US Customs and Border Patrol agents at a migrant processing center in Texas allegedly attempted to humiliate a Honduran migrant by making him hold a sign that read, “I like men,” according to emails written by an agent who witnessed the incident.

The emails — obtained by CNN — were sent to the agent’s supervisor and outlined the March 5 episode in which a Honduran man was forced to hold a piece of paper that said, “Me gustan los hombre(s),” which translates to “I like men,” while being paraded through a migrant detention center.

The incident is one of many, per the emails, in which the CBP agent allegedly witnessed several colleagues displaying poor behavior and management’s failure to act.

According to the emails, the agent, on-duty at the El Paso Processing Center, saw another agent give a handwritten note to a Honduran migrant and instructed him to walk in front of a group of other migrants who had also been apprehended.

The witnessing agent saw the note, approached an agent responsible for writing it and another agent who was laughing. The witnessing agent told them their behavior was unprofessional, the emails say. Neither agent responded.

Seeing that the Honduran man was upset, the witnessing agent took the note away from him and provided him another without the derogatory phrase on it.
The witnessing agent in the emails names two senior Border Patrol agents and five other agents who also saw the alleged incident occur. The witnessing agent took the note to the senior agent in charge that night but the senior agent took no action, the emails said.

Letting people know that a faggot is a faggot is good. Some faggots are low-key faggots, and sometimes men engaged in conversations with them are put in a rough spot upon realizing the extent of the faggotry being directed at them.

Border Patrol agents told detained migrants to drink from the toilets in their overcrowded cells, Democrat members of Congress said after a visiting detention camps on the Texas-Mexico border.

More than a dozen lawmakers visited detention centers in Clint and El Paso, Texas during a trip led by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. The conditions were abysmal and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers were uncooperative, they said. Congress has oversight of the agency, one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the country, and approves its budget.

Immigration activists explained that the woman might have been referring to a common immigration detention set up, where a water fountain is attached to the top of a toilet.

Oh, so it’s just the standard device that is in every jail in America.

CBP officers were “contentious and uncooperative,” said Joe Kennedy, the Democrat from Massachusetts. “They tried to restrict what we saw, take our phones, block photos and video.” Some people had been in their cells for 50 days or more, and were sleep-deprived and filthy, the lawmakers reported. Women they encountered were sobbing after being separated from their children.

“These are the conditions that had been created by the Trump administration,” Joaquin Castro, a Democrat from Texas, said at a press conference at one of the detention centers.

Yes, but they’re just the conditions of a jail for people in a jail.

We need to keep searching, because soon enough, we will find the truth about the secret atrocities Trump is committing on the border. New detention facility.

The American people recently wasted $15 million on a new detention facility to “temporarily” house invaders.

AZ Central:

U.S. Border Patrol officials in Yuma hosted tours Friday of a new facility where detained undocumented migrants will be temporarily housed.

The “soft-sided” facility, as it was described by officials, can hold up to 500 people in U.S. Border Patrol custody, according to a press release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The tent-like structures are weatherproof and climate-controlled, the press release states.

The $15 million contract for the facility also calls for showers, toilets, sinks and sleeping mats, among other resources. Heating and cooling is also included, along with kitchen and storage facilities, and custodial services.

Why waste $15 million on a facility that can hold up to only 500 of these so-called “migrants” if they’re coming by the hundreds of thousands every month?

Even if they’re not supposed to stay more than a few days for processing, it’s still a useless waste of money that will never be considered enough. The treatment of detained migrants is constantly being called “inhumane” because nothing short of instantly making them US citizens and giving them a house or an apartment for free and $50,000 in cash will be considered enough… and even that may not be considered enough.

There are complaints about what the detainees are being fed as if it were your obligation as a white American to feed a great diet to random browns and blacks from all around the world.

Immigrants housed in a federal detention center in Texas were fed frozen sandwiches, cold burritos and potato chips, and detained children and young mothers have complained of hunger to visiting attorneys.

Details gleaned from government procurement data reflect what a nutritionist and two doctors described as a highly processed, unhealthy menu for families held in five detention centers operated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Texas. Breakfasts consist mostly of cereal bars, lunches of ramen noodles or bologna sandwiches and dinners of microwaveable burritos and chimichangas. Some healthier items, like oatmeal, applesauce and peanut butter, are also listed – but in much lower quantities.

The choice of foods is “appalling,” said Rafael Perez-Escamilla, a professor of epidemiology and public health at the Yale School of Public Health who has served on advisory panels related to the U.S. Federal Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Not only does the menu not meet those guidelines, but it also represents exactly the sort of diet that “has been associated with obesity, poor dental health and chronic diseases such as diabetes,’’ he said.

If they’re fed a diet associated with obesity, poor dental health and diabetes, then they’re being fed like regular Americans, as those are very American diseases.

For detention centers operated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement — which can hold detainees for long stays — federal guidelines say meals must be “nutritious and appetizing’’ and should accommodate “age, activity, physical condition, gender, religious preference and medical considerations’’ as well as ethnic diversity. But even the ICE guidelines set no specific nutritional standards.

Okay, so let’s establish something first.

These people come with NOTHING on them. It’s not as if they’d be eating anything better if not detained because they literally have no money to pay for anything, so ANYTHING you give them should be received with immense gratitude.

They should be thanking every American they come in contact with.

But that’s not the case because they EXPECT to get YOUR LIFE. You are more comfortable than them. You have nicer clothing. You eat yummier stuff. You look better than them. You have a nicer family.

The Trump administration is facing growing complaints from migrants about severe overcrowding, meager food and other hardships at border holding centers, with some people at an encampment in El Paso being forced to sleep on the bare ground during dust storms.

The Border Network for Human Rights issued a report Friday based on dozens of testimonials of immigrants over the past month and a half, providing a snapshot of cramped conditions and prolonged stays in detention amid a record surge of migrant families coming into the U.S. from Central America.

The report comes a day after an advocate described finding a teenage mother cradling a premature baby inside a Border Patrol processing center in Texas. The advocate said the baby should have been in a hospital, not a facility where adults are kept in large fenced-in sections that critics describe as cages.

But can she afford the hospital?

“Human Rights” somehow mean that anyone with a foot on American soil somehow gets to enjoy free stuff paid for by Americans.

“The state of human rights in the U.S.-Mexico borderlands is grave and is only getting worse,” the immigrant rights group said in its report. “People are dying because of what is happening.”

Not our problem. If they die, they die.

Many of the complaints center on El Paso, where the inspector general found severe overcrowding inside a processing center. A cell designed for a dozen people was crammed with 76, and migrants had to stand on the toilets.

Migrants in El Paso and elsewhere also complained of inadequate food such as a single burrito and a cup of water per day. Women said they were denied feminine hygiene products.

Why should they be given anything at all? These browns are even asking for free tampons. They can’t even take care of their own genitals and we’re expected to believe that somehow they’ll be good for the economy.

Lawmakers are becoming increasingly agitated.

“In the first five months of this year, the number of apprehensions at the border has already exceeded the population of Atlanta, Georgia,” said Republican Rep. Kay Granger of Texas.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed 5,200 adult immigrants in quarantine after being exposed to mumps or chicken pox, a dramatic jump from just a few months ago, the agency says.

ICE has recorded cases of either mumps or chicken pox in 39 immigrant detention centers nationwide, an ICE official tells CNN.

Of the 5,200 detainees in quarantine across those centers, around 4,200 are for exposure to mumps. Around 800 were exposed to chicken pox and 100 have been exposed to both.

The Department of Homeland Security has repeatedly warned of the toll the increasing number of migrants at the border has taken on the department. This week, Acting DHS Secretary Kevin McAleenan urged lawmakers for additional funding to assist operations, calling the crisis “unlike anything our country has ever faced.”

Quarantine costs money. Everything costs money.

You are paying.

But don’t worry, migrants will be told that they should support themselves, so you should be good.

Officers handling legal immigration cases will now warn people that they are under an obligation to support themselves rather than end up on the public dole, under a new policy implemented Friday by acting U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Ken Cuccinelli.

The warning will be issued both to the immigrant and his or her sponsor, who under the law has signed an agreement not to let the immigrant become a public charge.

In the new warning, UCSIS officers will “remind” sponsors that they can — and now will — be asked to pay back “every dollar” of welfare that the immigrants take.

“The president has made it a priority to ensure that every individual who seeks to come to the United States is self-sufficient, temporarily or permanently,” Mr. Cuccinelli said in a memo to agency employees.

It’s the first major public move by Mr. Cuccinelli, who became acting director this week.

Notice that all of these news outlets are calling these browns “migrants” or “immigrants” instead of “asylum seekers.”

Why are migrants claiming asylum?
