The correctional officers at FCI Dublin were so incapable of stopping to rape women that they’re closing the entire prison, shipping West Coasters and Tijuanans off to the Southeast.

It’s where they sent me for drugs. https://t.co/0954NIUSOE

Being a guard at a woman’s prison is hard work. Sometimes, you need to relax with a little bit of rape.

Now, the government is taking that away?

What’s next? Are they going to implement Amazon-style rules about holding your urine in?

The Guardian:

The US Bureau of Prisons (BoP) is closing a federal women’s prison in California that has been plagued by rampant staff sexual abuse of incarcerated residents.

Colette Peters, the BoP director, said in a statement to the Associated Press on Monday that Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Dublin is “not meeting expected standards and that the best course of action is to close the facility”.

The unusual closure announcement follows a series of criminal trials of former correctional officers found to have repeatedly sexually abused women in their custody at FCI Dublin, located 21 miles east of Oakland. A 2022 AP investigation also revealed that the facility was known among staff and residents as the “rape club” due to the widespread sexual violence by officers.

Peters said BoP had “taken unprecedented steps and provided a tremendous amount of resources to address culture, recruitment and retention, aging infrastructure – and most critical – employee misconduct”. The decision to shutter the embattled prison, she said, was “made after ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of those unprecedented steps and additional resources”.

FCI Dublin is one of six women-only federal prisons in the US, and the only one in the west. It currently incarcerates 605 people who will be transferred to other facilities, Peters said. No employees will be losing their jobs, she added.

Eight FCI Dublin employees have been charged with sexually abusing incarcerated women since 2021, according to the AP. Five have pleaded guilty and two were convicted at trial, including Ray Garcia, the former warden who ran the facility. One case is still pending.

So, there was systematic rape by the guards, but they’re not firing anyone.

Huh.

Okay.

Sure.

This actually looks like an excuse to start a wave of prison shut downs to go along with the rampant crime we’re seeing in every American city.

But who knows.

California: Ex-Warden MeToo’d by Female Inmates Now on Trial for Running “Rape Club” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/12/03/california-ex-warden-metood-by-female-inmates-now-on-trial-for-running-rape-club/ Sat, 03 Dec 2022 00:00:00 +0000

Was it “forced sex”?

Or did the women “love him and want to make him happy”?

Rape is kind of a hoax, to be quite honest. This is obviously an abuse of a work position, but is it forced or not?

The Guardian:

First, the prison’s male warden would flatter the incarcerated women under his charge who attracted him, shower them with compliments and promise them early releases or transfers to lower-security facilities, according to authorities.

Eventually, he would allegedly take them to places in his lockup that he knew weren’t watched by surveillance cameras, force sex on them and take nude photos of them.

But then some of the women spoke out, exposing the horrors they endured at the federal prison that came to be known as the “rape club”. Now the warden is potentially looking at serving his own sentence as his trial has begun in a case that has shocked America and shone a terrible spotlight at the abuses and crimes committed in its sprawling penal system.

Ray J Garcia – who ran the federal correctional institution in Dublin, California, near Oakland – retired after FBI agents investigating reports that he was preying on women serving time in his prison found nude photos of some of them on his government-issued phone last year. He and four other workers at the facility have been charged with abusing women at the embattled complex, accused of breaking a law that prohibits sexual contact between prison workers and inmates.

Garcia, 55, has pleaded not guilty and this week became the first to go to trial before a judge at Oakland’s federal courthouse.

His attorney, James Reilly, maintains that a lack of video depicting any of Garcia’s purported abuses means he cannot be convicted. And Garcia took the witness stand in his own defense, denying that he had any inappropriate contact with anyone under his power and saying he snapped the nude photos because he thought the prisoners might have had drugs, the Oakland news outlet KTVU-TV reported.

Three others have pleaded guilty, and another is scheduled to be tried next year.

The case against the retired warden stands out because he was the highest-ranking federal prison official arrested in more than 10 years, charged with abusing at least three women under his purview between December 2019 and July 2021.

It has also drawn attention because the prison he once ran briefly housed actors Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman over their roles in the 2019 national college admissions scandal. There is no indication that either celebrity met Garcia while they served their relatively short sentences.

After opening arguments and testimony began on Monday, one of Garcia’s accusers recounted how he stoked romantic interest in her and initiated a sexual encounter with her in the bathroom of a visitor’s area which she cleaned as part of her responsibilities at the facility.

The woman said there were similar encounters in the visitation room itself and in a warehouse where others were nearby, with Garcia confident that he knew where the prison surveillance cameras’ blind spots were.

“I felt like he loved me and he cared about me and I wanted to make him happy,” the woman said as her voice broke at points during her testimony, according to the Associated Press.

Garcia’s initially “sweet” disposition later turned “pornographic”, and he once convinced her to insert a half-eaten candy cane into herself, that woman testified, according to KTVU-TV. The woman ultimately realized that Garcia was carrying on similarly with other women at the prison before reporting him to the FBI and getting transferred to another facility, where she described being scorned as a “snitch” for speaking up.

Another woman testified on Wednesday that Garcia showed her two cellphone photos of his genitals and kissed her. Then, when she was later living at a halfway house, he took nude photos of her during video calls – something to which she didn’t consent and initially didn’t know about, she testified.

The woman said she learned of the photos Garcia had furtively snapped after federal authorities subpoenaed her to testify against him.

Media have not published the women’s identities, citing a policy against naming victims of sexual violence.

It’s whatever.

I don’t support it.

But it’s just exhausting to hear about “rape” constantly and then find out “oh but she actually did love him.”

It has to be one thing or the other, or this entire concept of “rape” needs to be reexamined.

Yes, if he’s found guilty, a female warden should make him fall in love with her. That will teach him.

UK: Female Prison Officers Have Been Raped by Tranny Inmates, Former Prisons Minister Reveals https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/04/13/uk-female-prison-officers-have-been-raped-by-tranny-inmates-former-prisons-minister-reveals/ Mon, 13 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0000

Rory Stewart, former Prisons Minister

The fact that this is reported as examples of men raping women instead of women raping other women really shows that at its core, our culture is still surprisingly bigoted.

If a man says that he’s a woman, then she’s a woman.

Daily Mail:

Female prison officers have been raped by male-bodied inmates who self-identify as trans women, a former Minister has revealed.

The disclosure was made by Rory Stewart, the ex-Tory Cabinet Minister who oversaw prisons in 2018 and 2019 and who is now running as an independent candidate for Mayor of London.

It will fuel questions about policies that have allowed criminals with male bodies to describe themselves as female and demand to be housed in women’s prisons.

Mr Stewart told GQ magazine: ‘When I was Prisons Minister, we had situations of male prisoners selfidentifying as females then raping staff in prison.’

The claim is the first public reference to trans women assaulting prison staff in women’s jails, but it follows warnings that allowing malebodied criminals into female jails puts women in danger.

It was reported last year there are up to 1,500 inmates who describe themselves as transgender among the 90,000 prisoners in England and Wales – raising concerns that some are claiming to be trans to get access to women’s jails.

There is literally no upside to being a biological male who claims to be male, so it is surprising that most men are not claiming to be women in order to instantly get all of women’s systemic benefits for free.

I’m a woman, by the way.

In the interview with GQ, Mr Stewart was asked about so-called ‘self-ID’ policies, which could mean anyone who identifies as a woman is allowed to go into female-only spaces, such as changing rooms and toilets.

He replied: ‘I’m instinctively worried about that, partly because when I was Prisons Minister, we had situations of male prisoners self-identifying as females then raping staff in prison.

‘So I think if somebody is biologically male, particularly in an environment like a prison, we shouldn’t allow that to happen.

‘We have to be pretty cautious about how we think that happens in other spaces.

‘The important thing is: I think the rights of women to feel safe trump the rights of somebody who’s biologically male to enter that space.’

But that’s the thing, Mr Stewart.

Men who identify as women are women, that’s how it works nowadays. You can’t think of these biological men as women under some circumstances and as men in others according to your convenience. They’re either always male or always female.

These are people’s lives we’re talking about here.

You can’t deny that they are exactly what they identify as.

You’re probably aware by now that an unwritten rule of our society is that women are never to be held accountable for any of their actions but this takes it to a whole new level.

It starts with the story of “Lily,” who got empowered by getting jailed because allegedly her life was hell due to domestic abuse and other whore stuff.

BBC:

For many people, receiving a jail sentence would be the worst thing that ever happened to them. But when you’ve been experiencing domestic abuse – as most female prisoners have – you may see things slightly differently.

As she sat in the dock, waiting for the judge to send her to prison, Lilly Lewis found to her surprise that she couldn’t stop laughing.

She didn’t understand why. It wasn’t nerves, exactly, and there wasn’t anything remotely funny about her situation. Lilly’s lawyer had warned she was looking at an eight-year sentence.

…

Outside, Lilly had been used to being shouted at, bullied and assaulted. She’d been a victim of domestic violence – like 57% of woman prisoners, according to the Prison Reform Trust. She’d overcome addiction and attempted suicide numerous times. In prison, she’d be safe from the man who’d beaten and raped her, the boyfriend who’d held her at gunpoint, the partner she says preyed on her addictions and ended up as another co-accused.

The patriarchy strikes again, turning women into criminals by domestically abusing them. When women do something wrong, it’s the fault of men.

Why?

It’s funny, actually. Because it really is true. If women fuck up, it’s because we’ve let them fuck up. Biology dictates that women have no agency and no way to impose their will over ours, and because of that everything they do is our responsibility.

The funny part is that these “female empowerment” types don’t see that blaming men for everything bad women do is an admission of the biological principle I stated. They’re admitting women have no agency and that everything women do is conditioned by the actions of men. But they can’t see that. Because they have no self-awareness.

“Seven years,” the judge told her. The charge was conspiracy to defraud. She’d been given a reduction for changing her plea to guilty during the trial.

The smile didn’t leave Lilly’s face. “At least it wasn’t eight,” she thought. Half of seven was three-and-a-half years, so she might get out then if she behaved herself. She could do that, she told herself. It was manageable.

Then she was in the van, on her way to begin her sentence. The other prisoners called the prison guard “miss” – How far, miss? I need the toilet, miss. Lilly silently vowed never to speak in such a servile way. She thought about her four children, and how they would cope for so much longer without their mum. What would happen next, she wondered? When would she get her uniform? What job would she do in prison?

Lilly started laughing again, and she didn’t understand why this time, either.

Maybe she’s just insane, you know?

From inside the van, Lilly looked up to God with a feeling of gratitude. “You’ve given me all this time,” she thought. “What am I going to do with it?”

That’s not really what happened. Time was taken away from her. Her time was allocated by a third party. Nothing was given to her.

But…

Women really do cherish being caged.

The article then describes a bit of her childhood, explains that she was adopted, how she became addicted to drugs and “quite promiscuous” around 15 years of age, and other such woes.

She never once cried about her sentence. Before it began, Lilly had known that she’d be doing it alone. There wouldn’t be any visitors. Her children had been taken from her and she’d had limited contact with them ever since, which made her desperately sad.

But otherwise, she thrived. She wasn’t drinking or taking drugs. She’d been overweight when she arrived in prison, but now she was visiting the gym every day and eating a diet of porridge, eggs and fish. She read self-help books and wrote lists of things she felt grateful for. She studied for qualifications and passed the exams. Putting her life straight felt achievable.

Six months into her sentence, Lilly sat down and wrote a letter to the judge who had jailed her, thanking him for what she called “the gift of time”. She went on: “In my experience prison does not work for most, however it has worked for me.”

See? Women need strict supervision and a firm hand in order to thrive. This Lily whore got that from being in prison.

The more women Lilly spoke to in prison, the more she realised that most of them had something in common – like her, they were victims of domestic violence, but hadn’t felt able to seek help. “Women are petrified to come forward because they know that social services are going to be involved and your kids are going to be swiped from under your feet,” she says.

Evil patriarchs, man. They’re behind everything.

It doesn’t even make sense to say that women who are domestically abused don’t seek help out of fear of having their kids taken away unless they’re drug addicts or terrible mothers. What usually happens is that when a woman calls the cops on the man, the man is physically removed from the home almost immediately.

Abuse had been part of Lilly’s relationships since she was a teenager. For most of her adult life, she had been smartly dressed, confident and gregarious. She’d run her own businesses and held down professional jobs. And as a result, everyone had believed her when she said her bruises came from falling over. No-one had realised she was anaesthetising her pain every night with alcohol and drugs.

There was Michael (not his real name). One morning, while she was heavily pregnant, he grabbed her by the throat and threw her down the stairs, she says. Hours later, she gave birth. The regular beatings began six weeks after that, she says. Once, he beat her so badly that neighbours called the police. When they arrived, Lilly’s daughter Issy, who was at primary school at the time, told them: “Please help, my mum’s dead.”

As well as hitting and punching Lilly, Michael would regularly rape her, she says. “If he wanted sex, he was having it,” she says. After each attack, he’d say he was sorry and Lilly would forgive him: “I didn’t feel a victim in any way at all. I thought this was my life.”

After he was jailed for attacking her, she found a new boyfriend, a gangland enforcer. “Because he didn’t physically beat me, it didn’t feel like abuse,” she recalls. But he would point his gun at her and threaten to shoot. The only time she cried was when the barrel got caught in her new hairdo, messing it up. He left her soon after their son was born.

Then came the man who later became her co-accused. She’d been drinking to blot out the pain for as long as she could remember, and after he became her lover, he plied her with alcohol, waking her up in the morning with a glass of wine. He disappeared for long periods without notice, not telling Lilly where he was, and each time she’d descend into a depression until he returned.

She worked from home, although now she was often too drunk in the daytime to function. Her partner had access to her laptop and all her emails. “What I didn’t realise he was doing was forwarding all my data to friends of his,” she says. They’d ring customers of the company she worked for and scam them. Lilly agreed to open a bank account and a limited company in her name. She had an idea of what was going on by this stage, but it was all too easy to turn a blind eye – nobody was getting shot or killed, so it didn’t feel like a crime.

Lilly loved him, but the final straw came when he offered marijuana to Issy, who was now 14. The relationship was over. Lilly says she called the police at this point and told them about the fraud. He was arrested, and she knew that sooner or later they would would come for her, too. Eventually, they did – she was charged and bailed, and she knew she was facing a lengthy prison sentence.

Then the police raided the home of her previous ex – the one who worked as an enforcer for gangsters, the father of her son. Two days after that, officers took away her children.

This goes on and on about how terrible everything in her life was because of evil men without even mentioning the obvious fact that she chose to be with those men. She could have left at any time, and she should have made better choices in regard to who she sleeps with. Yeah, women shouldn’t make choices, but nowadays they do, and they have to be constantly reminded that making choices necessarily means they have to be held accountable for those choices until they either give up and vote to remove their right to vote, or we win and we remove it by force.

A Ministry of Justice spokesperson comments:

“Evidence clearly shows that putting women in prison can do more harm than good for society, failing to cut the cycle of reoffending and exacerbating often already difficult family circumstances. That is why we have shifted our emphasis from custody to the community and are investing in women’s centres which offer a wide range of support including services around substance misuse and mental health problems. Overall we have invested £5m in community provision for female offenders to ensure women are given the support they need to address their offending and turn away from a life of crime.”

Women don’t really contribute anything of value to society. Their value lies in their ability to produce children, but after the baby stage and once breastfeeding is over, women are not really needed in their lives.

Modern women are choosing whoredom instead of motherhood, so their current value is nonexistent.

They are simply a nuisance animal.

Only men can be rapists. Therefore, technically, they should let this woman out of jail now.

I was completely shocked when I heard this story.

I had no idea that in 2017, our society was still so traditional and primitive that we still segregate our prisons by gender. I mean, we have mixed schools, mixed bars, mixed social clubs… Even mixed bathrooms, for God’s sake. Isn’t time we embrace the reality that gender is just a social construct and put all the convicts together

The only people who would claim that female convicts need to be protected from male convicts suffers from internalized patriarchy.

In fact, the only reason male and female prisoners are segregated is to allow the males to get preferential treatment. The state budget for male prisons is way higher, after all. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

Hopefully, this situation will be the impetus for us to move forward as a society and end the segregation of our penitentiaries.

Breitbart:

A ‘transgendered’ convicted double rapist, who is biologically male, has been put in isolation in prison after being moved to an all-female jail, where it is claimed they made advances on female prisoners.

Martin Ponting, 50, a father of three, transformed into Jessica Winfield in jail after being sentenced to life imprisonment back in 1995.

The double rapist is in the process of having a £10,000 sex change behind bars, paid for by the taxpayer.

This is making me uneasy.

I mean, putting a woman away for life, just for fooling around with little girls? That seems harsh. It reeks of misogyny.

Another victim of the patriarchy, poor dear…

After ‘identifying’ as a woman, they were moved to a female prison, where the sex offender was kept in close confinement with vulnerable women.

The rapist began their sentence in the male-only HMP Whitemoor, Cambridgeshire, and is now in Europe’s largest female prison, HMP Bronzefield in Surrey.

According to the Daily Mail, Winfield made “unwanted sexual advances on inmates”; however, prison authorities have subsequently denied this.

An inside source told The Sun: “It beggars belief why a convicted double rapist like Jessica is allowed to mix with females despite still have her penis intact.”

What the hell did I just read?

Uh…

Well… Just because you have a penis… Doesn’t make you a man, and… Uh…

What’s the politically-correct stance on this? I’m so confused.

Imagine being a normie, and having to navigate this maze of nonsense in order to keep your “good goy” credibility.

I can’t think of a worse hell.
