A pro-migrant student activist who was raped by a homeless migrant says she is shocked to have encountered the man on the street before his trial began.

The man’s trial is set to start tomorrow, Dec. 14, after police arrested him in 2021 for allegedly raping 23-year-old Océane Decan at knifepoint in a Bordeaux parking lot, which means the trial is only beginning for a case that happened two years ago. The 58-year-old suspect, Yero Ba, was released from pre-trial detention in September of this year, which allowed him to roam the streets until his trial began.

The man is unemployed, homeless, and has a long criminal history for violence and sexual assault, according to French newspaper Sud Ouest.

Ba was released by the trial judge despite the prosecutor’s recommending the migrant stay in detention until his trial began.

However, the case has taken somewhat of a twist, with French media outlet Infos Bordeaux writing that the case is getting special attention because the victim is a friend of the left and involved in pro-migrant activities:

“If feminist associations, usually very silent in the face of this type of rape, have decided to publicize the case, it is because Océane Decan is one of them. Very committed to the left, she has fought for the cause of migrants since her young years.

A high school student in Jean-Brito (Ille-et-Vilaine), she was already mobilizing her classmates to help migrants through food collections. Before joining Sciences Po Bordeaux, she was involved in numerous organizations helping foreigners (Amnesty International, Utopia 56, Sos Racisme, etc.).”

Decan has been vocal about her own personal case, even if her own advocacy for open borders — along with the NGOs she is affiliated with — has led to increased sexual harassment of women and an explosion in rape cases across France.

She describes how she first saw Ba “by chance” as she was out walking despite the man being arrested for raping her.

“I wasn’t warned. One day in October, I was walking in the center of Bordeaux and I came across him on Rue Sainte-Catherine: He was playing guitar and panhandling. It was a shock. It reawakened everything. Now, I have panic attacks, I don’t dare leave my house. As soon as I have to go into town, I have to be accompanied,” said Decan. French media reports that she is on sick leave and suffers from “post-traumatic stress disorder,” according to her psychologist.

No one forced you to support these people, and I have questions as to whether this “rape” was even forcible.

Women’s rights groups are calling for a rally against the man’s early release. When he appears at his trial scheduled for tomorrow, he faces up to 20 years in prison for the alleged rape at knifepoint.

“Once again, the justice system is failing to protect victims of sexist and sexual violence,” a number of feminist groups wrote in a press release, also calling for a rally in front of the courthouse.

Decan says the man managed to lure her into an underground parking garage in 2021, where he sprung a “trap.”

“Suddenly, his tone changes and he pulls out a knife about 15 centimeters long. He says he’s going to kill me. I’m stunned, I can see myself dying. He’s forcing me to be raped,” she said. A witness nearby intervened to stop the rape midway.

Foreigners are responsible for 69 percent of rapes, sexual assaults and sexual harassment on French public transport. As French President Emmanuel Macron has admitted himself, half of all crimes committed in Paris are committed by foreigners, but researchers say this figure is actually as high as two-thirds.

There is no possible way that 31% of rapes are committed by white Frenchmen. On its face, that is ridiculous.

Really, you have to be as stupid as this bitch to believe that 31% number. Think about it for ten seconds. Paris is at least 40% non-French. How could Frenchmen be doing 31% of rapes? It’s a totally outrageous number.

Dozens of people were injured in Tel Aviv on Saturday as hundreds of Eritrean government supporters and opponents clashed with each other and with Israeli police, authorities in Israel said.

Israel’s Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service said more than 114 people had been treated for injuries, including dozens of police officers. Eight of the injuries were serious, MDA said in a statement.

Israeli Police later said 49 officers had been injured and 39 people were arrested. Police who felt threatened fired live ammunition while extricating themselves from crowds, they said. It was not immediately clear if any of the day’s injuries were from the police live fire.

Videos on social media showed Eritrean government supporters clashing with anti-government protesters.

Eritreans make up the majority of African asylum seekers in Israel.

Israeli police fired stun grenades in an attempt to disperse the crowd, while some protesters hurled stones at police and set fire to trash bins.

“Large forces of the Israel Police and Border Police were prepared for the planned protest… and a location and time were allocated for the protest,” a statement from Tel Aviv Police read.

“However, the protesters arrived very early and began to disrupt public order… some of the lawbreakers engaged in severe violence and vandalism in the city streets.”

According to the Metropolitan Police Data, robberies in the city are up 59 percent and total violent crime is up 36 percent from this time last year.

Some of the robberies have turned into fatal shootings in recent months. Dzhoy Zuckerman was a 27-year-old bike messenger who was shot and killed Saturday in an apparent attempted robbery.

Police arrested three 18-year-olds arrested earlier this month after police said they robbed six people, including one White House staffer, in less than 24 hours.

The four attackers reportedly gained access to the couple’s estate before entering through the window of one of the bedrooms on the first floor. An item belonging to them was found there. They allegedly knew the lay-out of the home.

The couple were tied up with electrical cords, physically assaulted and robbed. Bernard Tapie, 78, who was briefly a government minister, has always been a vocal advocate for immigration. And Tapie tried to reason with his torturers to make them aware of this fact. But when Tapie told the attackers that he had always stood up for migrants, one of the torturers replied: “Fuck you, that time is over!”

Tapie and his wife, Dominique, 70, had been sleeping when the assailants confronted them. “They were woken up by flashlights in the face,” a person close to the case told le Parisien. The couple were dragged from their bed, assaulted and tied up. “The attackers wanted to know where the safe was. They attacked Dominique, hitting her in the face,” this source explained. Bernard Tapie, for his part, received a violent blow with a baton behind the head, which left him stunned and confused.

The investigation has now been taken over by prosecutors in the capital Paris. Investigators from the Versailles judicial police initially had to reconstruct the attack without CCTV images: there were no cameras around the residence. But according to information from the Parisian daily, a glove was found on the scene.

According to a police source, the four immigrant suspects were all dressed in black and hooded. During the burglary and the forcible confinement, Bernard Tapie was reportedly hit in the back of the head while his wife was allegedly beaten repeatedly in the face before being dragged around the house by her hair. An ambulance transported Dominique Tapie to hospital but not her husband.

The other day, I wrote about a story from Chicago involving a pregnant Mexican woman who went to pick up some free clothes for her baby at the home of someone she met in a Facebook group, and ended up being murdered, with her baby cut out of her stomach.

I just assumed it was some kind of Aztecpilled satanic ritual.

Turns out it is much weirder than that.

The ‘womb raider’ accused of strangling a pregnant teenager to death distracted her with a photo album of her dead son then ambushed her with an electrical cable and then used a butcher’s knife to cut her baby out from her womb, it was claimed on Friday as fresh, sickening details of the murder emerged. 

Clarisa Figueroa, 46, her daughter Desiree, 24, and her boyfriend Piotr Bobak, 40, were all denied bond on Friday during their first court appearance in Chicago.

Cameras were not allowed inside the courtroom for the hearing. They will return before a judge on June 3.

After their appearance, prosecutors shared the bond proffer they presented to convince a judge not to grant them bail.

It contained harrowing details about the killing including the fact that it was the second time victim Marlen Ochoa-Uriostegui, 19, had been to the home and the fact that Clarisa told her daughter in October last year that she was pregnant despite having had her Fallopian tubes tied.

A month before the murder, Claris also told her adult daughter – who made a full confession on Thursday – that she ‘needed help killing a pregnant woman and taking a baby.’

Social media posts reveal that she had been obsessed with babies since last year and was telling friends she was pregnant with a baby she planned to call Xander.

Marlen’s first visit to their home was on April 1 when she went to pick up free baby clothes Clarisa offered her on a Facebook group for women in need where the teenage other had made appeals for strollers and baby clothes she couldn’t afford.

During that visit, Clarisa told her daughter that she wanted to kill her and steal her baby. The only reason Marlen escaped with her life that day was that Desiree’s boyfriend, who was also there, refused to help them. 

Clarisa passed off her murderous intentions as an ‘April Fool’s joke.’ On April 23, Marlen returned to the house for more goods and the boyfriend was not there.

While she was in the living room, Desiree – who is four months pregnant herself – and her mother turned up the music inside the home, according to the proffer. 

They then gave her a photo album of Clarisa’s dead adult son. Police previously said his name was Xavier and that he had died aged 26.

In their proffer, prosecutors said he was in fact 20, called Xander, and that he had died only last year.

Desiree ‘distracted’ Marlen with a photo album of him while her mother crept behind her on the couch with an electrical cable, according to prosecutors.

She then ambushed her, wrapping the cable around her neck, but the 19-year-old was able to slip her fingers in between her neck and the cable.

As she struggled to get it away from her neck, Clarisa yelled out to Desiree, who was watching: ‘You’re not doing your f****** job!’

At that, Desiree ‘stepped up’ and started ‘peeling’ Marlen’s fingers away from her neck.

Clarisa then climbed on top of her and continued to strangle her for ‘four to five minutes’, until she urinated.

It was then that she realised she had died, she told her daughter, because she’d read that ‘a person will urinate on themselves when they die.’

Once she was dead, Desiree brought her mother a butcher’s knife, blanket and bucket.

Clarisa then cut the pregnant teen’s belly open ‘from side to side’ and retrieved the baby, the placenta and the umbilical cord.

She placed him in a bucket with the placenta and left the umbilical cord sticking out, the proffer states. Clarisa then wrapped her in a blanket and ‘lugged’ her to an outdoor trash can with the cable still tied around her neck. 

That is when she called 911, claiming to have just given birth and saying the baby was not breathing. She was covered in blood when paramedics arrived but it was the victim’s.

Once at the Christ Hospital, she was cleaned of the victim’s blood by an OB Technician.

Though she showed ‘no signs consistent with a woman who had just given birth’, she was not arrested.

The hospital declined to comment on the case when asked by DailyMail.com if it alerted authorities on April 23.

‘Our top priority is to provide the safest and highest quality care for the patients and communities we serve.

‘Out of respect for patient privacy and in compliance with federal and state regulations, we are unable to provide comment.

‘We have been cooperating with authorities and as this is an ongoing police matter, we’re referring all inquiries to local law enforcement,’ a spokesman said.

Instead, over the next three weeks, they cleaned the home with the help of Clarisa’s boyfriend Bobak and set up a GoFundMe account claiming the baby was hers and asking for money.

Wow, okay so… that is really quite a tale of the kinds of diverse vibrancy we’re now experiencing in our society as a result of cultural enrichment.

The baby is still in intensive care and is braindead. Because if you’re going to cut a baby out of the stomach of a dead woman, you really need to know what you’re doing. Probably what happened is that the baby lost oxygen and they didn’t cut it out quick enough.

The dead girl was actually quite pretty.

But I do think that by 24, she would look like the younger murderer.

And by 46, she would look like the older murderer.

She’d probably develop the same behavior patterns too.

Oh and by the way, I just assumed it was a Spanish language Facebook group, but the screenshots show them speaking English.

The house this was all happening in was that of Clarisa’s elderly parents. So this is a multi-generational immigrant family that might not have even spoken Spanish.

How can you punish someone for doing something they didn’t know was a crime?

I specifically remember James Comey telling me that if Hillary Clinton didn’t know she was committing a crime, she didn’t commit a crime, because in order to commit a crime you have to know it is a crime.

A foreign national living in Ireland who thought it was “OK under Irish law” to rape his step-daughter has been jailed for 12 years.

The 42-year-old non-native English speaker, whose identity has not been disclosed, was found guilty of 17 sexual crimes against his step-child last month, and was sentenced to 12 years’ imprisonment on Monday.

The crimes were committed against the child when she was between the ages of 11 and 15 years old, occurring in the family home whilst her mother was out working.

The Irish Independent reported at the time of the paedophile’s conviction that the assaults began with oral rape in 2011, graduating onto rape “on a highly regular basis,” a local garda (police) told prosecutor Vincent Heneghan SC.

The abuse only stopped in 2017 when the girl told her family what had happened to her and made a complaint to the gardaí.

Her abuser had initially claimed that he thought it was “okay under Irish law” to rape the child, but later accepted that it is not.

In January 2018, the 42-year-old pleaded guilty to three counts of defilement of a child under the age of 17 between March and June 2017.

But at the subsequent trial, he denied one count of oral rape, three counts of defiling the same girl between 2011 and 2017, 12 counts of rape, and one count of sexually exploiting the girl when he invited her to have sex with him for €200 (£173/$225).

However, a jury at the Central Criminal Court returned guilty verdicts on all charges. Damien Colgan SC, defending, said that his client did not accept those verdicts, adding that the migrant had no previous convictions and had a good work history.

According to the Irish Times, Mr Justice White took into account when sentencing the severity of the case, which he said was a “serious violation of a child.”

He also said he took into account that the rapist was an Irish citizen of foreign extraction with little English making prison more ‘difficult’ as a result.

Well, at least the judge understands the suffering this man suffers because he’s a foreigner.

He gave up everything in his home country to come to enrich the culture of Ireland with vibrant diversity, following the one true ideology of the West, which is the poem on the Statue of Liberty (the basis of all Western Civilization is that poem).

‘But what he does shy away from is the assertion of the prosecution that he had murder on his mind.’

Wow… Saying that with a straight face is seriously impressive.

This guy should quit law and go into theater, I’d pay to watch that.

Simon Taylor, prosecuting, described it as ‘bordering on miraculous that no one was killed’, and told the jury it did not mean Abdul did not ‘intend to kill’.

‘At no point’ did Abdul take ‘evasive action’ to avoid hitting anyone or stop, he added.

That’s a racist argument, therefore it is illegal.

Abdul, of Deptford, south-east London, accepts he was the driver of the vehicle and has admitted causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

He denies two counts of attempting to murder persons in the vicinity of the club and an alternative charge of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.He also denies a further two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent towards cameraman Pierre Jermaine Joseph and clubber Katie Wells, who suffered a broken shin and fractured pelvis respectively.

And they don’t believe him solely because of hatred.

The jury has now retired to consider its verdict.

Let’s hope they do the right thing and let him go.

No brown person should go to jail just for running over some people with a car.

And just think of his poor 11-year old girlfriend – what’ll she do without him?

Convicting him would be racism.

And racism is the only real crime.

A man has been jailed for 17 years for the manslaughter of a woman who died 11 days after being splashed with acid.

Xeneral Webster, 19, was arguing with another man in High Wycombe when he took out a bottle of acid which splashed Joanne Rand head-to-toe.

Ms Rand, 47, was sitting on a bench after visiting her daughter’s grave when the acid hit her on 3 June 2017.

Webster, of Westway, west London, had admitted manslaughter during his murder trial at Reading Crown Court.

The mother-of-three was treated in hospital and discharged but died on 14 June last year from multi-organ failure after contracting septicaemia.

But now the court of appeals chooses to nearly halve their punishment – from eight months to four and five months of youth detention. A fourth rapist can not be punished because he is said to be a child.

On 14 June 2017 a 13-year-old girl was raped in a flat in Västerås. The three Somalis, reportedly born in 2000, were each sentenced in April for rape against a child to eight months of youth detention.

The judgement was appealed and the prosecutor demanded the perpetrator be punished.

Instead, Svea Hovrätt has chosen to severely lower their penalty, and furthermore, release one of the Somalis from the charge of child pornography, as it is unclear from the video if the girl has completed puberty.

Two are now sentenced to five months in juvenile detention, with the third released having served only four months.

The Africans plied the young girl with alcohol then one of the men brought her into the toilet, raping her. After she left the toilet, three of the men brought her back in and raped her at the same time. This led to the girl’s abdomen “splashing” and blood began to pour out.

As she cried, she was raped again while the others watched. It appeared later that two of the Somalis had filmed her as she was repeatedly raped. The videos were the strongest evidence in the case and were played during the trial, wrote Sweden’s Television.

I really don’t even know how to bully Sweden anymore. Everything has been said already.

Toronto police are trying to track down a woman who investigators allege severely injured a 67-year-old man by biting him during a robbery near Mount Dennis last week.

According to police, a 39-year-old Toronto woman attempted to rob a man in the area of Jane Street and Eglinton Avenue on Sunday, July 15.

During the robbery, police say the woman bit the man, resulting in severe injuries. The man was taken to hospital where he received 27 stitches.

The suspect, who has been identified by investigators as Shanta Ramessar, is wanted for robbery and aggravated assault.
