The government may be forced to limit the available choices for citizens in order to battle predicted ‘devastating consequences’ of climate change. That’s the message in an opinion titled “Climate Justice,” published on March 13th by the German Ethics Council.

In the opinion, the Ethics Council—a board of expert advisors established by German law—recommends actions to be taken by corporations, individuals, and the government to ensure the effects of climate change do not unjustly burden “those who are not so well-off.”

Primarily, the Ethics Council says, this should be done on a voluntary basis—through individual ”self-commitment as an expression of one’s individual freedom”—by, for example, “voluntarily abandoning certain vacation, consumption, or mobility practices.”

However, the Council’s statement continues (emphasis added),

On grounds of justice, it can be morally required to contribute to measures to tackle climate change. If one’s own exercise of freedom interferes in an unjust manner with the freedom and welfare of others or of future generations, for example through consumption that is harmful to the climate, the authorities may intervene with restrictions of freedom.

In other words: If you cannot be shamed into behaving in a way deemed morally correct by the elite, the government may simply have to force you. While the opinion states that the Ethics Council is opposed to suspending “democratic freedoms and processes” to reach the desired climate goals, the group says it largely falls to the government to provide the “supportive framework conditions” under which individuals can—as we say to the kids—make good choices.

These framework conditions, the opinion says, should among other things include lowered speed limits, increased “electromobility,” and increased CO2 taxes. The Council suggests a personal emissions limit that cannot be exceeded, and even “the ban on particularly climate-damaging products or services”—or, as Apollo News puts it: “a regulation as to who can buy what and to what extent.”

The authors of a report titled Law in the Emerging Bio Age say legal frameworks have a key part to play in governing human interactions with the environment and biotechnology.

Ecuador and Bolivia have already enshrined rights for the natural world, while there is a campaign to make ecocide a prosecutable offence at the international criminal court. The report for the Law Society, the professional body for solicitors in England and Wales, explores how the relationship between humans and mother earth might be recalibrated in the future.

Dr Wendy Schultz, a futurist and report co-author, said: “There is a growing understanding that something very different has to be done if our children are going to have a planet to live on that is in any way pleasant, much less survivable, so this is an expanding trend. Is it happening as fast as any of us would want? Possibly not, which is why it’s important to get the word out.”

Her co-author, Dr Trish O’Flynn, an interdisciplinary researcher who was previously the national lead for civil contingencies at the Local Government Association, said legal frameworks should be “fit for a more than human future” and developments such as genetic modification or engineering. A professor of Ethics at Oslo Metropolitan University in Norway has called to legalize AI-generated child pornography, claiming that pedophilia should be seen as an innate sexuality that requires destigmatization.

Ole Martin Moen, a gay man who identifies as “queer,” currently serves as a member of the advisory board on Norway’s Patient Organization for Gender-Incongruence (PKI), a social and political lobby group for trans rights. According to their official website, PKI’s purpose is to provide access to “gender-affirming treatment” to the public “regardless of factors like non-binary identity, sexual practice or having other diagnosis.” Moen has also served as academic council at Civita, Norway’s largest liberal think tank, since 2015.

Recently, Moen targeted Christina Ellingsen, a Norwegian feminist who is facing a police investigation and a potential sentence of three years in prison for tweets in which she stated that men cannot be lesbians.

Moen has repeatedly harassed the Twitter account of Women’s Declaration International Norway, making false claims about the nature of the investigation against Ellingsen.

But while Moen believes Ellingsen’s ideas on transgenderism are worth criminal prosecution, his own academic history would likely be considered far more disturbing to the average person.

“Pedophilia is bad. But how bad is it? And in what ways, and for what reasons, is it bad?” Moen wrote in a 2015 paper titled “The Ethics of Pedophilia,” which was then republished in 2018 in The Palgrave Handbook of Philosophy and Public Policy, a textbook widely available at Universities across the globe.

“In this paper it is argued that pedophilia is bad only because, and only to the extent that, it causes harm to children, and that pedophilia itself, as well as pedophilic expressions and practices that do not cause harm to children, are morally alright [sic],” reads the abstract.

Moen details arguments for and against “adult-child sex” before ultimately coming to the conclusion that “adult-child sex is not categorically very harmful” but may result in “risks” of children being harmed. He offers a quick disapproval of penetrative adult-child sexual relations, but goes on to make statements that defend pedophilia as an innate sexual orientation, comparing the desire to sexually abuse children to homosexuality.

“We must appreciate that sexual attraction towards children is often a deep and integral part of pedophiles’ personalities,” he writes, while suggesting that pedophiles should not be held responsible for their actions as “many pedophiles are ignorant of the truth that adult-child sex exposes children to [harm].”

Moen also argues that pedophiles who do not sexually abuse children should be “praised” for their “admirable willpower,” and says that condemning pedophiles for their attraction should be considered “unjust.”

The academic claims that “many of us have been pedophiles at one point,” and presents a bizarre argument that most people experienced sexual attraction to children when they themselves were children.

“When you were 11, it is not unlikely that you were sexually attracted to prepubertal children… the mental state of finding children sexually attractive is very common,” he says, continuing: “Youngness, the property children have in excess, is a property that, when present to a lesser extent, is widely considered sexually attractive. As such, what makes pedophiles diverge from others is that they prefer more youngness than does the average person.”

But perhaps most disturbingly, Moen has called for information on pedophilia to be taught in schools, suggesting “a certain percentage” of high school students have an innate pedophilic sexual identity.

“To prevent harm to future children, we would also be well-advised to start teaching high school students not just what to do in case they are victims of sexual abuse, but also what to do in case they themselves are pedophiles. A certain percentage of high school students either are or will become pedophiles, and currently they are not given any advice on how to handle their sexuality.”

Moen has also stated that computer-generated child sexual exploitation material and other “fantasy outlets” may be useful for those with pedophilic sexual attraction, insisting viewing such material would not result in an increased propensity for abusing a real child. But Moen’s assertion flies in the face of evidence from child safeguarding experts who have been sounding the alarm on such lines of reasoning.

Line Hegna, the director of communications for the Norwegian branch of Save the Children, told the Sunday Guardian Live in 2018 that the possession of child sexual abuse materials “contributes to maintaining a market which presupposes abuse of children.”

Hegna was responding to a national scandal that saw a top child protection expert sentenced to prison for possession of an enormous quantity of content depicting the rape of children. “Possession of abusive material can work to normalize abuse of children,” Hegna said.

From 2017 to 2021, Moen was the Principal Investigator for the project “What should not be bought and sold?“, funded by the SAMKUL scheme of the Research Council of Norway with a government grant of NOK 8.9 million, or approximately $1 million. A description of the project indicates it was designed to explore the philosophical questions surrounding “the buying and selling of friendships, babies, [and] human organs.”

Moen’s defense of pedophilia as a sexual orientation is the latest in what appears to be a marked increase in openly sympathetic views towards pedophiles at the academic level, with multiple incidents being reported over the past year alone.

On February 5, State University of New York Professor Stephen Kershnar was placed on off-campus duties after clips from a podcast he’d done resurfaced showing him actively defending adult sexual contact with children, including those as young as 12 months old.

Even more recently, an academic critical of pro-pedophilia sympathies within Universities had his research scrubbed from The British Journal of Sociology and History just 24 hours after it was first published due to a complaint from a “pro-pedophile” activist group.

A Kentucky family court judge has been suspended with pay after she was accused of misconduct, including an allegation that she had a threesome in the courthouse.

Dawn Gentry, a family court judge in Kenton County, in Kentucky’s northern 16th Judicial District, was charged with multiple counts of misconduct in November by the state Judicial Conduct Committee.

She was put on paid suspension this week pending a final decision.

Presumably, you’d think a judge of all people would be pretty clear on what constitutes misconduct or not.

This would definitely be misconduct.

Maybe she just liked living close to the edge. Or never thought the patriarchy would catch on to her schemes.

Either way, this thot can now officially be considered patrolled.

Gentry is accused of coercing court staff to work on her judicial election campaign, retaliating against employees who failed to support her campaign and hiring a man with whom she had a sexual relationship, according to a conduct committee document outlining the charges. She denies all of the accusations.

The judge, who was elected in November 2018, is alleged to have hired her lover, a former pastor, and allowed him to play guitar and sing in the office, “disrupting other court employees during the workday,” according to the documents. An attorney for Gentry said she didn’t realize that the man’s behavior was a distraction, the documents show.

She didn’t “realize” that having her boyfriend come into the office to loudly sing and play the guitar would “disrupt” the other employees?

She faces a slew of other allegations, among them that she took her children to work and allowed them to witness confidential court proceedings. Once, her child recognized one of the children involved in a confidential case, the conduct committee alleged.

The committee also accused Gentry of approving false or inaccurate time sheets and of allowing staff to store and consume alcoholic beverages in court offices and to consume alcohol in the courthouse. Gentry denies falsifying time sheets, and she said through a lawyer in a court response that she had been unaware that her staffers were drinking.

Stephen Ryan, Gentry’s attorney, said in an interview Wednesday that witnesses during court proceedings attested to Gentry’s skills as a judge, arguing that she was fit to remain on the bench.

“They said she was fair and listened to the arguments and wrote good legal opinions,” said Ryan, who said Gentry often presided over divorces, child neglect and abuse cases, and truancy issues.

So she was having threesomes in the courthouse.

Last week, several Congressional Republicans demanded an ethics investigation into Feinstein over her deliberately crafted smear campaign to kike Kavanaugh.

Seven Republican congressmen formally requested on Wednesday that the House and Senate Ethics Committees investigate Democrats’ handling of Christine Blasey Ford’s letter detailing sexual assault allegations.

Representatives Andy Biggs, Steve King, Jeff Duncan, Bob Gibbs, Ralph Normal, Rod Blum, and Louie Gohmert sent two letters to each chamber’s Ethics Committee targeting Rep. Anna Eshoo and Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

They requested that both California Democrats and their staff be investigated in other to determine how Ms. Blasey Ford’s letter was leaked to the press.

“Deliberately outing Dr. Ford without her consent may have a lasting impact on women’s willingness to report future assaults,” the letters read. “For these reasons, we are calling for an immediate ethics investigation to identify the individuals who are responsible for this breach and take appropriate action.”

And we also have Senator Lindsey Graham who has already vowed to get to the bottom of what happened.

Some morons have been trying to claim that the “lock her up” chants are hypocritical because it reflects a belief that people are guilty until proven innocent. This is a patently ridiculous claim. There are no Trump supporters who believe that someone is guilty until proven innocent. The “lock her up” chants are simple demands for criminals like Feinstein and Clinton to be held accountable for their crimes. This includes a fair trial with due process.

But even if Trump supporters did not believe in the concept of people being innocent until proven guilty, why should that matter? Jews like Feinstein and other Democrats have already sold this idea that accusations are enough to prove someone’s guilt. That’s literally what they based their entire argument against Kavanaugh on. Unsubstantiated allegations had to be believed regardless of the evidence or the facts.

Truthfully though, if these people don’t believe in due process, then due process shouldn’t apply to them. Especially when one is dealing with subversive Jews who have no principles.

The bottom line is that an ethics investigation absolutely needs to be launched into Feinstein. It will undoubtedly reveal a great many inconvenient facts exposing her and members of her evil anti-American tribe.

We tend to think of plants as helpless, passive green blobs, but a fascinating new study, in which scientists used fluorescent light to visualize alarm signals within plants, shows how our photosynthesizing friends are able to mobilize their defenses.

New research published today in Science is providing an unprecedented view of the signaling action that happens within plants when they’re under attack. A second or two after a plant receives an injury, like a chomp from a caterpillar, a warning signal radiates from the location of the wound, spreading out through the entire plant in a process that takes fewer than 120 seconds. The plant, now aware that it’s under attack—or at least, as “aware” as a plant can be—can respond to the threat by releasing chemical countermeasures.

Scientists have known about this systemwide signaling system for quite some time, but the new study, conducted by researchers from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Japan Science and Technology Agency, and several other institutions, is the first to show this remarkable defense mechanism in action. What’s more, the study offers new insights into the biological processes behind this nervous-system like signaling, which is still poorly understood.

So basically, when plants get injured, a signal gets generated that travels throughout its body through the circulatory system, which acts basically like a slow-motion nervous system.

“We do know that if you wound a leaf, you get an electrical charge, and you get a propagation that moves across the plant,” botanist Simon Gilroy, a professor at UWM and a co-author of the new study, said in a statement. “What triggered that electric charge, and how it moved throughout the plant, were unknown.”

Gilroy and his colleague Masatsugu Toyota, who led the research, suspected calcium had something to do with it. Calcium ions, which produce an electrical charge, are known to perform signaling duties in plants, particularly in response to changing environmental conditions. Scientists have struggled to visualize this movement within plants, leading to a rather fascinating solution. To watch the calcium move in real time, Toyota and his colleagues bioengineered plants to produce a protein that fluoresces around calcium, lighting up the interiors of plants like a Christmas tree. Using advanced microscopes and biosensors, the researchers were able to track the presence and volume of the calcium in response to various injuries, including caterpillar chomps, scissor snips, and damage caused by crushing.

Plants know pain – but do they know fear?

While experimenting on mustard plants, the researchers watched the plants light up as the calcium surged away from the injury and toward their other leaves. The signal propagated at a rate of one millimeter per second, which is fast enough to reach the far corners of the plant in less than two minutes. The calcium pulses were able to spread by traveling through the plant’s vascular, or circulatory, system.

After the warning signal had fully propagated, the leaves began to release their defense-related hormones in preparation for future attacks. Plants, in addition to releasing chemicals that kickstart the repair process, can release noxious, insect-unfriendly chemicals.

This is all very interesting.

Ultimately, the process is very similar to what happens when an animal or human gets injured. A signal is sent warning the creature of the injury, which triggers the release of various hormones to help the creature deal with the threat.

So if the process is totally analogous, why should we assume that the subjective experience is totally different? In other words, why should we assume that plants don’t feel pain when injured?

Plants are more dynamic and intelligent than most people think.

They communicate with each other, adapt to their environments, have family relationships, have memories, and more.

They can sense light, sound, touch and are sensitive to various chemicals. In other words, they have sensory perceptions.

So there’s no real reason to assume that they wouldn’t have some kind of consciousness.

We’re all part of the cycle of life, and the dynamics of this world, which involve constant suffering and death. Accepting that and moving on is part of becoming an adult.

Jason Chaffetz, the California Jew who became a Utah “Mormon” Republican Representative overnight, is using his position at the House Oversight Committee to legalistically needle Kellyanne Conway.

Chaffetz is making hay by citing an “ethics violation” by the Trump administration over Kellyanne Conway’s off-the-cuff and innocent remark to support Ivanka Trump’s brand in response to the TJ Maxx/Nordstrom boycott. There is no evidence that Conway personally profits from sales of Ivanka Trump’s clothes, but the Congressional Judenrat is demanding the unironically titled “Office on Government Ethics” have her reprimanded, suspended, or even fired over it.

The Republican and Democratic heads of the House Committee On Oversight and Government Reform filed a letter on Thursday requesting the independent government watchdog begin a review of President Donald Trump’s counselor following her endorsement of Ivanka Trump’s fashion line.

In a letter to the Office of Government Ethics, Reps. Jason Chaffetz and Elijah Cummings wrote that they had “extremely serious concerns” that Kellyanne Conway violated federal ethics rules when she appeared on Fox News on Thursday and explicitly endorsed Ivanka Trump’s fashion line, which was dropped by Nordstrom after the retailer claimed the sales were slow.

“Conway’s statements from the White House using her official title could appear to constitute an explicit endorsement, and advertisement for Ivanka Trump’s personal business activities,” the ranking members wrote.

The letter continued: “We request you review Conway’s statements and act promptly based on the basis of your findings. We also ask you to report back to the committee with your recommendations for disciplinary action, if warranted.”

The letter permitted the OGE to review Conway’s conduct for a potential ethics violation and recommend a punishment, including “reprimand, suspension, demotion, or dismissal.”

Alright, so technically you’re not supposed to do that. But Conway is one of the best PR people in the field, all it takes is a warning.

But this is purely political, hence the mountain out of the molehill. Chaffetz has always been hostile to Donald Trump, and was one of the most vocal members of the Jewish protest movement called “Never Trump” until about two weeks before the election.

The GOP cuckgress has been fairly well-behaved, they are for the most part doing their job of representing their constituents and supporting the duly elected President of their party so far.

But don’t expect finks like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell to keep this up forever. They are biding their time until the 2018 elections are over, since they know that if they obstruct the president right now their voters will punish them.

Trump won 61% of real Mormons nationwide. Representative Chaffetz is not representing them.

How this sheeny weasel Chaffetz managed to convince the people of Utah with his “How do you do, fellow Mormons” act is impossible to quantify. One thing that is true, when push comes to shove, he takes off the magic underwear and puts on the yarmulke.

The natural and righteous code of ethics and morality for Whites:

1. What is good for Whites is good.

2. What is bad for Whites is bad.

Simple enough, but as might be expected, it is necessary to explain more for a fuller understanding of these two rules.

Too many Whites are caught up in universal religious ethics and morality and mistakenly live their whole lives thinking this is the way things should be.  It is not.  Universal  ethics and morality  generally teach  that one should treat all humans the same and that one should serve others — pathological altruism — no matter who the others are.  This false idea is the progeny of the more basic false idea that all humans are basically the same except for different  paint jobs and that underneath those different paint jobs the engines are all the same.  Big mistake.  Humans are not all the same.  Not by a long shot.  In fact, the races are so different that Charles Darwin correctly wrote:

“[T]he varieties of mankind are so different that similar differences found in any other animals would warrant their classification in different species, if not in different genera.” –Charles Darwin

In believing the falsehood that all humans are the same and in internalizing this flat-world nonsense, one then thinks that all people are fungible.  So, in such false thinking,  if the White ones die off one wrongly believes  it’s no big deal because there are still plenty of humans around. Well, the reality is that if you are White and all the White ones die off including you and your family lines, you are extinct.  You have no place in existence.  The fact that other kinds of humans are around is essentially meaningless to you and other Whites. Those general parts of your DNA  code that read such things as mammal and human still exist in other kinds of humans, but the parts that specifically read “Whiteness” are gone and it is the parts that read Whiteness that are most important and meaningful  for your existence.   Without these right parts that read Whiteness, a human is like a radio that is missing some parts and can’t  receive the “radio waves” aimed at Whiteness that are all around it.  This is not to say that Whites are superior to other kinds of humans, but it is to say that we are different as they are different and it is also to say that our continued existence requires our White difference.

To maintain that White difference we must only breed with our fellow Whites.  Miscegenation is a great evil and must be avoided.

The reality of existence is that we Whites can only find our most complete existence  and identity as Whites.  This is so, because we are most fully us in the White DNA code that makes us and all other pure Whites the people we are.  If the White DNA code continues to exist, even when our bodies die, we are still existent, even without consciousness in other Whites and most fully, of course, in direct descendants of us as individuals. There is, however, something of us in all pure Whites.  In other humans and other organisms, some of the more general DNA  code exists (after all, DNA is DNA no matter which organism it is in) but we are such a small percentage us in all non-White organisms, including non-White humans,  that it is meaningless.  Whites must exist for us to exist and this applies to the future long after we are gone. And, speaking of all DNA being the same, we just remember it is the shuffle–the order–of the four chemicals of DNA that matters in what type of organism is created, not the raw chemicals.

Our morality–the morality that some of us follow, and which you may also wish to consider–is based on the truths of nature and evolution.  We have a solid and unshakeable understanding that what is right and good must be based on what is right and good for us as Whites. This  means what helps us survive, expand, evolve and be happy is good and right.  If it is good for Whites, it is good.  If it is bad for Whites, it is bad.  But, herein lies something that must be understood.  Good and bad for Whites does not just mean what is good and bad right now and for the person we see in the mirror.  It also means what is good for our DNA code that is inside us and which makes us who and what we are and which also makes us part of all pure Whites.

Of course, there are universals, but there are also particulars. And we must, as White people, look out for ourselves as White people first and always, and put nothing in front of or above Whiteness. This means, in part, we must not put false universal religions above Whiteness.  Everything must be for Whiteness. Our lives, our religions, our world view, our philosophy, our culture, our nations, our beliefs, our politics…everything…must put Whiteness above all else. There must be no fragmentation of ourselves-no alienation from our most essential selves–our White DNA code–all must be integrated into Whiteness and flow from it.

To understand why across the board universal ethics and morality are wrong with respect to us as Whites, one needs to understand the reality of the gene wars (you may prefer the terms gene struggles or gene contests), which are eternal and necessary for evolution to work.

The gene wars are simply different versions of  genes trying to replace other versions for the same characteristics, and the gene wars start in us during our conception. When the male sperm, carrying approximately 10,000 genes, meets the female egg, also carrying approximately 10,000 genes, the various versions of genes have to compete to build a new human.  There are thousands of contests that have to be won.  Which characteristics from the father or the mother will win in the new human?  Which eye color, hair color and texture, nose shape, lip shape, body type, brain characteristics and on and on and on will the new human have?  Now, these gene wars seem fairly benign within our bodies, especially when the mother and father are of the same race, but when they are of different races, the gene wars are not as benign and one race beats the other on various characteristics including one of the most obvious characteristics: skin color.

With the above in mind, you also have to understand that you have a right to exist and to exist as you are, as a White person. You have that right simply because you do exist.  You are the most important person to you. Without you, nothing else matters to you since without you, you are nonexistent.  And, as you think along these lines you must realize that no one is more important than you or has any more right to exist or to any part of existence of the planet than you.  Kings, Queens, presidents, prime ministers, billionaires, religious leaders, whoever–no one is more important than you. You take no second seat to any of them.  You are you, and you are important. Without you, there is nothing for you.  And, as you have a right to exist you have the right to your freedom.  You have a right to try to find happiness.  You have a right to associate with or not associate with any other persons for any reasons you so choose.  You are the King or Queen of yourself.

You are here.  All of existence, for you, depends on your existence.  Nothing matters if you are not here. It is the same with the rest of us.  But, you also need to understand that you, as the person you see in the mirror, are created by your DNA code.  Your DNA code has many aspects.  In you, some aspects of the DNA code are absolutely unique and not like any other DNA code.  However–and going from the specific you to ever more general levels–you share the next level of that code with your family and then your extended family and then with all Whites, and so on and so on and you can keep extending  this right out to ever more general categories such as mammals,  organisms, minerals, subatomic particles and energies because at some level they are part of you.  However, it makes no logical or practical sense to go beyond Whites for your identity.   Feeling one with all minerals, for example, because you are made of minerals makes no sense. And, feeling one with all non-White humans also makes no sense. So, we stop our identity train with all Whites.  Whites look like you and think like you and act like you, as looked at statistically, because they are like you.  They have the same DNA code that reads non-Jewish White person as you do.

Our ethical and moral code–what is right and what is wrong–flows naturally, in a secular sense, from the ways of existence as they really are, and informs our understanding of the primary importance of our DNA code and our genes to our existence as we see ourselves in the mirror and as the recipe that makes us who and what we are and for our future life within our offspring if we mate correctly with our own kind.

Just a few words here about some of what is immoral for us as Whites because we are White, and these are particular to us and are part of the extra burden we carry to fix the broken world. It is immoral for Whites to butt into the affairs of non-Whites or to let non-Whites butt into our affairs. We have our White trajectory and destiny and non-Whites have theirs. The different destinies should not be blended together  or mixed.  It is immoral for Whites to miscegenate, to have abortions, to limit our family size, to commit suicide, to practice celibacy, to not have as many pure White children as possible.

The highest morality for Whites is to be truly White.  To be as we are born to be and to not hobble ourselves with false morality and false values which is what false religions do to us.  We must be us.  And the us that Whites are is a race (we’re really a subspecies, but we’ll use the term race here for convenience) that invents, explores, builds.  We are scientists and engineers by nature–at least in our ideal forms.  It is part of our nature.  It is part of our DNA code.

Our happiness depends on us facing the world as Whites and in not trying to be less than we can be and in not trying to fit non-Whites into our genetic program or societies or us into theirs.  They do not have our genetic program and they are a bad fit into Whiteness, just as we are a bad fit into their genetic programs.
