Sam Rockwell had a surprise cameo in White Lotus this week. The clip above is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen, but the funniness was outweighed by how shocked I was at how good this guy looks. I said “he’s gotta be 52, and he looks like that?” I looked it up and that nigga be 56 year.

I understand of course that movie stars have access to all sorts of health things, but frankly, I’m not really convinced that much of this is out of the reach of a normal middle class person. It’s possible he’s had plastic surgery, but if he did it was just a neck lift, which is not something that carries risk of turning into a monster, and it isn’t very expensive either.

He could also be on TRT, I can’t really tell without seeing him with his shirt off. (He’s wearing a tightish t-shirt and doesn’t have indications that he’s on any kind of serious dose if he is on it.)

But most of the reason a man is going to look like that at 56 is simply that he’s taken care of himself, primarily through diet and fitness. I’ve really been thinking a lot about this lately, what with my fast. I broke my fast today with some juice and a disgusting overcooked vegetable soup. (I read a whole lot about refeeding syndrome, and I’m following all of the protocols.)

I’m more or less completely stopped smoking in favor of Zyn. (I’m not quitting nicotine, it’s just not worth it, no matter what the benefits are. I’ve done it before. It’s not worth it. But it’s the smoke that’s the health issue, not the nicotine. Even RFK does Zyn.)

I’m also going to continue an “alcohol fast” for the rest of Lent, and just see how that goes. I might stop drinking so much. I am not joining the AA cult, which I think is evil and just destroys people’s lives, but I might well become a “bottle of wine with dinner a couple times a week” type of guy. I’m not committing to that. Alcohol has been a big part of my life since I was a teenager, and it’s been a big part of my work for the last 12 years. In some ways, it is my best friend, and I don’t think we should abandon our friends. But it’s something I’m seriously considering cutting back on significantly.

I’m also not doing any more bodybuilding at all. A couple years ago, I could have actually competed for squat champ. I was only 73 kilos, so I’m not saying I’d have the highest squat, but my body weight to squat weight was pretty incredible. I obviously lost about .5 kg (1 pound) a day during the fast, so I’m going to gain some weight back, but I think I’m going to seriously analyze what I want my weight to be, and it should probably be lower than 73. I still think strength training is very good, but I’ve decided it’s really unhealthy to increase your weight in order to increase your strength.

A good portion of the readership are millennials, now staring down middle age, and I think we should all be looking at the disgusting bulbous boomers and realizing that we don’t have to become that. We can have dignity and look good well into middle age, if we so choose. People did this all throughout history, so we shouldn’t look at the fact that boomers are the old people we are looking at and assume that we are just going to become disgusting blobs of goo like they did. We can be strong and healthy into our fifties and beyond if we make good and responsible decisions.

White Lotus 3

This might be the worst season of White Lotus, even though it has my favorite actor, Walton Goggins. But even if it is the worst season, it is still so much better than anything else created in the last decade. And it might not be the worst. I need to see how the ending unfolds to really make any kind of judgement on it. I think I reviewed the first two seasons on here, and I will do it again for this season, but not until it’s over.

With shows I want to watch (which is very rare these days), I usually wait until it is over before I start watching it, so I can watch one episode a day or whatever. But I was excited about White Lotus (especially because I know all these locations in Thailand), and started the “episode per week” thing. I don’t think this is the way the show is meant to be watched and it is probably giving me a worse impression than I would have watching it all together. Waiting a week for a setup episode can leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Maybe, it necessarily has to be the worst season, because Tanya is dead. But I don’t think it is bad at all, and I think the fact I don’t really even have an indication of who is going to die is an indicator of quality. Obviously, we all make guesses when watching the show, but I can go through all of the options and I don’t see any as more likely than any of the others.

Anyway, I’ll post a real review when it’s over in a couple weeks.

To Clarify, I’m Healthier Than 99% of Americans and Have No Conditions https://www.anglinarchive.com/2025/03/12/to-clarify-im-healthier-than-99-of-americans-and-have-no-conditions/ Wed, 12 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000

In one of my fasting articles – which will continue until the fast is over and beyond, because I think it’s important and I care nothing if you disagree – I mentioned that I have “prostate and liver problems and crippling depression.” I wanted to follow up on that a bit, just to clarify that I am not having some kind of health crisis, as the statements could suggest without context.

It must be understood that this is relative. I have been a health psychopath for my entire life.

You merely adopted health psychopathy. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t eat seed oil until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but a plasticy taste!

I’m weighing these problems against my baseline, which is so much higher than the average American’s as to be completely sickening. During the coronavirus hoax, my health deteriorated some, due to the general status of the situation, as well as less healthy food and increased alcohol consumption.

I also developed a premature prostate problem, about a decade too early, with an unclear origin, which is a unique problem. It was originally told to me that it was bacterial, not an STD but some kind of bacteria which apparently can just appear, and I took the antibiotics and never tested positive for bacteria again, but had some lingering enlargement and though I never had to urinate more than usual, or had pain during urination, the urine stream was not as strong as it should have been for my age. I did a lot of reading, and developed a dietary and vitamin routine that more or less completely solved the problem, but though I haven’t had it tested again, I have felt my urine stream strength is not what it should be.

As regards the liver, when having my prostate examined with an ultrasound, they said I had slight liver fat, again not especially concerning, but early for my age and certainly irregular for someone with my body fat ratio. So, that was presumably the alcohol, which I’ve cut back on significantly (but refuse to abstain from, because I am not a cocksucking faggot). Any average American would have a much fattier liver than mine, even if they are a teetotaler, just because the average American is so fat they have fat in all of their organs (including their brains, by the way, which inhibits basic cognitive function). It’s likely that I’ve cut back on the drinking enough already that if I went and had another ultrasound it would be gone, but ultrasounds are sort of expensive and it made sense to do this along with bloodwork and other things after completing a serious fast.

In terms of “crippling depression,” that is a bit tongue in cheek.

I assume anyone who reads my work is aware that I’m an atypical personality, and that leads to all sorts of mental processes that are clearly not normal. I hesitate to go into that too much, because I wouldn’t want anyone to get the impression that I am claiming to be special. Though I would never call my grandmother a liar, it is an objective reality that I am categorically not special. I’m significantly more intelligent than the average person, though not a genius. I know my IQ, I’ve been professionally tested four times, I’m not going to post it for hopefully obvious reasons, and I’ve had conversations with a lot of people, and it’s a fact I can say with the greatest modesty that I am significantly smarter than the average person.

I’m unsure how well I’ve used that intelligence, and that will probably be left for others to decide after I’m dead. I will at least be remembered, which is more than can be said for someone on Wall Street with a similar level of intelligence who decided to deploy it more strategically.

The significantly above average intelligence is probably a prerequisite for having an atypical personality type. One would probably assume that. The average man is primarily concerned about sex, food, comfort, and social harmony, with only minimal curiosity about anything beyond these things. I would never want to disparage the quiet honor of the peasantry. Of course, I would and do do that. But it’s not because I want to, but rather because it is necessary to do so in order to understand the nature of reality. But I want to note that while sex, food, and comfort are base drives possessed by any animal, the peasantry has a more complex desire for social harmony than other mammals, and this can, under certain circumstances, lead to behavior which can appear noble, including opposition to injustice and perversion, which, if things are going awesomely, can lead to large scale violence.

I have a lot of comments on the way the left romanticizes the peasants while having zero understanding of them. I would actually say that beyond romanticizing them, they actually fetishize them. It’s an interesting psychological disorder. Now that brown people are the global proletariat, you have “queers for Islamic immigration,” which is more facially absurd, but frankly, it was not less ridiculous in the 18th century when wealthy lawyers were calling for Liberté, égalité, fraternité. The sad reality is that peasants deserve human dignity, justice, and nothing much else. But if you can incite them to mass violence, it is hilarious and highly profitable.

If you have curiosity about the nature of the universe, and specifically the nature, origin, and purpose of human existence, there is nowhere that can go other than into the darkness. I think that’s a pretty important observation that deserves some amount of reflection, and I would challenge anyone to challenge it.

I would actually go much further, or at least somewhat further (it’s also possible that this is just an observation that follows naturally) and say that the academy’s obsession with this cartoonish atheistic materialist framework is a psychological defense mechanism, which allows people with the intelligence needed to be curious to avoid confronting the darkness. Ironically, it’s exactly what they accuse religious people of doing, and this seems as though it should be painfully obvious to anyone.

“Well, you see, it’s all very simple. First, nothing existed. Then for some reason there was a gigantic explosion which created all matter. And then, there was an ooze, and for some reason single-celled organisms created themselves in the ooze, and then for some reason they transformed into fish, and then into monkeys, and finally into humans. We die and then just stop existing because consciousness is a function of matter somehow. There is no need to ask any further questions.”

This is so clearly a fairy tale created by men who are scared, like children, to actually start peeling back the layers of what exactly is going on here in so-called reality. Because if you start to peel that back, you are necessarily going to enter into a darkness, and it is a Herculean task to keep that darkness from swallowing you whole. This is why all men with anything interesting to say either died of alcoholism/drug abuse or suicide or became mystics.

I would like to become a mystic. I would like to be able to see the light better than I can right now. And I want to work to be able to do that. I do believe in a God of light, who is pure and good, but down here in this pit of the material world, a world of darkness, we are so very, very far away from His light. And the fact is, while alive, we are only ever going to see glimpses of this light, in the woods, in art, in our children and dogs. And, hopefully, somewhere inside of ourselves.

I have only slightly more respect for Jean-Paul Sartre than I have for William Faulkner, but No Exit is worth reading.

So, no, generally, things have not been particularly cheery for me. It’s been that way since I was a little kid, however. It’s been more acute at various points; probably, it is relatively acute these days. (Though it should be noted, this could be partially or entirely due to reducing my alcohol intake. Perhaps “midlife crisis” simply means “facing the impossible decision of drinking less alcohol or allowing your health to deteriorate.”) This is another thing that is difficult to state, because it sounds whiny (I did write about it quite a bit during the 2023 Illness Revelations and published some significant parts of those particular materials). But I think it’s relevant here, as it relates to the issue of fasting and spiritual development in general. That said, just to be clear, I do not have “clinical depression,” nor do I believe in the concept. Further, whatever war is going on inside my own head, it is by definition not “crippling,” as I am fully capable of carrying out all requisite life functions.

These are just some things I wanted to clarify to the reader. If you would prefer pointless political commentary, I would advise you to either stop reading, or kill yourself. This is my website, and I’m going to write whatever I want to write. And I think probably, reflections on health and spirituality provide much more of a service to society than informing you about the 327,892nd Gaza child the Jews killed or the latest tranny debacle.

We are alive, for some reason, and we are conscious of this life, and of ourselves, and it seems to me that it is of primary importance to attempt to understand the meaning of this. Prayer and fasting appear quite clearly to be requisite aspects of this process.

Every day you need to remind yourself that you are going to die. I would recommend doing it more than once per day, frankly.

It’s in the rosary: “Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.”

Something is going to happen when you die.

When You’re Headed Into Day 5 of Complete Fast, You Start Wondering: “How Far Can I Push This?” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2025/03/09/when-youre-headed-into-day-5-of-complete-fast-you-start-wondering-how-far-can-i-push-this/ Sun, 09 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000

I’m still technically on Day 4 of complete fast, but I’m almost to the end.

At this point, I’ve begun wondering: is 8 days really a good goal? Or should I try to push it further?

I guess that will depend on how I feel on Day 8, but I’m thinking right now that there is no reason to not just keep pushing this to 10 or more days.

There is no real problem here. I don’t have high energy. I think if I was trying to write it would be difficult. But there is no suffering, and in fact, there is a kind of euphoria, which is a nice feeling.

When my mind wanders, I start to say “wow, I better go eat something,” and then I remember. But that’s all. It’s not really difficult for me. Though I’ve always been good at suffering and at self-discipline, so maybe I’m unique.

But if I’m going to 8 days, and I am definitely going to do that because I already told myself I was going to do that, then why not go further? I’m not going all the way to Easter, because I’m losing 0.5 kilos (1 pound) per day, and so that would not be viable.

But I feel great. Everyone should do this. I think most people could do this while working, if they used coffee (black, obviously, although I shouldn’t have to say that – black coffee has zero calories). How hard actually is your job? But to be fair, I quit my job because it sucked and it was boring and everyone just complained and I didn’t make any money, so now I can sit around and discover for the third time in my life just how shitty William Faulkner actually is. Man, is he shitty. He’a actually somehow worse than James Joyce. I thought maybe with my head in a bit of a different space, I’d be able to “get” what I was apparently “missing” in Faulkner, but there is nothing to get. It’s just complete garbage.

Most literature, in fact, is garbage. At least 90% of celebrated literature is an “emperor has no clothes” situation where people are supposed to believe it is good because someone who convinced them they are smart told them it is good. Some of the aesthetics are interesting, but if there is no commentary beyond “life is shitty and people are sad and also look at how clever I am” then what is actually the point of wasting your time?

I do think there are a lot of good books, however. Because there are just so many books. But I have always felt I needed to go through and read the “celebrated literary classics,” and though I’ve done many of them, so many of them I end up just saying “what the hell am I doing here? why is this worth my time?” Faulkner is especially painful because it is just so much work. I would rather dig a ditch. Maybe it’s not worse than Infinite Jest, and it’s just that Infinite Jest doesn’t have so many words that I do not recognize. But I would rather read Infinite Jest than Absalom, Absalom!, and I would rather dig a trench in the Donbass than read Infinite Jest.

Show me a man who would rather read Absalom, Absalom! than watch Inferno with Jean-Claude Van Damme, and I’ll show you a yellow bastard who deserves to die in the most humiliating way imaginable.

I have been rereading the bibliography of Ed Brubaker. I’m almost done with the Criminal omnibus and I’m not sure what I have to say about this just yet, other than that it is better than everything anyone ever won a Pulitzer for, combined.

Check the list. I’d say maybe Sinclair Lewis, I guess Steinbeck just because I mean, okay. Upton Sinclair, maybe. And yea, Old Man and the Sea is good. Norman Mailer should have been hanged right alongside John Updike. Some of these are black women (????). They literally put Michael Chabon on there. I’m serious. Empire Falls is fine I guess. Cormac McCarthy should have been exiled to a toxic waste zone like in Stalker. Then after 2007, it’s just DEI and standard Jewish nepotism. Except for maybe the Sympathizer, which I guess is DEI because it’s anti-American and written by a Viet traitor.

Honestly, I haven’t read all those books. Obviously I haven’t. It would take forever. But I’m familiar with most of them, and I did a project a few years ago where I tried to read parts of all of them. Maybe there is some gem in there I’m missing. But actual good stories are not on the list. How is it possible you don’t give the prize to books people actually enjoy reading? What are these literature people trying to prove?

Why did Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas not win in 1971? Um…

How did Kurt Vonnegut never win anything? Elmore Leonard? Philip K. Dick? Tom Clancy?

You want to tell me “To Kill a Mockingbird” is better than “Clear and Present Danger”? This is like some straight up tranny-tier gaslighting.

How is it possible that Bonfire of the Vanities, possibly the greatest American novel this side of Moby-Dick, lost in 1987 to… some book I’ve literally never even heard of?

How did neither Aldous Huxley nor Anthony Burgess ever win for anything?

Here’s the real question: how in the actual fuck does Michel Houellebecq not win every single year he publishes a novel?

He is the master of the universe. No living writer begins to compare, and very few of the dead ones do. And people actually admit that, probably because much of the material is just as vulgar as anything Cormac than old coot put out and the people reading it don’t understand that they’re the ones being targeted. Well, maybe since he published that Islam book, people do sort of understand who is being targeted here.

I don’t know. Maybe I’ll read more of these Pulitzer books and try to gain some further understanding of what is going on. They are not all anywhere near as torturous as Faulkner, which is literal ditch-digging labor to read. I’m not reading any of those books by niggers though, I can tell you that much.

Anyway, yeah, I started with Ed Brubaker, and specifically Criminal, which is the best of his comics work. The character studies are as good as anything you’re going to find in pulp crime fiction for sure, but sometimes the plots are pretty strained, and feel a bit rushed. And the women are written poorly. And the way men, who are supposed to be very hard, deal with women, is not realistic. But the reflections on male emotional motivations and the complexity of identity are pretty good, and it’s fun, even when the plots sort of collapse in on themselves.

Part of the issue with comics is that they are first a visual medium, before a literary medium, and Brubaker uses Sean Philipps, who is one of the single best comic artists of all time, and the books would be worth looking at even if you didn’t bother reading the words. It can become hard to separate the art from the writing.

Criminal is largely a tribute/homage/rip-off of Sin City, and it is not as good. It’s much different. But Sin City was always tight as a noose. It also didn’t have leftist bullshit or stupid woman behavior or ridiculous reactions of hardened men to ridiculous women behavior, because Frank Miller is a fascist and he’s Irish and he doesn’t fuck around with pansy nonsense.

But then you have the “visual medium” issue, and is Miller, who drew the books himself, as good of an artist as Philipps? It’s too different to really make a fair comparison.

In some perfect universe, Frank Miller would write a new Sin City story and let Philipps draw it. Miller is only 68, but he might be too wasted to actually do anything of value at this point. Those last Dark Knight stories he did were complete trash. Like, straight irredeemable garbage. To the point where I don’t even know if he wrote it. It was about like, Trump being a fascist? Controlled by the Joker and Darkseid? I guess he was trying to get back into good graces after making a bunch of comments he wasn’t supposed to make. But it was like he told someone else “just write an apology book about Trump or whatever.” It was goofy and the satire wasn’t really even satire so much as just a cartoon. A total waste of Rafael Grampá’s art.

If that is what he is up to now, he couldn’t write a Sin City story. Or rather, he shouldn’t try. Time to do the proper and honorable Irish thing and die of liver failure alone in some dark room to be discovered days or weeks later, all bloated and stinking.

And that brings me back to the point about fasting.

When you fast, you can’t drink alcohol. I think this is necessary if you are prone to alcohol abuse. It’s much easier to stop drinking while stopping eating at the same time, because the drive for food definitely overpowers the drive for alcohol. My dreams are now all about food, not liquor. It also removes the sex drive, which also offers clarity.

Basically, everything you experience while fasting informs you as to why it is such a big thing in the Bible. Clarity of thought and purpose, calm, lack of sensuous desires, and various other things I’m not sure I can totally put into words yet.

Also, fasting cures cancer. Dr. Joseph Sun, who is not Jewish, is proving that chemo therapy is a gigantic big pharma scam that just poisons people and has a success rate somewhere in the range of Alcoholics Anonymous, while cancer cells are very hungry all the time, much more so than healthy cells, so when you cut off the food, the cancer cells are the ones to get eaten by the body first.

Also, you lose a pound a day. So if you’re twenty pounds overweight, fast for twenty days.

It also boosts testosterone and increases sexual health generally, which will help you keep the weight off.

This will solve every problem.

Of course, you have to have eat good food, but one would think that should be obvious. The government is poisoning us. All of this gluten free shit – go eat pasta every day in Italy and see if you still have “gluten sensitivity.” They are poisoning the food. Maybe it’s not a conspiracy, and it’s just that they use the cheapest ingredients possible and there are no regulations because America is so cartoonishly corrupt that lobbyists write laws, but it has the same effect: you are being poisoned by food. Not even third world countries allow this shit, other than Mexico, for obvious reasons (it’s right next to America so there is much overlap).

I used to fight the Jews but I’ve now come to the transcendental understanding that Jews are only possible because everyone is so pathetic. If men were not so pathetic, the extent of the Jewish problem would be exclusively based on the supply of firewood.

Fasting Log: By Day 3, Digestion is Complete, And Things Start to Clear Up https://www.anglinarchive.com/2025/03/08/fasting-log-by-day-3-digestion-is-complete-and-things-start-to-clear-up/ Sat, 08 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000

After day three of complete fasting, you are finished digesting whatever food was left in your belly. At this point, you have energy, even though that is counterintuitive. This is because digestion is one of the most energy-intensive activity your body does.

Once your body is finished digesting whatever is left in your system, you get a boost of energy. It’s still not as much energy as you have when you’re eating food, however. But it’s much better than the first three days of the fast.

I’m fully convinced now that this is a magical cure for all ailments, which is why it is in the Bible and all of the other holy books, and also why it is never encouraged by modern medicine. If you read the Chinese medical papers, they are recommending it constantly, because the Chinese are not sickeningly corrupt like the Americans, where every medical study tells you to take the newest drugs from Pfizer.

The NIH is publishing these studies now, because they are peer-reviewed and they sort of have to publish them, but let’s check the names of the doctors.

(I’m aware some of those are Korean names, so please do not feel a need to tell me that. The point remains: they are outside of the Western pharma system.)

Now, let’s see what Finnell, Saul, Goldhamer, and Myers are saying.

Interesting, no?

It’s almost like Jews are really bad people who don’t care about your health. If I didn’t know they were God’s chosen ones, and therefore incapable of wrongdoing, I would really wonder about that.

Although I don’t feel as tired as I did the last couple days, I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to contribute to the site over the next few days. I might do some small things. I watched Theo Von’s interview with Candace Owens, and I’ve never been more impressed with her. Frankly, she seems to be the only right-winger in America with any integrity at all. She’s been doing interviews with Harvey Weinstein, and putting together a documentary series showing he’s not guilty of those things he was charged with, which is obviously something I said from the beginning.

All these right-wing internet people are such unbelievable scumbags. It’s unbelievable. Right-wing personalities are the taxi drivers of the internet. These people would fuck you over, throw your mother down stairs for $8. They’d drown a baby to avoid an uncomfortable conversation with an FBI agent.

I recommend fasting to everyone, particularly anyone with any kind of lingering health issues. I should also note that I have alcoholism, but when not eating, there is no feeling of a need to drink either. I think anyone with a basic willpower can stop eating if they want to. Most people have no willpower, because this society doesn’t teach it and it doesn’t reward it. But not eating is not exactly the most difficult thing I’ve ever done, or even anywhere close.

I have a prostate problem, a liver problem, and crippling depression. I’m expecting this to solve all of these problems.

My objective now is eight days, but I might push it further if I think that seems like a good idea. Ten days seems like a good round number, but then so does 14 days.

If you’re thinking about this, I would not worry about muscle mass loss. It will all come back quickly. And frankly, you probably have a lot more fat than you’re aware of, which will disappear long before muscles start to atrophy. I mean, if you’re anything like the average person in America, you could fast for months on end and never lose muscle mass. Of course, you can’t work out while you’re fasting, you can only pray and relax and apparently blog about it.

Complete Fast Day Five is a Serious, Bro https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/11/23/complete-fast-day-five-is-a-serious-bro/ Sat, 23 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000

As I mentioned earlier this week, I’m doing a complete fast. I am smoking and drinking coffee, so it’s not as hardcore as it could be. But it’s still pretty hardcore.

I have usually only done 3 day fasts, but in recent years – really since that heinously destructive virus hoax – I’ve not wanted to stop drinking alcohol for 3 days. But I’m pulling myself together and now I’m on day 5 of the fast. I’m going to complete it and then stop. I was actually only going for 3 days and decided to push it because I am experiencing so many benefits. Now, I’m a bit worried about losing muscle mass, because whatever fat I had on my belly is now gone.

However, there is a good study by the Chinese that says after a 10 day fast, any muscle mass lost comes back quickly.

See: Effects of 10-Day Complete Fasting on Physiological Homeostasis, Nutrition and Health Markers in Male Adults

People should read that or at least skim it. Basically, the conclusion is that the 10 day fast has an extremely positive impact on every single thing they checked, including the blood, metabolism, inflammation, heart health, and even mental health.

I’m Irish, so along with alcoholism and an obsession with beating women, I have constant underlying skin problems. I didn’t have any weird rashes before I started this fast (though I get them a few times a year), but I had dandruff and dried skin on my face and weird dryness behind my ears (the latter of which probably qualifies as a “rash”). All of these issues disappeared within 48 hours. I cannot believe how clean and smooth my scalp is.

As stated, whatever fat was on my belly has tightened up and out, various other lingering issues appear to be gone, and my mood has increased significantly (although my head is getting a bit foggy at this point).

Basically, fasting appears to be a massive secret and a miracle cure for everything. The study I linked is Chinese, because it is de facto impossible to do a study on fasting in the United States, as all studies that get funded must be for the purpose of promoting pharmaceutical drugs. I am of the belief that basically every problem that is currently being treated with drugs can be cured with fasting (of course in conjunction with a good diet when you’re not fasting). I’m going to start doing 3 days once per month and at least 7 or maybe 10 days 1-2 times per year (hopefully without the coffee and cigarettes, as although they don’t affect the metabolism, they likely don’t help the process).

The other issue that is likely relevant here is the parasite problem. I have come to believe that we are all carrying parasites, and the only real solution to these parasites is fasting at a minimum of 72 hours.

Here is an interesting presentation with some Russian Orthodox guy about the link between parasites and demonic influence.

He doesn’t say that parasites necessarily equal demonic possession, but that these parasites serve as “Bluetooth receptors” for demons. Obviously, you don’t have to be full-on possessed by demons in the serious sense to have demons nipping at you, affecting your mood, hitting you with persistent negative thoughts, and so on. I don’t want to sound like some kind of Tucker Carlson-tier kook here, but I do believe that these parasites that we acquire from various foods and environmental factors lead to a demonic psychological and physical situation.

Just look at them:

Why do they look like every portrayal of demonic entities?

One thing that hit me was that Jesus said that there are some demons who can’t be exorcised by a priest and can only be removed through fasting. Why would that be?

Furthermore: the Bible usually frames things in terms of spiritual health (that goes for Old and New Testaments), but there was not so much of a distinction between physical and spiritual health back then. We have to assume that something that is good for our spiritual health is also good for our physical health (why wouldn’t it be?). We should consider just how many times the Bible talks about fasting: more than 70 times.

Here is a study that says one parasite makes people more interested in BDSM.

Why?

Just something to think about.

Regardless if parasites are causing you to be manipulated by demons or not, complete fasting is something I highly recommend. There are no negatives. It is difficult, you do feel hungry if you’re not doing something, but if you’re focused on something then after the first 48 hours you don’t really notice the hunger too much. If you just stay busy, you shouldn’t really have a problem. Maybe start Sunday night and then go to work on Monday and keep busy. Then try to go to bed early. For me it’s most difficult at night, but even then it’s not really very difficult for me. I have pretty good self-control with these things. I’m good at suffering. (It might be the only thing I’m good at.)

I understand for others this will be more difficult, but it’s really not as difficult as it sounds like it would be, and you will enjoy these benefits. Everything good will happen.

Further, I also believe in intermittent fasting, and have been doing that for many years. Basically, I only eat once per day, meaning I do a significant fast every day. Simply skipping breakfast and having a late lunch can do wonders for your mood and energy levels, because after sleeping, you’re already likely on a 10+ hour fast. At first, you might have less energy, but after a week or two you’ll start to feel much better.

In the near future, I will write more about health and fitness. I’ve recently been developing a new workout routine, as I’ve realized that my serious squats (I was doing 2.5x bodyweight) is not really sustainable into middle age, and probably wasn’t that great of an idea in the first place. I have very good form, but when you start to get into these high weights, micro-defects in your form can cause major trouble over time.

My diet advice is the same as it always was, but I should really go back over that again. I think that incorporating fasting can help people cut the crappy carbs, because I now believe these parasites are what is craving the cheap carbs. It doesn’t really make sense that your body would be craving unhealthy food, does it? I makes sense to crave steak or fish or even fruits, but to crave shitty carbs? Why? Probably parasite micro-organisms manipulating your limbic and hormonal systems.

I am not really on-board with the carnivore diet as a long term thing, because I do believe your body needs carbs (which should come from white rice, potatoes, and liquor), but if you are overweight, there is really no reason to ever eat carbs. No one has any excuse to be overweight. If you can’t control your own body, you can’t ever expect to have control over anything at all, and you will only ever be a helpless victim flailing around.

Walking Tens of Thousands of Steps Per Day is Not Enough for Weight Loss, Study Finds https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/02/19/walking-tens-of-thousands-of-steps-per-day-is-not-enough-for-weight-loss-study-finds/ Wed, 19 Feb 2020 00:00:00 +0000 Daily Stormer
February 19, 2020

Walking 10,000 steps per day is not enough to offset an excessive ingestion of calories, according to a study published in the Journal of Obesity.

Study Finds:

Those in search of a slimmer waist, or just interested in maintaining their current weight, have long been advised by health experts to log at least 10,000 steps per day. Reaching that magic number daily is thought of as a real accomplishment for many people, and countless walkers utilize fitness trackers and smart watches to ensure they reach their goal day in and day out. Well, a new study is bringing the 10,000 step theory to a grinding halt. Researchers from Brigham Young University have concluded that no number of simple steps alone are going to prevent weight gain or induce weight loss.

A total of 120 freshman students at BYU were analyzed for this study. The research was conducted during the students’ first six months on campus, and their steps per day were tracked on a daily basis. Participating students walked either 10,000, 12,500 or 15,000 steps every day for six days a week. During the duration of the experiment (24 weeks) the students’ diets and body weights were also tracked.

The research team were especially interested to see if steadily increasing the amount of steps per day each student took would result in increasing weight loss. For instance, if students walking 12,500 steps per day would end up losing more weight than those walking 10,000 per day.

Surprisingly, the end results indicated that it didn’t matter whether the students walked 10,000 or even more than 15,000 steps per day. Many students still ended up gaining weight. For what it’s worth, it’s exceedingly common for college freshman to gain some weight during their first few months away from home, the phenomenon even has a nickname (the freshman 15).

Participating students gained an average of 3.5 pounds over the course of the observation period.

“Exercise alone is not always the most effective way to lose weight,” says lead author Bruce Bailey, professor of exercise science at BYU, in a release. “If you track steps, it might have a benefit in increasing physical activity, but our study showed it won’t translate into maintaining weight or preventing weight gain.”

Your body is efficient at not wasting calories because all throughout history, calories were very valuable. Nowadays calories are abundant and the problem doesn’t lie in making the most out of them but in avoiding them.

What this means is that these days, eating food takes very little time, and gives you a huge dose of calories to use.

The best option for losing weight is to control what you put in, rather than figuring out a way to expel it after the fact.

The way to do this is to eat food that actually leaves you satiated and provides you with everything you need, rather than to try to count calories. The desire to eat comes primarily from your body feeling that it doesn’t have enough nutrients, so if you eat food that is rich in calories but low in essential nutrients, you will become hungry again shortly thereafter.

The way that weight is lost is by controlling the intake of carbohydrates. Fat and protein do not lead to weight gain, but will leave you feeling more satiated than anything made of carbs.

The best strategy for people who are overweight is to focus on eating primarily meat and vegetables. And by vegetables, we do not mean starchy potatoes, but green vegetables and others with a high nutrient and low calorie count.

If you feel tired when cutting out carbs, that is because your body is being forced to process fat cells to use for energy. If you are a weak person and unable to do anything without carbs, you can simply limit them and lose weight slower.

Study: Intermittent Fasting Could Make You Live Longer and Healthier https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/12/30/study-intermittent-fasting-could-make-you-live-longer-and-healthier/ Mon, 30 Dec 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Pomidor Quixote

Conquer hunger and expand your dominion over yourself. Everything else will be easier to conquer.

Daily Mail:

A new study has revealed that intermittent fasting may help you live longer and improve your overall health.

While many fad diets, such as keto, have been proven unsustainable or even, in some cases, harmful, intermittent fasting has by and large held up to scientific testing.

Intermittent fasting diets, fall generally into two categories: daily time-restricted feeding, which narrows eating times to 6-8 hours per day, and the so-called 5:2 intermittent fasting, in which people limit themselves to one moderate-sized meal two days each week.

In order for people to be in a proper fasted state, no calories in any form and no substance that would make your digestive organs work should be consumed. No fruit juices, no sugarless sodas, no coffee, no tea, nothing other than water and salt.

If you ingest things like black coffee or tea, you’ll still get all the benefits stemming mostly from the caloric restriction but your digestive system won’t be able to rest completely during the process and you may not get the full benefits of a water fast.

Studies comparing water fasting to fasting with coffee are not conclusive, but most people think it’s better to just use the water. But that coffee probably isn’t a big deal.

According to a recent study published in The New England Journal of Medicine, the benefits of intermittent fasting includes improvements in ‘glucose regulation, blood pressure, and heart rate’.

In the study, Johns Hopkins University neuroscientist Dr Mark Mattson writes that intermittent fasting may be able to help many health conditions like obesity, diabetes, mellitus, cardiovascular disease and cancers.

…

Intermittent fasting could reduce risks of diabetes. Fasting can also increase stress resistance and suppress inflammation, according to the paper.

Mattson, who has studied the health impact of intermittent fasting for 25 years, and adopted it himself about 20 years ago, writes that ‘intermittent fasting could be part of a healthy lifestyle’.

According to Mattson, preliminary studies suggest that intermittent fasting could benefit brain health too.

The suppression of inflammation and the increase in stress resistance are my favorite alleged benefits of fasting. They are totally worth it on their own even if you leave out the other alleged benefits like improved glucose regulation, blood pressure, and heart rate.

Chronic inflammation is linked to nasty stuff and the average person often exhibits symptoms associated with it, such as fatigue, abdominal pain, mouth sores, and others. Fighting this kind of inflammation and increasing stress resistance strengthens the immune system and allows for faster recovery times.

Then there’s the cognitive benefits. The brain appears to work differently when not managing digestion in the background. An example of this is that in a fast, once you get past the first stage of hunger grumpiness and are able to focus, you’ll realize that you’re pretty focused.

You’ll be able to think through and to think around obstacles.

If you’ve never fasted before and are interested in giving it a try, I suggest going for a 18-hour fast in your first try as a challenge. This means sleeping for 8 hours and then not eating for ten hours after you wake up. Or not eating for ten hours before you sleep.

Once you’ve managed that a couple of times, you can then go for 24 hours.

Example:

  1. You pick Sunday for your fast
  2. You have Saturday’s dinner at 7 PM
  3. You don’t eat anything (but drink water when thirsty) until Sunday at 7 PM

Of course, if it is your first time fasting, stay away from food, from the smell of food, from the sight of food, and from the thoughts of food.

You’ll make it.

If something is bad for you, you can be sure Jews are promoting it

Fat people are disgusting, and you’re actually doing them a favor by reminding them of that.

Metro:

Tinder matches can sometimes be awful.

When Hannah Bean, a woman from Perth, Australia, was excitedly meeting up with someone she met on the dating app, she didn’t expect it to go so horribly.

The 23-year-old, who weighed 27 stone (170kg) at the time, had been speaking to him regularly via video chat, telephone calls and text messages for three months before they finally decided to meet in person.

This is what the grotesque parody of a walrus looked like:

Imagine being in your 20s and weighing 170 kilograms (375 pounds).

Just so we’re clear how fat that is – Nikolai Valuev, the heaviest and tallest boxing champion in history, had a peak weight of 149 kilograms (328 pounds).

And I’m sure this bitch isn’t over 2 meters tall.

Being her very first Tinder date, Hannah was a ‘bundle of nerves’ but extremely excited to meet the mystery man – but was horrified when her date did a no-show.

Instead, the man left her a text message, saying: ‘I walked in and you look nothing like your photos. Do yourself a favour, eat a salad and lose some weight.’

Even better advice would’ve been “don’t eat anything for a while, live off your lard for six months or so.”

Since then Hannah stayed off Tinder for a long time and instead began focusing on her own journey of self-love, mental wellness and weight loss.

Two out of those 3 things don’t mean anything at all.

Still, you have to commend her for not molesting people’s eyeballs with her barrel-shaped body and actually doing something.

In the process, she lost an incredible 13 stone (86kg) and feels much happier and confident in herself. She has also started dating again.

She’s actually still fat, but considering where she started from, it’s a major improvement.

Notice the thingy on her knee. Most likely, no one told her that when you’re fat, you’re supposed to do low-impact exercises, so you don’t fuck up your knees.

Hannah, who plans to study paramedic science, said: ‘I was so ashamed and embarrassed. I started crying right there in the café.

Good.

Hannah explained that she had ‘always been overweight’ ever since she was a child and was bullied throughout school due to her size.

You would’ve been better off if those kids had done their job right.

In her late teens, Hannah’s poor eating habits caught up with her – with doctors warning she would not live another two years if she continued to gain weight.

Those doctors were probably fatphobic or something.

Everyone knows being obese has nothing to do with your health.

Faced with this harsh reality, Hannah knew she had to make a real change and in 2016 she completely overhauled her diet and began working out regularly at the gym.

Hannah added: ‘I was having a lot of health problems. I had high blood pressure and was pre-diabetic. I hated the body that I was in. It was a massive turning point for me.

‘I started eating healthier meals that were mostly keto-inspired, which meant they were high-protein and low-carb.

‘I started going to the gym and doing cheerleading to get extra exercise. The weight started melting off.’

After losing eight stone, naturally through diet and exercise, Hannah said she reached a plateau – so opted for to undergo gastric band surgery in 2018, which helped her lose another stone over the next seven months.

Doesn’t say anything about fasting, which is dumb.

Fasting is objectively the best way to lose weight, and to be healthy in general.

Ideally, you’d want to do either intermittent fasting or a 24-36 hour water fast every week (I do the latter), both of which are very easy to do once you actually start doing them.

Of course, if you’re obese, you should probably consider going much longer than that, which is perfectly healthy if you take some basic, very cheap supplements and ask a doctor to keep an eye on you.

Remember: when kikes promote obesity as being normal, and try to convince you that letting people eat themselves to death is somehow being nice, they’re doing it because they hate you.

Losing weight isn’t really complicated at all – fast, work out, cut the junk food, eat a high protein/low carb diet, try to sleep better and you’ll lose weight in no time, even if you’re one of the few people who has a legitimate hormonal problem that makes losing weight harder than it should be.

The real hurdle is psychological, because most people are naturally lazy and dumb, and that’s why societal pressure – “fat shaming” – is so important.

There is never any excuse for not trying to better yourself.

I do a 72 hour fast at least twice a year, and 24 hours once a week (or every ten days, depending on what’s up).

I regularly do 16 hour fasts.

It is very good for you.

28 days is nuts.

But wow. It worked.
