Race-based hiring quotas are becoming a policy across the Western world, being more and more aggressively implemented. In America, they have to obfuscate it a bit, because there are unambiguous laws making it illegal.

In Europe, they can just go full-on.

A third of vacancies within the city of Hanover will be reserved exclusively for migrant applicants, new proposals praised by the local Green party have revealed.

“A green mayor makes the difference!” wrote Turkish-born Filiz Polat, the managing director of the Greens parliamentary group, in a tweet on Wednesday, which confirmed that “by the end of 2026, a third of all newly advertised positions in the city should be filled by applicants with a migration background.”

The draft resolution proposed by the city’s integration committee, which is currently comprised of Greens, SPD, and CDU politicians, says the “target figure for all new hires is 30 percent” in order to significantly increase the proportion of people with foreign roots within the local administration.

The city will furthermore establish a publicity campaign to “motivate young people from immigrant families to take advantage of the wide range of training and study opportunities in the state capital” in order to firmly cement Hanover’s status as an “immigration city.”

The campaign will comprise a “Day of Diversity” at local schools, while further developing “anti-racist coaching” across authorities and public bodies. A prize will also be awarded for “migrant companies” in the local area.

The Green mayor, Belit Onay, also of Turkish heritage, has pushed the party’s agenda vigorously since taking office in November 2019.

The plan has attracted criticism from political opponents who consider the proposal to be unlawful.

Alexander Graf Lambsdorff, an FDP member of the Bundestag declared the plan to be “evidently unconstitutional, if I understand our Basic Law correctly.”

“What happens to the other two-thirds?” Lambsdorff asked Polat in a tweet. “Are they reserved for organic Germans?” he added, suggesting any form of discrimination in favor of either “organic Germans” or “those of a migrant background” for a particular vacancy would be unconstitutional.

I love this term “organic Germans.”

It’s incredible that these people are still able to get away with this “diversity is good” thing after all of these years proving that diversity is pretty much the worst thing ever.

How stupid and cowardly are people that they are willing to go along with this to feel good about themselves?

When the new Gandy Elementary School in Ashland opens in 2024, one feature is sure to stand out: All the restrooms in the school will be gender neutral.

After a 10-month dispute, the plan may come as a surprise since the school board is currently facing a lawsuit for not approving a transgender bathroom policy.

A 2020 state law requires school boards across the Commonwealth to recognize transgender and non-binary students.

The board gave the green light to the gender-neutral bathrooms at the new Gandy last week.

The designer says each Gandy student will have complete privacy.

“Every single stall has complete privacy. The partitions go from the floor to the ceiling. There are no gaps between the door and the wall, and when you’re doing you’re private activities, you’re doing them in the utmost privacy, “ Crabtree Rohrbaugh and Associate’s Architecture Josh Bower said in the board meeting last week.

Bower said bathroom sinks would be located in hallways when students wash their hands or comb their hair.

Not all parents agree with this decision. A handful of parents, who declined to talk on camera, told NBC12 that they feel this plan is inappropriate for students, especially those at such a young and vital age, where they are still developing socially and emotionally.

It’s totally and completely a social experiment on children.

Though they are probably aware that it will make them become less social and less sexual.

A military-aged ‘asylum seeker’ from Afghanistan has confessed to raping an 11-year-old girl with learning disabilities in the Hanover region of Lower Saxony with two other migrant accomplices.

The three predatory, Afghan invaders took advantage of the innocent feelings of the young girl with learning disabilities and raped her on three separate occasions in September of 2018, German daily newspaper Bild reports.

Khundal R., aged 22, whose full name has yet to be released by German media, is an asylum seeker from Afghanistan who came to Germany in 2015 during the migrant crisis. The Afghan invader currently lives in Hesse and is believed to have four aliases.

On Monday, Khundal R. appeared at Hanover’s Regional Court for trial proceedings. During the arraignment, Kundal R. admitted to corresponding with the 11-year-old special needs girl via online chat.

The Afghan migrant then used the girls’ vulnerabilities and the fact that she was seeking tenderness, closeness, and confirmation to convince her that he had her best interests at heart and that the two should meet up.

The Hanover court heard how Khundai and Ezatullah took turns photographing the rape of the 11-year-old girl. Authorities also found selfies on Khundai’s mobile phone which showed the two migrants sticking their tongues in front of the 11-year-old girl.

The victim’s mother, a 36-year-old nurse, told the court that before the rapes, “She was a laughing girl. After what happened to her, not anymore.”

Her mother also added that since the attacks her daughter has starting self-harming, has become suicidal, and now lives in a therapeutic group home.

I have mixed feelings about this crime.

On the one hand, the Turk killed the German. On the other hand, the German was in the Turk’s way…

There’s blame on both sides.

A 40-year-old German man was murdered because he was in the way, when a 28-year-old Turkish cyclist passed by. The pedestrian died yesterday in hospital.

The Turk beat the man from Hanover into a coma. He later died from his injuries. The 28-year-old dismounted his bicycle and attacked the pedestrian in Limmer Street in Hanover’s Linden-Nord district, because he had allegedly obstructed him as he crossed the street.

The martial artist struck the 40-year-old several times in the face leaving the victim unconscious. The man hit the ground being left with severe head injuries. Although passers-by immediately provided first aid, the pedestrian fell into a coma and did not wake up.

The crime took place on Monday, Ilja T died on Thursday. Meanwhile, police are investigating the Turkish-born cyclist for manslaughter.

According to prosecutor Kathrin Söfker, the attacker has martial arts experience: “He must know that such blows cause serious injuries”, she told newspaper HAZ.

According to investigators, the perpetrator may have been under the influence of drugs. However, blood test results are still pending.

Ten years after a man was found shot to death in a car in Mechanicsville, Hanover County Sheriff’s have made an arrest in the case.

Investigators arrested Devion M. Gentry, 32, in connection with the 2004 homicide of Russell D. Franklin. A deputy found Franklin dead of a single shot to the chest on August 14, 2004. His 1995 light blue Cadillac ran off the road and hit a fence on Old Hickory Drive at Route 360. Franklin was dead in his driver’s seat.

Gentry is being held without bond at Riverside Regional Jail in Hopewell on charges of first degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

“I’m exceptionally proud of our investigative team for their unwavering dedication to resolving this case, and I hope it will provide some level of closure for the family of Mr. Franklin,” said Colonel David R. Hines, sheriff. “In addition, I hope this sends a clear message to criminals that we simply do not quit in our pursuit of justice.”

In February, detectives said Franklin met the suspect or suspects in the parking lot of a Mechanicsville daycare center the morning of the crime. They believe there was a confrontation and Franklin was probably hit by one of two shots as he tried to drive off.

Franklin left behind an son, Chance, who was only eight years old when his dad died.

A Baltimore woman was arrested on New Years Eve after police say she left her four-year-old daughter locked in a car all day at Maryland Live! Casino.

Police say Alicia Brown, 24, stashed her young child in an SUV for more than eight hours. A casino security officer heard screams and spotted the child on the 4th floor of a Maryland Live! parking garage sobbing, freezing and terribly confused.

“The first thing I did when I got the message was gasp,” Anne Arundel County Police spokesman Lt. T.J. Smith said. “We don’t do this to animals, we certainly shouldn’t do this to children.”

Casino security cameras captured Brown driving into the parking garage around 10 a.m. Tuesday. The Baltimore resident reportedly placed blankets over the windows of her white GMC Terrain to hide her daughter from passersby.

The 24-year-old then entered the casino and gambled without checking on her child’s well-being once. When she finally emerged from the casino floor at 6:30 p.m., police officers and security guards were surrounding her car. Brown was quickly placed under arrest.

Authorities say the young girl told security officers that her mom had told her she would “be right back.”

“I was asked earlier if she gave an excuse for this. Personally I don’t care what her excuse is, there’s no reason to leave a four-year-old child inside of a cold vehicle,” Lt. Smith added.

Before she was arrested, officials say that Brown originally wondered out loud where her 17-year-old cousin was, as she was apparently supposed to be watching the girl. Brown quickly recanted that statement.

With the temperature at the time of the girl’s discovery just 2 degrees above freezing, paramedics transported the pre-schooler to Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Doctors there found the youngster to be cold and hungry, but in good health. She was released to her grandmother.

“It’s a case of darn right not caring,” Arundel Mills Mall shopper Nick Choobineh remarked. “It’s your child, it’s your flesh and blood. I mean a couple of dice and a couple of cards in a casino game are worth more than a child? That woman is not worthy of being a mother.”

“Who would do such a thing,” Arundel Mills Mall shopper Pam Teal asked rhetorically. “A small child in the car for eight hours? That’s terrible. If she’s in jail, she’s in the right place right now.”
