Billionaire ex-presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg has raised over $16 million to pay the fees keeping some felons out of Florida’s voting booths, touting the apparent votes-for-cash trade as a cost-effective route to victory.

The money will go to pay off court fees, restitution costs, and other fines for 32,000 black and Hispanic Florida voters with felony convictions, clearing the way for their return to participatory democracy – and, the former NYC mayor hopes, guaranteeing a win for Democratic candidate Joe Biden in a critical swing state.

While convicted felons who’ve served their sentences have been allowed to vote in Florida since 2018, as long as they weren’t convicted of murder or sex crimes, they must pay all fines and fees before being allowed back on the voting rolls. That requirement has placed the franchise out of reach of over three-quarters of a million ex-cons – until now.

The funds raised by Bloomberg will be combined with $5 million already raised by the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition. The program’s get-out-the-vote effort is aimed at only a very narrow subsection of the state’s sizable felon population, however: black and Hispanic ex-cons who are already registered to vote and owe less than $1,500 in fees.

The racial specification is no mere nod to the current vogue for combating racism in the justice system, according to a Bloomberg memo obtained by the Washington Post on Tuesday. With the plutocrat’s characteristic bluntness toward racial issues, the memo gushes that black voters in Florida are “a unique universe unlike any other voting bloc, where the Democratic support rate tends to be 90%-95%.”

Hispanic voters – excluding Cuban-Americans – are in favor of Biden by a three-to-one margin, the memo continues, while acknowledging the nominee is faring noticeably worse among the Cuban contingent than 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, who lost Florida to then-candidate Donald Trump in 2016.

The targeted group is both more likely to vote than other cross-sections of the felon population and more likely to vote for Biden, according to Bloomberg advisers who spoke to the Post. Bloomberg – who, ironically, landed in hot water while campaigning for the Democratic presidential nomination earlier this year for his full-throated support of racially biased stop-and-frisk policies while mayor of New York City – wanted to extend the franchise to thousands of black and Hispanic ex-cons because “it’s the right thing to do for the democracy,” one adviser told the outlet. Oh, and “because it immediately activates tens of thousands of voters who are predisposed to vote for Joe Biden.”

Mike Bloomberg is Jewish.

He’s effectively an agent of the Israeli government. He ran the Israeli colony of New York only with the blessing of the Israeli government.

And yet he’s one of the top figures attempting to undermine Donald Trump.

President Donald Trump on Thursday said that former Vice President Joe Biden was “China’s dream” president for the United States as his campaign released an ad claiming that Biden was also endorsed by slain terrorist Osama bin Laden.

“He’s China’s dream,” Trump said, also referring to bin Laden’s comments about how the United States would be in a crisis if then-president Barack Obama was assassinated and Biden became president.

“Biden is totally unprepared for that post, which will lead the U.S. into a crisis,” bin Laden wrote to his deputy in a letter revealed in 2012. The former terrorist leader wanted to assassinate Obama so Biden would become president.

The president spoke about the upcoming election with his son Donald Trump Jr. in an interview for his campaign-sponsored show Triggered.

Someone needs to get the memo to Don Jr. that no one is really saying triggered any more. White leftists used to say this about their fake PTSD, then we made fun of it, now they’ve stopped using it outside of universities, so the joke is dead.

Another thing that’s dead is Osama Bin Laden.

As a disclaimer, I definitely don’t support knocking down three skyscrapers with two airplanes, or any other wacky thing Osama had been accused of. Terrorism is bad and doesn’t help anything.

But since My President decided to bring him up, I would just like to set one thing straight for the record.

Bin Laden knew exactly what was going on in America.

He buried the lede in the original letter, which was full of a bunch of stuff that the American People it was addressed to obviously don’t care about, mostly Islam and foreign policy. Bad messaging.

But as for the part we care about – was he wrong?

I didn’t read one single thing above that was not completely true.

So, if you asked me right now to tell you who best understood the problems facing American society – between Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and Osama Bin Laden – I would have to go with Bin Laden.

It would be nice to have someone on the ballot who was saying these things, and was also not a dead Islamic terrorist.

Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed Thursday that “10 to 15 percent” of Americans are “just not very good people.”

As first reported by The New York Times, Biden held a virtual town hall on Thursday evening with black supporters where he knocked President Trump’s divisiveness and weak leadership.

“The words a president says matter, so when a president stands up and divides people all the time, you’re gonna the worst of us to come out,” Biden told actor Don Cheadle, who was moderating the virtual town hall.

“Do we really think this is as good as we can be as a nation? I don’t think the vast majority of people think that,” Biden continued. “There are probably anywhere from 10 to 15 percent of the people out there who are just not very good people, but that’s not who we are. The vast majority of the people are decent. We have to appeal to that and we have to unite people — bring them together. Bring them together.”

It is unclear who exactly he was referring to within the “10 to 15 percent” of people and whether or not he believes they support President Trump.

Well, it’s not unclear to me. With everything that’s happening right now, I think we all know. He’s just saying what we’re all thinking.

I’m shocked that he’s just coming out and saying this.

He must have forgotten that it’s not the 1930s anymore, which is when I assume he was last in Congress.

The statements, of course, are being compared to Hillary Clinton’s statements about a certain percentage of the country being an irredeemable “basket of deplorables.”

You can never really know what you would do in a situation until you’re in it, but if I was doing this bit, I’m pretty sure I would remember the Hillary Clinton thing, and not say this.

But, you know who wouldn’t remember that – or anything?

Joe Biden.

I’ll tell ya, 2020 is going to be a hard choice with Warren vs Trump.

I like Trump – I mean, I really like Trump – but if the Indian Squaw Warren is endorsing a pro-Hitler platform, I might end up having a personal crisis when I get to the polls.

Especially if she’s got Keith Ellison as a running mate. This brilliantly colored gentleman has literally called for the extermination of Jews.
