Transgender star Elliot Page, formerly actress Ellen Page, is narrating a new documentary about gay and transgender animals — the second gay-themed nature doc to come along in less than a year.

Second Nature explores what the filmmakers call the “the 1500+ animal species who engage in same-sex sexual behavior and parenting, change sex, form matriarchies, and more.” The documentary also “debunks harmful myths about sex and gender.”

The doc’s cast of talking-head scientists is comprised entirely of “female, BIPOC, queer, and immigrant,” according to the official site. Among the movie’s subjects is Dr. Joan Roughgarden, a transgender ecologist and evolutionary biologist.

The site includes a link to lesson plans aimed at school-age children, with a focus on something called “gender inclusive biology.”

The documentary doesn’t appear to have a distributor yet. There will be a sneak peek screening on June 23 in San Francisco at the Frameline Film Festival — the oldest gay film festival in the world.

As Breitbart News reported, NBCUniversal’s Peacock recently launched the documentary series Queer Planet, which covers similar ground, focusing on gay and transgender behavior in the animal kingdom.

Elliot Page says having transition surgery has been a “life-saving” experience.

The Oscar-nominated star of Juno has opened up about coming out as a trans man in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

He told Winfrey it was “crucial and important” to announce his transition at a time when the trans community is facing a “horrible backlash”.

It was his first TV interview since he announced his transition in an open letter on social media in December.

The Canadian-born actor, 34, said having top surgery had allowed him to “feel comfortable in my body for probably the first time”.

Top surgery involves the removal of the breast tissue to create a masculine chest.

Page said the surgery had given him a new energy, “because it is such a freeing, freeing experience”.

“Not only has it been life-changing for me, I do believe it’s been life-saving and it’s the case for so many people. And because there is such an attack on trans healthcare right now, when already there’s such lack of access.”

The actor was referring to a swathe of laws in states across the US outlawing young transgender people from accessing certain medical treatments.

During the interview, Page became tearful when asked what had brought him the “most joy” in transitioning.

Page said it was the “little things”, such as being able to wear a T-shirt.

“It’s getting out of the shower and the towel’s around your waist and you’re looking at yourself the mirror and you’re just like, ‘There I am’. And I’m not having the moment where I’m panicked,” he said.

Ellen Page announced that she was trans in a social media post on December 2020. Now she’s breastless and dresses up like a man.

Transgender actor Elliot Page has revealed that he knew he ‘wanted to be a boy’ when he was just nine years old – but says he had to ‘compromise’ his true gender identity in order to pursue a career as a child actor.

The 34-year-old is now speaking out about his decades-long struggle with his gender in a new interview with TIME – his first since he made the decision to publicly come out as transgender and non-binary in December – admitting that he felt that he had to hide his gender in order to achieve success in Hollywood.

Elliot, who also shared that he has undergone top surgery, says he first ‘felt like a boy’ when he was nine years old and was allowed to cut his hair short for the first time, recalling: ‘I felt like a boy. I wanted to be a boy. I would ask my mom if I could be someday.’

But just months after he was allowed to cut his hair short for the first time, Elliot landed his first professional acting job in Canadian TV movie Pit Pony, which required him to look and act like a stereotypical little girl, forcing him to grow his hair out again.

‘I became a professional actor at the age of 10 and pursuing that passion came with a difficult compromise,’ he shared. ‘Of course I had to look a certain way.’

The actor said that he was encouraged to act like a girl by his mother, Martha, who is the daughter of a minister and felt that she was ‘doing what was best’ for her child by urging her to behave in a particular way. Martha is, however ‘fully supportive’ of Elliot’s decision to come out, with the actor revealing: ‘She wants me to be who I am and supports me fully.’

At least her mother tried.

Elliot opened up about one intimate aspect of his transition during his interview, revealing that he has already undergone top surgery, and was in fact recovering from the procedure when he publicly came out as transgender.

The actor said that the results of the procedure have ‘completely transformed his life’ and helped him feel like his true self for the first time since he endured the ‘total hell’ of puberty earlier on in his life.

Elliot came out publicly as gay in 2014 in an emotional speech at the Human Rights Campaign’s Time to Thrive conference for LGTBQ youth, saying at the time that he hoped the the news would help others struggling with their sexuality: ‘I’m here today because I am gay. And because maybe I can make a difference.’

Four years later, he married dancer Emma Portner, however the pair quietly separated in the summer of 2020, and divorced at the start of this year. The news of their split was not revealed until after Elliot publicly came out as transgender.

Although Elliot shot to global fame when he starred as the titular character in hit indie flick Juno in 2007,  he has since gone on to achieve huge success on the big and small screens, most recently as one of the main stars of Netflix series Umbrella Academy.

The actor is currently filming the third series of the show in Canada, after producers confirmed that they would continue playing the role of female violinist Vanya Hargreaves.

In the second season of the show, Vanya fell in love with a woman, and Elliot praised the decision to explore the character’s queerness in an interview with Pride, saying: ‘…Getting to play her falling in love for the first time and the beauty of that and the joy of that and then hoping to be mindful and sensitive in terms of how to represent the other aspects and mostly, I’m just happy that a storyline like this is in a show that has the reach that it does.’

One of the stars of the film, Ellen Page, who is believed to be the world’s cutest degenerate lesbian pervert, was asked about the allegations which she, like everyone else, probably already knows are true based on the Jew Singer’s open history of boy love.

She was diplomatic, but took the opportunity to condemn the sick and perverse culture of exploitation which is Jew-run Hollywood, saying:

“I guess the truth will come out in the way that it does, but it’s hard to hear about someone being in that situation, someone you like working with… I do think that there’s a systemic issue of people in places of power manipulating and abusing young people.”

“Systematic abuses of people” are just what the Jews are good at. So why would we suppose that an entire industry run by Jews – as the American Entertainment Industrial Complex is – would not meet these standards?
