The Alabama woman who confessed to faking her own abduction, prompting a massive two-day search, flashed a grin in her mugshot as she was hit with charges in the headline-grabbing hoax Friday.

Carlee Russell, a 26-year-old nursing student, was charged on Friday with one count of false reporting to law enforcement and one count of falsely reporting an incident after she “disappeared” on July 13.

Both counts are class A misdemeanors that carry a maximum penalty of one year behind bars and a $6,000 fine, Hoover Police Chief Nick Gerzis said at the afternoon press conference.

Russell turned herself in with her attorney, Emory Anthony, at Hoover City Jail within an hour of the presser, which was held at 1:30 p.m. local time, Gerzis added.

She was booked and subsequently released after she posted $2,000 bond, he continued.

After just one police interview, Russell’s bizarre tale of being abducted by a white man with orange hair quickly fell apart – particularly after cops revealed that she googled the kidnap-themed action film “Taken” and the AMBER Alert system in the days before her disappearing act.

After a week of denials, Russell’s attorney, Emory Anthony, revealed Monday his client had fabricated the story about seeing the baby and spun a web of lies about being kidnapped by a balding white man who took pictures of her naked before she was able to escape.  

“There was no kidnapping,” Emory said in a prepared statement on Russell’s behalf, which was read during a Monday press conference. “My client did not leave the Hoover area when she was identified as a missing person.”

At Friday’s press conference, Gerzis admitted that police still “have no idea” where Russell was during the two days she was missing.

Prominent German LGBTQ+ rights activist Anastasia Biefang has expressed concerns about an increase in homophobic and anti-transgender violence and abuse in the country, comparing it to rhetoric used by the Nazis.

Biefang, who made headlines as the first trans person to serve as a commander in the German military, spoke this weekend as hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets of Berlin to celebrate Christopher Street Day and demand LGBTQ+ equality.

“I hear narratives that I thought we had overcome since 1945,” said Biefang, 49, a former battalion leader who still serves in a leading capacity in the army’s cyber and information department.

There is no such thing as a “hate crime.”

Hate crimes in the United States have continued to rise sharply and have now reached their highest level since records began, according to data from 2021 analyzed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) which was released on Monday.

Overall, 9,065 hate crimes were recorded in 2021, compared to 8,120 in 2020, marking a rise of 12%.

The data shows that black people were the largest group to have been targeted with bias or prejudice, with 2,233 instances noted in the report. The FBI added that 64.5% of hate-crime victims were targeted due to either their race, ethnicity or ancestry – with 15.9% of recorded cases linked to bias against sexual orientation and 14.1% to prejudice against religious beliefs.

Of the subset facing bias due to their religion, Jewish people accounted for a little over half of the incidents. Anti-white prejudice was noted in 948 cases, slightly less than members of the LGBTQ community.

Shocking video captured the moment a man walked into a San Francisco synagogue and fired several blank rounds in front of stunned congregants after reportedly saying, “I’m going to show you something.”

The terrifying episode unfolded at the Schneerson Center, a synagogue predominantly attended by Russian-speaking Jews, where the man walked in at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

He made some hand gestures in front of a group of people, pulled a gun from his jacket and fired the blanks, the video posted by KRON shows.

As an elderly man approached him, the gunman saluted and left the synagogue.

Police later found the suspect, identified as 51-year-old Dmitri Mishin, in the Richmond District and slapped him with multiple charges, including disturbing a religious assembly and brandishing an imitation firearm, CBS San Francisco reported.

Rabbi Alon Chanukov described the incident as a hate crime.

Mishin has been linked to social media accounts featuring anti-Semitic propaganda and images of him clad in a World War II-era Nazi military uniform, the San Francisco Standard reported.

A Twitter account that appears to belong to Mishin posted a video of something burning in front of the Schneerson Center, according to the outlet.

The account later published an image of a poster reading “Achtung – Jude” (“Attention, Jew”). Mishin also was seen wearing a uniform featuring a swastika and brandishing a hand grenade.

“Terrorism doesn’t have to have killings. In my mind, what he did was he came and he did a terrorist attack. He came to terrorize people,” Chanukov told ABC 7.

I think it’s on some level fair to call it a hate crime or even terrorism. It’s hysterical, but whatever. These words don’t mean anything anyway.

But instead of just whining about it and saying people hate the Jews for no reason, we need to ask what it is that is causing people to behave this way against the Jews.

Because seriously: saying millions of people for thousands of years all over the world hated Jews for no reason is actually insane. It just does not process logically.

The white father and son who chased and killed Ahmaud Arbery in a Georgia neighborhood each received a second life prison sentence Monday — for committing federal hate crimes, months after getting their first for murder — at a hearing that brought a close to more than two years of criminal proceedings.

U.S. District Court Judge Lisa Godbey Wood handed down the sentences against Travis McMichael, 36, and his father, Greg McMichael, 66, reiterating the gravity of the February 2020 killing that shattered their Brunswick community. William “Roddie” Bryan, 52, who recorded cellphone video of the slaying, was sentenced to 35 years in prison.

“A young man is dead. Ahmaud Arbery will be forever 25. And what happened, a jury found, happened because he’s Black,” Wood said.

The McMichaels were previously sentenced to life without parole in state court for Arbery’s murder and had asked the judge to divert them to a federal prison to serve their sentences, saying they were worried about their safety in the state prison system. Bryan had sought to serve his federal sentence first. Wood declined all three requests.

A Spanish judge has opened an investigation into a young man accused of faking a homophobic hate crime that fooled many establishment politicians.

The 20-year-old claimed to have been subjected to a brutal homophobic assault in broad daylight in the Madrid neighbourhood of Malasaña, claiming that eight hooded men had assaulted him and carved homophobic slurs into his buttocks.

However, later reports proved that the allegations had been totally fabricated and that the 20-year-old had made up the story in order to hide the fact that he had been unfaithful to his current partner and he later admitted that the carving on his buttocks had actually been consensual.

Now, a judge in Madrid is launching an investigation that could see the 20-year-old charged for falsely reporting a crime, which, according to a report from the newspaper La Vanguardia, could carry a sentence of up to a year.

The law is defined as “pretends to be responsible or victim of a criminal offence or denounces a non-existent one, provoking procedural actions.

According to the newspaper El Pais, the 20-year-old had met two men online and engaged in sadomasochistic activities and when he went to the hospital to treat his wounds, the nurse reported the incident to the police, leading to the investigation.

Many in the Spanish government were fooled by the initial report, with some, such as Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska, who used the incident as a way to attack populist party VOX, saying they pushed the limit of respect for diversity and democratic values.

About a year after the shooting death of Ahmaud Arbery became national news, and nearly 15 months after he was shot while jogging down a street, Georgia has repealed the vague law being used to defend the men charged with murder in his killing.

Republican Gov. Brian Kemp signed the overhaul he championed at the Georgia Capitol on Monday, alongside a bipartisan group of state lawmakers as well as Arbery’s mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones, and sister, Jasmine Arbery.

This is the selfsame Brian Kemp who refused to audit the fraudulent Georgia presidential vote.

He’s a crime lord governor.

“I think the state of Georgia is moving in the right direction by passing this particular bill,” Cooper-Jones said at the Capitol. “Unfortunately, I had to lose my son to get significant change. But again, I’m still thankful.”

At the ceremony, Kemp said, “This bill makes Georgia the first state in the country to repeal its citizen’s arrest statute.”

“Today we are replacing a Civil War-era law, ripe for abuse, with language that balances the sacred right to self-defense of a person and property with our shared responsibility to root out injustice and set our state on a better path forward,” he said.

Brian Kemp won the election by less than 2%. I don’t think he’ll win the next one, and we’ll all better off for it.

The law, which allowed any citizen to “arrest” another if a crime was committed “within his immediate knowledge,” has been replaced with specific language to provide for citizen detainment in specific circumstances, including shopkeepers who witness shoplifters and restaurant owners and employees who witness “dine and dash” customers.

The men accused in Arbery’s killing have said they thought Arbery had committed a burglary when they chased him through a neighborhood near Brunswick, though no evidence of that crime has emerged.

He was definitely trespassing on private property. Even if you believe he was just out for a jog in his boots and got curious about a construction site and entered it without any intent to case it for a robbery, he did trespass.

It marks the second Georgia law to change in a bipartisan manner following Arbery’s death. The state General Assembly passed a hate crimes statute last summer in Arbery’s name.

“Too often we spend time under the Gold Dome arguing over differences. But the outpouring of bipartisan support that this bill received, I believe, is a testament to the fundamental character of our state,” Kemp said Monday.

“Today, Georgia is doing what is right.”

In a statement, Democratic state Sen. Tonya Anderson said, “Last year, upon the passing of hate crimes legislation, the [Georgia Legislative Black] Caucus made a pledge to end the practice of citizen’s arrest. [On Monday], with the signing of his name, Gov. Kemp has helped us keep that pledge. We are now the first state to repeal citizen’s arrest and I hope not the last.”

Anderson, the chair of the caucus, said, “I ask the governor and my fellow legislators to continue pursuing the goal of criminal justice reform. There is more work to do and we are prepared to do it, together as one Georgia.”

Smith has long been a symbol of the elite with tuition costs exceeding $75,000. It is also an institution known for its liberal politics. The school was thrown into a frenzy in 2018 when Ms. Kanoute tweeted out that she was the victim of a racist encounter with a campus security officer. “All I did was be black. It’s outrageous that some people questioned my being at Smith College and my existence overall as a woman of color.” ABC’s “Good Morning America”  ran an account that notably did not seriously question the underlying facts.  On the program, Kanoute stated:

KANOUTE:  I see the cop walk in with a Smith employee, whom I’ve never seen before, and the man asked me, ‘We were wondering why you’re here.’ … It just still upsets me to just talk about it, because I don’t even feel safe on my own campus and I’m away from home. I’m the first in my family to go to college. 

Various media outlets also ran stories about the shocking and abusive encounter with the security officer who allegedly confronted Ms. Kanoute without any justification.  In reality, Kanoute was in a house that was closed to students. Only children attending a summer camp were allowed to use the building’s cafeteria.  There are various reasons, including legal reasons, why schools close access to areas used by younger children in such programs. The encounter with the security officer however was taped and (despite the clam of his being armed and abusive) the officer was unarmed and polite. Here is the entire exchange;

Nevertheless, the school ordered immediate action on the assumption that this was a serious racial incident.  The ACLU (which apparently did little investigation) agreed with Kanoute that this was an incident of a student being abused for “eating while black.” McCartney suspended the janitor who called campus security. She also ordered campus wide training sessions and seminars to deal with racism on campus.

Kanoute publicly demanded the release of the name of an employee in the incident for public condemnation and she was supported by many like Charles Song:

Kanoute reportedly published the picture and name of at least one of the employee and accused a cafeteria worker, Jackie Blair, of being a racist despite later findings that Blair played no role in the incident.  According to the reports, “[Blair] discovered that Kanoute had posted her photograph, name and email on Facebook, along with that of another janitor, Mark Patenaude, a 21-year veteran of Smith College, who was not even on site at the time of the July 31 incident.”

The custodian, the security officer, the cafeteria worker, and others found themselves the targets of threats and public denunciations.

Even after the intensive investigation found that there was no racial bias incident, McCartney and others refused to apologize and most of the media did not report on the fact that the original allegation was disproven. McCartney simply declared “I suspect many of you will conclude, as did I, it is impossible to rule out the potential role of implicit racial bias.”

The ACLU was even more dismissive of the abusive treatment of these workers who earned less in salaries than the annual tuition at the school. Keep in mind that the report exonerated these employees who spent years being called racists and left the school. Rahsaan Hall, racial justice director for the A.C.L.U. of Massachusetts and Ms. Kanoute’s lawyer, simply said “It’s troubling that people are more offended by being called racist than by the actual racism in our society. Allegations of being racist, even getting direct mailers in their mailbox, is not on par with the consequences of actual racism.”

Most recently, another employee went public with a resignation and her own story. Jodi Shaw is graduate of Smith College and worked at the college as a librarian. She objected to the racial training seminars ordered by the school in response to the Kanoute incident.  While she loved Smith College, she finally left after what she saw as indoctrination and humiliation. She published the following letter which has been posted publicly.  In the letter to McCartney, Shaw states in part:

In spite of an independent investigation into the incident that found no evidence of racial bias, the college ramped up its initiatives aimed at dismantling the supposed racism that pervades the campus. This only served to support the now prevailing narrative that the incident had been racially motivated and that Smith staff are racist.

There is no such thing as “racism.”

The entire concept is a hoax.

What there is such a thing as is this: “this is my country and I don’t want you here, you have to leave now.”

If Oumou Kanoute doesn’t like the way she is being treated, her home country of Africa is a very big place.

This is insane, letting these people come into our country and just take over like this.

But why wouldn’t they do it? If Oumou Kanoute can come to America, and become the center of attention, get famous, boss people around, ruin people’s lives, why would she not do it?

You can’t rely on the good will of people, if you invite them to come abuse you. This woman was invited into our country to abuse us.

Who invited her?

Well, the Jews.

Why were the Jews allowed to invite her?

Well, because white women were given the right to vote, and they consistently vote for Jewish domination of society, because they are so easily manipulated by media, and so concerned with having the right views.

The problem is not racial integration. No one would ever have thought of racial integration if the Jews hadn’t suggested it, and no one would have approved of it if women didn’t have a say in politics.

Saying “the real problem is race” is no different than saying “the real problem is trannies.” The real problem is Jews, and the source of their power is the empowerment of women.

At this point, I know nothing is getting fixed. It’s all just too fucked. We all kinda know that. This is going to end the only way it ever could have ended: in fire and blood.

But listen: we’re gonna start over. When that happens, Jews are not going to be around anymore. Women will be. Here’s the number one thing you need to remember: if any woman tries to speak in public, you need to hit her across the face, and tell her: “next time, you’re going to lose teeth. Plural.”

A Brooklyn man has been arrested and charged with a hate crime for allegedly vandalizing four synagogues last week.

The New York Police Department says 39-year-old Emil Benjamin went on a graffiti spree at four Brooklyn-area synagogues: Kahal Darkei Noam, Young Israel Senior Services, Khal Toras Chaim D’Flatbush, and Bais Avigdor.

The suspect is accused of writing ‘pedophiles’ in red marker on a side door entrance to the Young Israel synagogue, a police spokesperson told DailyMail.com. Police say the other graffiti also included derogatory phrases, but did not reveal any specifics.

At Bais Avigdor, police say, Benjamin broke into the synagogue, marked it with graffiti, broke several cabinets, and stole $20.

According to a LexisNexis search, Benjamin has lived in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Midwood around the corner from the Young Israel synagogue.

Security footage released by police shows a hooded man walking up the front steps to one synagogue, removing a Sharpie marker from his jacket, and writing on the front facade.

The incidents, which are being investigated by NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force, occurred between midnight and 1:30am on December 23.

‘I was disgusted to my core to learn of the anti-Semitic acts of vandalism that occurred in Brooklyn over the weekend,’ Governor Andrew Cuomo said in a statement last week.

‘Let us remember, hate, in any of its forms, will not be tolerated in New York and we will always stand united against the cowards who seek to sow division and attack people for who they are or what they believe.’

Now that we know this is a hoax, by a Jew, why won’t Cuomo come out and say “I was disgusted to my core to learn of these Jews doing yet another one their tricky hoaxes” and “let us remember, Jewish hoaxes and tricks, in any of their forms, will not be tolerated and we will always stand united against the cowardly Jews who seek to sow confusion and attack white people by blaming them for fake events”?

Would any normal person be bothered by such a statement?

These hoaxes are endless and they are disgusting.

But no. Instead, Cuomo says nothing, and the media buries the story.

Jews vandalize themselves, constantly, in order to promote the idea that they are being persecuted. Other “minorities” do the same bit. It just never ends.

It’s amazing that they just keep doing this, and just keep getting caught, and yet the media believes the story every single time.

If there was even a tiny molecule of honesty in the media, every single time there was vandalism against a synagogue, the media would say: “police are looking for a Jewish suspect, as Jews are typically the only group that vandalizes synagogues.”

Because it is just a fact.

Do you remember when the ADL made that huge mania over someone prank calling all of those synagogues and saying he was going to bomb them, then it turned out to be an Israeli? Do you know that the ADL then kept those incidents in their “2017 hate crimes database”?

The Jewish media accused me of promoting an “anti-Semitic conspiracy theory” when it was happening and I said that I knew it was a Jew responsible. Then when President Trump said “it might be the reverse,” the Jews – including Jonathan Greenblatt himself – accused Trump of “promoting conspiracy theories from the Daily Stormer.”

When it turned out I was right – the media dropped the whole thing.

They said the Jew who did it was “mentally ill” – but I will tell you, I am more than convinced he was working with the ADL itself. But there is no evidence of that, because the FBI dropped the investigation when Israel refused to extradite the prankster.

This is all just absurd.

We live in a world of total lies, and it is just simply exhausting.

It is exhausting in particular because the truth is always right in front of us, and so obvious, and it takes all of this energy to promote the lies.
