Teacher Enoch Burke has been arrested outside Wilson’s Hospital School after resuming his presence outside the school when the new term started.

Burke was put into the back of a Garda vehicle and will be brought before the High Court.

While under arrest by at least three members of An Garda Síochána Burke protested that he has “a right to work” and a “right to be” at the school.

Last Friday the High Court issued a warrant that Burke be brought before the courts to answer allegations that he was acting in breach of a permanent injunction compelling him to stay away from the school.

Burke, who was sacked from the school last January, is appealing his dismissal which is yet to be adjudicated upon.

Burke has spent more than 400 days in Mountjoy prison where he was held on contempt of court.

No one should be forced to be a tranny.

He’s also gonna have to pay hundreds of thousands of euros for the school’s legal costs

Burke has been imprisoned since September over his refusal to stay away from Wilson’s Hospital School in Co. Westmeath. He was found to be in contempt of court for refusing to comply with this order.

However, according to Justice Sanfey, because State examinations are now concluded and the school’s staff are on holidays, the teacher would have no reason to return to the premises and should now be released.

Notably, Burke was not required to purge his contempt and agree to comply with the terms of an order made against him last year.

Yeah, he was saying he was just going to stay in prison before bowing to the tranny agenda.

The order involved Justice Alexander Owens granting Wilson’s Hospital a permanent injunction keeping Burke from going to the school. Burke refused to comply with the order, resulting in him being jailed for contempt for the second time.

Justice Sanfey said he hoped that the teacher would use his time during the school break to consider his circumstances, and warned him that the school injunction is still in place. The judge said that if Burke breaches the order again, he would not hesitate to send him back to prison.

In total, Burke has been incarcerated for over 400 days already.

He did nothing wrong in the first place

This is real life: Ireland, which was very recently an extremely conservative and Christian country, where abortion and homosexuality were illegal, is now arresting people and actually giving them pretty serious jail time for violating pronoun law.

A man who has been in jail since September will reportedly spend Christmas in prison after refusing to refer to one of his “transgender” students using their preferred pronouns.

Enoch Burke, a teacher from Ireland, had requested to be released from prison ahead of Christmas during a sitting of the country’s High Court on Tuesday.

Burke had initially been jailed back in September after an incident where he reportedly refused to use a “transgender” pupil’s preferred pronouns, which eventually led to him ignoring a court order that he stay away from the school he taught in.

Although the teacher reportedly claimed that the order flew in the face of his religious freedom, the High Court reportedly refused to consider this line of argument, before ordering that the teacher be jailed until he purges his contempt.

So far however, Burke has remained steadfast in his claim that the court order violates his religious freedoms, with the Irish Independent reporting the man as asking the sitting judge to release him in consideration of the religious significance of this time of year.

“I would beg of this court to free me from this prison,” Burke reportedly told the court, insisting again that the court’s order that he stays away from his school flies in the face of his religious freedom as guaranteed by the Irish constitution.

“I believe in the courts system and I believe in the administration of justice,” he remarked. “But when I am commanded by the court to accept an order that denies me my religious freedom, I cannot in all good conscience comply with that.”

“The fact of the matter is I was requested by principal Niamh McShane that it was expected of me to participate in transgenderism and to call a 15-year-old boy ‘they’ or ‘a girl’,” he continued. “It is something I cannot do in all good conscience as it goes against my religious beliefs.”

“I am not a thief. I am not a murderer. I am not a drug dealer. The reason that I am in prison today is because I refused to leave the school I worked in when I was suspended solely on account of my religious beliefs,” he went on to say.

That’s really the long and short of it: you can’t be a tranny believer and also a Christian, and therefore, laws against opposing the tranny agenda are laws against Christianity.

They are also technically laws against Islam, though I would expect that Moslems will not have these laws enforced against them (at least not for several more years).

What are the pro-tranny laws then? They are Jewish tribal laws. In a place like Ireland, they are enforced by women, but Ireland is simply copying a cultural paradigm from countries that are run by the Jews.
