Nahrath, told a Hamburg court, where she was appealing a conviction for inciting hatred by denying the Nazis’ genocidal crimes, that Haverbeck died on Wednesday.

Haverbeck, who was married for many years to a former member of the Nazi organizations SA and SS, was convicted several times since 2004 for her comments denying that the Holocaust — which she once called the “most tenacious lie of history” — ever took place.

She previously served two years in prison for Holocaust denial and was appealing another prison sentence of a year and four months handed down by the court in Hamburg when her death occurred.

Among her repeated claims, made on television and in courts, was that the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp was not an extermination camp. German government records show that at least 1.1 million people were murdered there alone.

Police responded to one incident where a nine-year-old pupil called a student a “r*****” and another against two secondary school girls who said that another pupil smelled “like fish”.

These students were among a slew of young people being investigated for having committed non-crime hate incidents (NCHIs), according to a freedom of information request by the Times.

Arguments and insults in classrooms are not expected to be recorded.

However, according to the Times, many police forces across the country are confused about the enforcement of NCHIs.

More than 13,200 hate incidents have been recorded over the last year, according to statistics from 45 of Britain’s 48 police forces.

Sir Keir Starmer’s office told the outlet the Home Office will review its guidance in an attempt to balance “the fundamental right to free speech” while giving police sufficient power to combat hate speech.

The man is accused of distributing a photo of Habeck via retweet, where Habeck is described as an “idiot.” The Bamberg prosecutor’s office indicates that this constitutes a federal criminal offense of “hatred.”

“At a time that cannot currently be specified in more detail in the days or weeks before June 20, 2024, the accused published an image file using the account that shows a portrait of Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck with the title ‘Schwachkopf PROFESSIONAL’, based on the advertising campaign of the Schwarzkopf company, in order to generally defame Robert Habeck and to make it more difficult for him to work as a member of the federal government,” read the prosecutor’s statement.

Schwachkopf generally means “idiot,” in German.

The rival Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has reposted the meme on X, writing in a statement:

“While Habeck presents himself as a ‘people-friendly’ candidate for chancellor, his critics are being relentlessly pursued. They do not shy away from conducting house searches on sleeping families just because the father of the family shared this Schwachkopf graphic. This is what would happen to Germany under a Chancellor Habeck: the complete restriction of freedom of expression by a children’s book author who displayed maximum incompetence for three and a half years, but still feels called to greater things,” wrote the AfD.

The person who was arrested told the NIUS news outlet that he could never have imagined “that it would come to this.” This has “definitely GDR flavor,” he said, referring to communist East Germany and its Stasi police force.

Allison Pearson, 64, claimed two police officers turned up at her door at 9.40am on Remembrance Sunday to inform her she was being investigated over a post on X from last year.

The award-winning writer told The Telegraph that one officer said ‘I was accused of a non-crime hate incident. It was to do with something I had posted on X a year ago. A YEAR ago? Yes. Stirring up racial hatred apparently’.

The officer allegedly then said he was not allowed to disclose what Ms Pearson had said in the post.

A police spokesman said: ‘We’re investigating a report passed to us by another force. The report relates to a social media post which was subsequently removed. An investigation is now being carried out under section 17 of the Public Order Act.

‘As part of that investigation, officers attended an address on Sunday November 10 to invite a woman to attend a voluntary interview on the matter.’

The case was being treated as a criminal matter rather than an non-crime hate incident, police sources suggested.
