The Netherlands’ top administrative court ruled Wednesday that immigration authorities can’t send migrants back to Italy, because they face possible human rights violations when they get there — a decision that will likely put further pressure on the strained Dutch asylum system.

The ruling came in cases brought by two migrants, a Nigerian and a man who claims to be from Eritrea. Both entered Europe via Italy. The Nigerian applied for asylum three times in Italy before applying in the Netherlands, and the other man arrived in Italy but didn’t seek asylum there, according to the Council of State.

The Dutch are already a minority in most major cities

Successive Italian governments have pressed their European Union partners for years, largely in vain, to take in many of the hundreds of thousands of asylum-seekers who reach Italy’s Mediterranean shores. Most risk the dangerous, expensive sea voyage in hopes of finding family or work in northern Europe, but EU rules require them to apply for asylum in the country where they landed.

The Dutch court said that, since December, Italian authorities have indicated that this rule should be suspended because of a lack of reception facilities for migrants in Italy.

“Without reception, there is a genuine risk that their basic needs, such as shelter, food and running water, will not be met, which is a human rights violation,” the Council of State said in a statement.

The decision will likely serve as a precedent and prevent the return to Italy of other migrants who sought asylum in the Netherlands after traveling through Italy. That will likely compound existing problems at overcrowded Dutch asylum centers.

Italy’s plan to pass out passports to these people and send them north is honestly fair enough.

They spent a long time trying to stop the boats, and the northern countries stopped them.

So, they said “we’re just going to give them passports and then send them to your countries.”

It’s basic self-protection on the part of the Italians.

You would have to be really, really ideological to try to argue that they had an obligation to the Aryan race to keep these hordes on their streets.

A majority of teachers in the Netherlands’ General Education Union (AOb) support banning mobile phones from the classroom, a recent poll conducted by the organization has revealed.

While more than half of primary and trade school teachers – 54% and 57%, respectively – supported keeping phones out of classrooms, 73% of secondary school teachers voted in favor of a government-imposed ban, AOb found.

“It’s an obvious result,” Jelmer Evers, AOb’s official for secondary education, said in a press release last week. “Our members are saying the mobile phones are having a detrimental effect on pupils’ ability to concentrate. And that, in turn, affects the effectiveness of the teaching.”

Another 21% of the 8,400 teachers surveyed said they wanted schools to make their own decisions on phone use, while 6% volunteered to decide for themselves what students could bring into class.

Younger teachers – who were more likely to have grown up with cell phones themselves – were slightly more likely than their older counterparts to vote in favor of keeping the devices out of the classroom, with 69% of AOb members under the age of 31 approving of the ban compared to 62% of those older than 51.

While the vast majority of teachers agreed that smartphones could be severely distracting in a classroom setting, some stopped short of supporting a ban because phones can be used in schoolwork and are sometimes needed to access school networks.

This is really one of those “how is it even possible that we are having this conversation” situations.

But we have a lot of those situations now.

Most situations, in fact, fit into this category.

A Dutch male-to-female transgender person, Marjolein Schepers (31), who was temporarily permitted to play with a team of under-20 girls in the Netherlands, celebrated being allowed to change in the girls’ dressing room by saying it was “the best gift I could get.”

Marjolein says playing football has always been a passion from an early age, but finding a team of young girls that welcomes 31-year-old transgender men has been a struggle, especially due to problems Marjolein has adhering to rules set by the Royal Football Association (KNVB), according to Dutch news outlet VRPO.

Marjolein, who fully transitioned two years ago and received updated gender status in her passport and official documents, has managed to register as a woman with the KNVB. She says the sport keeps her going, and that the experience of not playing football is a form of torture. The psychologist who guided her during her transition recently said that she is “on the edge of a burn out.”

“Last spring, I had the best time of my life,” she said. After a difficult time at the club in her hometown of Westerbork, she found a connection with a girls’ team in Lisse, which was 200 kilometers away. The fact that she was in the car for up to five hours to train for an hour and a half was no problem. “I was finally accepted by my teammates. I joined in.”

For the first time, she did not have to change in a separate room while playing for the team in Lisse, but was welcome in the women’s dressing room, which she described as “the best gift I could get.”

However, Marjolein has not been permitted to play football for 16 weeks, and not only because she is experiencing pain in her hips, which may be a result of the administration of female hormones, but mainly because the KNVB does not allow her to play with a team that only consists of girls younger than age 20.

“I’m 31 years old, but I don’t feel that way. I’m full of hormones, and I feel like a 15-year-old girl,” said Marjolein. “The KNVB is afraid that I am too strong to play with and against young girls. That is not the case, and you cannot judge that from a chair in Zeist.’

Marjolein has responded by inviting the football association in a letter to come and have a look at a training session, writing, “You will see that the happiest girl in the world is playing a nice game of football with her team.”

What trannies are doing to women’s liberation is like a Russian sanctions type situation. The people pushing this stuff don’t seem to have really thought it through. The anti-Russian sanctions boosted the Russian economy and totally ensured the destruction of Ukraine Democracy, while also rallying Russian people around Putin. These trannies are destroying women’s liberation projects and making women angry.

Women are the biggest supporters of the Jewish agenda, so when the Jewish agenda launches an assault on them, they respond poorly. I don’t think that women are going to all of the sudden become right-wing, because women are so stupid they can’t really understand anything at all. Conspiracy theory people will say that the tranny agenda is part of a plan to completely abolish lines between male and female, because they want everyone to be sterile interchangeable worker-consumers that are grown in vats. That’s the thing about this conspiracy stuff: with most of it, I can go along with “these people have a secret plan to do X.” In fact, the plans are usually only vaguely secret. It’s very clear that they’re just completely trying to abolish sex, because they are not even just saying “men can be women and women can be men,” but saying all this stuff about 8 million “genders” and a “gender spectrum.” I think the conspiracy people are right about the plan. But the existence of a plan does not mean that the plan is being implemented competently.

There are two aspects to a plan:

• Formulating the plan
• Implementing the plan

I have no idea why it is that all conspiracy people assume that the fact that a plan exists necessarily means that it is being implemented efficiently. Anyone can come up with any plan, and with most of this stuff, you can just see in movies that people were thinking about these various things.

I don’t think that movies are necessarily “predictive programming” in the way that some conspiracy people imply. (This is the idea that the elite are purposefully seeding people with ideas through popular media, so that people will expect their plans.)

To me, if someone thinks of a dystopian world for fiction, they are just imagining something that could be. Generally, in dystopian scifi, there is a motive of a group of bad guys who created the dystopia for a purpose (usually maintaining power).

So, if you have an elite that is actually powerful and fixated on using technological society to maintain power, they are going to come up with a lot of the same plans as a fiction writer who is imagining what plans an elite would come up with.

Granted, some of this stuff is too specific to be a coincidence. For example, in March of 2001, an X-Files spin-off show called “The Lone Gunman” aired on Fox, and it showed the government flying a plane into the World Trade Center to justify a global war on terror.

That’s just a bit too on the nose to believe it’s a coincidence. (I have no idea why it would be put on TV – I suspect that some of the show’s writers were talking to intelligence people, and someone just mentioned they’d heard of this idea. Other false flags have been committed by the US or planned by them. For example, the Joint Chiefs of Staff developed a plan to do terrorism against American citizens and blame it on Cuba to justify an invasion. It was called “Operation Northwoods.” This isn’t a theory – it has a Wikipedia page.)

But people will say that like, the Borg in Star Trek is “the elite giving you their plan.”

That just sounds silly. As soon as computer technology existed, of course someone is going to think of linking everyone’s brain together in a cyborg hive mind. I think there are elites who imagine doing something like this, but claiming that “they showed their plan in Star Trek” just kind of makes you look schizophrenic.

The reason the Borg was so interesting is because people recognize it as possible for a future human society to do something like this.

A pandemic advisory panel in the Netherlands on Thursday recommended imposing western Europe’s first partial lockdown since the summer, putting pressure on the government to take unpopular action to fight a COVID-19 surge.

Caretaker Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s cabinet is expected to decide on Friday on measures following the recommendation of the Outbreak Management Team, broadcaster NOS reported.

The government often follows the expert panel’s recommendations.

Steps under consideration include cancelling events, closing theatres and cinemas, and earlier closing times for cafes and restaurants, the NOS report said. Schools would remain open.

After a partial lockdown of around two weeks, entrance to public places should be limited to people who have been fully vaccinated or have recently recovered from a coronavirus infection, according to the advice.

Even as infections spike to record levels, many developed countries have taken the view vaccine rollouts mean lockdowns are unnecessary.

Hungary “has no place” in the European Union after passing a controversial new bill banning LGBTQ content in schools, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said on Thursday.

Earlier this month Hungary’s parliament passed legislation which bans all educational materials and programs for children which are considered to promote homosexuality, gender reassignment and the concept of sexuality deviating from the one assigned to a person at birth.

The move prompted intense criticism from human rights groups and opposition parties. On the day it passed, crowds gathered in Budapest outside the parliament to protest the bill.

The legislation is one of a string of divisive policies championed by Hungarian leader Victor Orban, a hardline nationalist who has previously railed against LGBTQ people and immigrants.

“For me, Hungary has no place in the EU anymore,” Rutte told journalists before attending an EU summit in Brussels alongside Orban.

He added: “But, unfortunately, in the system that we have, I can’t do it on my own, but [with] 26 other member states saying: ‘you have to leave. This has to happen step by step and, in the meantime, you hope that they will adapt.”

As he arrived for the summit, Orban strongly defended the new legislation.

“It’s not about homosexuals, it’s about the kids and the parents,” he said.

A new Dutch translation of the medieval classic the Divine Comedy by Italian poet Dante Alighieri removes mention of the Islamic prophet Mohammed, who appears in Hell.

The new translation is said to be aimed at younger readers and censors any mention of the Islamic prophet to “not hurt unnecessarily”, according to the translator of the new edition of the work, Lies Lavrijsen.

Another job women should be banned from

Lavrijsen stated on Dutch-speaking Belgian radio that the redacted section involved Dante’s visits to one of the nine circles of Hell in the Inferno, specifically the eighth circle in which he meets the Islamic prophet, Mohammed, reports Le Figaro.

The section that mentions Mohammed — in this translation by nineteenth-century American poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, published by Project Gutenberg — reads as follows:

A cask by losing centre-piece or cant
Was never shattered so, as I saw one
Rent from the chin to where one breaketh wind.

Between his legs were hanging down his entrails;
His heart was visible, and the dismal sack
That maketh excrement of what is eaten.

Inferno: Canto XXVIII

While much of the passage of Canto XXVIII has been preserved, Mohammed’s name and the lines in which the Muslim prophet was punished for spreading Islam, or creating the “schism”, has been completely removed.

“The publisher’s goal was to make Inferno accessible to the widest possible audience, especially the younger audience, and we knew that if we left this passage as it was, a large part of the readers would have been unnecessarily hurt,” Lavrijsen said.

Assuming Moslems read books that are not Moslem books is not actually as absurd as assuming that literature should be designed not to hurt people’s feelings.

Of course, they don’t care about hurting people’s feelings. I could say something about how they don’t care about hurting the feelings of white people, but you don’t even have to go into the race issue: the people editing Dante so it doesn’t hurt Islamic feelings are the same people who promote Muhammed cartoons.

Muhammed cartoons are a place where white people (and Jews, frankly) purposefully hurt the feelings of Moslems in the way they claim Dante hurts the feelings of Moslems.

There is no core philosophy in this society, it is just a bunch of conflicting ideologies simultaneously promoted. The conflict is not ever acknowledged, and it is a wonder more people do not go completely insane while trying to follow along with it.

The people who edited Dante mentioned a teacher who was killed over supposed Muhammed cartoons (it turned out that the claim was a lie from a girl at the school).

The translator added that the decision was made in concert with the book’s publisher, in the context of the murder of teacher Samuel Paty, according to Le Figaro.

Paty, who showed cartoons of Mohammed to his class last year during a lesson on freedom of expression, was subject to a social media campaign by Islamists and was later beheaded in the street by a Chechen refugee.

The new translation of Dante has not been met without criticism. Dutch translator Peter Vestegen, who has also translated Dante’s work, labelled the move as censorship.

“The Divine Comedy is a sacrosanct masterpiece. You can’t cut it like that. In the Netherlands, I have never been asked [to censor the piece]. It is true that, in the case of an adaptation, one has more freedom, but then it must be indicated in the book that it is an adaptation and not a translation. In any case, no one asked for this capitulation,” he said.

It’s an excuse to start changing historical texts.

They will announce this once, then maybe again, then they will just start doing it on a large scale.

This should certainly be an outrage. In fact, the fact that it isn’t an outrage should be an outrage.

This is actually worse than when Paul Joseph Watson rewrote all those Andrew Anglin articles to remove mention of the Jews.

But people have other things to worry about – such as a deadly virus.

It’s usually considered a pretty big honor to have someone who is notable as something other than a translator agree to translate your book.

I don’t think black people really understand the concept of translation.

The acclaimed author Marieke Lucas Rijneveld has pulled out of translating Amanda Gorman’s poetry into Dutch, after their publisher was criticised for picking a writer for the role who was not also Black.

Dutch publisher Meulenhoff had announced Rijneveld, winner of the International Booker prize, as the translator of the Joe Biden inaugural poet’s forthcoming collection, The Hill We Climb, last week. But the move quickly drew opprobrium. Journalist and activist Janice Deul led critics with a piece in Volkskrant asking why Meulenhoff had not chosen a translator who was, like Gorman, a “spoken-word artist, young, female and unapologetically Black”.

“An incomprehensible choice, in my view and that of many others who expressed their pain, frustration, anger and disappointment via social media,” wrote Deul. “Isn’t it – to say the least – a missed opportunity to [have hired] Marieke Lucas Rijneveld for this job? They are white, nonbinary, have no experience in this field, but according to Meulenhoff are still the ‘dream translator’?”

Rijneveld had previously welcomed the assignment, saying that “at a time of increasing polarisation, Amanda Gorman shows in her young voice the power of spoken word, the power of reconciliation, the power of someone who looks to the future instead of looking down”. But in a statement, they subsequently announced their withdrawal from the project.

“I am shocked by the uproar surrounding my involvement in the spread of Amanda Gorman’s message and I understand the people who feel hurt by Meulenhoff’s choice to ask me,” Rijneveld wrote. “I had happily devoted myself to translating Amanda’s work, seeing it as the greatest task to keep her strength, tone and style. However, I realise that I am in a position to think and feel that way, where many are not. I still wish that her ideas reach as many readers as possible and open hearts.”

Meulenhoff said it was Rijneveld’s decision to resign, and that Gorman, who is 22, had selected the 29-year-old herself, as a fellow young writer who had also come to fame early. “We want to learn from this by talking and we will walk a different path with the new insights,” said the publishing house’s general director Maaike le Noble. “We will be looking for a team to work with to bring Amanda’s words and message of hope and inspiration into translation as well as possible and in her spirit.”

“Thank you for this decision,” Deul wrote on Twitter.

What has happened is that “canceling” has been incentivized.

This “Dutch” black tranny, Deul, got its name in a bunch of media because of this canceling.

I can pretty well guarantee this is the best thing that’s ever happened to this person’s brand.

The translator was literally chosen by Gorman herself, as noted. The translator is also some kind of f-to-m tranny? I guess?

But the mindset right now is literally: “we just have to do whatever any black or member of any other victim group whines about.”

If the translator hadn’t been a famous person in Netherlands, the issue never would have come up, because the black tranny wouldn’t have seen it in the media and invented the idea that a translator of a black book has to be black.

Gorman herself must be thinking “welp, that just cost me however many tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars.” Obviously, by attaching the name of an already famous person on the book, she was guaranteeing a number of sales.

It doesn’t take much to see the implications of this new standard for translation – effectively, all members of victim groups are not going to be allowed to have their books translated.

Now, just apply that principle to the rest of society. You could have a situation where the trains just stop running – literally.

You could have blacks say that the people doing the maintenance on trains that are ridden by a majority of blacks have to be black.

So really, this sort of thing should be encouraged.

The Dutch don’t take kindly to men who don’t ram their penises into other men’s anuses.

A Dutch town has severed its longstanding ties with its twin in Poland after the Polish municipality established itself as an official “gay-free zone”.

The town council of Nieuwegein, south of Utrecht, voted almost unanimously to end its friendship with Puławy in eastern Poland.

The municipality, 80 miles from Warsaw, is one of 100 that have vowed to discourage tolerance and avoid providing financial assistance to organisations working to promote equal rights.

“LGBT-free zones”, backed by resolutions voted for by local councillors, are said by equality campaigners to cover about a third of Poland.

Following the decision by councillors in Nieuwegein to vote by 26-1 to terminate the relationship, stickers with a rainbow flag were placed on one of the town’s entrance signs to cover up its Polish counterpart’s name.

Marieke Schouten , an executive councillor in the Dutch town, said: “Setting the gay-free zones is a serious business and our council has issued a very clear statement that this is not acceptable. We are a rainbow city. And we are both part of Europe, in which we believe that whoever you are, regardless of your orientation, you can be there in public space. It does not include a gay-free zone.”

The Polish president, Andrzej Duda, who secured a new term last weekend, vowed during his election campaign to “defend children from LGBT ideology”. The pledge proved popular among conservative voters and the Catholic church.

In a survey conducted last year, when asked to name the biggest threat to Poland the most popular answer among men under 40 was “the LGBT movement and gender ideology”.

The Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) and the government have presented a €14 million concept to tackle racism in football. The action plan entitled “Our football belongs to everyone” includes tougher penalties, stronger video surveillance and an app that allows stadium visitors to report racist acts.

The Anne Frank House in Amsterdam is also developing “fair play workshops” against racism for teenagers in schools.

For something that should be our greatest strength, it really takes a lot of effort to implement.

A lot of effort that never seems to do anything except employ legions of Jews to brainwash and harass people with those people’s own money.

“We make it easier for players, clubs and fans to report discriminatory statements. We make it easier to collect evidence so that the perpetrators can be punished more quickly,” the KNVB explains its strategy. A total of 20 measures are planned.

In the app, fans will be able to anonymously report “all forms of discrimination”. “By filling out a questionnaire, leaving a recorded message or uploading a photo,” all reports will be registered and forwarded to the KNVB. The app is based on the model of an existing application software in England.

Of course the Britcucks did it first.

The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports is also promoting improved camera systems and other stadium security measures. For this purpose, 87 million euros would be made available annually. The identified perpetrators face up to a ten year ban in the stadium. An “explicit focus” is on “punishments that lead to more awareness and a change in behavior,” the plan noted.

87 million euros is around 94 million dollars, so they’ll be spending almost a billion in the next 10 years to combat skinhate on just this one sport.
