At Joe Biden’s big speech claiming that Black Lives Matter and Antifa rioters are actually supporters of Donald Trump, we again had 35% of the total screen space of the speech removed in order to accommodate the sign linguist.

This is some new thing, this Democrat project of “signers everywhere.” I’ve only seen Democrats do it in America.

The first time I remember thinking about it was when Barack Obama gave a speech in 2013 in South Africa and the black signer was doing fake sign language.

It’s only started happening on a large scale in the last 2-3 years, and it is only recently ubiquitous.

Actually, ubiquitous.

As in, if you type “governor newsom speech” into Google, the first result has the signer box.

Another top result has the signer literally on stage with him.

Local county governments in liberal areas have them up on stage for every speech, and we wonder how much this project costs the American taxpayer annually.

How many deaf people are there? Are there more than there were a few years ago?

I looked it up, and only 0.22% of the population of the United States is deaf. That’s about 2 of every 1,000 people.

It is ridiculous to force all of us to be constantly exposed to these weird motions for the sake of such a small group of people, who were apparently getting on fine reading the transcript afterwards. Furthermore, these people can read lips. Furthermore, subtitles can be computer generated in real time now.

Remember when TV used to say “close captioned for the hearing impaired”? Why is it that with technology to help these people having advanced so much in the last couple of decades, we’re promoting primitive methods?

It’s not practical for politicians to be making a huge thing out of such a small group of people, who are probably not particularly influential, and probably do not care very much about having a special signer on stage when they’ve lived their lives being accustomed to reading subtitles and transcripts.

It could be that the Democrats figure that this is a solid group of .22% of the population they can gobble up as voters by pandering. But it’s more likely that these signers are meant to send a message to people with hearing.

The positive message is that the Democrats are soft and caring people, who worried about those poor, pathetic deaf folks. The inverse of that, the negative message, is that normal people have to be forced to undergo difficulties for the sake of a small minority of people with a very specific problem. These signers are totally distracting. I believe they must be distracting to the politicians giving speeches as well.

I am a disabled supporter of eugenics, and I’m not the only one.

Allowing more cripples like myself to be born when society at large knows how it can be stopped is a great crime.

Osteogenesis imperfecta is a genetic disease that normally appears as a de novo mutation. However, once it manifests itself, it is the dominant gene. People affected with the condition have a 50% chance of spreading it to their offspring. It is one of the few severely crippling conditions that does not kill the afflicted person by the age of 18, while also not causing infertility.

However, it is one of the most painful conditions in the world. Drug treatment does little to stop it, and the conventional rodding surgeries do almost nothing to strengthen bones, they just make them straighter. By all accounts, broken bones are just as painful as in healthy children — and most kids only break one bone in their entire childhood, much less over one hundred.

Yet, multigenerational families exist. How can this be? I can only tell my personal history.

My mother has the same condition I do and gave birth to me via Caesarian section at the age of 38. She gave birth to my brother, who has the same condition, at the age of 40.

And the father? One Mr. David Brennan of Craryville, New York. A complete dead beat. He also cheated the IRS on top of this and did off the books mechanic work.

Upon seeing that his crippled children would never take out the garbage or even play a game of catch without breaking a bone, he promptly checked his children into the state foster care system when I was 14.

Now, six years later, I own a somewhat influential website called 8chan and have a decent life in the Philippines. Yet, I still hold fast to the belief that eugenics should never have been abandoned.

People who would use my relative success to argue against eugenics are very short-sighted. Other programmers who are provably much better than I were not born cripples, so preventing the birth of cripples will not cause there to be less programmers.

Others would simply dismiss this piece as the product of self-hate. However, those people are simply uneducated and do not know the meaning of the word “eugenics” and falsely equate it to German death camps. These uneducated people think that eugenics is a call to exterminate the disabled, but that is completely false and would not fix matters because of recessive genes and evasion by families.

Genetics used to be a lottery, but we know exactly how to stop a large amount of suffering in the world by preventing children with inheritable genetic conditions from being born using completely humane methods.

As a society, most of us seem to agree that people deserve medical care, and we are willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars directly to the parents of disabled children who knew for a fact that their children would be crippled. We are also willing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars, and in some cases millions of dollars indirectly in medical costs.

Simply offering people with debilitating, genetically dominant genetic diseases $100,000 cash each to undergo voluntary sterilization would be a libertarian, humane way to encourage genetic purity. Couples who both carry a recessive gene could be offered a smaller sum, like say $10,000, by genetic counselors.

To keep it legal, and prevent the system from becoming racist, the specific gene mutations that qualify could be enumerated now that we have the knowledge and technology to do so. I suggest we start with the ones that cause osteogenesis imperfecta: COL1A1 and COL1A2.

I hope you will not dismiss this article as the ravings of a neo-Nazi given the site it’s on. I could find no other publication which would publish this article, and I am far from a neo-Nazi. Sweden had a eugenics program until 1975, long after the defeat of the Nazis. Eugenics is a humanitarian idea, not a national socialist one.

I am simply asking for compassion from an ignorant society that falsely believes it is unethical to give genetically defective people incentives not to reproduce. I am simply arguing for a world full of healthy, happy children who can play outside with their friends without breaking their legs.

A wheelchair-bound man claims he is living in fear after being threatened by one man and then attacked by two others.

James Rees lost part of his right leg after a motorbike accident last year and said that he was kicked on it a number of times.

The trouble began at around 9.30pm last Sunday after Mr Rees, aged 28, of Heol Gwyrosydd in Penlan, returned from a local shop in his wheelchair.

“I crossed the road in Heol Gwyrosydd and started to make my way home,” he said. “Then a man drove up beside me. He wound the passenger window of his car down. He called me a cripple and a peg leg. He threatened to run over my wheelchair and then he drove on.”

Soon after two other men arrived on the scene, he said.

“The one in the front grabbed my jumper and tried to pull me out of the wheelchair,” he said. “Another man came from behind me and pulled my hoodie. He punched me in the face from behind.”

Mr Rees said the other man kicked the stump of injured leg a number of times, leaving him screaming in pain. He has since had to see a specialist at Morriston Hospital to assess any new damage to his leg.

“I don’t want to go out,” he said. “Why should it be like that? No one should suffer this. My girlfriend is 10 weeks pregnant and I want to go out with our child.”

Police said they were investigating allegations of threats made in Heol Gwyrosydd at around 9.30pm last Sunday.

“The victim and the suspect are known to each other and inquiries are ongoing to trace him,” said a spokesman.

“Officers are also investigating an assault of the man by two men in the same location which happened at around 9.45pm.”

Police described one of the two men on foot as of Asian appearance, aged mid-20s, of slim build, black hair, with short back and sides, with a pattern shaved in the sides of his hair, near his ears. He was clean shaven, and was wearing a dark blue hooded top and dark coloured Nike tracksuit bottoms. He ran down Heol Gwyrosydd in the general direction of Mynydd Newydd Road, and was with the other man.

The Non-White coward angrily punched the disabled woman in the face twice, when he was unable to steal her handbag from off the back of the wheelchair.

A woman in a wheelchair was punched twice in the face during an attempted mugging.

Police branded her attacker ‘the lowest of the low – a coward and a scoundrel’.

The thug approached the woman, 55, in Long Street near the junction of Durnford Street, Middleton on Wednesday evening and made a grab for her handbag, which was attached to the wheelchair.

When he failed to snatch the bag, he punched the victim twice in the head.

He ran off towards the town centre after someone who was standing outside the nearby Olde Boar’s Head pub shouted at him.

The witness left the area in a taxi before the police arrived.

The attacker had olive skin, was in his late 30s or early 40s and stocky.

He was wearing a black top with the hood pulled up and black jeans.

Det Con Mark Green said: “This individual really is the lowest of the low. He is a coward and a scoundrel.

“To deliberately target and strike a person in a wheelchair is beyond comprehension for anyone with a moral compass.

“Were you in the area and do you have information about the offender? If so please call us.”
