Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been accused of s*xual abuse by a former family nanny.

The alleged incident occurred in 1999, when the woman, Eliza Cooney, then in her 20s, says a 45-year-old Kennedy stood behind her in the kitchen of his Mount Kisco, New York, home and groped her… pic.twitter.com/Jm5cp4sLOd

Previously: RFK Jr. Shrugs Off Babysitter Groping Accusations, Basically Admits It, Says He’s Done Way Worse Shit

RFK didn’t even rape this babysitter. He didn’t even jack-off in front of her or anything.

Personally, if my kids had a hot babysitter, I would make 50 Shades of Gray look like Winnie the Pooh.

No, no, I joke. I wouldn’t do BDSM on the babysitter. I would rape her for years though.

All RFK did was ask the slut to oil his back.

A nigga’s back needs oiled, bitch.

Sorry.

Reuters:

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr has apologized to a former family babysitter who accused him of sexual assault, the woman told Reuters on Friday.

The woman, Eliza Cooney, told Vanity Fair in an article earlier this month that Kennedy groped her in the family kitchen when she was employed as a part-time babysitter in the late 1990s by Kennedy and his then-wife Mary Richardson.

…

“I read your description of an episode in which I touched you in an unwanted manner,” Kennedy said in a text message sent to Cooney that was seen by Reuters. Reuters verified it was Kennedy’s cellphone number using TLOxp, a service that provides public and proprietary data.

“I have no memory of this incident,” the text continues, “but I apologize sincerely for anything I ever did that made you feel uncomfortable or anything I did or said that offended you or hurt your feelings.”

“If I hurt you, it was inadvertent. I feel badly for doing so.”

This is sort of hilarious.

It’s much less gay than a public apology.

Personally, I would have accused the bitch of trying to have sex with me, and said “I’m a married man, and this slut is trying to oil me up!”

France: Cops Detain Two Directors After Actress Says She Didn’t Consent to Sex 36 Years Ago https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/07/02/france-cops-detain-two-directors-after-actress-says-she-didnt-consent-to-sex-36-years-ago/ Tue, 02 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000

Judith Godrèche when she was 14.

What is the point of being rich and famous if every woman you have sex with can accuse you of raping them at any time for the rest of your life, and you will literally be arrested by cops?

The Guardian:

French authorities detained leading film directors Benoît Jacquot and Jacques Doillon on Monday for questioning over accusations of sexual abuse, sources close to the case said.

Jacques Doillon and Benoît Jacquot.

Actor and director Judith Godrèche, 52, has formally accused Jacquot of rape and Doillon of sexual assault when she was a minor, accusations both men deny. She has described Jacquot of having an unhealthy “hold” over her during a relationship that started when she was 14, and lasted from 1986 to 1992. She has accused Doillon of abuse on set when she acted in one of his films.

Jeez, man.

Can you imagine raping someone for six years?

I don’t care how hot the bitch is, I’d get worn out.

Judith Godrèche and Benoît Jacquot during the tortuous, years-long rape spree.

To be clear, she was literally living with this guy and appearing in public with him.

Lawyers for Jacquot and Doillon said it was not necessary to detain the men while they were being questioned, and stressed that they should be considered innocent until proven guilty. Jacquot’s lawyer, Julia Minkowski, said her client would “finally be able to express himself before the law”. Doillon’s attorney, Marie Dose, said no legal criteria could justify his being detained for questioning “36 years” after the incident alleged by Godrèche. The sources close to the case said their interrogation could include a confrontation with the person or persons accusing them.

This is leaning into the modern idea that there was a big problem with the age gap because of Marxist “power dynamics” theory.

But they’re also doing the Weinstein thing that there were power dynamics because he was rich.

Just how helpless are women? They lose the ability to control their own physical actions around rich older men?

If they really have that kind of weakness, should we really be claiming that they are powerful and putting them in positions of power?

Based on this theory, if there was a woman president, a man who was richer and older than her could come and force her to do things by using his power dynamics.

What if the rich older man was Russian?

He could force a woman president to play straight out of the Kremlin handbook.

UK Experts Claim Men Get Away With “Rape” by Claiming to Have “Sexsomnia” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/04/17/uk-experts-claim-men-get-away-with-rape-by-claiming-to-have-sexsomnia/ Wed, 17 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000

I never even thought of using the excuse that I was sleepwalking to explain away rape. Usually, when women ask me why I raped them, I just say it’s because they were wearing revealing clothing and asking for it.

But this sleep-raping is a good angle.

The Guardian:

Experts and lawyers involved in sexual offence cases in Britain have warned that suspected rapists are evading justice by claiming to have a rare sleepwalking disorder that causes them to engage in sexual activity while asleep.

They said there had “definitely” been cases where guilty people had been found not guilty, and warned of the potential for further miscarriages of justice – and harm to the public – without more robust challenges to “sexsomnia” claims put forward by defendants.

The warnings come after an investigation by the Observer uncovered a rise in the use of “sexsomnia” as part of defence cases in criminal trials. It found 80 cases over the past 30 years where defendants accused of rape, sexual assault or child sexual abuse claimed to have been sleepwalking or suffering from sexsomnia at the time.

But while there were only occasional cases in the 1990s and early 2000s, the analysis reveals at least 51 in the past decade and eight in the past year alone. The figures are likely to represent only part of the true total, with many not publicly reported. In about 60% of cases where sexsomnia was part of the defence, a not-guilty verdict was returned, the Observer’s analysis suggests. Overall, the average jury conviction rate for rape was 58% in England and Wales.

Charges against suspects have also been dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service before they even reached court after defence lawyers raised sexsomnia behind the scenes. One law firm advertised how it “kept pressure” on the CPS after it decided to continue with the prosecution of a wealthy client charged with sexual assault. The charges were dropped before the case went to trial.

Dr Neil Stanley, an independent sleep expert who has provided expert evidence in trials where sexsomnia was raised as an issue, said that while some claims of the condition were undoubtedly genuine, others were not.

“It is being used cynically,” he said. “There are cases that are in the public domain where it is clear that they’re just chancing their arm. Because, of course, if it is sexsomnia, you’re found not guilty. Judges haven’t a clue. Juries haven’t a clue. So it’s worth a try.”

Stanley said attempted use of sexsomnia by defendants had “massively skyrocketed” in recent years and that such claims were very difficult to definitively disprove – meaning often “just saying, ‘I don’t remember. It could be sexsomnia,’ is enough”.

…

Sexsomnia is recognised in the DSM-5 diagnostic manual of psychiatric conditions and is a type of parasomnia, a disorder involving abnormal sleep behaviour. Sufferers engage in sex acts while in non-REM sleep. They might have their eyes open but will have no awareness or memory of their behaviour.

If a jury decides that an accused person was in such a state – known as “automatism” – when they committed an alleged offence, they will be found not guilty. But while lab tests and partner histories can be used to try to establish whether a sexsomnia claim is genuine, sleep experts and lawyers say the system is open to abuse because uncertainty in the science means it is impossible to say for sure whether someone was or was not suffering from sexsomnia.

Many of those successfully pleading sexsomnia in court had no known history of sleepwalking and no formal diagnosis. Other cases involved defendants performing a complicated series of actions in unfamiliar settings, which experts said were less typical of genuine sexsomnia.

In about a third of the cases, the defendant was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and some were very intoxicated, but sexsomnia was cited as the primary factor behind their behaviour.

…

Sexsomnia has also been used by defence teams in an attempt to discredit victims. Jade McCrossen-Nethercott, 31, from Croydon, is taking legal action against the CPS after it dropped her rape case days before it was due to go to trial after expert witnesses said she had sexsomnia.

McCrossen-Nethercott said the conclusion was made by an expert instructed by the defence who had never met her, and was based on her answers to a 15-question survey. “It was plucked out of thin air,” she said.

I am going to bring Sexsomnia to America.

I am going to become a lawyer specializing in Sexsomnia as a defense against fake rape charges, as well as real rape charges.

This one weird trick could transform the future of rape.

Trump Ordered to Pay $83.3 Million for Contradicting E. Jean Carroll, Saying He Didn’t Rape Her https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/01/27/trump-ordered-to-pay-83-3-million-for-contradicting-e-jean-carroll-saying-he-didnt-rape-her/ Sat, 27 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000

BREAKING: Jury orders Trump to pay $83.3 million in damages for defaming E. Jean Carroll pic.twitter.com/W0mSs6WHIq

— MSNBC (@MSNBC) January 26, 2024

This is the most absurd thing yet, aside from trannies.

She accused him of a rape in a crowded shopping mall, decades ago, which he denied. Then she won her civil suit – not over the rape, but over the denial.

After Trump lost the suit, he again said it was bullshit, and then she sued him for not agreeing with the outcome of the civil suit.

If he says this one is bullshit, he can presumably get successfully sued a third time.

Reuters:

Donald Trump was handed a stinging defeat on Friday by a Manhattan jury that ordered him to pay $83.3 million to the writer E. Jean Carroll, who said he destroyed her reputation as a trustworthy journalist by denying he raped her.

Jurors needed less than three hours to reach a verdict in Manhattan federal court following a five-day trial. The sum that the former U.S. president was ordered to pay far exceeded the minimum $10 million that Carroll had sought.

Carroll’s case has become an issue in Trump’s campaign to retake the White House in the November U.S. election. Trump is the frontrunner for the Republican nomination to challenge Democratic President Joe Biden, who beat him in 2020.

Has it really “become an issue”?

It seems to me people are more likely to support him because this old bag is harassing him.

Trump attended most of the trial, but was not in the courtroom to hear the verdict. He said in a social media post that he will appeal.

Carroll, 80, did not answer reporters’ questions as she left the courthouse, with her arms around two of her lawyers. Her representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The former Elle magazine advice columnist sued Trump in November 2019 over his denials five months earlier that he had raped her in the mid-1990s in a Bergdorf Goodman department store dressing room in Manhattan.

Carroll testified that Trump’s denials “shattered” her reputation as a respected journalist who told the truth.

The seven-man, two-woman jury, whose members were kept anonymous, awarded Carroll $18.3 million in compensatory damages, including $11 million for harm to her reputation. The jurors also awarded $65 million in punitive damages, which Carroll said were needed to stop Trump from continuing to defame her.

What is she going to do with that $65 million?

Run an ad campaign about the truth of the rape?

Trump, 77, maintained that he had never heard of Carroll, and that she made up her story to boost sales of her memoir.

His lawyers said Carroll was hungry for fame and enjoyed the attention from supporters for speaking out against her nemesis.

In May 2023, another jury ordered Trump to pay Carroll $5 million over a similar October 2022 denial, finding that he had defamed and sexually abused Carroll.

Trump is appealing that decision, and set aside $5.55 million with the Manhattan court during that process. Both appeals could take years.

U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan, who oversaw both trials, said the earlier verdict was binding for the second trial, including that Trump sexually abused Carroll by forcing his fingers into her vagina.

That meant the only issue left for jurors was how much Trump should pay.

That filthy Jew lawyer judge will definitely do this a third time.

It will just keep going like this until one or the other of the two dies.

UPDATE: Vince McMahon Forced Out of WWE After Accusations of Pooping on a Hooker’s Head https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/01/27/used-up-skank-accuses-vince-mcmahon-of-pooping-on-her-head-during-heated-orgy/ Sat, 27 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000 UPDATE:

Holy shit.

New York Post:

Vince McMahon announced Friday he is stepping down from his position as executive chairman of WWE-parent TKO Group Holdings amid the sexual abuse scandal that has rocked the wrestling world.

According to Deadline, McMahon denied the allegations of a the lawsuit that was filed against him Thursday that accused him of sexual assault and trafficking, but he is nonetheless resigning from his post.

“I stand by my prior statement that Ms. Grant’s lawsuit is replete with lies, obscene made-up instances that never occurred, and is a vindictive distortion of the truth,” McMahon said Friday, according to Deadline. “I intend to vigorously defend myself against these baseless accusations, and look forward to clearing my name.

“However, out of respect for the WWE Universe, the extraordinary TKO business and its board members and shareholders, partners and constituents, and all of the employees and Superstars who helped make WWE into the global leader it is today, I have decided to resign from my executive chairmanship and the TKO board of directors, effectively immediately.”

This is an outrage.

I didn’t even expect this.

Vince is 78 years old. He’s been in wrestling since he was 12. A nearly 7 decade career, in which he literally invented a new sport that became among the most popular forms of entertainment in the world, is being completely destroyed by some vindictive hoe and her Jew lawyers.

This is yet another Jewish conspiracy against the Irish.

Original article follows.

Janel Grant

Exciting news!

Important news!

You get it all here, folks!

New York Post:

The former WWE employee who allegedly was sexually abused by Vince McMahon broke her silence Friday, saying she “hopes any doors of secrecy have been blown off their hinges.”

Janel Grant claimed the wrestling mogul coerced her into having sex with wrestling stars and other WWE executives, along with more lurid allegations that including McMahon defecating on her head during a threesome and using sex toys on her that he named after wrestlers, according to the lawsuit filed Thursday.

“She hopes those at the company past and present who fear speaking out about harm is a thing of the past,” Grant said in a statement read by her St. Louis-based attorney, Ann Callis.

“She wishes them all peace.”

What?

Why?

Callis relayed the statement during an interview she gave to the Law&Crime podcast, “Crime Fix with Angenette Levy.”

The interview is set to be available for streaming on Friday evening.

The 43-year-old Grant, who lives in Stamford, Conn., filed a lawsuit Thursday.

A spokesperson for McMahon said the lawsuit was “riddled with falsehoods, baseless fabrications of events that never transpired, and a malicious distortion of the truth.”

…

McMahon is also alleged to have shared nude photos and explicit videos of Grant without her consent with other WWE employees, according to the lawsuit.

He once locked her inside his private locker room at WWE headquarters in Stamford and forced himself on her over a massage table, the complaint said.

The WWE boss is also alleged to have directed Grant to have sex with other executives and a wrestling star, the lawsuit claims.

John Laurinaitis, WWE’s former head of talent relations who is named as a defendant in the lawsuit, was allegedly recruited by McMahon to have sex with Grant.

Are you sure “recruited” is the word you want to use in that sentence?

Grant was told by McMahon to visit Laurinaitis in his hotel rooms where she had sex with him before workdays, it was alleged in the lawsuit.

In one encounter at WWE offices in June 2021, McMahon and Laurinaitis forced themselves on her and took turns restraining her for the other, it was alleged in the lawsuit.

“No means yes” and “Take it, b—h” were among the things McMahon and Laurinaitis said to Grant during the alleged assault, according to the lawsuit.

Okay, oaky.

That’s enough of that.

You know, people used to be discreet. Women would be ashamed of being involved in this sort of thing.

Instead, with feminism, women are not responsible for their own decisions, and they can go around doing gang-bangs and letting guys shit on their heads and then say “yeah but I didn’t really like it, so it’s not my fault I did all those things.”

I blame these Jew lawyers.

Oh, and the women doing it. I also blame them.

In terms of the men – men do weird things on steroids, but I do not believe Vince McMahon shit on a woman’s head.

Vince is a hero of the Irish race, and this sort of slander is abominable. This slut should be sued for spreading these kinds of rumors.

Unfortunately, the Jew-run courts allow women to spread all kinds of rumors, and say they have a right to do it. Meanwhile, women are going insane over AI fake images that they claim “damage” women, and the White House is backing them up.

Russel Brand Getting MeToo’ed for Exposing the True Agenda of the Global Elite https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/09/17/russel-brand-getting-metooed-for-exposing-the-true-agenda-of-the-global-elite/ Sun, 17 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000

This is happening pic.twitter.com/N8zIKLbJN2

— Russell Brand (@rustyrockets) September 15, 2023

I don’t know if you guys know this, but Russell Brand’s show on Rumble is actually really good.

It’s pretty much on the same level as Tucker Carlson, maybe a bit better, in terms of the quality of the ideas. The difference is, he is very funny.

Also, he’s better than Tucker Carlson, because he says the aliens agenda is a CIA operation. He was promoting it a lot, probably because he wants to believe, but last month he came out and said he thinks the whole thing is a scam by the Pentagon and gave all my talking points about how every piece of “video evidence” comes from the US government. Tucker Carlson is still claiming aliens are real, and is really pushing it hard.

Russell Brand also never went on a campaign against Nick Fuentes like Tucker did.

But in general, I would say it’s in that range. Talk about the vax, talk about the election hoax (which Tucker didn’t do until much later), talk about the Ukraine hoax (Tucker promotes war with China, which Brand doesn’t do), and so on. No talk about Jews or anything really hardcore (even though the Jew thing is kind of getting less hardcore now, in a general sense, Rumble isn’t going to do a contract with someone who talks about it aggressively – though Rumble does allow Nick and others to stream on the site).

The difference between this and every other moderate conservative news show, in my opinion, is that Brand’s show is actually really fun to watch, because he’s witty. He’s also very effeminate – or at the very least “flamboyant” – which might bother some people. It doesn’t really bother me, given the context that he’s a professional comedian.

This is the link to his Rumble channel, for anyone who was going to have a hard time figuring that out (trust me, you’d be shocked by the “can you please Google that for me?” emails I’ve gotten over the years).

His show appears to be one of the most popular on Rumble now. He’s also one of the main people leading an exodus from YouTube. He starts his show on YouTube, and does the first 15 minutes there, then says “we’re going to be moving now to Rumble exclusively, because we’re going to be saying some things that YouTube doesn’t allow us to say.” Several of the major Rumble broadcasters do this, so it’s not his idea but something that’s probably part of his contract, but it’s working. Once you get to Rumble, you’re like “oh wow, this is just like YouTube was in 2016!”

I’ve previously mused that Rumble is likely to siphon off a certain amount of YouTube’s viewers by allowing total free speech, and then start banning people from talking about Jews. But hey – they haven’t done that yet. Right now, Rumble is the only real free speech platform. I honestly think I would be allowed to stream there. I’ve been thinking of trying.

Anyway, all of this is to say – I’m not the least bit surprised he’s getting metoo’d. He says in the above video addressing the issue that political enemies went through all the women he’d had sex with over the years – which he admits was a lot (for those who don’t know, he used to be a Hollywood actor and was briefly married to Katy Perry) – to find someone willing to accuse him.

It’s obviously political, though it is also terrifying.

The Times (Of London):

Four women have alleged sexual assaults between 2006 and 2013, while he was a presenter for BBC Radio 2 and Channel 4 and then an actor in Hollywood films. Others have made a range of accusations about Brand’s controlling, abusive and predatory behaviour.

…

The findings come from a joint investigation by The Sunday Times, The Times and Channel 4 Dispatches.

One woman alleges that Brand raped her against a wall in his Los Angeles home. She was treated at a rape crisis centre on the same day, according to medical records. Text messages show that in the hours after leaving his house, she told Brand that she had been scared by him and felt taken advantage of, adding: “When a girl say[s] NO it means no.” Brand replied saying he was “very sorry”.

A second woman alleges that Brand assaulted her when he was 31 and she was 16 and still at school. She said he referred to her as “the child” during an emotionally abusive and controlling relationship that lasted for about three months, and that Brand once “forced his penis down her throat”, making her choke. She says she tried to push him off and said she had to punch him in the stomach to make him stop.

A third woman claims that he sexually assaulted her while she worked with him in Los Angeles, and that he threatened to take legal action if she told anyone else about her allegation.

The fourth described being sexually assaulted by Brand and him being physically and emotionally abusive towards her.

All said they felt ready to speak only after being approached by reporters. Several said they felt compelled to do so given Brand’s newfound prominence as an online wellness influencer, with millions of followers on YouTube and other sites.

The others have accused him of physical and emotional abuse, sexual harassment and bullying.

This is going to be a problem.

As we all witnessed this month, the actor Danny Masterson was sentenced to life in prison for “rapes” that allegedly occurred twenty years ago.

See: “That 70s Show” Actor Sentenced to 30-to-Life for “Rape” That Allegedly Occurred 20 Years Ago

The Masterson case was even more extreme than the Weinstein case, in basically every way. So it appears that these rape hoaxes are just heating up, and you’re going to see them go totally buckwild presently.

Understand: it is now established precedent that if you believe a crying woman on a witness stand, then your belief amounts to “proof beyond a reasonable doubt.” The only other crime in all of legal history, going back to Ancient Rome, where people were convicted without any physical evidence, without anything other than eyewitness testimony, was the Holocaust.

At the time of the Nuremberg Trials, legal scholars were flipping out, saying that the process had destroyed the entire Western legal system. However, that “Nuremberg Standard” was never applied in the normal legal system – until the conviction of Harvey Weinstein.

Since Weinstein’s conviction, prosecutors have gone totally nuts bringing rape charges they never would have brought before the Weinstein conviction. Masterson was the first big post-Harvey celebrity conviction, but there are definitely going to be more of these.

Right now, it’s just a news report, but that’s the way these always start.

If they actually have record of a girl going to a rape center, that is way more than they had on Weinstein or Masterson. One of the girls being 16 also creates serious problems, because even though it’s not illegal to have sex with a 16-year-old, there are all of these other laws around that. It’s unlikely he didn’t share drugs and alcohol with her, for example. And she’s just going to get more sympathy, because “I was only a child and you took advantage of my innocence!”

Also, they didn’t have text messages in the Weinstein or Masterson cases. Well, they had some in the Weinstein case, but they were exculpatory (the supposed victim sending him “I love you and miss you so much” messages days after the supposed “rape”). If he’s apologizing to her in texts in a way that seems to imply admission of guilt, that is really bad.

I think a lot of people still haven’t processed the Weinstein-Masterson precedent. This is a serious situation. It wouldn’t have been when it supposedly happened (2006-2013), but right now, this is “deported to America to go to prison forever” type material.

I said when Weinstein was sentenced: “They are going to start using this politically, because under this standard, any man who has ever had sex with a woman can be convicted of rape.”

If I were Russell, I would have been on a plane to Russia before the story was published, quite frankly.

No joke. I know some of you reading know him. I don’t have his number and I don’t even know if he reads this site, but 1000%, he needs to gtfo of any jurisdiction within reach of the Americans. He’s got the money to set himself up nicely in Saint Petersburg with his family. I mean at the very least, he should go there now and see what they end up charging him with. Some people don’t have the luxury of fleeing to Russia (I famously announced after January 6 – before anyone was charged – that everyone who was there should go to Russia immediately – we see how that worked out for all of them).

The important thing is to go before the charges. In fact, I don’t even know if I would be allowed to write “he should go to Russia” if the charges had already been filed, as that could be some kind of “abetting.” If he goes before the charges are filed, his lawyers can just say “Russell decided to move to Russia because he needed access to more authentic borsch.”

He’s not going to lose any fans by fleeing to Russia. It will be an adventure. He can do a lot of fun stuff with his show. He could probably start interviewing top Russian politicians and cultural figures, and become an honored guest.

Anyway – nobody ever listens to me.

But I want it on record: I am saying right now, on the release of these allegations, that Russell Brand should immediately move to Russia (or China or Venezuela or whichever other non-aligned state – Russia seems the most obvious because it’s basically just like America or Britain in the 1970s and you can learn the language without too much trouble).

UK Universities Outraged as Male Students Get Lawyers to Fight Against Fake Rape Allegations https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/09/17/uk-universities-outraged-as-male-students-get-lawyers-to-fight-against-fake-rape-allegations/ Sun, 17 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Universities have set up rape courts in America and the UK.

It’s very strange that this is supposedly a very serious and very real crime, but also, it can be adjudicated in a fake court where the punishment is expulsion from college.

The Guardian:

Parents of male students accused of rape at university are starting to bring in barristers to help them avoid expulsion, the Observer has learned.

As the number of serious sexual assaults escalates across universities, experts say female students often do not want to go to the police, fearing delays and traumatising questioning, and knowing only 1% of rape cases end in conviction. Universities say increasing numbers of women are instead turning to them to investigate, leaving institutions wrestling with complex cases, including a rising trend of pornography-inspired strangulation during sex.

rofl

Good girls really want drunk sex with a stranger in a dorm room to be very romantic.

A student conduct panel, often comprising academics, support staff and students, takes evidence from both sides and decides whether a student has broken the rules by committing sexual misconduct and should be suspended or expelled. Universities stress this is not like a court of law.

Prof Sir Steve West, the vice-chancellor of the University of the West of England and president of Universities UK until earlier this year, said: “As expulsion is a penalty, parents of the accused often start to raise the stakes by hiring a lawyer. It is a power game, because usually the victim has no representation, and I think it is completely unacceptable and unfair.”

If you’re going to make accusations of crimes, you’re going to need a lawyer. If you don’t want to have your accused hire lawyers, don’t accuse him.

West said that parents “rarely tell us that they’re going to do this in advance”, typically turning up with a lawyer to the final student conduct committee hearing. He worries that this will “drive silence”, with victims frightened of being subjected to exactly the sort of adversarial investigation they wanted to avoid by not complaining to the police.

…

Smita Jamdar, a partner at the law firm Shakespeare Martineau who advises universities on sexual assault hearings, said: “There are increasing numbers of students choosing to bring cases of sexual misconduct of all sorts to their university rather than the police, and increasing numbers of very serious allegations.” She added that choking and sadomasochism (S&M) were now “not uncommon”.

Yeah, maybe legalizing pornography wasn’t great for society, I guess?

Not really sure how it’s a crime. This really amounts to “that sex I had with that stranger when I was drunk wasn’t fun at all – someone should have to pay for this!”

Jamdar said institutions often brought her firm in because an accused student had hired a lawyer and the university needed support. “Everyone ends up arguing over legal principles that are utterly bamboozling to most student conduct panels,” she said.

She is worried about the impact on victims of two recent high court cases where a UK university found a student guilty but the court overturned the finding, saying the process had not been fair.

She said: “The court has said that as these are serious allegations, very often it would be reasonable to allow legal representation, and you should subject the person who has made the complaint to rigorous and probing questions.” The complainant can appear by video link but must answer these questions, the judge said.

Jamdar said universities had worked hard to encourage reporting of attacks and that this had “really thrown a spanner in the works”.

If you have widespread sexual promiscuity in society, with girls who are not professional prostitutes engaging in behavior previously reserved for professional prostitutes (having sex with strangers), then you pretty much just have to say “whatever is going to happen is going to happen.”

If a girl gets kidnapped and beaten up, okay. But this idea of “special university courts for girls who had a bad sexual experience while drunk with a stranger” is clearly ridiculous.

The fact that they are whining about real lawyers being brought in just proves that it’s ridiculous. If you can’t deal with lawyers, don’t accuse someone of a crime. If you don’t want to have bad sexual experiences, don’t get drunk and have sex with strangers.

Russell Brand Getting MeToo’d for Exposing the True Agenda of the Global Elite https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/09/17/russell-brand-getting-metood-for-exposing-the-true-agenda-of-the-global-elite/ Sun, 17 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Some of the accusations are from Americans and some are from Britons.

Prosecutors Drop Rape Hoax Witch Hunt Against Rammstein Singer After 3 Months – No Evidence! https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/08/29/prosecutors-drop-metoo-case-against-rammsteins-singer-due-to-lack-of-evidence/ Tue, 29 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Previously: Rammstein Singer Being Metoo’d by Mostly Anonymous Whores

This is what I wrote on June 15th about rape accusations against Till Lindemann:

All of this metoo shit is fake, in that it is all based around stupid “consent” gibberish, rather than what we now call “classic rape.” However, in this case, I would guess that it’s being made up whole cloth.

As it happens, the Berlin court has concurred with this.

The Guardian:

Investigations into alleged sexual assaults by Till Lindemann, frontman with German metal superstars Rammstein, have been dropped by prosecutors.

Berlin state prosecutors said investigations, which began in June, “did not provide any evidence”, and that they were unable to substantiate allegations as law enforcement agencies had not received direct testimony from the accusers.

Hahahahaha.

If law enforcement never received testimony, then why were prosecutors investigating it?

Does the German legal system typically investigate people for crimes as a result of rumors?

Lawyers for Lindemann said: “The rapid termination of investigative proceedings by the Berlin state prosecutor’s office shows that there is insufficient evidence that our client allegedly committed sexual offences.”

In May, a Northern Irish Rammstein fan, Shelby Lynn, alleged that she was “groomed for sex” with Lindemann by being selected to meet him at a backstage area at a concert in Vilnius, Lithuania, where he allegedly reacted angrily when she refused to have sex with him. She also claimed her drink was spiked at a pre-concert party.

Lithuanian police did not pursue the complaint after she reported it. The band denied her claim, writing: “With regard to the allegations circulating on the internet about Vilnius, we can rule out the possibility that what is being claimed took place in our environment.”

The allegations led to a number of other women reporting a system allegedly employed by Lindemann to recruit fans for sex, prompting Berlin prosecutors to open an investigation “over allegations relating to sexual offences and the distribution of drugs”.

Well, that answers the question: yes, the German police investigate rumors.

At least, they investigate rumors about masculine German men who the Jews have been calling “Nazis” for 30 years simply because they are handsome Germans that look cool and the Nazis were also handsome Germans that looked cool.

Honestly, I thought this would get a little bit further along at least.

Of course, these allegations existing at all – even if they were quashed inside of a few months – will taint this man for the rest of his life, and taint his personal legacy for as long as this feminist ideology is in power.

It currently makes up 2/3rds of the “personal life” section of his Wikipedia page.

That pattern will hold indefinitely until something about this society changes.

I made some various comments about Lindemann in my last article on this topic. I just went and read it and it’s good. I won’t repeat it all here, because you can click that link at the top and I’m in a rush to finish this other thing I was working on all morning.

But Lindemann has always been a sad case to me. He was from East Germany, so was only introduced to the West when the wall came down. He was strikingly handsome, and I’m sure relatively talented as a creative (it’s not really my thing, but I assume that for pop metal, it must be pretty good, because Rammstein is one of the only foreign language bands I remember breaking through in America in my lifetime). He was masculine, always fit, and seemed to posses a genuine sort of patriotism. All of these qualities helped him make tens of millions of dollars, but he wasn’t ever really allowed to enjoy it, as the band’s international success was marked by constant, degrading accusations of Nazism.

Germans just aren’t allowed to be handsome and cool. That’s Nazism.

It’s a problem for the entire global Jewish media is you look like this:

That facial structure is itself considered a form of anti-Semitism. If you add the German language (or heavily accented English), a fashion sense, masculinity, and so on, then you are a Nazi, even if you never said anything about the Nazis.

Which I suspect is why, in more recent times as an old man who’s more or less just on tour to get paid, Lindemann has taken to doing a kind of Marilyn Manson gimmick.

It’s sad, I think. It feels like in late middle age – he’s 60 now and he’s been doing this clown costume thing for a decade or so – he’s been effectively stripped of his dignity, something he refused to surrender for a long time. (People are going to say “he always wore makeup and edgy outfits though!” – that’s true, but anyone who’s followed the band knows the style changed significantly, from expressing masculinity to a kind of homosexual thing – in 2019, he was kissing a man on stage as part of the show. Moreover, one would typically tone this sort of thing down as they aged, but as he has aged, the Jews have gotten much more aggressive about this “Holocaust” stuff.)

It seems like he grew up on the Eastern side, where the Russians (whatever you want to say about them) let Germans keep their dignity, and then slowly but surely, over the course of his life, his dignity was beaten out of him.

I guess to me, this represents all of Germany, and Germany’s humiliation is just the most aggressive and extreme form of anti-white, anti-male, anti-Christian ritual humiliation.

We say in America that “racist” is just a slur against white people. “Nazi” is similarly a slur against Germans. The difference is, Germans have undergone the better part of a century’s worth of ritual racial humiliation by the whole world because they lost a war, whereas this whole “racism” hoax really only began in earnest in America over the last 10 years.

Taiwan: Cuntocracy Demands Jail Time for Alleged “Sexual Harassment” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/07/14/taiwan-cuntocracy-demands-jail-time-for-alleged-sexual-harassment/ Fri, 14 Jul 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Taiwan’s government has proposed tougher punishments for sexual harassment offences.

It follows a wave of accusations that’s been dubbed Taiwan’s #MeToo movement. pic.twitter.com/nW2EHTQX19

— TaiwanPlus (@taiwanplusnews) July 13, 2023

Are there any men in the theatre tonight? Put them up against the wall!

And that one looks flirtatious and that one sniffs poon!

Who let all of this riff-raff into the room?

There’s one winking his eye and another pointing at his cock!

If I had my way, I’d have all of you shot!

Reuters:

Taiwan’s cabinet on Thursday proposed stricter laws against sexual harassment as a recent surge in allegations brought the #MeToo movement to the island nearly six years after it gained global prominence.

The proposed reforms of Taiwan’s three gender equality laws introduce harsher penalties for perpetrators, lengthen the statute of limitations for filing complaints, and increase resources to support victims.

The #MeToo movement – ignited in 2017 by accusations of sexual misconduct against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein – saw women around the world take to social media to disclose their experiences with sexual harassment, spawning investigations and toppling high-profile men from positions of power.

Addressing workplace harassment that takes advantage of power imbalances is a priority for Taiwan’s reforms, Lo Ping-cheng, minister without portfolio who led the cabinet’s efforts, told a news conference after a meeting during which the cabinet proposed the legal amendments.

Under the revised laws, an employer found guilty of sexual harassment could be fined up to T$1 million ($32,306) and jailed for up to three years.

Taiwan is a vaginal government ruling over a group of men who pride themselves on their dignity.

It’s really unsustainable.

Why would the men of this Chinese island allow themselves to be subjected to this humiliation from stupid, irate whores?

The US government is demanding they start a Ukraine-style war against China – explicitly in defense of so-called “anal marriage” and all of this vaginal gibberish.

If I were the US, directing this Cuntocracy, I would chill out.

Poll numbers for the KMT – the pro-reunification party – continue to rise like a teased cock, as they force this stuff down the throats of the people.

When the rubber hits the road, and the US makes their big push to get Taiwan into war, you’re going to see that for the majority of men in Taiwan, their patriotism is not to the American-backed Cuntocracy, but to their race and nation.
