It’s been obvious from the beginning of Boeing’s troubles: they simply have not done enough DEI (which is the new term for Affirmative Action).

They need more blacks and women. They need to run out the remaining white men, and then they’ll be on a path to glory.

As is testified to in every movie, TV show, and advertisement I’ve seen since 2020, blacks and white women are not only ultra-competent and capable, but they also work really well together. From what I’ve seen, every marriage in the country is black male/white female, and that is because they have such chemistry.

If they have chemistry, they no doubt have physics as well.

Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg laid out a cautious path to turn the company around on Wednesday, calling for a “fundamental culture change” at the struggling planemaker as its quarterly losses surged to $6 billion due to a crippling strike.

The company has now racked up losses of nearly $8 billion for the current year, as a halt in production of its 737 MAX, 777 and 767 planes following the strike and an ailing defense and space division hammer its business.

Boeing shares slipped almost 1% in morning trading.

Ortberg told CNBC on Wednesday that Boeing is now reviewing its businesses and may end up selling some assets, as it downsizes its workforce to focus on the company’s key civil planemaking and core defense units.

“We’re overstaffed for the forecast of our business going forward, so we need to right size and be efficient, and I think we need to continue to do that as we go forward,” he said.

In a letter to employees, Ortberg stressed the need for improving performance in its defense business and its 737 MAX and 777 programs while broadly stabilizing Boeing, which is “at a crossroads” after lapses in its performance disappointed customers and eroded trust.

I thought they totally stopped production of the 737 MAX.

It was reported in January.

The original 737 – first produced in 1968 – is a marvel of engineering, and if Boeing’s blacks and women couldn’t update it, they should have just kept making the old one.

“This is a big ship that will take some time to turn, but when it does, it has the capacity to be great again,” Ortberg told the planemaker’s employees in a message containing prepared remarks for his first earnings call as CEO.

Ortberg said in his remarks that culture change was discussed at a recent meeting with top company executives.

“We need to prevent the festering of issues and work better together to identify, fix and understand root cause(s),” Ortberg said. “I’ve already introduced a much more detailed business cadence to drive this across the organization and this process of change is underway.”

Well, we’ve already reached the conclusion that the festering issue is white men.

Now they want to complain about a second wave of Affirmative Action programs replacing them?

Eventually, the blacks will be replaced with Australian Abos, which is the group of people with the lowest IQ on earth (and therefore the most oppressed group in need of the most free things).

The city will pay a total $2.1 million to three white Department of Education executives demoted under ex-Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza and replaced by less-qualified people of color, they charged.

Lois Herrera, Jaye Murray and Laura Feijoo – who will receive $700,000 each – reached a settlement three months after a judge ruled they “offer evidence of race-based discrimination in Carranza’s DOE,” paving the way for a June trial.

“This landmark case is a resounding affirmation that discrimination of any form should not be tolerated in educational institutions, regardless of the race of those negatively impacted,” their lawyer Davida Perry told The Post.

Filed five years ago, the suit alleged Carranza waged a crusade against “toxic whiteness” in the city Department of Education.

Herrera, who had a Harvard master’s degree, was working successfully as CEO of the Office of Safety and Youth Development when one of Carranza’s deputy chancellors abruptly stripped her title and replaced her with a “less-qualified” Black man, Mark Rampersant, who held a GED, the suit alleged.

Herrera retired in January 2023.

Murray, then executive director of the Office of Counseling Support Programs, was told to report to Rampersant, the first in a series of demotions.

She remains on the DOE payroll, but with sharply reduced duties.

Feijoo — then-Senior Supervising Superintendent who oversaw 46 DOE superintendents – was replaced by an underling, Cheryl Watson-Harris, who is Black and, at the time, lacked the required NY licensing.

Don’t these disgruntled grannies know that this is progress?

All of the systems in America are going to work much better when absolutely everything is totally run by the blacks.

What whites should do in response to this is make whites-only companies and then wait for the government to sue them and say all these other companies are doing the same thing and the Civil Rights Act should be overturned.

It’s so idiotic that people claim the Constitution exists when we have the Civil Rights Act.

Last year’s supreme court decision to ban affirmative action in college and university admissions was a watershed moment for far-right conservative activists and groups, who have used the momentum to target not only public institutions, but also private organizations that aim to aid women and people of color.

Many of the targeted groups are being sued by complainants who allege that they have been discriminated against because they do not fit diversity requirements. In some cases, the would-be applicants are engaging in presumptive suing – alleging the organizations have engaged in discriminatory behavior without even applying.

Since the ruling, some companies, such as Zoom, Lyft and Meta have dismantled their own efforts to promote and increase diversity willingly, without any specific legal spur. But several other entities have been forced to do so following legal challenges.

Fearless Fund, which is based in Atlanta, became the country’s first VC firm founded by women of color when it launched in 2019. It awards pre-seed, seed-level or series A financing grants to Black women who own small businesses. (A 2023 study by McKinsey and Company found that Black and Latino women entrepreneurs received 0.1% of venture capital funds.) Over the past four years, in partnership with corporations, Fearless Fund supplied business owners $3.7m in grants.

The American Alliance for Equal Rights (AAER), a non-profit founded, according to its website, specifically to challenge “distinctions made on the basis of race and ethnicity in federal and state courts”, sued Fearless Fund in August 2023, shortly after the supreme court decision. The lawsuit argues that Fearless Fund is violating the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the first civil rights bill in US history, which bars racial bias in private contracts and became an early template of the 14th amendment. As a result of the lawsuit, a judicial panel has blocked the fund from continuing its grant program. All but two of the fund’s backers have withdrawn support.

Last August, Hello Alice, an online platform which offers grants to Black small-business owners, was sued by America First Legal (AFL), a far-right non-profit formed by the former senior Trump White House adviser Stephen Miller. The lawsuit alleges that Hello Alice’s grant program is unconstitutional, and that it should be accessible to all business owners regardless of race.

AFL also targeted Nascar for the organization’s “diversity driver development program”, “diversity pit crew development program”, and the “Nascar diversity internship program”, arguing that the programs violate the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the country’s benchmark civil rights legislation, which prohibits discrimination based on race and sex and outlawed segregation.

Morrison Foerster, a California-based international law firm, changed the eligibility for the Keith Wetmore Fellowship for Excellence, Diversity, and Inclusion after AAER filed a lawsuit alleging in August of 2023 that the program was unlawfully discriminatory.

Late last year, a white member of the state bar of Wisconsin filed a complaint against the association alleging that its summer hiring program, the “diversity clerkship program”, was discriminatory. The program initially required that applicants be members of minority groups. However, following the supreme court’s affirmative action decision, before the complaint, the eligibility requirements were changed to include students with “backgrounds that have been historically excluded from the legal field”. Without defining which groups count as “historically excluded”, applicants could be from non-traditional backgrounds regardless of their race.

In February, AAER filed a complaint and motion for a preliminary injunction against Jorge Zamanillo, the director of the National Museum of the American Latino. The complaint alleges that the museum’s internship program, which seeks to provide Latino undergraduates with non-curatorial art museum careers, is unconstitutional.

North Central University, in Minneapolis, is being accused of violating the Civil Rights Act in a federal complaint filed by Legal Insurrection Foundation, a far-right advocacy organization.

To be eligible for the scholarship, which is named after George Floyd, whose murder at the hands of police sparked international protests in 2020, applicants must “be a student who is Black or African American, that is, a person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa”.

They’ve been doing this for like, a decade now.

Or I guess mainly since George Floyd.

Anyway, nothing has happened.

The assumption is that the Civil Rights Act only applies to white people.

They can actually make a legal argument that in context, it was designed to punish whites, not other races, and they’d have a point.

No one should be defending the Civil Rights Act.

Conservative groups should be calling for blacks to be shipped back to Africa. Just say it’s in the Constitution that blacks have to go back to Africa. The judges aren’t going to read it.

As far as I’ve been able to gather, there is no way to repeal affirmative action without totally repealing the Civil Rights Act. Legal scholars have argued this for decades, and having looked into it, it’s the conclusion I came to.

The Supreme Court is not going to throw out the Civil Rights Act, so it seems to me that all of this talk about Affirmative Action is just a total waste of time.

But it’s not totally a waste of time, because at least we’re getting a bunch of news articles about how, if you ended affirmative action, there would be no brown people in universities.

If the U.S. Supreme Court bans the consideration of race in college admissions, enrollment of minority groups at selective colleges will likely stall or decline – even if the schools give more weight to factors such as class, a new study found.

The conservative-leaning court will issue rulings this spring in cases questioning the legality of race-conscious admissions at Harvard and the University of North Carolina.

Students for Fair Admissions, the group suing Harvard and UNC, argues that class-conscious admissions would allow schools to create a diverse student body and boost disadvantaged students without focusing on race.

But a study released on Tuesday by Georgetown University’s Center on Education and the Workforce found that admissions practices that consider class but not race would still leave selective colleges without the representation of Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and Pacific Islander students seen in U.S. high schools.

“Niggers are remarkably stupid,” the authors of the paper explained. “If niggers are forced to compete with the Aryan race, they always fail.”

Either she is saying that only because she knows AA will not be thrown out, or she is actually very low IQ. Whichever is the case, it goes to prove the point.

But hey – maybe that would happen? Maybe if you removed AA, blacks would really start competing hard, and actually earn their spots? It’s possible. I mean, it’s probably not possible if you consider test scores, because that seems like a hard wall for the blacks, but maybe we can pressure them into developing higher IQs?

We should at least try to prove this woman’s theory.

A DOCTOR’S career is on the line after she caused a baby to be decapitated during a complicated delivery.

Dr Vaishnavy Laxman, a consultant gynaecologist, was working at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, Scotland in March 2014 when the tragedy occurred.

The 41-year-old doctor is now facing a medical tribunal and risks being struck off the medical register over a series of poor decisions which led to the baby boy’s horrific death.

The 30-year-old patient arrived at the hospital after her waters broke prematurely just 25 weeks into her first pregnancy.

The baby was found to have a prolapsed cord and was also in the breech position.

Despite those complications and the woman’s cervix only being two to three centimetres dilated, Dr Laxman insisted on a vaginal delivery.

A medical tribunal heard the distressed pregnant woman was not given pain relief during the birth and her repeated pleas to medical staff to stop were ignored.

The child was decapitated when Dr Laxman told the patient to push while she pulled his legs at the same time, which caused the baby’s body to detach, leaving the head inside the mother’s womb.

The woman later had a C-section to remove the head, which was then “reattached” to the body so the grieving mother could hold her son and say goodbye.

Dr Laxman was suspended following the incident, and it has been claimed the patient was not even in established labour when her baby lost his life.

The traumatised woman addressed Dr Laxman directly at the tribunal, staring her down and repeating “I don’t forgive you — I don’t forgive you” while holding two teddy bears, The Independent reports.

She spoke of her confusion and fear during the delivery.

“ … when I was taken to the labour suite nobody told me what was happening. A lot of people were talking, they kept saying the baby needed to come out but nobody looked at me in the eye and told me what was going to happen,” she said.

“The only pain relief I was given was a spray on my tongue. I was told it was meant to loosen my cervix but I was not given gas and air — I was in pain. I had the doctors putting their hands inside me and I had them pushing on my stomach and then pulling me down.

“I tried to get off the bed but they pulled me back three times and just said they had to get the baby out. They twice tried to cut my cervix and nobody told me they were going to do it. “There was no anaesthetic. I said to them ‘it doesn’t feel right, stop it, what’s going on, I don’t want to do it’ but nobody responded to me in any way.”

The woman wasn’t told her baby had died until after the delivery, and she didn’t learn the details of his death until much later.
