HBO Max is cutting back on costs — and cigarettes, too.

In a bizarre move spotted by film buffs on social media, HBO Max has been censoring cigarettes from select iconic movie posters that it displays on its streaming site.

Angry movie fans took to Twitter to reveal the missing smokes on HBO Max’s feeds, which appeared to be scrubbed from iconic movie posters for Robert Altman’s “McCabe & Mrs. Miller” as well as “The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean.”

In the photoshopped posters, stars Warren Beatty and Paul Newman no longer hold cigarettes between their fingers but instead appear to be posing — bizarrely — with digits raised, staring off into the distance.

One irritated cinephile slammed the streaming service, which is known for hits like “Game of Thrones,” its prequel, “House of Dragon,” and “Succession,” tweeting:

A photo of before and after shots of the altered posters was included, garnering a slew of outraged replies.

“Hahaha absolutely ridiculous. Considering 90% of staff at their parent WB/Discovery vape and sniff cocaine at their desk,” one user tweeted.

“How ridiculous,” another user wrote. “I am SO glad that I don’t give a penny to @HBOMax,” added another.

HBO Max did not comment on why the images were altered.

The news was picked up by a handful of outlets, including New York’s Vulture site, which noted that cigarettes have also been scrubbed from Michelle Reis’s character in the promo still for Wong Kar-wai’s “Fallen Angels,” as well as Kirk Douglas’s character in the poster for “There Was a Crooked Man.”

The author of the Vulture article, Eric Vilas-Boas, tweeted out before and after images of the Douglas poster.

“So bizarre once you see some of these side-by-side…,” he wrote.

They’re probably going to go through and remove all of the cigarettes from the films themselves.

Discovery+ is entering the world of teenage drag shows with Tyra Banks.

The Dancing with the Stars host and EP is to exec produce Generation Drag for the streaming service.

The series follows five teens and their families as they anticipate their biggest drag performance at Dragutante, a drag show designed as a platform for LGBTQ+ teens to express themselves.

Discovery+ will drop all six episodes of the series on June 1.

The series follows Jameson, Noah, Vinny, Bailey and Nabela as they prep for the event. It will follow the teens at the drag ball event as well as their parents as they head to Denver, Colorado.

It is produced by Made In Chelsea producer Monkey, which is part of Universal International Studios, in association with Bankable Productions and Cat Fight Productions.

Jasmine Stodel, Clinton Irey, Hayley Lozitsky, David St. John, Rob Schwarze and Ollie Brack executive produce alongside Banks.

Probably, people will be banned if they tweet something snarky about CNN, so no one is likely to do that. Criticizing CNN is a form of anti-Semitism, just like criticizing the Ukrainian government.

CNN’s brand-new streaming service, CNN+, is shutting down only a month after launch.

In a Thursday memo, the incoming CNN chief executive, Chris Licht, said the service would shut down at the end of April.

CNN+ launched when its parent was still part of AT&T. It combined with Discovery earlier this month in a new company, Warner Bros Discovery, under the Discovery chief executive, David Zaslav, who had his own vision for CNN and its Warner siblings.

Under AT&T, there were $100m in development costs and some 500 employees assigned to building out CNN+. The service had attracted big names for its lineup, from the former Fox anchor Chris Wallace to food-media star Alison Roman, as part of the company’s effort to appeal to younger people with a streaming news service as cable news audiences age.

In his memo, Licht said consumers wanted “simplicity and an all-in service” rather than “standalone offerings”.

Discovery had previously suggested that it wanted to merge the new company’s separate streaming services, which include Discovery+ and HBO Max, into a single app.

Licht said some CNN+ content will wind up on other company networks, and the streaming service’s employees will get opportunities to apply for jobs elsewhere inside Warner Bros Discovery.

Meanwhile, Tucker Carlson is single-handedly making Fox News hundreds of millions of dollars with their streaming service.

Really, you probably could have gotten everyone to go along with this bizarro world Judeo-anal global warming democracy stuff – it just would have taken about 20 years longer than these people were willing to wait.

Following the passing of a law that would restrict foreign ownership of media organisations by the Polish parliament, some Poles gathered to demand President Andrzej Duda veto the bill.

The protests took place in various parts of the country, with a few thousand estimated to have gathered outside of the Polish presidential palace to demand that President Duda veto the bill, which was passed on Friday.

The bill, which bans foreign majority ownership of Polish media companies, primarily affects the television channel TVN24, which is owned by the U.S.-based company Discovery.

Rafal Trzaskowski, Mayor of Warsaw and former rival to Duda for the presidency, spoke at one of the protests on Sunday, alleging “This is not just about one channel. In a moment [there will be] censorship of the Internet, an attempt to extinguish all independent sources of information — but we will not allow that to happen,” according to Reuters.

Yeah, that’s always the thing.

“Media freedom” is always a coded term for “censorship of anyone who disagrees with the Jews.”

Broadcaster TVN also released a statement calling on President Duda to veto the legislation, saying: “The attack on media freedom has far-reaching consequences for the future of Polish.”

The broadcaster went on to claim that the move was destroying relations between Poland and the United States.

“We cannot allow this to happen! We need strong, trust-based cooperation with international partners,” they asserted.

TVN24 has also seen support from other media companies and claims to have received 1.5 million signatures for a petition calling on President Duda to use his presidential veto.

The Polish president has so far not committed to passing or vetoing the bill and stated that he would make a decision when he receives the bill.

The new bill has the potential to spark yet another conflict between Poland and the European Union, as the European Commission said on Monday that it was concerned over the issue.

“We are following the latest developments with concern,” a Commission spokesman said during a press conference in Brussels.

“The vote that took place on Friday puts further pressure on the media sector on Poland… It may lead to limitation of media freedom in Poland where the media landscape already suffers under growing politicization,” the spokesman added.

Russia-linked news organisations have been denied broadcasting licences in multiple EU member-states without such expressions of concern, however.

It sure is looking to me like Russia would make a good friend for Poland.

It’s a real shame they have to act like such babies about crap that happened so long ago no one even remembers it and most people weren’t even alive.

As I mentioned in my piece earlier this week about how virtually all of the villains in popular culture are Nazis or stand-ins for Nazis, the Klingons in Alex Kurtzman’s Jewish Star Trek: Discovery are portrayed as being Nazis.

In the show, the Klingons declare war on the Federation of Planets because they fear that the Federation wants to absorb them into a multicultural empire that will destroy their racial heritage. The show presents this theme very ham-fistedly, as they tell each other “we must remain Klingon” and “they want to erase the struggle of our ancestors.”  They might as well have given them Richard Spencer haircuts.

Besides Jewish producers wanting to make the Klingons into Nazis, they also had to change their race due to more immediate politically correct concerns. While in the original series of the 1960s they had represented the Soviets, throughout the 1980s and 1990s, they were a stand-in for Moslems. Of course, this was a little bit more subtle than the new show is being with the Nazi thing, but the message was clear. The Klingons had brown skin, they had an honor-based society, they were tribal and warlike, and engaged in various forms of terrorism. They are always ready to die in the name of their race and religion.

At the same time, the show being liberal and Jewish, these Space Moslems were portrayed with some sympathy. The sympathetic treatment comes from the angle of “these people are enslaved to a backward culture that certain individuals can escape from and join our progressive liberal human rights democracy.” This was the Jewish wisdom of the time with regards to Islam (and is now the view of the conservative movement).

Worf, a member of the human organization Starfleet and the main Klingon character in both The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, is a partially-assimilated Klingon, and the rest of the team is constantly trying to help him work through his various religious beliefs, so that he can embrace the light of liberalism.

But in the current year, you can’t portray Islam negatively. The presently presiding Jewish wisdom is that Islam is actually not backward at all, but in fact more progressive and enlightened than rational atheism, and Moslems shouldn’t assimilate to Western culture in any way. So you can’t have bad guys who are based on Moslems. Or rather – the only way to do that would be to have the bad guys be a break-off sect of Moslems who embraced a radical form of the religion. But that plot doesn’t work with the Klingons.

So instead, CBS just completely wiped the entire concept of race, and made them into Nazi space orcs.

And they are literally space orcs. From the Lord of the Rings. Even their appearance has been modeled entirely after the orcs in Peter Jackson’s LotR films.

All politics aside, on the level of basic storytelling, this is absolutely obscene. The new Klingons are brutish and stupid, and it makes no sense whatsoever how such a race would have spaceships at all. The old Klingons had multiple castes, which included scientists, so even while most of the Klingons you met on the show were brutal, there was an explanation for how they maintained such a high tech society. The Kurtzman show doesn’t bother explaining how a much stupider warrior class is designing and operating a space-faring society without any other caste.

This situation is representative of the absurd nature of the modern Jewish entertainment industrial complex. It’s getting to the point where people just aren’t going to be interested in any of this anymore.

The fallout from the Game of Thrones’ producers’ decision to reshape their entire story into being about Nazism has resulted in a major backlash. People hate the new Star Wars films, and several of them were canceled following the failure of Solo.

The only thing that is still very popular is the Marvel Comics films. And that isn’t going to last long, because they’re about to replace all the white male characters with various brown people.

Star Trek: Discovery might be canceled. Though streamed on CBS’ own streaming service in America, the show was largely paid for by Netflix, which has the exclusive rights to it everywhere outside of the United States. Recently, Netflix rejected the CBS proposal for the second Kurtzman Star Trek show, which will bring back the character of Jean-Luc Picard, played by Patrick Stewart. All of the viewing figures for both CBS All Access and Netflix are secret, so no one knows who’s watching this horrible show, but certainly, if Netflix isn’t interested in more of it, it can’t be all that profitable.

Amazon picked up the Picard show, presumably for significantly less money. And it isn’t currently clear if Netflix will be paying for a third season of Discovery.

All of this is to say that modern Jewish entertainment media is running out of steam, and quickly. The evidence is anecdotal, but a clear pattern is emerging. These people have a problem.

Of course, I don’t think video entertainment is going to die any time soon. It is the soma of this Brave New World, and people are going to keep watching it because they don’t have anything else to do. But they’re going to be a lot more critical of it, and new forms of media might begin popping up.

But rather than any practical happenings on that front, the interesting thing is simply to see the Jews lose their grip as they push too far and their competence level drastically lowers. This applies to areas of Jewish control other than stupid TV shows. Everywhere you look, Jews are pushing things beyond the limit, and the center cannot hold.
