French businesses that do not check people for vaccine passports, the so-called “health pass”, could face fines of up to €45,000 and a year in prison under a proposed new French law.

President Emmanuel Macron announced the draft law on Monday, extending the health pass requirement to various businesses, including restaurants, cafes, shopping centres, trains, and air travel, from August.

Under the new bill, business owners who do not check for a valid health pass could face a fine of up to €45,000 (£38,487/$53,1000) as well as a possible prison sentence of a year, French newspaper Le Figaro reports.

Touted as an effort to stop the spread of new variants of the Wuhan virus, the bill will also make it mandatory for certain workers, such as caregivers and firefighters, to be fully vaccinated by the 15th of September or face being fired if they are not vaccinated within two months.

According to Le Figaro, France has seen a surge in new coronavirus cases and saw nearly 7,000 new infections on Tuesday alone, increasing 62 per cent over the last week.

While the number of infections has risen, particularly among younger people, hospitalisations have reportedly not increased, and the number of inpatients has continued to decline.

Earlier this week, President Macron announced the new measures, stating: “Our choice is simple: to put the restrictions on the unvaccinated rather than on all. This is the meaning of the health pass that will be extended.”

Researchers have developed new and improved xenobots, tiny biological machines constructed from frog cells that are now able to organize themselves into a single body as a ‘swarm’ and even ‘remember’ their surroundings.

The upgraded bots built on work first unveiled by scientists at Tufts University and the University of Vermont last year, improving on the design to allow them to move faster, live longer and assemble themselves to work collectively as one unit, a process known as “cellular self-organization.” Outlined in an article for the Science Robotics journal on Wednesday, the breakthrough could shed light on “swarm intelligence” in the animal kingdom and beyond.

“Roboticists have been looking at swarm intelligence for a long time, biologists have been studying swarm intelligence in organisms. This is something in between, which I think is kind of interesting,”said University of Vermont researcher Josh Bongard.

“It sort of suggests, to me at least as a roboticist, is this a better path to making swarms of useful machines than it is to make swarms out of traditional robotic parts?”

The researchers also said their work showed that a “writable molecular memory” is possible, giving the xenobots the ability to “record exposure to a specific wavelength of light” using a special type of protein that turns red when exposed to blue light.

While the earlier iteration relied on the contraction of muscle cells for movement, the new model uses hair-like structures on its surface known as cilia, allowing it to crawl and swim around faster. Still capable of self-healing, the updated version is also able to survive for three to seven days longer than its forerunner, which only lasted for about a week.

Creating new life forms, such as swarming xenobots made of frog cells, is perfectly normal.

France Stratégie, a group affiliated with the French Prime Minister’s Office, has released data showing the growth in numbers of non-European migrant children in French urban areas. In one notable example, greater Paris saw a rise of 6.5 per cent in 1968 to 36.6 per cent in 2015.

The group released the figures in an interactive form on its website which shows a variety of factors, including the percentage of children from birth to 18 who are either foreign-born or have at least one non-European parent. The release is extraordinary as the French government does not normally publish — or even officially collect — much in the way of statistics that relate to race or demographics, in line with French law.

Not gathering data on race and ethnicity is a specifically French way of cucking, and one that was considered highly effective for the cause of “égalité” when it was done.

But now some people figured out that it’s actually an evil, racist measure to cover up the terrible legacy of Jacques Corbeau.

The goalposts are moving so fast that in a few years Macron will be called a neo-Nazi because he didn’t put enough effort in prepping his grannywife’s black bulls.

The website defines the category as a “person aged 0 to 18, immigrant of non-European origin or identified as a child in a household in which the reference person and/or his spouse is immigrant of non-European origin. If both parents are immigrants, the household reference persons are immigrants from outside Europe.”

The figures cover several different years, starting in 1968 and ending in 2015. They show that the percentage of immigrant non-European children has increased in various cities, such as greater Paris where the average was 6.5 per cent in 1968 but has risen to 36.6 per cent in 2015.

In some districts of Saint-Denis, in the heavily migrant populated department of Seine-Saint-Denis, the number of non-European migrant children is as high as 77 per cent. An area of Clichy-sous-Bois shows 83 per cent of children come from a non-European background in 2015.

Marseille, another French city with a historical migrant population, has gone from 12.6 per cent of children coming from non-European backgrounds in 1968 to 22.8 per cent on average in 2015. In an area of Marseille’s 3rd arrondissement, the figure was as high as 70 per cent.

Perhaps the most dramatic change has taken place in Strasbourg, where, in 1968, just 1.9 per cent of children came from non-European origins in the city that is home to the European Parliament. By 2015, the number had increased to 32.9 per cent, or one in three.

Nantes has seen a similar rapid demographic shift from 0.9 per cent in 1968 to 15.8 per cent in 2015.

The figures do not take into account the large number of migrants who have arrived since the height of the migrant crisis in 2015. Some areas are also labelled as “statistical secret” with no data displayed.

Since 2015, France had had several years in a row of record-breaking numbers of asylum claims including an all-time record in 2019 of around 140,000 new asylum applications.

I have never heard of such a thing as a “statistical secret,” but I’m gonna assume it means those are close to 100% non-white.

And keep in mind, not only do these figures not include the ones that came since 2015, but they don’t even include the ones that didn’t even bother getting papers.

Two plainclothes members of the French riot police, the CRS, were brutally beaten at a bar in Le Mans but refused to defend themselves in case their actions provoked allegations of police brutality.

The incident took place in a pub earlier this month when the officers had decided to “lend a hand” to patrons in the pub during an escalating conflict between two parties.

One of the police officers went outside with an individual who had been involved in the conflict and told the person that he and his colleague were members of the police, Le Figaro reports.

Two women immediately became angry with the two officers. They then re-entered the bar and were attacked. “He was on the ground, in the fetal position and he received a rain of blows,” one of the officers said of his colleague. The attacked officer was unable to stand as his leg had been broken during the beating.

The second officer was also attacked by a woman who hit him in the face. But the officer said he did not defend himself out of fear of possible repercussions.

Both of them probably had higher testosterone than these cucks do too.

If you’re in a situation where you really can’t fight, at least try to run – that’s why they call it “fight or flight.” It’s not “fight, flight or curl up in the fetal position shamefully and get your ass beaten by black women.”

Social media and other websites will have just one hour to delete offending content under a new law passed by France’s parliament.

The one-hour deadline applies to content that French authorities consider to be related to terrorism or child sexual abuse.

Failing to act could result in fines of up to 4% of global revenue – billions of euros for the largest online firms.

Yes, terrorism and child sexual abuse, I’m sure that’s the only thing it’ll be used for.

Just like all the other things you did to combat those things were exactly for that purpose, and worked too.

But critics say the new law could restrict freedom of expression.

The new rules apply to all websites, whether large or small. But there are concerns that only internet giants such as Facebook and Google actually have the resources to remove content as quickly as required.

Digital rights group La Quadrature du Net said the requirement to take down content that the police considered “terrorism” in just one hour was impractical.

“Except the big companies, nobody can afford to have a 24/7 watch to remove the content when requested,” a spokesman for the group said. “Hence, they will have to rely on censorship before receiving a request from the police.”

That might be in the form of using an automatic system provided by the largest companies, giving them “more power on what can exist on the web or not”.

And here we get to the main purpose of this law – it’s not about fining these Jew tech companies, but about regulating their competitors out of existence, or forcing them to work with said Jew companies.

The fewer of these platforms there are, the easier it is to control the information.

Eventually, there won’t be any kind of free speech anywhere outside of the dark web or maybe private chats, and most people will be too lazy/stupid/both to use the former.

France’s new law reflects one proposed at the European Union level, where law-makers last year suggested a one-hour deadline for the removal of content.

But that proposal proved controversial and is currently in limbo.

France pushed ahead with its own version of the law despite the concerns in Europe.

Under the new French law, content judged to be illegal – but not relating to terrorism or child sexual abuse – will have to be taken down within 24 hours of notification.

That includes posts inciting hatred, violence, racism, and sexual harassment.

Failure to remove content could attract a fine of up to €1.25m (£1.1m).

France’s regulator, the Superior Council of the Audiovisual (CSA), will have the power to impose heftier fines of up to 4% of global turnover for continuous and repeated violations.

An anti-terrorism agent in France’s domestic intelligence service could soon face trial on charges of selling confidential data and fake IDs in the hidden corners of the internet, prosecutors say.

Investigators wrapped up their investigation last week into the alleged sales by “Haurus”, the code name for the DGSI officer, now 33, who was arrested in September 2018.

His partner and four of his clients, including a private detective, have also been charged in the inquiry.

I don’t even understand why they’re charging him for this.

The French government – along with all the other ZOG-controlled countries – are letting millions of these vermin just waltz into their countries illegally. How’s that more legal than what this guy was doing?

Investigators became suspicious after France’s OCRIEST agency, charged with stopping illegal immigration, noticed offers of unusually detailed personal information and “Gold” quality copies of official documents on the so-called dark net, which offers users total anonymity.

Haurus charged €100 to €300 or more for fake identification cards, driver’s licences or birth certificates, as well as bank documents, phone records or GPS coordinates for tracking specific individuals.

“You provide the identity/registration number to copy, or your own requests, and I’ll find what you need,” read one message from Haurus on the Blackhand v2 forum, according to details of the investigation seen by AFP.

Haurus even touted a “starter pack” of a French driver’s licence, an ID card and six blank cheques, for €500 euros instead of €680.

An investigation found that 90 percent of the agent’s internal information requests had nothing to do with his work, and that he and his partners were enjoying the high life, staying in ritzy hotels on numerous vacations.

More alarming, Le Parisien newspaper reported that a former thief imprisoned on drug charges bought tracking data from Haurus on three people – two of whom were later murdered, while the third survived an attempt on his life.

Haurus spent five months in prison before being released under judicial supervision.

His lawyer, Yassine Bouzrou, declined to comment when contacted by AFP.

According to French political scientist Jérôme Fourquet, the number of newborn males with Arabic or Muslim first names has increased from just one per cent in 1960, to 19 per cent today.

Fourquet noted that the decline in the French birthrate — there were 70,000 fewer children born in 2019 than in 2014 — has led to the growth of Arabic-Muslim names among newborns. He added that “sustained migratory flows, particularly since the beginning of the 2000s”, has also contributed to the trend, Le Figaro reports.

France could play on these two levers and in particular on the unemployment rate to significantly increase the number of contributors, before resorting to additional immigration,” he said.

France saw 1,457 vehicles set on fire across New Year’s Eve, surpassing the previous record of 1,290 vehicles torched across the country in the previous year, according to figures seen by French radio broadcaster Europe 1.

The figures show a 13 per cent rise in the number of car burnings from 2018, with French police allegedly attempting to keep the number of burned cars under secrecy so as not to “create an escalation”, Europe 1 reports.

Typical of these neo-Nazi cops, trying to hide the achievements of brown people.

They’re just jealous they can’t burn as many themselves.

French authorities have gone on record claiming that the burnings over the New Year period in 2019 were substantially less serious than the previous year and said that the number of violent incidents towards police had also decreased compared to those that occurred in 2018.

In previous years, the French authorities also remained largely silent on the official car burning figures, and when figures were reported, such as in 2017, the Interior Ministry only counted cars that were directly set on fire and not those that had received damage as a result of fires.

That’s an innovative way to manipulate the stats.

Past figures show that since a low point of 804 burned cars in 2016, the number has risen year on year with 2019’s figures higher than all other years since 2008.

While French authorities remain officially quiet about the figures, signs in some cities, such as Strasbourg where 220 cars were set on fire in what amounted to double the number of 2018, revealed that the problem of car burnings was still a major issue for French police and governments.

“We are dealing with very mobile groups that light fires for the sole purpose of seeing the firefighters and the police arrive and confront them. We have reached a milestone: they no longer target vehicles but men. They act to hurt them,” he said.

Schools in the Paris suburbs of Seine-Saint-Denis are increasing meditation workshops in an effort to reduce the burgeoning problem with violence on campuses in the area.

The workshops, which include the yoga-based relaxation technique sophrology, started in 2015 in various schools across the no-go suburbs and, according to some school officials, the workshops have led to a decrease in violent behaviour, Le Parisien reports.

Cybele Rusé, the principal of ENNA application high school in Saint-Denis, said after the workshops she saw a change in student behaviour saying, “We have fewer incidents, fewer fights. The students are more involved in the life of the school.”

Simon, a professor of mathematics at Fabien college, added, “With sophrology, we have concrete tools to try to defuse certain situations. For example, a student is asked to touch an object in their pocket to try to divert it from their anger.”

What if they don’t have anything in their pockets?

Two Muslim Paris police officers have had their weapons taken away from them, with one suspended from duty, after allegations that the pair may have been radicalised.

The first officer, a 39-year-old, was ordered to surrender his firearm on Thursday and suspended by the police force as a “precautionary principle”. According to his colleagues, the officer had married a Muslim lawyer in 2011 and began to grow his beard, pray at work and show other signs of religiosity, Le Parisien reports.

In 2018, an investigation into the officer was done by the General Inspectorate of the National Police and the Directorate of Intelligence and found that while the officer was very religious, he was not radicalised. After divorcing his wife, he even shaved his beard and became less isolated from his fellow officers.

However, since the killing of four people, including police officers, earlier this month by Muslim convert Mickaël Harpon, police have become far more cautious, with officers floating the idea that the 39-year-old could be practising “Taqiyya” — a form of deceptive concealment of religious belief which Islam permits.

I suspect those officers are gonna have their own guns taken away really soon.

Taqiyya is a neo-Nazi conspiracy theory that isn’t actually real.

The second officer, a 34-year-old from Villeneuve-la-Garenne, had previously been suspended in 2018 after signs of radicalism but was later reinstated after a court appeal this year.

He is said to have encouraged other Muslims to pray with him and refused contact with female colleagues — much like Harpon is said to have done.

The officer also allowed the friend of a known terrorist to borrow his badge and firearm for a photograph.

For those of you who don’t remember – it was memoryholed pretty fast, even though it happened less than 2 weeks ago – some Moslem police employee stabbed 4 French cops to death, and even though they had already known he’s an Islamist, they didn’t do anything about him because they were worried they’d get in trouble for meanthink.

But none of those cops deserve any sympathy.

They were the “victims” of the system that they themselves prop up, and they make a living cracking the skulls of people who are trying to save their lives.

So I’m happy they’re dead, and if the cops really want this kind of thing to stop, I’d suggest turning their guns in the opposite direction and overthrowing Macron and the other kosher buttplugs who run their country.

And they’d better do it soon, because time’s running out…
