It’s like the UK actively wants to be a global cesspit filled with all of the worst people on earth.

Daily Mail:

A Portuguese robber and drug dealer was able to stay in the UK because a court ruled that allowing him to be deported would upset his mother.

Fabio Indiai used Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights to argue that if he was forcibly removed from Britain it would harm his mother’s mental health.

I’m not an expert on Portugal, but Indiai doesn’t sound very Portuguese to me.

His full name is “Fabio Abudu Malo Indiai,” which sounds even less Portuguese.

Keep in mind the Portuguese government gives citizenship out like candy, especially to Brazilians, Angolans, Indians and Cape Verdians.

The article protects an individual’s right to a family or private life.

In 2021, Indiai was sent to prison for four years and two months for intent to supply class A drugs after police caught him with more than £1,000 of cocaine, MDMA and ketamine.

Before this, several years earlier in 2012, he had served 18-months in a youth jail for robbery.

He was not deported by the home office in 2014 but after his most recent offences they sought to remove him.

The Times reported that Indiai used Article 8 to challenge the decision and won. The Judge cited the impact on his mother for this decision where he said she was reliant on Indiai for ‘day-to-day support.’

Indiai is not the first person to use article 8 to avoid deportation. In 2021 an Albanian asylum seeker claimed he was the victim of human trafficking and if he was deported it would put him at risk of being re-trafficked.

What people who aren’t scum would want to live in such a shithole?

There are good people there, but they’re all just trapped. Anyone with the ability has already left, unless they are complete garbage.

Hey, look, he just didn’t know.

He should be released. You can’t blame him for not knowing the law, even if his niggardry got a White cop killed.

Fox News:

The accused is Ladell Harrison. Bail was set at $500,000 as he made his initial appearance in court on Tuesday, June 12.

Prosecutors say Harrison wasn’t alone during the pursuit that led to the deadly crash of the officers’ squad car on Thursday, June 7.

Investigators say Harrison is a heroin dealer that undercover officers had been tracking for some time after a Waukesha County woman overdosed in 2017. Police had been using criminal informants to build a case — buying drugs through Harrison at least four times.

Officer Irvine Jr., 23, died after the violent crash near 76th and Silver Spring on the city’s northwest side on Thursday evening, June 7. Irvine and his partner, Officer Matthew Schulze, 36, were in pursuit of a reckless vehicle when their squad crashed. Irvine Jr. was a police aide for two years and an officer for nearly two more.

Schulze, who was driving the squad at the time of the crash, was treated and released from Froedtert Hospital.

Towards the end of their interview, Harrison told police, “I thought you guys couldn’t pursue vehicles unless it was a felony.” Detectives told Harrison that had once been the policy, but it had changed. Harrison “did not appear to be aware of the change in pursuit policy.”

Drug_Trafficking

Jew bankers have never had any issue laundering crime money.

The Independent:

The City of London is the money-laundering centre of the world’s drug trade, according to an internationally acclaimed crime expert.

UK banks and financial services have ignored so-called “know your customer” rules designed to curb criminals’ abilities to launder the proceeds of crime, Roberto Saviano warned. Mr Saviano, author of the international bestseller Gomorrah, which exposed the workings of the Neapolitan crime organisation Camorra, said: “The British treat it as not their problem because there aren’t corpses on the street.”

His warning follows a National Crime Agency (NCA) threat assessment which stated: “We assess that hundreds of billions of US dollars of criminal money almost certainly continue to be laundered through UK banks, including their subsidiaries, each year.”

Last month, the NCA warned that despite the UK’s role in developing international standards to tackle money laundering, the continued extent of it amounts to a “strategic threat to the UK’s economy and reputation”. It added that the same money-laundering networks used by organised crime were being used by terrorists as well.

I have to suggest that a big part of this is probably the same reason that the UK is the capital of Paki child-rape drug gangs: they refuse to investigate multiculturalism. And most narco-trafficking is done by either Latinos or Jews. Also Albanians and other Moslems.

Drug dealer Rizwan Attaullah: enriching our culture with dangerous narcotics.

Drug dealer Rizwan Attaullah was caught with heroin and cocaine after a police chase.

The addict tried to throw police off the scene by hurling a package away after he crashed his car.

But officers recovered dozens of wraps of heroin and crack cocaine – and then intercepted a call on his mobile phone arranging a drugs deal.

Now the long-term drug user, from Heckmondwike, is behind bars after a court heard he agreed to supply drugs to pay off his own debts.

Police tried to stop Attaullah when they saw him in a hire car in the Lupset area of Wakefield on July 3, but he drove off along a couple of streets before his path was blocked by an oncoming vehicle.

Patrick Gallagher prosecuting told Leeds Crown Court yesterday Attaullah collided with a parked vehicle as he tried to squeeze through.

He was arrested after a short struggle and was seen to throw a package under the vehicle he had collided with.

When it was recovered it was found to contain 41 deals of heroin with a street value of £309.50 and 43 crack cocaine deals worth £597.

Gang of Muslim Heroin Smugglers Caught in One of the Biggest Drug Busts in British History https://www.anglinarchive.com/2013/10/07/gang-of-muslim-heroin-smugglers-caught-in-one-of-the-biggest-drug-busts-in-british-history/ Mon, 07 Oct 2013 00:00:00 +0000 Daily Mail

Kingpin Mohammed FarooqA gang of drug smugglers have been jailed after they were caught with heroin worth £306 million concealed in vegetables and bed linen.

The international drugs ring planned to flood UK streets with the drug, imported from Pakistan, in one of the largest ever drug smuggling plots uncovered in the UK.

The Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) traced the criminal network to the West Midlands and spent months gathering intelligence on suspected members – which included a husband and wife team – in 2009.

The three-year operation, called Project No Deal, intercepted the £26 million 1,036 kg of heroin – which held a street value of £306 million.

It is one of the largest ever drug smuggling plots ever uncovered in the UK.

The intelligence-led operation started in June 2009 when a shipment of heroin hidden inside bags of chilli powder was intercepted at Leeds Bradford Airport after it arrived from Pakistan.

Officials managed to use the address information – even though it was false – to identify suspects in the West Midlands and Pakistan.

Further enquiries led to a series of seizures of increasingly large amounts as the gang became more audacious in their smuggling attempts.

Officers and border officials swooped in seven different locations at Felixstowe, Tilbury Docks and addresses across Birmingham between April 2011 and August 2012.

Customs officers found heroin stashed inside shipments of vegetables, bed-linen and even in deliveries of sanitary products.

Further raids then found drugs cash stashed inside cars after meetings between key players were caught on secret cameras.

Eventually, kingpin Mohammed Farooq, 47, was caught alongside two Pakistani associates after SOCA traced a massive 263kg load of heroin to a warehouse he owned.

Farooq, from Solihull, West Midlands., was jailed for 29 years in June after he admitted organising the 263 kilo shipment of heroin.

He was captured on undercover surveillance footage handing boxes of cash to couriers in supermarket car parks.

Wife Catherine Farooq, 51, the final member of the ring, was jailed at Birmingham Crown Court on Friday for money laundering.

The court heard Farooq had used the drugs money to fund his daughters’ private school education – and his wife had splashed out on a new Mercedes.
