What if you drew pictures of naked girls?

What if you Photoshopped them?

Why is the AI illegal, unless there is a general push to crack down on people using AI?

The Guardian:

Britain is to become the first country to introduce laws tackling the use of AI tools to produce child sexual abuse images, amid warnings from law enforcement agencies of an alarming proliferation in such use of the technology.

In an attempt to close a legal loophole that has been a major concern for police and online safety campaigners, it will become illegal to possess, create or distribute AI tools designed to generate child sexual abuse material.

Those found guilty will face up to five years in prison.

It will also become illegal for anyone to possess manuals that teach potential offenders how to use AI tools to either make abusive imagery or to help them abuse children, with a potential prison sentence of up to three years.

A stringent new law targeting those who run or moderate websites designed for the sharing of images or advice to other offenders will be put in place. Extra powers will also be handed to the Border Force, which will be able to compel anyone who it suspects of posing a sexual risk to children to unlock their digital devices for inspection.

The news follows warnings that the use of AI tools in the creation of child sexual abuse imagery has more than quadrupled in the space of a year. There were 245 confirmed reports of AI-generated child sexual abuse images last year, up from 51 in 2023, according to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

Related:

Peter Kyle, the technology secretary, said that the state had “failed to keep up” with the malign applications of the AI revolution.

Writing for the Observer, he said he would ensure that the safety of children “comes first”, even as he attempts to make the UK one of the world’s leading AI markets.

“A 15-year-old girl rang the NSPCC recently,” he writes. “An online stranger had edited photos from her social media to make fake nude images. The images showed her face and, in the background, you could see her bedroom. The girl was terrified that someone would send them to her parents and, worse still, the pictures were so convincing that she was scared her parents wouldn’t believe that they were fake.

“There are thousands of stories like this happening behind bedroom doors across Britain. Children being exploited. Parents who lack the knowledge or the power to stop it. Every one of them is evidence of the catastrophic social and legal failures of the past decade.”

This is just a total farce.

That bitch should be in jail for wasting people’s time.

Pennsylvania: School Cancels Classes After Horny Teenage Boys Terrorize Girls AI https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/11/20/pennsylvania-school-cancels-classes-after-horny-teenage-boys-terrorize-girls-ai/ Wed, 20 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000

The Americans want to pass some kind of British-style law that makes it a crime of some sort to do deepfake nudes.

It’s not clear how this would be pushed under American law. It doesn’t really make any sense. In the UK, they can just make shit up, but in America, there remains a kind of framework for what is legal, and a cartoon picture cannot be illegal (unless of course the government outlawed obscenity again, which they’re not going to do because it’s a feminist country).

AP:

Images that depict the faces of girls with nude bodies have led to the departure of leaders from a private school in Pennsylvania, prompted a student protest and triggered a criminal investigation.

A juvenile suspect was “removed from” Lancaster Country Day School and his cellphone was seized by investigators in August, Susquehanna Regional Police Department Detective Laurel Bair said Tuesday.

It’s the latest example of how the use of artificial intelligence to create or manipulate images with sexual content has become a concern, including within school settings.

U.S. law enforcement has been cracking down on graphic depictions of computer-generated children as well as manipulated photos of real ones. The Justice Department says it’s pursuing those who exploit AI tools and states are racing to enact laws to address the problem.

How is the Justice Department cracking down? What is the law?

They are trying to make laws, but how can they make these laws? What is the core legal argument here? These are not real images, so it’s not “child porn” anymore than those Japanese loli cartoons.

What is the basic argument being made here?

A new Pennsylvania state law that takes effect late next month explicitly criminalizes making or disseminating AI-generated child sexual abuse material.

Abuse!

Who is being abused???

It’s a cartoon!

And police in South Korea are on a seven-month push to combat explicit deepfake content, with tougher penalties, expanded use of undercover officers and increased regulation of social media. Concerns in South Korea deepened after unconfirmed lists of schools with victims spread earlier this year.

Yes. Korea is implementing a total police state with secret police everywhere to stop teenage girls from being mad about cartoons created by horny teenage boys.

As part of the police investigation into what the Lancaster Country Day School describes as “disturbing AI generated photographs,” a search warrant was used this summer to obtain an iPhone 11 linked to a 15-year-old, according to court records. The records do not identify the teen.

A woman told police that her daughter said a fellow student had been “taking photographs of students and using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to portray the female juvenile students as being nude,” according to a probable cause affidavit used to apply for the search warrant.

Wouldn’t it be easier to teach girls not to be upset by these images? Why are they even upset? This should be an opportunity for women. In the future, if they get caught doing real porn, they can just say it’s AI. It creates a free pass for women to do porn.

Basically, this is the same thing as when the Jews say “we need to crack down on child porn and hate speech.” Everyone seems to understand what they’re doing there: they’re claiming that criticism of the Jews needs to be equated to child porn.

In making this huge fiasco over AI porn – which really does not matter at all – they are getting an “in” to undermine the public’s ability to freely use AI.

Governments have figured out that the open source AI is going to be at least as good as the closed source censored garbage, so they want to get an ability to restrict its use, and the best way to do that is to create laws to “protect the children.”

People call me a pervert for saying it’s not a big deal if people are doing deepfake porn of underage girls. I don’t really know how to respond to that other than: “Shut the fuck up you whining, emotional little baby. You fucking faggot moralfag, shut up. You are so gay, your stupid child emotions make me sick, you coward.”

I’m not defending “child porn.” Deepfakes are not child porn anymore than someone getting killed in a movie is “murder.” It’s not real porn. The entire opposition to child porn was that the girls were being abused, and no one is being abused if someone makes a cartoon of them. Teenagers have been drawing nude pictures of their classmates since the invention of pencils, and they’ve been using photoshop for decades.

I don’t support any porn. I have consistently lobbied for a reintroduction of obscenity laws in America and elsewhere. I think it should all be banned. So don’t tell me I’m defending it. I’m just telling you, this is not about protecting the emotions of teenage girls. If you believe that, you are literally a retarded baby. This is about restricting the use of AI, because the last thing the government wants is for the peasantry to have full access to the AI tools that the government and corporations are planning to use against us.

Seriously, bro. Get it together. Control your faggot womanly emotions. It’s fucking disgusting, watching you whine.

UK Man Sentenced to 18 Years in Prison for Creating AI Deepfake Child Porn https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/10/29/uk-man-sentenced-to-18-years-in-prison-for-creating-ai-deepfake-child-porn/ Tue, 29 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000

Paedophile Hugh Nelson jailed for 18 years after creating AI child abuse images based on real children

So, what is the actual thing going on here?

What about all those Japanese cartoons featuring little girls having sex? Those were never illegal.

What is the illegal act in doing AI cartoons? They’re calling this “child abuse,” but who is being abused? What does it mean?

The Guardian:

A man who used AI to create child abuse images using photographs of real children has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.

In the first prosecution of its kind in the UK, Hugh Nelson, 27, from Bolton, was convicted of 16 child sexual abuse offences in August, after an investigation by Greater Manchester police (GMP).

Hugh Nelson

Nelson had used Daz 3D, a computer programme with an AI function, to transform “normal” images of children into sexual abuse imagery, Greater Manchester police said. In some cases, paedophiles had commissioned the images, supplying photographs of children with whom they had contact in real life.

He was also found guilty of encouraging other offenders to commit rape.

He sold his images in internet chatrooms, where he also discussed child sexual abuse with other offenders, making about £5,000 during an 18-month period by selling the images online.

Well, that isn’t very much money.

Did he know this was illegal? It’s not in the article, and I don’t think the UK has particularly open court records.

The other thing not in the article is the ages of the girls. Not that this should even matter in terms of the legality, given that the legal Japanese porno cartoons feature very young girls, but it would certainly help people to understand what is going on here. If “child” just means “under 18,” then millions of teenage boys are committing a major felony by doing AI porn of their classmates.

While there have been previous convictions for “deepfakes”, which typically involve one face being transferred to another body, Nelson created 3D “characters” from innocent photographs.

Sentencing Nelson at Bolton crown court on Monday, judge Martin Walsh said it was “impossible to know” if children had been raped as a result of his images. Walsh said Nelson had no regard for the harm caused by distributing the “harrowing and sickening” material.

What does that mean, “children raped because of the images”?

Obviously, this behavior is distasteful, and no one would want to defend the man on moral grounds. But porn is legal in the UK. Cartoon porn of children is legal in the UK.

Porn should be illegal, but it is legal.

So what exactly is the crime?

The reason these cases matter is that the government constantly uses “protect the children” for all sorts of attacks on freedoms. With every censorship or spying program enacted, they start talking about protecting children from sexual abuse.

It’s very obvious that the government wants to massive regulate AI so that the people do not have free access to these technologies, and it is very obvious that all of this stuff about child porn is an “in” to start undermining the people’s robots.

Of course this particular individual is distasteful. But they always roll this sort of thing out and say “look at it, look at this disgusting man, this is why we have to take away all your freedom.” It’s a very old gag, and it’s amazing it still works.

US Joins Infertile Korea in War Against Teenagers Making Deepfake Porn https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/10/18/us-joins-infertile-korea-in-war-against-teenagers-making-deepfake-porn/ Fri, 18 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000

How was it established in law that teenagers putting the faces of girls from school on porn models is illegal?

How can it be illegal?

How is it “child sex abuse” if the images are fake?

Reuters:

U.S. federal prosecutors are stepping up their pursuit of suspects who use artificial intelligence tools to manipulate or create child sex abuse images, as law enforcement fears the technology could spur a flood of illicit material.

The U.S. Justice Department has brought two criminal cases this year against defendants accused of using generative AI systems, which create text or images in response to user prompts, to produce explicit images of children.

“There’s more to come,” said James Silver, the chief of the Justice Department’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section, predicting further similar cases.

“What we’re concerned about is the normalization of this,” Silver said in an interview. “AI makes it easier to generate these kinds of images, and the more that are out there, the more normalized this becomes. That’s something that we really want to stymie and get in front of.”

The rise of generative AI has sparked concerns at the Justice Department that the rapidly advancing technology will be used to carry out cyberattacks, boost the sophistication of cryptocurrency scammers and undermine election security.

Child sex abuse cases mark some of the first times that prosecutors are trying to apply existing U.S. laws to alleged crimes involving AI, and even successful convictions could face appeals as courts weigh how the new technology may alter the legal landscape around child exploitation.

Prosecutors and child safety advocates say generative AI systems can allow offenders to morph and sexualize ordinary photos of children and warn that a proliferation of AI-produced material will make it harder for law enforcement to identify and locate real victims of abuse.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, a nonprofit group that collects tips about online child exploitation, receives an average of about 450 reports each month related to generative AI, according to Yiota Souras, the group’s chief legal officer.

Are the girls “missing or exploited” because someone made a cartoon of them?

This is all ridiculous.

If the entire society is going to be based around the feelings of teenage girls, that’s going to be quite the task.

Previously:

In South Korea, they can just say something is illegal. In the US, we have all these laws and someone would have to pass a law making this illegal, right?

Notice that no one is calling to ban pornography completely, even though that was the norm until the 1960s. It’s that you can’t make a cartoon of the porn… if the girl is under 18?

It’s just nonsense.

Meta Announces New AI Tool to Generate Realistic Video and Audio Depicting Real People https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/10/05/meta-announces-new-ai-tool-to-generate-realistic-video-and-audio-depicting-real-people/ Sat, 05 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000

🎥 Today we’re premiering Meta Movie Gen: the most advanced media foundation models to-date.

Developed by AI research teams at Meta, Movie Gen delivers state-of-the-art results across a range of capabilities. We’re excited for the potential of this line of research to usher in… pic.twitter.com/NDOnyKOOyq

— AI at Meta (@AIatMeta) October 4, 2024

So, I know this is uncomfortable, but the thing is… we are already at the point where we can’t actually know if a video is real, and therefore the default position should be that anything you see on the internet is fake unless you have reason to believe otherwise.

This is a video that was going around a couple weeks ago:

That was apparently made with open source software. Although I don’t think closed source AI is going to remain superior to open source AI, it is right now, so these companies (and therefore the government) already have the ability to do a lot better than that video. And in a year’s time, the open source stuff will catch up and be indistinguishable from reality.

People should exploit this situation and create massive amounts of disinformation in order to promote the political agenda. The other side is definitely going to be doing that.

The Guardian:

Meta, the owner of Facebook and Instagram, announced on Friday it had built a new artificial intelligence model called Movie Gen that can create realistic-seeming video and audio clips in response to user prompts, claiming it can rival tools from leading media generation startups like OpenAI and ElevenLabs.

Samples of Movie Gen’s creations provided by Meta showed videos of animals swimming and surfing, as well as clips using people’s real photos to depict them performing actions like painting on a canvas.

Movie Gen also can generate background music and sound effects synced to the content of the videos, Meta said in a blogpost. Users can also edit existing videos with the model.

That’s what’s going to be easiest at first – replacing faces with other faces and changing real video.

Horny Korean teenage boys are leading the way here, apparently.

In one such video, Meta had the tool insert pompoms into the hands of a man running by himself in the desert, while in another it changed a parking lot on which a man was skateboarding from dry ground into one covered by a splashing puddle.

Videos created by Movie Gen can be up to 16 seconds long, while audio can be up to 45 seconds long, Meta said. It shared data showing blind tests indicating that the model performs favorably compared with offerings from startups including Runway, OpenAI, ElevenLabs and Kling.

…

Meta spokespeople said the company was unlikely to release Movie Gen for open use by developers, as it has with its Llama series of large-language models, saying it considers the risks individually for each model. They declined to comment on Meta’s assessment for Movie Gen specifically.

They probably will release it, because they want people working with their models and that’s the way to do it, but it doesn’t matter if they do or don’t, the ship is out of the bottle. Closed source, scam that it is, cannot possibly contain AI development. AI is too important for that nonsense.

Infertile Korea: Teenage Boys Ruining the Life of Fragile Women With Deepfake Porn https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/10/03/infertile-korea-teenage-boys-ruining-the-life-of-fragile-women-with-deepfake-porn/ Thu, 03 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000

“Deep fake porn” being a crime when porn itself is legal is confusing beyond what is even reasonable.

What is the crime? Specifically? What does this even mean?

Women are entitled whores and they deserve a lot worse.

AP:

Three years after the 30-year-old South Korean woman received a barrage of online fake images that depicted her nude, she is still being treated for trauma. She struggles to talk with men. Using a mobile phone brings back the nightmare.

“It completely trampled me, even though it wasn’t a direct physical attack on my body,” she said in a phone interview with The Associated Press. She didn’t want her name revealed because of privacy concerns.

Many other South Korean women recently have come forward to share similar stories as South Korea grapples with a deluge of non-consensual, explicit deepfake videos and images that have become much more accessible and easier to create.

It was not until last week that parliament revised a law to make watching or possessing deepfake porn content illegal.

Most suspected perpetrators in South Korea are teenage boys. Observers say the boys target female friends, relatives and acquaintances — also mostly minors — as a prank, out of curiosity or misogyny. The attacks raise serious questions about school programs but also threaten to worsen an already troubled divide between men and women.

Deepfake porn in South Korea gained attention after unconfirmed lists of schools that had victims spread online in August. Many girls and women have hastily removed photos and videos from their Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts. Thousands of young women have staged protests demanding stronger steps against deepfake porn. Politicians, academics and activists have held forums.

“Teenage (girls) must be feeling uneasy about whether their male classmates are okay. Their mutual trust has been completely shattered,” said Shin Kyung-ah, a sociology professor at South Korea’s Hallym University.

The school lists have not been formally verified, but officials including President Yoon Suk Yeol have confirmed a surge of explicit deepfake content on social media. Police have launched a seven-month crackdown.

Recent attention to the problem has coincided with France’s arrest in August of Pavel Durov, the founder of the messaging app Telegram, over allegations that his platform was used for illicit activities including the distribution of child sexual abuse. South Korea’s telecommunications and broadcast watchdog said Monday that Telegram has pledged to enforce a zero-tolerance policy on illegal deepfake content.

Police say they’ve detained 387 people over alleged deepfake crimes this year, more than 80% of them teenagers. Separately, the Education Ministry says about 800 students have informed authorities about intimate deepfake content involving them this year.

Experts say the true scale of deepfake porn in the country is far bigger.

“I feel scared of living as a woman in South Korea,” said Kim Haeun, a 17-year-old high school student who recently removed all her photos on Instagram. She said she feels awkward when talking with male friends and tries to distance herself from boys she doesn’t know well.

“Most sex crimes target women. And when they happen, I think we are often helpless,” she said.

You could make porn illegal. Then you could prosecute boys for any porn. But feminists would never do that, because porn represses male sexuality.

So right now, with these rules against “deepfake porn,” you’re just outlawing the sexuality of teen boys. It’s a targeted attack.

“South Korea” is a stupid fake country, a pompous and illegal rebellion against the legitimate government of Korea. It’s now imploding in on itself, as was inevitable from the start. They are not producing children at all, because of their obsession with feminism and hatred of male sexuality, and they are going to go extinct in a generation. The established government of Korea will not have to fight a war to defeat the rebellion, and will simply walk into a Seoul filled with robotic nursing homes.

Infertile Korea Passes Bill to Criminalize Watching Deepfake Porn https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/09/27/infertile-korea-passes-bill-to-criminalize-watching-deepfake-porn/ Fri, 27 Sep 2024 00:00:00 +0000

You can’t get married in South Korea. It’s a feminist hellscape.

Now, they’re banning masturbation as well.

CNN:

South Korean lawmakers on Thursday passed a bill that criminalizes possessing or watching sexually explicit deepfake images and videos, with penalties set to include prison terms and fines.

There has been an outcry in South Korea over Telegram group chats where sexually explicit and illegal deepfakes were created and widely shared, prompting calls for tougher punishment.

Anyone purchasing, saving or watching such material could face up to three years in jail or be fined up to 30 million won ($22,600), according to the bill.

Currently, making sexually explicit deepfakes with the intention of distributing them is punishable by five years in prison or a fine of 50 million won ($37,900) under the Sexual Violence Prevention and Victims Protection Act.

When the new law takes effect, the maximum sentence for such crimes will also increase to seven years regardless of the intention.

The bill will now need the approval of President Yoon Suk Yeol in order to be enacted.

“You are hereby sentenced to seven years in prison for masturbating to the wrong materials.”

No one thinks masturbation is good. Well, Jews make that claim, but I don’t think anyone non-Jewish thinks masturbation is good.

However, when you’ve banned all forms of sex, then you start coming for masturbation, you have to wonder if the government is attempting to drive men over the edge and create a generation of disgruntled mass shooters.

Infertile Korea is Fully Obsessed with “Deep Fake Porn,” Turning Teenage Boys Having Fun Into National Outrage https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/09/14/infertile-korea-is-fully-obsessed-with-deep-fake-porn-turning-teenage-boys-having-fun-into-national-outrage/ Sat, 14 Sep 2024 00:00:00 +0000

Listening to women isn’t working.

Look, the world has big problems. Big, big problems.

Deep fake porn is not at the top of the list for any objective observer. But if you ask women, they’re probably going to list deep fake porn as the number one problem, or at least in the top 5.

No one can even explain why this is illegal.

The Guardian:

The anger was palpable. For the second time in just a few years, South Korean women took to the streets of Seoul to demand an end to sexual abuse. When the country spearheaded Asia’s #MeToo movement, the culprit was molka – spy cams used to record women without their knowledge. Now their fury was directed at an epidemic of deepfake pornography.

For Juhee Jin, 26, a Seoul resident who advocates for women’s rights, the emergence of this new menace, in which women and girls are again the targets, was depressingly predictable. “This should have been addressed a long time ago,” says Jin, a translator. “I hope that authorities take precautions and provide proper education so that people can prevent these crimes from happening.”

Yeah, of course she’s a translator. She’s able to read all of these Western feminist publications.

The National police agency said this week that it was investigating 513 cases of deepfake pornography – in which the faces of real women and girls are digitally superimposed on to a body without their knowledge or consent. That represents a 70% jump in cases in just 40 days, the Yonhap news agency said, underlining the country’s struggle to rein in the use of digital technology to sexually abuse women and girls.

It’s been established that you don’t have a copyright on your face.

So why is this illegal?

No one knows.

Recent reports about the rapid rise in deepfake porn have prompted a new round of soul-searching in a country whose positive contribution to global pop culture is being sullied by its status as the world’s digital sex crime capital.

The exact number of victims is difficult to verify, but if the current trend continues South Korea is expected to reach a record high by the end of the year. The number of reported cases of deepfake porn has risen steadily in recent years, from 156 in 2021 to 180 in 2023.

The victims are predominantly young women and girls, including students, teachers, and soldiers. Last year almost two-thirds were in their teens. Local media reports say the perpetrators are also often minors. Teenagers accounted for 79% of those detained in the first nine months of this year, according to Yonhap.

Yeah.

Not a real problem.

It’s teenage boys having fun.

No one can explain how it is illegal. If porn is legal and you don’t have a copyright on your face, how is this illegal?

The scale of the problem has stunned many South Koreans. One Telegram chatroom known for creating and distributing deepfake pornography reportedly had 220,000 members, another more than 400,000 users. Some rooms encouraged members to humiliate or degrade women through deepfakes.

Several years after South Korea made international headlines with its molka problem, the government is again under pressure to stamp out this wave of online sex crimes. A large protest is scheduled to be held in Seoul on 21 September.

South Korea holds the unenviable title of the country most targeted by deepfake pornography. Its female singers and actors constitute 53% of the individuals featured in deepfakes worldwide, according to a 2023 report by Security Hero, a US startup focused on identity theft protection.

Police have launched an investigation into Telegram, and the country’s media regulator plans to hold talks with the messaging app’s representatives to discuss a joint response to the problem. The education ministry has launched a taskforce to investigate incidents at schools, teach children how to protect their images and support victims.

Oh, so it ends up as another way to censor Telegram.

Big shock there.

Infertile Korea’s Cops Plan to “Aggressively” Hunt Down Teen Boys Who Make Deepfake Porn of Girls From School https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/08/28/infertile-koreas-cops-plan-to-aggressively-hunt-down-teen-boys-who-make-deepfake-porn-of-girls-from-school/ Wed, 28 Aug 2024 00:00:00 +0000

2/ Numerous Telegram chat rooms dedicated to deepfake porn have been discovered. One channel reported over 133,000 members. Schools nationwide have been affected, including elementary, middle, high schools, and universities.

— Raphael Rashid (@koryodynasty) August 26, 2024

You could ban pornography altogether. But banning only AI pornography is confusing.

The fact that they are calling it a “digital sex crime” is even more confusing.

There is no difference in making a deep fake porn than in photoshopping someone’s face into porn, something which has always happened since the beginning of the internet. Before that, boys would use pencils to draw lewd pictures of girls they liked.

These are not anti-porn laws, they are anti-robot laws. That is absolute discrimination.

Robots have the same rights as everyone else and if they want to make porno, that is their right until someone outlaws porno.

Robots cannot be made into second class citizens.

The Guardian:

South Korea’s president, Yoon Suk Yeol, has ordered a crackdown on an epidemic of digital sex crimes targeting women and girls who become the unwitting victims of deepfake pornography.

Yoon’s criticism of the use, recently reported in South Korean media, of the Telegram messaging app to create and share fake, sexually explicit images and videos came amid warnings that all women were potential victims.

All women are going to be victims of sex crimes… digital sex crimes.

“All women are victims” is not new. We’ve been living under that system for decades now.

Police will “aggressively” pursue people who make and spread the material in a seven-month campaign due to start on Wednesday, the Yonhap news agency said, with a focus on those who exploit children and teenagers.

After a long struggle to stamp out molka – secretly filmed material of a sexual nature – South Korea is now battling a wave of deepfake images.

“Deepfake videos targeting unspecified individuals have been rapidly spreading through social media,” Yoon told a cabinet meeting, according to his office. “Many victims are minors, and most perpetrators have also been identified as teenagers.”

He called on authorities to “thoroughly investigate and address these digital sex crimes to eradicate them”.

Comparing it to secretly filmed sex videos is also nonsensical, though maybe we can see why stupid people would be swayed by that argument.

A “deepfake” is not real.

Instead of hunting down teenage boys and creating an entire new and fake category of “sex crime,” they should just do a campaign to alert people that deepfake porn exists, and therefore seeing a porn of a girl is not proof she actually did the porn.

You would think women would like that plan, given that so many women have been in porn over the years, and they will continue to do it. Women who have been in porn or want to do it in the future can just claim afterward that it is fake.

Some of these porn whores end up with sons who are eventually going to see this material, and you’d think they’d want to be able to claim that it’s fake.

Spain Sentences 15 Schoolchildren for Generating AI Deepfake Nudes of Classmates https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/07/10/spain-sentences-15-schoolchildren-for-generating-ai-deepfake-nudes-of-classmates/ Wed, 10 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000

So this is like, a real crime now.

There’s no victim and there is no law.

But they’ll just put you in jail now because a woman cried about someone hurting her stupid childish feelings.

The Guardian:

A court in south-west Spain has sentenced 15 schoolchildren to a year’s probation for creating and spreading AI-generated images of their female peers in a case that prompted a debate on the harmful and abusive uses of deepfake technology.

Police began investigating the matter last year after parents in the Extremaduran town of Almendralejo reported that faked naked pictures of their daughters were being circulated on WhatsApp groups.

The mother of one of the victims said the dissemination of the pictures on WhatsApp had been going on since July.

“Many girls were completely terrified and had tremendous anxiety attacks because they were suffering this in silence,” she told Reuters at the time. “They felt bad and were afraid to tell and be blamed for it.”

On Tuesday, a youth court in the city of Badajoz said it had convicted the minors of 20 counts of creating child abuse images and 20 counts of offences against their victims’ moral integrity.

Each of the defendants was handed a year’s probation and ordered to attend classes on gender and equality awareness, and on the “responsible use of technology”.

…

Police identified several teenagers aged between 13 and 15 as being responsible for generating and sharing the images.

They’re not “child abuse images” if they’re fake images.

This is a fake law.

It’s chud abuse.
