The Trump administration is considering reversing long-standing policy to make it easier to deport U.S. legal permanent residents who have used public benefits, part of an effort to restrict immigration by low-income people.

A Department of Justice draft regulation, seen by Reuters, dramatically expands the category of people who could be subject to deportation on the grounds that they use benefits.

Currently, those legal permanent residents who are declared to be a “public charge,” or primarily dependent on the government for subsistence, can be deported – but in practice, this is very rare.

The draft regulation would use a more expansive definition to include some immigrants who have used an array of public benefits, including cash welfare, food stamps, housing aid, or Medicaid.

While the plan is at an early stage, might not become official government policy, and is likely to attract lawsuits, it is one part of efforts by the Trump administration to restrict legal immigration, in addition to its efforts to reduce illegal immigration to the United States.

The full possible impact is not known, but the change in policy could affect permanent residents – also known as “green card” holders – who are legally entitled to use public benefits soon after their arrival in the United States, such as refugees.

Department of Justice spokesman Alexei Woltornist said the agency “does not comment on or confirm draft regulations.”

The change, if implemented, fits with broader Trump administration efforts to squelch legal immigration by transforming public-charge rules. The administration has also slashed refugee admissions and imposed a broad travel ban on citizens of several mostly Muslim countries.

The Justice Department’s draft proposal is based on a similar plan by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to significantly broaden the definition of what it means to be a public charge.

While DHS can decide whether to grant or deny immigration benefits, DOJ’s immigration judges can also decide whether a resident ought to be deported.

The DHS is expected soon to tighten regulations so that a “public charge” would be any foreigner “who receives one or more public benefits,” including an array of cash and non-cash benefits, such as food stamps, housing vouchers, and Medicaid.

The DOJ’s draft proposal mirrors that and also directs immigration judges to consider the use of public benefits as a heavily weighted negative factor when determining whether to admit a foreigner to the United States.

The State Department is also trying to restrict entry to the United States of people it suspects might use public benefits.

In addition to considering new standards for deporting legal residents, the DOJ is also looking at requiring foreigners seeking permanent residency status to submit a declaration to an immigration judge that demonstrates their self-sufficiency. The form asks for a detailed listing of assets, income, and debts, among other information.

Maybe he can do this. It’s clever.

I don’t think anyone expects anything at this point, other than endless “proposals” and “considerations.”

But maybe he’ll do a couple of super basic things in the lead-up to the election.

I’m not endorsing him unless he fires Kushner and/or passes an internet Bill of Rights. I don’t care about anything else at this point. He’s fooled me once, twice, six million times.

Berlin has confirmed that two women killed by a knifeman “looking for foreigners” in the Egyptian resort of Hurghada were German nationals.

“We can now sadly confirm that two German tourists died in the attack at Hurghada,” a foreign ministry statement said. Initial reports had indicated that the women were Ukrainian.

“Foreigners” in this context means “White people.” Ragheads almost always target White people when given the chance.

The attacker killed the women and injured two others at the Zahabia hotel, according to officials and eyewitnesses who spoke to Reuters.

Saud Abdelaziz, security manager at the nearby Sunny Days El Palacio hotel, told the news agency that the attacker “had a knife with him and stabbed each of them three times in the chest. They died on the beach”.

He then jumped over a wall and swam to a beach at the El Palacio, attacking another two Europeans before being overpowered by staff members and detained.

An eyewitness at the Zahabia told Reuters the attacker “was looking for foreigners and he didn’t want any Egyptians”.

Why would you want to go to Egypt? The last Egyptian died thousands of years ago, and all that’s left of them is the name, ruins of their civilization and hordes of retarded, subhuman mongrels lumbering around them. Why would you want to go there? It makes no sense… As for going to the beach – lots of other countries have water too, you know.

Abdelaziz identified the injured as two Czechs and two Armenians, but there are claims a Russian national was among the victims as well.

A senior official at the Egyptian interior ministry told AFP that the authorities “don’t know [the attacker’s] motives yet, he could be crazy or perturbed – it’s too early to tell”.

Regional media citing “security sources” claim to have identified the attacker as a 28-year-old graduate of the Faculty of Commerce at al-Azhar University, originally from the town of Qaleen in Kafr al-Sheikh – but officials have yet to publicly confirm the man’s identity.

Don’t be too impressed – graduating college in an arab country is more or less on par with finishing 4th grade in a European one.

In January 2016, three European tourists in Hurghada were wounded in a stabbing assault by two assailants with apparent Islamic State sympathies, but there was no immediate claim of responsibility for Friday’s stabbing.

Ah, so this happened before in the exact same place and in the exact same way, and people still go there… Smart.

If you really feel the need to visit a non-White country, at least make it Japan, even the monkeys there are smarter and cleaner than the average so-called “Egyptian”:

‘They don’t give us anything’

He only learnt he was going to Latvia a day before his flight. He was not allowed to choose the destination himself, and was not happy about it.

“There are lots of Eritreans everywhere in Europe. They talk to one another. We all know that in Germany they give you an apartment and €400 (£439; $568) pocket money. But in Latvia they don’t give us anything – just €139 a month,” he told BBC Russian.

Seriously though, it couldn’t be any more obvious that these invaders are only coming to Europe to get free stuff from the native White population. They have no desire to work or produce anything of value. The few that do want to work aren’t even qualified to hold a meaningful job.

Can you imagine going to a foreign country with no intention of working and getting upset that the native population won’t give you enough free stuff? To the average White person this is unfathomable. It is not unfathomable to these shit skin invaders.

Plus, this idea that these people are all fleeing war is insane. Most of these invaders travel through multiple countries where there is no war in an attempt to get to a European country that will give them the most free stuff.

A large part of this problem could be solved if Europe simply stopped these stupid welfare programs. It is attracting these third world populations like a large pile of shit attracts flies.

The Young National Democrats (JN) – a youth branch of the far-right National Democratic Party (NDP) – ordered customized single condoms with the slogan on, in what it called on its website a “knowingly provocative campaign.”

“Trousers down, rubber on,” the site reads. Condoms have, it added, been sent to politicians, ministers and foreign lobbyists known for supporting immigration.

Top Green party politician Volker Beck – a leading anti-fascist campaigner – received one of the condoms in the post on Thursday, the Hamburger Morgenpost newspaper reported.

He soon took to the internet to blast the delivery, criticizing the company which makes the Vitalis condoms, R&S. He called on them to donate the money spent by the JN on the condoms to be given to a foundation which works to fight against rightwing extremism and racism.

Patients are being put at risk because no fewer than 40 per cent of doctors taken on by the NHS every year are foreign, a top cancer surgeon has warned.

Dr J Meirion Thomas said far too many of them had poor language skills, knew nothing about our culture and had not received up-to-date training in their own country.

Out of around 13,000 new doctors registered by the General Medical Council every year, just 7,000 come from British medical schools.

Meanwhile the NHS is becoming a ‘bonanza’ for doctors arriving in increasing numbers from Greece, Spain and eastern Europe.

Dr Thomas, a consultant surgeon at The Royal Marsden Hospital in London, also hit out at the poor quality of family doctors, saying the only reason A&E departments were at ‘breaking point’ was because many GPs were ‘not good enough’.

Dr Thomas has already exposed failings in the NHS in a series of trenchant articles for the Daily Mail. Earlier this year he raised the alarm over the number of foreign patients being treated for free by the NHS, saying it was costing taxpayers millions of pounds a year.

In an article for The Spectator magazine this week, he called on Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt to scrap expensive NHS IT schemes and spend the billions saved on ‘training more British doctors’.

‘This is an essential building block of a durable recovery,’ he said.

He went on: ‘Most readers will be surprised to learn that every year, we import 40 per cent of our doctors because of insufficient training places in British medical schools.

‘We encourage young people to become doctors, then we slap them back for want of places.
