The unrepentant founder of Greece’s neo-Nazi Golden Dawn, who insisted followers addressed him as the Fuhrer, has been released from prison four years into a sentence of 13 and a half years, having been convicted of operating a criminal organisation that posed as a political party.

Nikos Michaloliakos, a Holocaust denier and admirer of Adolf Hitler, was allowed to return to his home in Athens this week although his “conditional discharge” was only made public on Thursday.

The news sparked fury among members of the country’s anti-fascist movement. “It’s a scandalous decision,” said Petros Constantinou, the chief coordinator of the front, known as Keerfa. “It did not need to happen and will give the green light to fascists to regroup and continue attacks ahead of the European elections.”

He said operatives of the far-right, ultra-nationalist party still ran branches in Thessaloniki despite it being officially disbanded.

The party was banned because that’s what happens in a democracy

Michaloliakos, an anti-vaxxer who spent a large part of his imprisonment in a rehabilitation clinic after becoming seriously ill during the coronavirus pandemic, was sentenced at the end of a landmark trial to 13-and-a-half years in jail for crimes ranging from violent attacks on immigrants, to weapons offences and the murder of an anti-fascist musician.

Greek media reported his release application had been vigorously opposed by a state prosecutor. The magistrate had argued that despite meeting the criterion of serving three fifths of his jail term, once pre-trial detention was taken into account, the 67-year-old showed no remorse for his actions and should not be set free.

The discharge, agreed by a judicial council in the central town of Lamia, stipulated that Michaloliakos was banned from fraternising with other far-right activists and would have to present himself at a local police station once a month. He was also forbidden from leaving the greater Athens region of Attica.

Yeah, so… he’s not allowed to do anything.

He probably will do something, and go back to prison.

Greece is cracking down on a bunch of other right-wingers as well:

The move came days after Greece’s supreme court banned another extremist party, the Spartans, from contesting next month’s European elections, arguing the organisation, which has 11 MPs, “aims at the weakening and demise of the democratic political system, particularly through the use of violence or incitement to violence”.

Several of its deputies face charges of electoral fraud, with the fate of the Spartans’ parliamentary group expected to be decided soon by a special court.

They just invent bizarre charges and ban right-wing groups. This has been going on for a decade, at the behest of the Germans.

There is no way to have a country with free elections and also be a part of the EU. German women will come in and start telling you what to do.

Greece just keeps banning parties to defend democracy

Democracy literally means “women control everything and little children are taught how to have gay sex.”

It doesn’t mean “people can vote.”

People vote in North Korea.

I think people like, maybe aren’t aware that they have elections in North Korea? Which is definitely not a “democracy”?

If democracy means “people can vote,” then bascially every country in the world is a democracy.

It doesn’t mean that.

A decision to disqualify a far-right group from participating in Greece’s forthcoming general election was taken in the interests of safeguarding democracy, the country’s supreme court has said.

The nation’s highest legal body said the extremist Hellenes party was clearly “the successor” of the now defunct Golden Dawn, whose neo-Nazi leaders are serving jail terms for crimes ranging from murder to assault.

“The aim of the accused, Ilias Kasidiaris, was to reappear once again on the political scene,” the justices wrote in a 400-page explication of the ruling, extracts of which were published on Thursday. “He founded the new party as the successor and continuation of … the criminal organisation Golden Dawn with himself [appointed] as the real leader.”

Reminder: Golden Dawn was banned because some dude got in a fight with another dude

Nine out of 10 supreme court judges agreed to ban Hellenes, essentially upholding legal amendments voted through the Greek parliament earlier this year. MPs who backed blocking the far-right force from fielding candidates in the 21 May poll did so citing its leader’s criminal conviction.

Explaining the court’s decision, the justices singled out Kasidiaris’s predilection for violence and embrace of “racist and intolerant ideas”, arguing his policies not only “do not respect democracy” but were aimed, ultimately, at dismantling the democratic state and institutions of rule of law.

The 42-year-old Holocaust denier, a senior Golden Dawn MP who formed the Hellenes before being jailed in October 2020 for his role in the former party, has regularly used social media to address supporters from prison and wasted no time announcing his next move after the court ruling.

In statements posted on Twitter he vowed to take the case to the European court of human rights, saying the judgment had denied hundreds of thousands of Greek citizens their democratic right.

“Today, the first independent evidence was released proving that the supreme court’s unconstitutional decision was premeditated, politically dictated and written long before the court was in session,” said Kasidiaris who was sentenced to 13-and-a-half years in prison. “The struggle of the Hellenes for the homeland and democracy will go all the way to the end.”

The administration of the prime minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, welcomed “the historic decision”.

Kasidiaris is a hero and should really be the head of the European Union.

Instead, despite the fact he could easily win the Greek election, he’s not allowed to run – because Greece is a democracy.

This is the rules, this is what is happening, this is the reality.

The Greek parliament paved the way for banning political parties whose leaders have been convicted of crimes from running in elections, ahead of national polls in spring.

Lawmakers in Athens voted late Wednesday in favour of an amendment aimed at preventing political parties such as the extreme-right Golden Dawn — once Greece’s third-biggest political force — from standing candidates in the election, after it was declared a criminal gang linked to hate crimes in a 2020 court ruling.

The new legislation will also impact the small, far-right party Hellenes party — which means “Greeks” — which was co-founded by former Golden Dawn lawmaker and spokesman Ilias Kasidiaris.

Kasidiaris was sentenced to 13 years in jail in 2020, but this new amendment will prevent him from placing “a straw man at the head of his party while continuing to lead the party de facto”, said constitutional law expert Nikos Alivizatos.

Despite being in prison, Kassidiaris has continued his political activities. He regularly addresses his supporters from his cell through voice messages broadcast on his YouTube channel, which has more than 120,000 subscribers.

According to a recent poll, the “Hellenes” party would obtain 3.4% of the vote in the next elections, above the 3% threshold for getting MPs into parliament.

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis insisted it was “the moral obligation of democracy to guard against its enemies”.

That’s the true fact: in the morality of democracy, it cannot tolerate voting.

There is no room for input from the public on the machine that is democracy.

In Greece, a right-wing political party with sitting members in Parliament was declared a criminal organization, and all its leaders given upwards of a decade in prison, because someone got stabbed at a bar fight, and they said the stabber was a supporter of the party.

If this standard was used on the left, how much time in jail would Democrats get for over a year of nonstop riots in all major cities in America?

Ioannis Lagos, facing jail in Greece for crimes linked to the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party, has been detained by Belgian police after the European Parliament voted to lift his immunity.

Lagos was convicted last October, along with the rest of the party leadership, of running a criminal organisation.

Although the court jailed him for more than 13 years, he was given immunity because he is an elected Euro MP.

Lagos, 48, said he was on his way to prison in a Belgian police car.

“The thieves, atheists, anti-Greeks are taking me to jail,” he complained on Twitter, hours after colleagues in the European Parliament voted by 658 to 25 to strip him of his immunity. Greek reports said Belgian police had responded to an Interpol notice filed by their Greek colleagues.

When anti-fascist hip-hop musician Pavlos Fyssas was murdered by a party supporter in the Keratsini area of western Athens in 2013, a criminal inquiry was launched.

They claimed that the stabbing as a “targeted assassination,” without ever presenting any evidence. Then just put everyone in prison.

We covered this heavily on the Stormer, but virtually no other Western media wanted to touch it. Breitbart and the likes did’t want to be associated with “neo-Nazis,” of course (despite the fact no one can explain what that term means).

Lagos was both MP and a local commander in the Piraeus area near where Fyssas died. He was elected to serve Golden Dawn in the European Parliament in 2019 but defected weeks afterwards, becoming an independent MEP. It is not yet clear if he will challenge extradition.

Golden Dawn leader Nikos Michaloliakos was among 39 defendants given jail terms last October at the end of a five-year trial for running a criminal gang or taking part in it.

Lagos avoided arrest because of his parliamentary immunity while fellow leading member Christos Pappas disappeared. He has not been seen since the verdict was announced, prompting criticism of both police and politicians for allowing him to go on the run.

Pappas has long been viewed as Golden Dawn’s ideological godfather and was photographed under a Nazi flag and filmed teaching children to do the Hitler salute.

This stuff doesn’t happen in third world countries either. This has actually never happened anywhere, and it is only possible under democracy.

Democracy is the single most corrupt possible system of government which has ever existed in all of human history.

When I was a kid, the idea of locking up an opposition political party on false charges was considered something oppressive.

But that was before Nazism.

A Greek court on Wednesday handed a 13-year jail term to the leader of the neo-Nazi group Golden Dawn, Nikos Michaloliakos, for running a criminal organization under the guise of a political party.

Six other former senior members were sentenced between 10 and 13 years on similar charges, and 11 former Golden Dawn lawmakers were sentenced to between five and seven years in prison for being members of a criminal group.

Golden Dawn has been blamed for organizing multiple, violent attacks targeting immigrants and left-wing activists. Most were carried out in Athens.

Closing a violent chapter

The landmark ruling is the culmination of a five-year court casethat involved more than 50 defendants convicted of crimes ranging from illegal weapons possession, murder and assault.

The trial has been described as one of the most important in Greece’s political history.

The judges will now decide if any of the sentences can be suspended pending appeals by the defendants. Those denied appeal will likely be detained later in the week.

None of Golden Dawn’s main members attended the sentencing.

The extremist party’s leaders were arrested in 2013 after the killing of anti-fascist rapper Pavlos Fyssas by a Golden Dawn supporter sparked nationwide protests. That led to a government crackdown on the party. 

On Wednesday, the court also sentenced Golden Dawn member Yiorgos Roupakias to life in prison for Fyssas’ murder

Several other former party members were sentenced between six and seven years for being complicit in the murder.

Golden Dawn was founded as a neo-Nazi group in the 1980s and rose to prominence during the Euro financial crisis. The party entered the Greek parliament for the first time in 2012 after tapping into citizens’ concerns about migration and austerity measures.

This is what happened: a soccer hooligan who supported the party (as most soccer hooligans will) stabbed an Antifa during a riot. They claimed that this obviously riot-oriented murder was a conspiracy organized at the highest levels of the party.

Just like with the imprisoning of James Fields, everyone knows this is fake. The Jewish media and other Jewish and Jewlike leftists are cheering it because they think right-wingers should be jailed for their beliefs.

It’s nice to be able to just declare your political enemies a criminal gang.

In its decision, the court ruled that seven of the party’s former lawmakers, including party leader Michaloliakos, were guilty of running a criminal organization. In total, 68 defendants were involved in the case, including 18 former parliamentarians.

The trial considered four separate criminal charges involving the murder of Greek rapper Pavlos Fyssas in 2013, attacks on migrant fishermen, attacks on left-wing activists and whether Golden Dawn was involved in criminal activity.

The trial began in 2015, after a supporter of Golden Dawn was accused of murdering Fyssas, who was known for his anti-fascist views. As a result, Michaloliakos and more than a dozen party members were arrested and charged with participating in a criminal enterprise. Golden Dawn claims that the trial is a political witch-hunt.

Yes: a soccer hooligan who was ostensibly a supporter of the party stabbed an Antifa during a riot, so they arrested the entire party, including 18 members of parliament, and said they all worked as a part of a criminal plot to stab this one random guy.

They did early morning raids, with masked men holding assault rifles.

It was totally insane. Just an openly retarded hoax, actually somehow even dumber than the Russiagate thing.

This was years in the making and it isn’t surprising.

Basically, Golden Dawn was at the point where there was a real chance they were going to be elected to run the country. So the government just started arresting them on complete nonsense charges, and claiming they were a criminal gang.

The Greek government was under massive, massive pressure from all of these international groups, in particular the Jews. If an openly fascist, far right party had seized power through the electoral process in a Western European country (albeit a Southern one), it would have made everyone in every other country say: “Hey, why don’t we get some of those hardcore guys to deal with our problems!? They seem to know what’s up with crap – and they deal with it! We’ve got all these problems and nobody ever does nothing! Get us some of those marching guys with the flags to fix this crap in our crap over here!”

What this shows is what we’ve already seen with the persecution of Donald Trump: “democracy” is not a real thing. It’s a staged hoax. They will let you vote as long as you stay within the lines. But electing people who actually do what you want them to do was never part of the deal.

Jews view it like this: you can go to McDonald’s and order a Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder. If you walk up to the counter and order a handjob, you get kicked out of the store.

McDonald’s doesn’t offer handjobs. Democracy doesn’t offer politicians who do what you want them to do and actually solve your problems.

Golden Dawn was awesome.

They were good optics.

However, to be fair, they did do some stuff that wasn’t great. Like the AfD in Germany, they were constantly getting caught doing Nazi stuff.

Not that they shouldn’t be allowed to do Nazi stuff. But it’s a bad idea. It doesn’t really help anything, ever. You can do everything like the Nazis, you can march around with flags, do salutes, honor the heroes, etc. etc. etc. Frankly, most people are comfortable with all of that and don’t recognize it as Nazism.

But it’s better not to actually do literal Hitler Nazism. When you do that, like when you get caught at the beach with a swastika tattoo, or something, then you’ve left an opening for attack. You don’t need blurry pictures of you doing that thing with your arm.

There’s just no reason. It doesn’t help anything, ever.

I don’t want to do victim blaming here. Again, they should be allowed to do Nazi stuff if they want to. There is no reason they shouldn’t be allowed to do that. But the simple reality situation is that it increases risks and adds little to nothing.

It’s very sad what’s happened here. I lived in Greece personally, back in 2012-14, and spent a lot of time hanging out with these guys.

They are very good guys, and they really love their country. Good, great folks who really cared about family happiness and taking care of the people.

Everyone who believes in this scam of democracy should be looking at this. Whatever your political affiliations might be. If a political party, with many members in the parliament, can just all of a sudden be declared a criminal gang because a soccer hooligan stabbed a communist at a riot, then you do not have a democracy, you have a sham.

A series of fires targeting Antifa squats have burned Judeo-left terrorists out of their nests in Hellas.

Neighbors greeted the fires as liberation from the pungent odor contaminating their block. Additionally, the anarchist bases are hotbeds of violence, drug smuggling and often house illegal immigrant criminals terrorizing the public.

These flunkies may be the sons and daughters of politicians, businessmen and “intellectuals,” but in Greece, the Antifas have carte blanche from the government to murder nationalists (even more so than in the USA).

The fires happened during a nationalist rally over the dispute with FYROM. The NATO invented rump state has been named “Macedonia” after the ancient Greek homeland, despite having nothing to do with it or its history.

Far-right violence gripped a northern city in Greece after hundreds of thousands of nationalists took to the streets for a protest.

Greek far-rightists on Sunday burned down a building used as an activist squat in the northern city of Thessaloniki.

The violence took place after a rally staged in opposition to negotiations over a name dispute with Greece’s northern neighbour, Macedonia.

Protesters set the Libertatia social centre alight, according to Greek-language media.

No injuries were reported.

The far-right group also attacked a nearby squat known as “The School”, but were confronted by anarchists and anti-fascist activists who pushed them back, witnesses wrote on Twitter.

A statement later posted on Athens IndyMedia, an anarchist news site, called for a “an immediate, militant mobilisation” against far-right attacks.

Images posted to social media also showed a Holocaust memorial in the northern city vandalised with far-right graffiti.

At “The School,” (hot bed of extremist activity) nationalists overpowered the cops (who protect the anarchists and their illegal dwellings) and gave the commies a wedgie!

As usual, the J-leftists declared it a victory…

First of all, this hideous structure is the act of vandalism, since it is really ugly and dedicated to a malicious anti-white blood libel.

It’s hard to believe, but the prosecution of Greece’s Xrysh Aygh (Golden Dawn) is now in its third year.

Golden Dawn was one of the spearheads in the ongoing revolutionary Western renaissance. They revised a known model and defeated the powerful Greek J-left in the street, which allowed them to become the third largest party in the country. At the time, Jews in New York City ordered the bought and paid for Greek government to imprison all their parliament members so they wouldn’t have room to grow.

They were forced to spend 18 months in prison with no trial in a political crackdown not seen since Greece’s military dictatorship. The leadership was forced to sit out important elections and its party logistics were under close surveillance by ruling forces.

They are accused of organizing a top-down assassination conspiracy to take out…some little known wigger antifa rapper!

They are accused of a plot to assassinate this guy…

So far, the bogus trial against them has been transparently corrupt and broken the whole way. Just yesterday, the prosecutors in the case were caught coaching their star “anonymous” witness as they speak over livefeed.

The system has no case and it knows it. It is falling apart and Golden Dawn has enough domestic support to inform its supporters and people on the fence about it.

For this reason, they are now coming up with novel ways to keep the case alive.

A prosecution lawyer in the ongoing trial against Golden Dawn, as well as another woman, were attacked by supporters of the neo-Nazi party on Alexandras Avenue in Athens on Wednesday.

The lawyer, identified as Evgenia Kouniaki, was reportedly getting off a trolley bus when the attack happened, and was headed to Athens police headquarters (GADA), where five protected witnesses are due to testify by video link at the special court in Korydallos Prison near Piraeus where the trial against Golden Dawn is being held.

If you think the jude-icial system in America is above these kinds of antics and lies, think again.

The political imprisonments at Charlottesville and Gainesville (the Fears brothers) are just a taste. Nationalists in America are not even 1/20th as powerful as Golden Dawn is in Greece yet already they are beginning to drop all pretenses of free speech, a fair trial and innocence until proven guilty.

Alexis Tsipras, the current J-left prime minister of Greece, is more or less the Bernie Sanders of the country. He ran on a platform that may have been to the left of Bernie, even.

Yet once in power, Tsipras has brazenly betrayed every one of his economic promises and made immigration to the country even worse.

The J-left offers no authentic opposition to the system, it only amplifies it!

The meeting between Bibi Netanyahu and Greece’s Alexis Tsipras (whose party Syriza is a coalition of Trotskyite and Bernie-“socialist” groups) is what Zionism is all about: supremacist-Judaism for Israel… and supremacist-Judaism for Europe!

The meeting focused on “working with” Israel to exploit natural gas reserves in the East Mediterranean. Golden Dawn’s proposition is to utilize national economic planning with help from Russia’s Gazprom to get the energy out of the water. Instead, Tsipras (like his predecessors) will side with Israel, who want to build the pipeline through Turkey (a big insult for most Greeks).

But the most extreme incident of all is the plan to construct a Holocaust Science Fiction exhibit in Thessaloniki, a city where Jews murdered and enslaved Greeks in the Ottoman era. According to the local Mayor Boutaris, he wishes to put this in the city to “defy” Golden Dawn.

“The Nazi fire destroyed about 95 percent of this extraordinary and proud Jewish community,” Netanyahu said at the ceremony. “There were two reasons why they didn’t destroy everyone. The first was heroism of Greeks, and this was exemplified in one case that is not sufficiently well-known, the case of the Island of Zakynthos where the German commander said: ‘Give me a list of the Jews’ and the bishop and the mayor brought a list of the Jews with their two names. They said: ‘This is our Jews. Take us’. We honor these two great heroes among the Righteous Among the Nations in Yad Vashem, an institution that will work with this museum.

“There’s a second reason why they survived and that is in addition to fate. It is a special capacity, the grip of life that is exemplified among the survivors,” the prime minister added, specifically mentioning Ha-Elion, who was unable to attend the ceremony after being hospitalized the day before he was scheduled to leave for Thessaloniki.

Excluding military conquests, there has never been any large scale migration of Turks into Europe, not even Albania or Bosnia (where Islam became the dominant religion). What the Ottoman Empire did was delegate bureaucratic jobs to converts, military tasks to Janissaries and everything else to Jews.

Jews ran a slave trade monopoly in Salonika (Thessaloníki) where they cruelly stole and sold European human beings to the Orient to become concubines or be worked to death. No Jew has ever apologized to the people of Spain or the Balkans for this practice. The Jews of Europe would later use the skills they developed as slavers to found the trans-Atlantic trade in the Americas.

The horror and tyranny of local Jewish administrators was so horrific that during the 1821 war of Independence, the first thing Greek patriots did after defeating Albanian forces at Tripolitsa was start exterminating all the Jews in the town!

The Germans worked with the Greeks during WWII to expel the Jews from Greece. As with all other Holocaust lies, the question of whether Jews in Thessaloniki really all died or were just interned elsewhere then emigrated to Israel after the war has yet to be adequately addressed.

The Jew remains a loathed figure in Greece, especially in small towns where stories of Jewish atrocities against the Greeks have been passed down through the generations.

But even with all that, it is apparently not enough to stop the pseudo-bolsheviks from giving Israel sweetheart deals in regard to Greek natural resources. Let Golden Dawn rise!

Every year tens of thousands of Golden Dawn members march to commemorate an act of Turkish aggression on the Imia islets in the Aegean sea in 1996.

Similar to the brazen attack on the Russian jet on the Turkish border in 2016, three Greek officers were killed when their helicopter was shot down by Turkey’s military. Both Turkey and the corrupt Greek plutocracy worked together to conceal this act of war and it went unanswered. Since 1996, Golden Dawn has been the only force in the country remembering the event , as well as the treason that accompanied it, with marches attracting thousands (a high of 50,000 in 2013) every year.

Today Greece is run by a neo-liberal capitalist/cultural Marxist Hillary Clintonesque hybrid party called “SYRIZA,” a coalition of leftist groups that range from Maoists to social-democrats. This government has emboldened “Anti-Fascist” sheep of international money power while putting Golden Dawn under the legal microscope. This year, “Antifa” groups vandalized the tomb of the dead Greek officers.

In his address to the crowd, party General Secretary N. Michaloliakos touched on a wide range of issues, from thuggish intimidation by the highly unpopular ruling government to praise for Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown.  The mass immigration overwhelming Greece at the moment is taking its toll on the country socially and economically, thus increasing the need for an exit from the European Union.
