U.S. military plane is deporting migrants to India, a U.S. official said on Monday, the farthest destination of the Trump administration’s military transport flights for migrants.

A federal judge on Thursday temporarily blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order denying U.S. citizenship to the children of parents living in the country illegally, calling it “blatantly unconstitutional” during the first hearing in a multi-state effort challenging the order.

The 14th Amendment to the Constitution promises citizenship to those born on U.S. soil, a measure ratified in 1868 to ensure citizenship for former slaves after the Civil War. But in an effort to curb unlawful immigration, Trump issued the executive order just after being sworn in for his second term on Monday.

The order would deny citizenship to those born after Feb. 19 whose parents are in the country illegally. It also forbids U.S. agencies from issuing any document or accepting any state document recognizing citizenship for such children.

Trump’s order drew immediate legal challenges across the country, with at least five lawsuits being brought by 22 states and a number of immigrants rights groups. A lawsuit brought by Washington, Arizona, Oregon and Illinois was the first to get a hearing.

“I’ve been on the bench for over four decades. I can’t remember another case where the question presented was as clear as this one is,” U.S. District Judge John Coughenour told a Justice Department attorney. “This is a blatantly unconstitutional order.”

Thursday’s decision prevents the Trump administration from taking steps to implement the executive order for 14 days. In the meantime, the parties will submit further arguments about the merits of Trump’s order. Coughenour scheduled a hearing on Feb. 6 to decide whether to block it long term as the case proceeds.

Coughenour, 84, a Ronald Reagan appointee who was nominated to the federal bench in 1981, grilled the DOJ attorney, Brett Shumate, asking whether Shumate personally believed the order was constitutional.

“I have difficulty understanding how a member of the bar could state unequivocally that this is a constitutional order,” he added.

President Donald Trump ‘s administration moved Tuesday to end affirmative action in federal contracting and directed that all federal diversity, equity and inclusion staff be put on paid leave and eventually be laid off.

The moves follow an executive order Trump signed on his first day ordering a sweeping dismantling of the federal government’s diversity and inclusion programs that could touch on everything from anti-bias training to funding for minority farmers and homeowners. Trump has called the programs “discrimination” and insisted on restoring strictly “merit-based” hiring.

The executive order on affirmative action revokes an order issued by President Lyndon Johnson, and curtails DEI programs by federal contractors and grant recipients. It’s using one of the key tools utilized by the Biden administration to promote DEI programs across the private sector — pushing their use by federal contractors — to now eradicate them.

The Office of Personnel Management in a Tuesday memo directed agencies to place DEI office staffers on paid leave by 5 p.m. Wednesday and take down all public DEI-focused webpages by the same deadline. Several federal departments had removed the webpages even before the memorandum. Agencies must also cancel any DEI-related training and end any related contracts, and federal workers are being asked to report to Trump’s Office of Personnel Management if they suspect any DEI-related program has been renamed to obfuscate its purpose within 10 days or face “adverse consequences.”

By Thursday, federal agencies are directed to compile a list of federal DEI offices and workers as of Election Day. By next Friday, they are expected to develop a plan to execute a “reduction-in-force action” against those federal workers.

This is honestly sort of meaningless.

All of this culture war stuff is just inane nonsense sent to the peasants to get them murmuring to one another angrily.

Insee said 646,000 people died in France in 2024, an increase of 1.1 percent from the previous year, because of baby boomers reaching old age.

France had a population of 68.6 million as of January 1, 2025, an increase of 0.25 percent over one year.

Migration flows added a net 152,000 people to the overall population last year, Insee said.

Life expectancy for people in France has stabilised at a “historically high level”, at 85.6 years for women and 80 years for men.

Last year, President Emmanuel Macron said he wanted to revive France’s sluggish birth rate, pledging to offer a better parental leave and combat infertility.

“Infertility” isn’t really even a thing anymore. It’s like the “AIDS crisis.” All of the sudden it just stopped.

I’m not an expert, but I think it is at this point virtually impossible for a man to not have viable sperm for IVF, and women can freeze their eggs before 30 and have kids really old if they’re still healthy. Really a non-issue.

It was an issue for a while, because all of these chemicals in the environment have destroyed people’s natural fertility, but unnatural fertility has been maxed out over the last decade. (It’s possible the coronavirus vax did something to women’s fertility that hasn’t really been examined yet, but that isn’t clear and there are definitely women who got the vax getting pregnant.)

Parental leave is also a non-issue. No woman ever said “okay, I’ll have kids when I get more parental leave.” The issue is much bigger and deeper than that.

The claim that low fertility has a relationship to economics is totally retarded on its face, because the richest countries in the world have the lowest fertility, while the poorest countries have the highest fertility rate. The only rich countries with reasonable birthrates are strict Islamic states.

The problem is women’s rights. As long as you have women’s rights, you’re going to be headed to extinction.

Foreigners are more than three times as likely to be arrested for sex crimes in the UK as British citizens, according to a first-of-its-kind analysis by the Centre for Migration Control using data from the Home Office and the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

The report comes amid claims that the government has purposefully suppressed information on migrant crime stats, as well as a renewed uproar over institutional cover-ups in the ‘grooming gangs’ scandal.

Groups of men across the UK, predominantly of Pakistani origin, have reportedly raped and tortured thousands of underage girls in towns across northern England over the last two decades.

Police in England and Wales arrested more than 9,000 foreign nationals for sexual offenses between January and October last year, according to the data, which was released through Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. That figure represented 26.1% of the total estimated 35,000 arrests for sexual offenses.

The data show almost 165 arrests per 100,000 of the migrant population, in comparison to 48 arrests per 100,000 British citizens.

In the City of London, foreign nationals accounted for almost 67% of arrests for sexual offenses.

Looking at all crimes, the report showed that foreign nationals were arrested at twice the rate of Britons, with 131,000 arrests over the same period last year. While foreigners make up nine percent of the population, they accounted for more than 16% of arrests.

So they’re comparing “non-citizens” with “British citizens.” I don’t think that is a meaningful distinction. A lot of the “non-citizens” would be Poles and hohols, who probably commit more crimes generally, but wouldn’t be likely to commit sexual crimes. Meanwhile, there are apparently many negroes with “British citizenship.”

Basically, when it comes to actual rape (as opposed to Brock Turner type nonsense), you’re going to find that 100% of these crimes are committed by nonwhites.

That would also go for virtually all violent crime in the UK, with the exception of Brits rioting against violent crime committed by nonwhites.

A Colorado man attacked a TV news reporter while asking if he was a citizen and taunting him that this was life now in the US with Donald Trump’s second presidency looming, criminal court documents allege.

The man, Patrick Thomas Egan, was arrested on 18 December in Grand Junction on suspicion of bias-motivated crimes, second-degree assault and harassment.

According to police, Egan, 39, followed the car of the KKCO/KJCT reporter Ja’Ronn Alex, who later told police he believed he was targeted because he is Pacific Islander.

An arrest affidavit in the case said Egan arrived by taxi, pulled up next to Alex – who was on an assignment at the time – at a stoplight and asked: “Are you even a US citizen? This is Trump’s America now! I’m a marine and I took an oath to protect this country from people like you!”

The affidavit described Egan as tackling Alex and putting him in a headlock before Egan “began to strangle him”, causing co-workers to run out and help.

According to the documents, witnesses said Alex looked like he was struggling to breathe during the attack, which was caught on surveillance footage, the Associated Press reported.

Britain’s intelligence services have been slammed for a ‘racist’ internship that doesn’t let white students apply for roles at MI5, MI6 and GCHQ.

Pupils are being offered the opportunity of a paid, 10-11 week ‘intelligence internship’ next summer, which promises the ‘first steps towards an exciting full-time career’.

But the advert explains that the application is only open to students from a ‘Black, Asian, mixed heritage or ethnic minority’, and who are from a ‘socially or economically disadvantaged’ background.

This means that any white British student from a socially deprived background would not be eligible for the internship which could lead them to a bright career as a spy.

The advert states that the services are ‘confining the applications for this internship to those within this demographic due to a current underrepresentation in our workforce’.

Shadow home secretary Chris Philp branded the internship programme ‘racist’ and urged for it to be taken down.

‘I understand the need to encourage applications from a wide range of backgrounds, including underrepresented minorities,’ he said.

‘But this is an overtly racist policy and it should be immediately discontinued.’


He added: ‘It implies it is impossible for any white person to be deprived or deserving of assistance.’

Meanwhile, a former senior Royal Air Force (RAF) told The Telegraph he thought the decision not to let poor white students apply is ‘blatant discrimination’.

Employers are allowed to take ‘positive action’ by encouraging certain groups to apply for jobs, according to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC).

It adds that positive action is lawful if the action taken is ‘proportionate’ to address the issue.
