Gainesville:

A Gainesville man is in jail Thursday after authorities say he killed a man and attempted to kill another during an armed robbery in the Tower Road neighborhood Sunday.

Bryan Gerod Williams, 32, entered a home in the 1200 block of Southwest 75th Drive at about 1 a.m., according to a news release from the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office.

Williams broke into the house with a gun to commit a robbery, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies found Jonathan Morris, 25, dead inside the residence.

Another man inside the house, Dallas Gianos, 22, had been shot by Williams and was taken to UF Health Shands Hospital with critical injuries, according to the sheriff’s office.

Williams was arrested Wednesday on charges of first-degree murder, attempted murder and armed robbery.

Three of the four teens charged in connection with the fatal shooting death of a Hall County sheriff’s deputies faced a judge on Tuesday.

Brayan Omar Cruz, Eric Edgardo Velazquez and London Clements appeared by video feed from the Hall County Jail. All are 17.

Hector Garcia-Solis, also 17, remains in Northeast Georgia Medical Center. He is being treated for gunshot wounds sustained in the shootout late Sunday night.

Garcia-Solis, who is believed to have fired the shot that struck Deputy Nicolas Blane Dixon, had emerged from jail just days before the encounter, authorities said.

The Hall sheriff said Garcia-Solis was arrested on June 27 and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer, violating the open container law and striking a fixed object. He was released from jail last Wednesday, said Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks of the Hall sheriff’s office.

Dixon, 28, was one of several deputies chasing the four suspects last Sunday night in Gainesville. They are believed to have stolen a vehicle. Garcia-Solis allegedly fired a shot that struck Dixon just below his ballistic vest.

Each of the teens now face a felony murder charge.

The media describe the victim as a philanthropist who “gave a lot to the community.”

Clearly, it was time for Gainesville’s “community” to give him something back in return.

Police have made an arrest in the shooting death of a well-known businessman outside a CVS in Hall County.

Businessman Jack Hough, 73, died after he was shot in the parking lot while his wife was inside the store off Parkhill Drive.

Gainesville police announced they arrested 24-year-old Demarvin Bennett of East Point around 2 a.m. Sunday. Gainesville Police Chief Jay Parrish said Bennett is not connected with any other crimes recently in the area, but he does have a record.

Police believe Bennett approached Hough, who had his car window open, in an attempt to carjack or rob him and the two began to struggle. Hough was shot in the chest and rushed to a hospital, where he died.

Parrish said officers also found what they believe is the gun used to kill Hough.

Hough, an Air Force veteran, was well-known in the community. He built a hugely successful business developing and operating food courts in malls and airports across the country. He was also a big philanthropist.

Bennett is currently being held in the Hall County without bond and cooperating with police. He will have a preliminary hearing set for later in the week.

As a movement, we don’t have very many rules.

Most of our rules are actually just pieces of advice.

However, two of the biggest hard rules are these:

1. Do not bring guns to events
2. Do not talk to the police

The three guys arrested on Thursday, Tyler Tenbrink and William and Colton fears, did both of these things.

Insanely, they are being charged with “attempted homicide” and media is reporting – without the use of “alleged” – that the single shot they fired was intended to kill someone.

I believe they were acting in self defense, and I believe it is nuts to suggest otherwise.

But that doesn’t really matter, does it?

You see how that doesn’t matter?

How the facts don’t matter?

How if you’re on the right, you can never, in any politically-charged situation, defend yourself with a gun, or they’re going to accuse you of murder?

THIS IS WHY WE HAVE RULES.

This “no guns” rule was not some arbitrary thing we made up because we just don’t like guns. We created that rule because we know what happens in these situations.

In America 2017, there is no situation where a white male, who identifies as far right, can defend himself with a deadly weapon in the context of a politically-charged confrontation and not be charged with murder or attempted murder.

That situation simply does not exist (other than on private property, and not always even then).

That is why we have a no gun rule.

On top of that, these guys doubled-down on rule-breaking and talked to the cops, making this entire situation exponentially worse. They wouldn’t already have these “attempted murder” charges – and possibly never would have ended up with them at all – if they had said “I want to talk to a lawyer.”

So, in my view, they should not get any movement money until every other political prisoner is out.

I know they are innocent of any actual wrongdoing (other than felon with a gun, which is already a pretty serious crime), but they created this situation for themselves.

I have no desire to be the “I TOLD YOU SO” guy.

I would much rather have just told you so and had you all listen to me – but that’s not what happened.

These three decided to go rogue, thinking they knew better than me, weev and the other voices in the movement who know what they’re talking about when they set down rules, and now they’re in a situation.

And they’re also putting us in a situation.

Other than the fact that some of our guys might get called into a grand jury over this (not that big of a deal, but still sucks), they are going to use this to say that “Richard Spencer supporters are violent.”

We all know that we are not the violent ones. The point is that that point is moot.

Right now, the public image is that we roll into town and just start chaos.

And yes, I understand that the media is going to lie. But we do have the ability to make it so there is less for them to lie about.

That is why I told you all to not go to the protest zone on campus and to instead stage demos across the city – because that way we would get the message out there without anyone “confronting” antifa.

This is the deal: there is no “confronting” that we look good after – either we lose and look like fags (rare) while they do not get punished or we win and are charged with crimes.

If you watch this video, which you all are supposed to have watched at least a few time –

– you will note that the cop talks about getting a rapist nigger talking by saying “she was pretty hot, huh?”

I can pretty well guarantee that these guys confessed to a white cop who came in and said: “you know, my family is in the KKK, so I understand where you guys are coming from” – or whatever. Plus, I would be certain: “you know, we know that the antifa were the ones trying to start trouble and you guys were just acting in self-defense – we’re just trying to get to the bottom of this so we can let you boys go home. We’ve got your buddy on the firearm charge, but if you help us out here, we’re gonna try to get him out as fast as possible and let him come back and appear before a judge.”

They are allowed to lie to you.

And I guarantee you, these three guys know the Alt-Right rule about not talking to cops, and they had maybe even watched that video – but they thought “well, we know we’re innocent, we should be able to explain this, and this cop seems cool, so let’s just tell the truth.”

Now they’ve got attempted murder charges for a warning shot.

And yes: we have guys in law enforcement, and more are coming to our side every day. Sure.

But the system of law enforcement is still ZOG and not a single one of them is ever going to say “I can help you if you talk to me.”

Any of our guys are going to say “watch what you say” or “remember your Miranda warning.”

And you should remember the Miranda:

• You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions.
• Anything you say may be used against you in a court of law.
• You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future.
• If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish.
• If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney.
• Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer my questions without an attorney present?

The answer is always “no.”

If they ask more questions, the answer remains “no.”

No, no, no, no, no.

I remember a situation as a teenager – nothing racial or anything like that, but just a situation with cops where the cop said to me “remember, you don’t have to answer any questions.”

If the cop is asking questions, he’s not your friend.

ALWAYS GO INTO THESE SITUATIONS KNOWING YOU MIGHT GET ARRESTED AND ALWAYS BE PREPARED TO SAY NOTHING TO ANYONE OTHER THAN A LAWYER.

Everyone knows that it’s hard to sit in a room by yourself for hours on end, have someone come and try to talk to you and not talk back. That is part of being human, this need to be in communication with other humans. So you have to prepare yourself for it.

Those are the rules.

People might understand, and they will tell your side of the story, but a lot of people – like me – are going to be pissed off that you put yourself above the movement because you wanted to be a unique individual who breaks the rules and harmed yourself and our movement out of selfishness and a lack of an ability to follow orders.

So, I hate to be an after school special here, but there’s a lesson for all of you, which it is important that you learn and learn quickly:

IF WE GIVE YOU RULES, THEY ARE NOT ARBITRARY. THEY ARE FOR YOUR GOOD AND FOR THE GOOD OF THE MOVEMENT.

We are not necessarily geniuses, but we are people who have thought this through, and gotten together with others, done research, and drawn conclusions based on probable outcomes.

Hopefully, this situation will be used as a learning experience, and you will not only never bring a gun or talk to cops, but also understand that other things that we tell you we are telling you because we have your best interests and the best interests of the movement in mind.

And the time is now to begin self-policing not just yourself but people you know, in your circles or groups. If someone brings a gun to an event, or even talks about doing it, you need to dissociate from them and tell others to dissociate from them.

We are in serious business land here, people. And we need to be serious. We cannot play games.

The ability to be a hard man, capable of using a weapon when necessary, is no greater a character trait than being a straight man, capable of following orders. You are not somehow more hardcore because you have a gun, or shoot a gun, when you’ve explicitly been told not to. You are just reckless and a danger to yourself and others.

Of course, I support learning how to use weapons, I support owning weapons, I support getting a CCW and legally carrying in your day-to-day life.

But right-wing rallies are not the place.

Just don’t do it. 

So Gainesville Antifa microbrewery Tall Paul’s got a novel idea for protecting the local idiocratic order: offer college students free beer for tickets to Richard Spencer’s speech.

Now an adult would hear about an event on the local University of Florida campus that they’re not interested in and simply not go. After all, every college aged alt-right guy has to deal with “deconstructing whiteness” seminars and tolerate organized communists occupying all the public spaces.

But at Tall Paul’s, they plan to give fellow J-leftists a frothy glass of liquid estrogen as a reward for taking away tickets from someone who isn’t a mental midget and might want to engage in political discourse with an alternative intellectual.

Not everyone has their ticket honored, however. Cameron Padgett, one of the guys organizing Spencer’s event, had his tickets rejected and was forcefully thrown out by the dirtbag bartenders.

A Florida brewing company is offering free beer to those who boycott a speech by white nationalist Richard Spencer scheduled to take place at the University of Florida on Thursday.

Alligator Brewing instructed people to trade in their tickets at Tall Paul’s Brew House for a free draft beer. The tickets will then be disposed of, “leaving two more empty seats in the Philips Center,” the brewery wrote on Instagram.

“Here at Alligator we believe free speech is a cornerstone of our great nation,” the company said in a statement posted to Instagram. “Speech that condones, let alone promotes racial supremacy has no home in America. And it sure as hell doesn’t have a home here in our beautiful town.”

The tickets are free and available to be picked up on the day of the event, The Independent Florida Alligator reported.

“We unfortunately can’t stop [Spencer] from bringing his hate to Gainesville, but we can empty the room so his disgusting message goes unheard,” the brewery wrote.

So the J-left – once known for its big brains – has been reduced to know-nothing boneheads. They don’t have an argument or an intellectual defense for the status quo they gatekeep or profit from, they just act like neurotic puritanical sissies and throw sucker punches when you’re not looking.

The problem is the corporate media – thankfully dying – is all too happy to oblige this publicity stunt with a national platform.

Tall Paul’s already has a moderately low rating on Yelp. Lots of complaints about their staff being arrogant scumbags and making college kids pay $10 bucks for a lousy “cocktail.”

Students want a pool table, mozzarella sticks and $6 dollar Svedka-shot-with-a-Bud specials, not overpriced “craft beer” made by pretentious hipster faggots. Especially not when each $12 dollar “libation” comes with a side of Jewish busybody activism.

For Rabbi Berl Goldman, preparations for white nationalist Richard Spencer’s visit to the University of Florida have been going on for a while.

Goldman, the rabbi at the Lubavitch-Chabad Jewish Student and Community Center in Gainesville, said that hundreds of students and parents have contacted him expressing their anger and fear regarding Spencer’s appearance, scheduled for Oct. 19.

“It’s not a matter of if we are going to be affected,” Goldman said. “We are affected. I believe all of humanity — decent people of all religions, races, colors, men, women and children — are affected by this.”

The rabbi said local Jewish organizations and law enforcement have held several meetings to prepare.

Goldman said he specifically has been in touch with the Gainesville and university police departments as well as federal law enforcement. He said UF and its president, Kent Fuchs, have also been proactive during the past few months in preparing.

Chabad has multiple cameras installed throughout its building to monitor activity on a daily basis. The center is putting in place additional security measures, but they are known only by members of the internal staff.

“We take this extremely seriously,” Goldman said, “because we know we are a target.”

Chabad is a safe haven for many students, and it will continue to be so throughout the event, Goldman said.

“We hope to overwhelm darkness with light,” Goldman said. “Each person can do something to counter this in the right way.”

Goldman said he prefers to not call Spencer by name, and he refers to Spencer’s organization, the National Policy Institute, as the “group coming to campus.”

Norman Goda, UF’s Norman and Irma Braman Chair in Holocaust Studies, described Spencer as an educated man who styles himself as a legitimate scholar and who does not act randomly.

“He claims that his conclusions are based on solid empirical research,” Goda said. “They’re not. It’s completely bogus scholarship.”

Goda said that it is unclear how many followers Spencer has, but he did attract a large number in August to the Charlottesville, Virginia, white nationalist rally, to which three deaths were linked. He said the amount of people who attended should be worrisome to Jews, minorities and anyone who believes in a pluralistic society.

He said he thinks Spencer is targeting certain universities because they have difficulty legally saying no.

“Not one of the student organizations wanted him here,” Goda said. “He had to resort to a legal loophole to get himself on campus.”

Goda said he thinks UF’s size and reputation gives Spencer a large platform on which to speak.

“He’s using our reputation and our seriousness to burnish his reputation so that he looks serious,” he said. “I don’t think we should allow him to do that, but we are a public institution.”

I would feel sorry for these Jews if I thought they were being genuine. Anyone reading this would think they suffer from off the charts paranoid schizophrenia – the type that requires a straight-jacket.

But I know better. When a Lubavitch-Chabad adherent of one of the most hateful books ever written (the Talmud) goes out and tells the local press he is a benevolent defender of “all humanity” – I laugh at the cynicism!

The same goes for the rest of this engineered spectacle. Treating Spencer like he’s a mafia capo or Lord Voldemort is a propaganda trick and nothing more. The goal is to prejudice the community and the public at large into thinking different ideas that are far more persuasive than the official narrative make you a criminal.

As for the school’s Holocaust department: if Spencer’s ideas are so “bogus,” why not debunk them in a moderated debate?

Because they’re not bogus and Goda knows it. If the ideas weren’t true, she wouldn’t be advocating for abolishing the First Amendment. 

Gainesville and Shelbyville will be the next pivotal battles in the national revolution. Nationalists must not become dissuaded by the system’s reaction after the tyrannical backlash from Charlottesville – that’s only solid proof that momentum is with the Alt-Right.

It is important to familiarize yourself with the local self-defense laws, but more importantly, to have designated cameramen filming everything.

This weekend’s events in Charlottesville have changed everything.

Today we live in a much different world than we did before the Battle of Charlottesville.

The #UniteTheRight rally was intended to be an event protesting the removal of a historical monument. It was not allowed to happen, thanks to a criminal conspiracy by the city and state governments. Our people were also attacked by Communist terrorists and the police did nothing to stop them. The incident involving the car crash has not been fully investigated and there are still many questions surrounding it.

Despite these objective facts, it has not stopped the lying Jewish media from falsely blaming our people for what transpired.

Based on these absurd Jewish lies, we see city governments across the South pushing ahead for the removal of additional Confederate statues and monuments.

Do they really think this is a smart move?

Jim Gray the mayor of Lexington, Kentucky has announced that Confederate monuments in the city would be removed. Weirdly enough, Jim is fan of racist literature such as the racist book “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn,” which was written by the racist Negroid hating White supremacist Mark Twain.

Mayor Jim Gray said Saturday he is taking steps to remove two controversial Confederate-era statues from the lawn of the former Fayette County Courthouse on Main Street.

Gray’s announcement came the same day as multiple people were killed and injured in Virginia after a vehicle drove into counter-protesters who had clashed with white nationalists around a Confederate-era statue in Charlottesville.

Gray said in a statement he will ask the Lexington-Fayette County Urban County Council at its Tuesday work session to take the first step — to ask a state military commission for permission to take down the statues of John Hunt Morgan and John C. Breckinridge. Gray said the vote was already in the works.

“We have thoroughly examined this issue, and heard from many of our citizens,” Gray said in a statement. “The tragic events in Charlottesville today have accelerated the announcement I intended to make next week.”

In Gainesville, Florida the removal of a Confederate monument has already begun.

Crews are removing a Confederate statue that was created as a memorial to men of the Gainesville area who lost their lives in the Civil War.

Work began Sunday to remove the statue in downtown Gainesville, known as “Old Joe.”

It will be moved Monday from outside the Alachua County Administrative Building and will be returned to the local chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, which erected the bronze statue in 1904.

County officials said they did not know what the Daughters of the Confederacy would do with the statue.

The Baltimore mayor is planning to move forward with removing Confederate symbols from the city.

After violence erupted in Charlottesville, Virginia over the weekend in response to the city’s plan to remove a Robert E. Lee statue from a park there, Mayor Catherine Pugh has renewed efforts to remove similar confederate imagery from Baltimore.

In Richmond, Virginia last night, people rioted against a statue.

Protesters screaming “take down the monuments” marched from a park in downtown Richmond to the beginning of historic Monument Avenue before surrounding the statue of J.E.B. Stuart and planting a flag in the mouth of the Confederate general’s horse Sunday night.

Richmond Police Chief Alfred Durham said officers responded to Abner Clay Park in Jackson Ward around 8:30 p.m. for an assembly.

Police followed the crowd and posted updates on social media that the group was moving down West Broad Street around 10:20 p.m.

Police said the demonstrators turned onto Lombardy Avenue and were headed for Monument Avenue as of 10:50 p.m. with the goal of reaching the statue of Gen. Robert E. Lee.

However, the group settled for the Stuart statue when Capitol Police said only 20 people could gather at the Lee monument.

“Tear the racist statues down,” the group yelled as one person attempted to climb the Stuart monument before nearly taking a spill and slipping down the statue.

The man, who was shirtless and wearing a mask, was successful on his second attempt. The crowd cheered as he walked back and forth before he successfully planted a flag on J.E.B. Stuart’s horse.

Pro-history forces are planning to hold a rally there soon. This will undoubtedly be one of many future rallies in support of Confederate monuments.

A Confederate heritage organization has asked the state for permission to gather Sept. 16 at Richmond’s Robert E. Lee monument.

The rally would come roughly a month after Saturday’s white nationalist protest descended into violence in Charlottesville.

The Department of General Services has received a request from Americans for Richmond Monument Preservation for a permit to hold an event at the Lee Monument on Monument Avenue, according to Dena Potter, an agency spokeswoman, who said the application is under review and has not been approved.

Potter said the request was submitted by Bragdon Bowling — a former commander of the Virginia Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans. Bowling could not immediately be reached for comment Sunday evening.

A suspect in a Gainesville murder and arson case will face a judge Friday afternoon after he was caught in Jacksonville.

Police said Stephen Underwood fled to Jacksonville after an elderly man was found dead inside a burned Gainesville home.

The victim, identified as 75-year-old Thomas David Oakland, was likely dead before the fire started, the Gainesville Police Department said Thursday and is being investigated as a killing.

Stephen Underwood Jr., 37, and Sherry Chris Sidell Underwood, 48, both of Gainesville, were named as persons of interest in Oakland’s death.

Police said Stephen Underwood will likely be charged with murder, arson, burglary and grand theft.

Police said they were in contact with Sherry Underwood, but she is not being charged yet.

Oakland was found Wednesday afternoon inside a home at 1921 SW 8th Drive after a fire in the home.

The autopsy showed evidence of blunt force trauma to Oakland’s body and head. That and other evidence investigators found led them to consider Oakland’s death a killing and to name two persons of interest.

“We have numerous detectives out both in the field and back at the residence working to bring the persons responsible into custody” GPD spokesman Ben Tobias said. “We will be working around the clock until someone is in handcuffs.”

Stephen Underwood is unemployed and does day labor, police said, and Sherry Underwood is disabled. Police said Oakland and Stephen Underwood had a financial relationship, but specifics about the relationship were not released.

Gainesville police said they arrested two men and continue to search for two more after the men threw rocks off an interstate overpass and struck two vehicles.

One of the two victims spoke exclusively with Channel 2 Action News and said the rock’s impact felt like an explosion.

“It was like a bomb went off,” said John Chumley.  “It made the van rock, and then all of a sudden, the window just blew out against me.”

Chumley said he had finished making a delivery and was driving south on Interstate 985 around 1:30 Tuesday morning when he thought he noticed people standing on an overpass.  A second later, he said, is when the rock hit.

“On the drivers’ door right above where the mirror is,” said Chumley.  “It obviously must have ricocheted and broke the entire window, and then it bounced down the side of the van.”

The van still bears deep grooves from the impact. Besides some glass in his eye, Chumley said he wasn’t injured.

Police said that 30 minutes later, the four men tossed another rock, hitting a car driven by a Habersham County man who asked to be identified only as Les.  The rock crashed through his roof and landed in his back seat.  Luckily, he wasn’t injured either.

The boulder that hit Les’ car was the size of a small microwave oven. It left a 2-foot-wide hole in his roof, shattering the back windshield.

“Peeled it back like a sardine can,” Les said. “A foot over to the left, and half-second later, quarter-second, it would have taken my head off.”

Les also said the impact was like a bomb going off.
“It was just sensory overload. Couldn’t comprehend what was going on. Glass flying, the explosion. It was scary,” said Les.

Gainesville police said they kept a watch on the bridge after the first impact, and because of that, were able to identify the four men.

They arrested Khyrie Harris and Juan Peterson and charged them with felony criminal damage and terroristic acts charges.  They said they’re looking for Michael Ellis and Kendrick Harris, too.

“It’s a very, very dangerous situation,” said Gainesville police spokesperson Cpl. Kevin Holbrook.  “I can’t imagine what would possess these individuals to commit these heinous acts.”

Chumley’s attorney, Kevin Ford, said it’s a miracle anyone survived the impacts.

“If you have an object the size and weight of a microwave striking you in the vehicle, certainly it’s going to endanger your life, may even take your life,” said Ford.
