Japan’s parliament approved penalizing criminal defamation by up to one year in prison after the suicide of a young reality television star prompted a national debate over cyberbullying.

The country decided to strengthen its defamation law after Hana Kimura took her own life at just 22-years-old in 2020.

Kimura, a professional wrestler, was subject to a daily barrage of insults on social media after she appeared on the massively popular Japanese reality show “Terrace House,” which follows three men and three women temporarily living together at a shared house in Tokyo.

She received hateful messages after her performance was criticized in one of the episodes. Just before her suicide in May 2020, she tweeted about the hundreds of vile messages a day that hurt her.

Ultimately, two people were convicted of defaming Kimura, but were only fined 9,000 yen — or $66. The low fine, comparable to a New York City alternate side parking ticket, sparked outrage who felt the punishment was far too lenient.

Her death triggered a spirited debate over anonymous bullying and the extent of freedom of speech protections in Japan.

Opponents to the change argued the law would impact free speech and thwart criticism of those in power. Supporters said tougher legislation was necessary to crack down on cyberbullying and online harassment.

The charge to change the law was led by Kimura’s mother, Kyoko, who is also a famous professional wrestler. Parliamentary debates on the law have been taking place since January.

The amended law adds a prison term of one year —with an option of forced labor — and creases fines to up to 300,000 yen ($2,220) to convicted violators. It will go into effect later this summer.

Currently, the law only holds a punishment of short-term detention and fines of less than 10,000 yen ($74).

Due to the controversy, the law only passed after it was agreed to be reviewed by outside experts every three years.

Japanese criminal attorney Seiho Cho warned that the legislation is unclear as to what constitutes an insult.

Study Finds:

Defined as using technology to repeatedly harass a love interest, partner, or crush in order to coerce, control, intimidate, threaten, or just plain old annoy, digital dating abuse has developed into a disturbingly common phenomenon. The research team analyzed over 2,200 U.S. middle and high school students, and 28.1% admitted they had been subjected to a form of online dating abuse over the past year.

Perhaps surprisingly, the study also noted that boys (32.3%) appear to be experiencing this type of abuse more often than girls (23.6%). Across all variations, boys were more likely to have experienced a form of digital dating abuse. In fact, boys were also more likely to have experienced physical aggression from their partner. Besides these gender fluctuations, researchers didn’t find any significant demographic differences regarding rate of digital abuse among varying races, ages, or sexual orientations.

In all, 2,218 adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17 who had been in a romantic relationship took part in the study. Examples of digital abuse given by participants included their partner looking through their phone without permission, having their phone flat out stolen by their partner, being threatened via text, their partner posting something embarrassing or hurtful about them online, or their partner posting a private image online without their consent.

Besides online abuse, 35.9% of participants also said they’ve been a victim of offline dating abuse (being pushed, shoved, hit, threatened physically, called names, etc).

“Specific to heterosexual relationships, girls may use more violence on their boyfriends to try to solve their relational problems, while boys may try to constrain their aggressive impulses when trying to negotiate discord with their girlfriends,” says Sameer Hinduja, Ph.D., lead author and a professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice within FAU’s College for Design and Social Inquiry, and co-director of the Cyberbullying Research Center, in a release. “It’s unfortunate to be thinking about dating abuse as we approach one of the most romantic days of the year, Valentine’s Day. However, it is clear that digital dating abuse affects a meaningful proportion of teenagers, and we need to model and educate youth on what constitutes a healthy, stable relationship and what betrays a dysfunctional, problematic one.”

Predictably, there was a major connection between being harassed online by a partner and also experiencing abuse in person. In all, 81% of students who had experienced digital dating abuse also reported being subjected to more traditional forms of romantic harassment.

Okay, so here’s how women work, basically:

Women are vessels. You either fill them with your seed or demons fill them with their whims.

These entertainment devices have no will of their own — but even if they had one, they have no way to impose it on the world.

In an environment that is true to nature, if a woman gatekeeps anything from you, then you’re not a man because men are naturally above women in might.

A woman accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct more than 30 years ago came forward publicly Sunday, detailing her allegations about the Supreme Court nominee in an interview with The Washington Post.

Yeah, wink wink, nudge nudge.

This happened 30 years ago. Totally unverifiable and well past any statutes of limitation.

In other words, hypothetically, if Brett were to have leaked this fake story to the press to get Alt-Right pundits hyped for him, there would be absolutely no negative consequences for him, legal or otherwise.

Nobody could realistically prove that he’s a fraud who never even smacked a skank around or grabbed anyone by the pussy.

The perfect crime.

Wow, I’m gonna give him the benefit of the doubt, but if he really hoaxed himself as a cool thot patroller, he’s a real scumbag.

The paper said Christine Blasey Ford, a professor in California, reached out to the Post in July as Kavanaugh’s name appeared on short lists to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, but she opted not to speak with the Post on the record for weeks. As her private outreach to California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein became public over the past week, she decided to go ahead and speak out herself, Sunday’s report said.

“Now I feel like my civic responsibility is outweighing my anguish and terror about retaliation,” Ford told the Post.

Ford said she kept silent about the alleged incident until she was in couples’ therapy with her husband in 2012. Her husband, Russell Ford, recalled to the Post that she talked during their 2012 sessions about the incident and said she had mentioned Kavanaugh’s last name and that he was a federal judge who might be on the Supreme Court eventually.

In a statement on Friday, Kavanaugh denied the reported allegations that while at a party during his time in high school, he pushed a woman into a room, locked the door to the room along with another male and tried to take off the woman’s clothes.

“I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time,” his statement said.

Asked for a response to Ford’s detailed allegations, White House deputy press secretary Raj Shah offered CNN the same denial Kavanaugh issued previously.

The White House would not comment further.

Going through the allegation she had made in her letter, Ford told the Post that Kavanaugh and his friend were drunk at the time and that he put his hand over her mouth when she tried to scream.

“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” Ford said. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”

Look, just like everyone else, I want to believe this story. I really do.

But let’s be real here. Does Kavanaugh really look like that kind of chad?

Plus, a bunch of other women came out of the woodwork to reveal inconvenient details about Brett’s past dealings with women, throwing the whole story into suspicion.

All these skanks paint Brett as some kind of top respecter of women or whatever.

I think this is just some desperate attempt by Brett to get the nomination in spite of the strong anti-cuck bias against him.

Will it work? I don’t know.

A Sacramento SWAT team shot and killed a Black teenager who they say was armed with a pellet gun at the time.

According to a press release from the Sacramento Police Department, officers fatally shot Darell Richards, 19, after receiving a 911 call about a masked man pointing a gun at people.

Police released the audio of the 911 call, in which the caller said the man pointed a gun at him and his co-workers.

“He didn’t say anything, but he just pointed [the gun] at us and he walked off,” the caller tells the dispatcher during the 911 call.

After the call, police searched for a man wearing a black hoodie, gray pants and a backpack. When cops found the suspect, whom they identified as Richards, they said he ran into a residential area. SWAT and K9 units searched the area for Richards.

Police said SWAT officers found the suspect in the backyard of an occupied home at 3:12 a.m.

“Officers observed the suspect with a gun in his hand and ordered him to drop his weapon. The suspect pointed his weapon at officers, who then fired at the suspect,” police said in the statement.

This is an incredibly stupid story to wrap your head around.

But it’s also just how the cookie crumbles sometimes in Clown World.

Some days, it’s incredibly depressing and disheartening as you read about the depths to which the absurdity seems hell-bent on sinking to. Other days, it comes out alright as your own enemies get hit by the same absurd conditions that everyone else is supposed to live in.

A Reddit user has found himself at the end of a week-long suspension—and from the look of his account, it might have come because he publicly shared a “direct message” exchange with Reddit CEO Steve “spez” Huffman over the platform’s handling of hate speech.

This isn’t going in the direction you think it’s going, just wait.

Reddit has confirmed to Ars Technica that Huffman’s conversation, as posted by user “whatllmyusernamebe” on Sunday, is legitimate. The conversation begins with Huffman responding to the question, “Why do you admins not just ban hate speech?”

When reached for comment, a Reddit representative declined to confirm whether the user’s suspension was related to the sharing of this direct-message history. Ars Technica was able to reach the user, who goes by the name Zachary Swanson, on Monday. Swanson shared a screencap with Ars of the reason Reddit gave for suspending his account for seven days:

“for harassment” was the listed cause, with no further clarification.

Huffman’s logic appears to run counter to initiatives run by Reddit itself. The social media platform has a history of closing channels wholesale in the wake of controversies, particularly those that ran afoul of “harassment” rules in 2015. And Huffman’s description of how companies define hate speech ignores the fact that many major online platforms in the West inform their users of firmly defined hate-speech rules, including Google (and its subsidiaries), Facebook (and its subsidiaries), and Microsoft (and its subsidiaries).

Before receiving the seven-day suspension, Swanson reminded members of one community about Reddit’s occasional decisions to ban entire communities wholesale. “Remember Anderson Cooper’s piece on /r/jailbait?” Swanson wrote. “Immediately banned. I say we start flooding news tip lines every time we see egregious hate speech that isn’t being banned.”

The video game industry is making boatloads of money these days, but they have a serious problem: some of their players (more specifically, young White males) are actually letting loose and having a good time gaming online.

So many publishers are now forming a grand alliance to finally start cracking down on this unacceptable phenomenon.

The Fair Play Alliance announced itself during GDC in San Francisco this week, with an all-day summit discussing how developers can create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in their online games.

Who decided a game about shooting people in the face should have a “welcoming atmosphere?”

There are more than 30 companies already signed up to take part in the Alliance’s combined efforts, including: Blizzard, CCP, Corillian, Discord, Epic, Flaregames, Huuuge Games, Intel, Kabam, Kefir, Ker-Chunk Games, Mixer, Owlchemy Labs, Playrix, Radial Games, Riot Games, Roblox Corp, Rovio, Space Ape Games, Spirit AI, Supercell, Two Hat, Twitch, Unity and Xbox.

On the official website, the group declared its mission statement: “We provide an open forum for the games industry to collaborate on research and best practices that encourage fair play and healthy communities in online gaming. We envision a world where games are free of harassment, discrimination, and abuse, and where players can express themselves through play.“

In other words, not through their words. Why don’t they just disable the chat functions, then? That’s the only way they’ll prevent boys from bantering back and forth while shooting each other.

This problem was already solved in Phantasy Star Online:

It was an early MMO on Dreamcast where players could only communicate with an icon system.

But that “innovation” didn’t exactly catch on. Players love being able to talk and hear what others have to say. This was never considered a problem until the PC police came in and whined that young guys where saying all sorts of “problematic things” to each other.

So now they’re trying to shut down freedom of speech in video games, in the name of stopping “harassment” or whatever. This is obviously complete bullshit, considering that every game out there allows you to simply mute players who annoy you, or simply disable voice chat completely.

This is obviously an attack on young White males, and masculinity in general. Because banter is the natural way to interact with team mates in a competitive environment, and taunting the enemy is also part and parcel of the online game experience.

Trying to make these competitive games into “safe spaces” for women and minorities is just going to make the whole thing boring and stupid. These companies are shooting themselves in the foot.

When I saw this clip of CNN harassing this old grandma and accusing her of being a Russian stooge I was like “WHOAW – that is a new low.”

A CNN reporter on Wednesday showed up at the home of a Florida Trump supporter, accusing her of promoting a political event that was allegedly hatched in Russia. Needless to say, social media lit up like the Fourth of July.

In an apparent effort to bolster claims that Russia worked behind the scenes to affect the outcome of the 2016 presidential elections, a CNN crew showed up at the home of Florine Goldfarb and conducted what basically amounts to ambush journalism, charging the Trump supporter with cooperating with the Russians.

On the lawn in front of Goldfarb’s residence, CNN’s Special Investigations Unit Reporter Drew Griffin remarks that [the Russians] “were involved with you. Did you know that?”

To which Goldfarb responded, “They weren’t involved with us. Just make sure that you report it correctly that you know…”

Griffin interrupted Goldfarb, accusing her of being “electronically” involved with a Russian-backed group “that contacted and helped to organize some of these activities that you posted on your own Facebook account.”

“Those were legitimate,” Goldfarb responded.

“Those were Russians,” Griffin retorted.

“They were not Russian. I don’t go with the Russians,” she said, visibly shaken. “Those people who were with me were all Trump supporters. Very, very much so.”

The situation was worsened by the fact that CNN, in what appears to have been a breach of journalistic code of ethics, released Goldfarb’s name in the public domain, making her an easy target on the social media front. Conservative social media users vented their frustration with the interview, which reportedly resulted in the woman being subjected to taunts and threats.

This is extreme anti-social behavior, harassing this old lady – and it isn’t intended to be news reporting. It is intended to be intimidation. That is to say, the intent is that people seeing this – particularly women and old people – will think twice before supporting Donald Trump, for fear that news reporters will show up at their homes and publicly humiliate them, claiming that they are traitors to America.

Think about that – it is clear that the goal is not news, and it is clear that any producer would know that CNN would get backlash for abusing an old woman like this. The only possible reason they would film this bit and air it is to issue a threat – “this could be you if you support Donald Trump.”

CNN has a history of using their media power to threaten and intimidate civilians. Remember the incident where they hunted down a guy who made a gif making fun of them and threatened to dox him. They made him promise that he would stop making right-wing gifs, or they would dox him in the future. That wasn’t about news – and it wasn’t about the single individual they were threatening either. It was about sending a message to the people that if you are a naughty goy, CNN will come for you.

The Media as the Jewish Police

The Jews have limited ability to use the American state to threaten and intimidate the public, so they farm these activities out to the media.

I and my friends and family have been a target of aggressive media harassment – abuses which, in a Jewish authoritarian state, would be left up to the secret police.

When Luke O’Brien was working on his bizarre hit piece on me for The Atlantic, he called-up dozens of people who I went to high school with, extended family members, people my father has worked with, etc. and made the same threat: “if you don’t talk to me, I will print your name as protecting this evil Nazi.”

I published text messages that a guy I went to high school with who I hadn’t seen in 15 years forwarded to me, showing these threats, and The Atlantic went ahead and ran the story anyway. O’Brien is still employed by the Huffington Post, or rather he is allowed to contribute to their blog (it’s unpaid), where he writes fictional stories about my life.

O’Brien, who recently bragged that no one at the Huffington Post cares if he fabricates news stories, also printed in remedial middle school-tier Atlantic piece that he stalked my mother, and looked through her window.

Another journalist, Newsweek’s Michael Edison Hayden, who recently had his 15 minutes of fame when he promoted an obviously fake tweet from a Julian Assange impersonator account, claims to be hunting me. He has publicly stated in a now-deleted social media post that he is going to send antifa to attack me.

In an attempt to intimidate me, Hayden has also engaged in a harassment campaign against my mother.

After doing this, he has continually made menacing references to my mother, as part of this intimidation campaign.

He has stated explicitly that he uses harassment of people’s mothers as a means to force compliance with people who refuse to do interviews with him.

Both of these men publicly parade their mental instability, and that is clearly why the media bosses have chosen them to serve as harassment agents.

As you can see from his posts above, as well as virtually everything else he posts, Hayden has an obsession with sex, posting gross and deranged things in an Albert Fish style. Before becoming a fifth-rate clickbait artist, he wrote a play about a sick BDSM fantasy.

He also posts bizarre and terrifying images of himself.

In one deleted post, he is bragging about being drunk in the morning at the Newsweek offices. He refers to himself as a “shit mess,” an apparent reference to his mental health.

I believe that the mental instability of these two individuals is considered by their Jewish employers to be a feature, not a bug, as it is meant to intimidate. The message is: “these men are insane, they have nothing to lose, they could do anything and they are stalking you and your family.”

Finally, neither of these men are political. In order for Hayden to believe that fake Assange tweet was real, he would have to have basically no knowledge at all of what has gone on in politics over the last three years. They are not hired to write anything political. They are hitmen, who write defamation pieces as an excuse to engaged in harassment campaigns.

These are two men who I have had direct experience with. But the larger whole of the media functions in this same capacity. They are not simply there to lie to the people, to confuse them, they are also there to bully the people – including individuals.

The Dan Kleve Affair

Michael Hayden recently played a key role in a low-level psychological warfare operation against a University of Nebraska student named Dan Kleve.

There is a situation happening right now where young people are saying “screw it” and going public with their knowledge about the role that the Jews are playing in our society. So there is a desire for a large public display of punishment, in an attempt to stop others from coming out publicly.

There are hundreds if not thousands of young guys who have already revealed their identity or could have their identity revealed with little effort who have publicly spoken about the Jews.

Hayden, a sycophantic servant of the Jews, attempted to do this to Dan Kleve.

Outrage was drummed-up on campus over a livestream he did, and protests were held calling for him to be expelled.

So Hayden rushed in and tried to grab some favor with the Jews.

Thankfully, the article was so boring and poorly written – and reporters for other outlets are so embarrassed to cite Newsweek as a source – that it did not result in any further coverage. It got so few backlinks that it only made it to sixth (6) place on Google for “Dan Kleve.”

Antifa sites, Facebook posts and a change.org petition to have him expelled appear before it.

Kleve has not thus far been expelled.

What is interesting is the methodology Hayden used, which Kleve discussed on a recent episode of The Daily Shoah and several other Alt-Right podcasts. It was sloppy, but he did have a plan.

He grabbed ahold of a situation which was already developing after antifa groups singled out Kleve.

He then started texting Kleve, and telling him that he was trying to help him.

This was plan A: get Kleve to renounce his beliefs to the media by telling him the suffering would stop. This is very basic psychological manipulation: the person hurting you tells you that you are actually hurting yourself, and the solution is to just do whatever the person hurting you tells you to do – to go along with the consensus of the group, and ask for forgiveness. Every cult uses this technique to enforce compliance of members.

If Hayden succeeded in getting him to break, other websites would have to go ahead and link Newsweek, because a NEO-NAZI WHITE SUPREMACIST renouncing his beliefs would be too juicy not to report.

This would serve both to humiliate Kleve as an individual, and to demoralize the Alt-Right generally.

Plan A failed, Kleve told him to go to hell.

Plan B was to print a vile, defamatory hate piece, which would further enflame the mob, and lead to Kleve either being expelled or murdered. He wrote a longform article in an attempt to provoke a news cycle full of stories about Kleve. He included deranged fake news, such as rumors that he had secretly made threatening statements. The message of the article was that he is an immediate danger – that he is getting ready to start killing people – and that someone has to do something to stop him. Hayden could have simply written “GO KILL THIS MAN HE IS AN EVIL NAZI RACIST.”

The goal of this – along with destroying and potentially killing a man – is to make an example, so that others will not be so open with their beliefs.

This is called a “chilling effect.” And that is the bottom line with the entire war on political dissidents.

It didn’t work.

But this is a method that will continue to be used.

A War on the People

From the poor old granny humiliated by CNN and accused of being a KGB agent, to the targeted harassment of me and my family, to the attempt to destroy Dan Kleve, we have a picture of a media that is totally out of control and is being used as a weapon against the people.

None of this has anything to do with news and information. None of it relates to legitimate advocacy of a specific political viewpoint. This is the media functioning as a machine of war against the ideological opponents of the reigning political order.

The Jews are aware that there are millions of us now. We are not all ride or die activists, but the number of people who would be willing to come out and say “yeah, I am sick of Jews and I want a white country for white people” is at at least 15% of the white population in America. And they know that a dam is about ready to break, and that this is soon going to be acceptable to say, and when that happens – when it is clear to the people that it is okay to think how we think – that number is going to quadruple within a year.

Attempting to crucify individuals, randomly, is a sign of utter desperation.

We are very close, friends, to reaching the mainstream.

The head of the Federal Communications Commission Ajit Pai is apparently getting harassed for promising to repeal net neutrality.

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chairman chairman Ajit Pai asked people to stop harassing his family over his attempts to roll back net neutrality provisions.

During a Monday interview on Fox News’s “Fox & Friends,” Pai addressed a sign that was put up outside his home that mentioned his children’s names and read: “They will come to know the truth. Dad murdered Democracy in cold blood.”

“It certainly crosses a line with me,” Pai said.

“I understand that people are passionate about policy, but the one thing in America that should remain sacred is that families, wives and kids, should remain out of it,” he continued.

“And stop harassing us at our homes.”

There’s no doubt that Silicon Valley is going into overdrive trying to keep net neutrality regulations in place. That’s because they’ve been the main beneficiaries of this policy. They are going all out with a propaganda campaign to make people believe that repealing net neutrality will result in the end of internet freedom. Their campaign has been effective enough to the point where they’ve convinced useful idiots to harass the FCC chairman’s family. The good news is that it doesn’t appear as if he’s getting scared off from the harassment. It looks as if he is going to go through with the repeal.

As we already know, the Silicon Valley position is absurd because internet censorship is in full force despite net neutrality being in place since 2015. The Daily Stormer is the foremost example of how Silicon Valley has conspired to eliminate a political view from the public square. We’ve been banned from multiple domain registrars and blacklisted from every major social media site and service imaginable. The FCC’s net neutrality regulations have done nothing for us.

The same companies responsible for censoring political views on the internet are claiming that we need net neutrality to prevent internet censorship. How can people not see the hypocrisy with this position?

Net neutrality supporters are more concerned with the theoretical censorship that internet service providers might engage in than the actual real life censorship engaged in by Silicon Valley.

Never forget that Blacks hate our people and will go out of their way to harm us.

These women are lucky they were not murdered.

Dominique Thomas, 24, appeared before a Franklin County Municipal Court judge Thursday morning.

In court, an attorney speaking on behalf of the state of Ohio revealed Thomas told a Reynoldsburg police detective he targeted white people because he does not like white people. All five victims, according to court documents, were white women.

In one case, Thomas is charged with calling the victim a felon and a prostitute and threatening to break her phone. In another case, he’s accused of making sexual gestures and threatening that the victim would be shot. In a third case, he is accused of spitting in the victim’s face and repeatedly saying, “Shoot or stab.”
