South Korea’s entire model for convincing women to have kids is based on the theory that they are not having kids because of economic concerns.

This isn’t going to work.

Seriously.

This is not an economic issue. That is a total hoax.

Women will not have kids unless you remove their options. You cannot talk them into it. That will not work.

As South Korea scrambles to halt the sharp decline in its birth rate, policymakers are having a hard time convincing many in their 20s and 30s that parenthood is a better investment than stylish clothes or fancy restaurants.

Asia’s fourth-largest economy plans to launch a new government ministry dedicated to demographic challenges after years of incentives failed to ease the baby crisis.

But for Park Yeon, a 28-year-old fashion Instagrammer and aspiring singer, spending choices are guided mostly by her appetites for clothing and travel, leaving little budget for marriage and babies.

South Korea continues to break its own record for having the world’s lowest birth rate, which hit a fresh low last year.

That is literally the mindset of 100% of women who are not compelled by circumstance to get married and have kids.

Women have free reign. They can do whatever they want. Life is a big party for them.

If you want them to have kids, you have to box them in somehow.

I prefer the Taliban method.

That is the ideal.

But you can manipulate women in a lot of different ways. The goal is simply to limit their options, to force them onto a path of marriage and children at a young age. Simply changing the way the university entry and professional hiring systems work would go a long way to do that. Massive social shaming of women would do a lot too, although that would be complicated in any of these countries with massive pussy-worship entertainment media industries.

I am aware that 95% of the readership of this site are K-pop fans, but it is a pussy-worship industry that tells women to “reward themselves” and “focus on happiness.”

You would have to cut all of that out if you wanted to shame women.

Probably, you could make the music all about getting married and having kids, and have all the K-pop idols be pregnant half the time. That might work. But you can’t have shame while the culture revolves around a bunch of skanks doing the slut-strut.

But again, even if you didn’t have shame, if you just locked women out of the universities and most professions, you could box them into young marriage.

The big thing is: it’s not about money. Money is not even the 10th thing it is about. The poorest women in the world have the highest birthrates.

“The birthrate is an economic problem” is a total nonsense claim, and it creates a stupid situation where governments are attempting to solve a problem that does not even exist. This basically comes down to men projecting masculine thought patterns onto women in order to try to understand them better, and they are not understanding them at all.

Women will tell you it is about money. But women do not even understand their own behavior. And they lie to men. Women saying the birthrate is a money issue is complete irrelevant to anything. It’s totally meaningless, as proved by the fact that women with no money do nothing but reproduce.

We used to talk about the fact that economic prosperity lowers the birthrate, now we’re talking about how we need more economic prosperity to raise the birthrate. It’s dumb. It’s incredible that people are still saying this.

You have to limit their options.

The Taliban is the most extreme example of “limiting options,” because they block women in at every turn, but if you don’t want to do that, you have to come up with at least some way to limit their options.

Banning birth control, including abortion, is a start. Blocking them out of school and work is a start. Social shaming is a start. You can come at this from all kinds of different angles. There are various things that would help, starting points to move from. None of them are related to economics.

Again, let me repeat: economic prosperity is what cause the birthrate to drop.

These women are living in absolute luxury, by any historical standard. If you doubled their money, they would double the luxury. They would buy handbags that are twice the price, sushi that is twice the price, makeup that is twice the price, etc.

South Korea is probably doomed already. They are on a path to extinction.

I do hope, however, that others can learn from these failures.

Exporting sperm to other countries is a strange concept to begin with. IVF is strange in itself, at least with anyone other than your spouse. These sperms are apparently for single mothers having kids, because even if a man has bum sperm, he can almost always do IVF with his own sperms.

What is much weirder than this is the UK making laws about it and trying to enforce international sperm rules.

Sperm donated in the UK is being exported and can be used to create large numbers of children across multiple countries, contradicting a strict 10-family limit that applies in the UK, experts warn.

A legal loophole means that, while a single donor can be used to create no more than 10 families in UK fertility clinics, there are no restrictions on companies making sperm or eggs available for additional fertility treatments abroad.

With the lifting of donor anonymity and the ability to track down genetic relatives on DNA testing sites, this raises the prospect of some donor-conceived children navigating relationships with dozens of biological half-siblings across Europe.

Prof Jackson Kirkman-Brown, chair of the Association for Reproductive and Clinical Scientists (ARCS), is among those calling on the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) to tighten restrictions.

“If you believe that it’s necessary to enforce the 10-family limit in the modern world then logically that should apply wherever the sperm are from,” said Kirkman-Brown, who is also director of the Centre for Human Reproductive Science at the University of Birmingham. “There is data showing that some of the children who find the really big families struggle with that.”

The rationale for enforcing the 10-family limit across licensed clinics, according to the HFEA, is that consultation with donors and donor-conceived people suggests this is the number people feel comfortable with in terms of the numbers of potential donor-conceived children, half-siblings and families that might be created.

A government thinktank in South Korea has sparked anger after suggesting that girls start primary school a year earlier than boys because the measure could raise the country’s low birthrate.

A report by analysts at the Korea Institute of Public Finance said creating a one-year age gap between girls and boys at school would make them more attractive to each other by the time they reached marriageable age.

The claim is based on the idea that men are naturally attracted to younger women because men mature more slowly. Those women, in theory, would prefer to marry older men.

“Considering that the developmental level of men is slower than that of women, having females enter school one year earlier could potentially contribute to men and women finding each other more attractive when they reach the appropriate age for marriage,” the report on tackling the decline in the working population said.

It added: “If there is a willingness to marry, then a willingness to date can certainly be assumed. However, that does not necessarily lead to successful dating. To improve this, policies that could be included in this category are those that arrange meetups, improve social skills, and support self-development to boost one’s attractiveness to the opposite sex.”

The suggestion is one of several ideas put forward to address South Korea’s demographic situation.

South Korea’s birthrate of 0.72 children per woman is the lowest in the world. The rate is even lower in the capital, Seoul, where authorities have projected the population will fall to 7.9 million by 2052, from 9.4 million in 2022.

This won’t work.

Nothing will work except actually taking away women’s rights, completely, and giving them basically zero choice in marriage.

You can give them a “yea or nay” vote on the first couple of men you present to them, but if they give too many “nays,” just tell them “well, you’ve been menstruating for a year, so you’re marrying someone – someone who’s got a job and a career and money.”

That’s how it has to be.

If we continue to allow women to have “rights,” the species will simply disappear.

A nappy manufacturer in Japan is to stop making the products for babies and instead raise production of adult diapers, in a reflection of the country’s rapidly ageing society.

Oji Holdings, which specialises in paper products, said it would stop making children’s nappies in September amid a sharp decline in demand. The firm has seen sales drop from a peak of about 700m in 2001 to 400m today.

Sales of adult diapers have outpaced those of nappies in Japan for well over a decade, and recent population statistics indicate that the trend will continue.

The number of births in Japan fell to an all-time low of 758,631 in 2023, compared with 1,590,503 deaths. Children under the age of 15 accounted for less than 12% percent of the country’s population in 2022, the public broadcaster NHK said, while those aged 65 and over made up almost 30%.

The population is expected to plummet from its current 125 million to an estimated 88 million in 2065 – a 30% decline in 45 years.

The prime minister, Fumio Kishida, has described the stubbornly low birthrate as an “existential crisis” and promised financial aid for families, easier childcare access and more parental leave.

That doesn’t work. We’ve been over this already.

Marriage has always provided “financial aid” for women. That is in fact the defining factor of the concept of marriage: women get material wealth from a man in exchange for sex.

None of these government programs trying to simulate something that already exists have convinced women to marry young and have kids.

You either have to take away women’s rights, or just accept the situation. There is no point in whining about it.

The number of babies born in Japan fell for an eighth straight year to a fresh record low in 2023, preliminary government data showed on Tuesday, underscoring the daunting task the country faces in trying to stem depopulation.

“The declining birthrate is in a critical situation,” Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshimasa Hayashi told reporters. “The next six years or so until 2030, when the number of young people will rapidly decline, will be the last chance to reverse the trend.”

Mindful of the potential social and economic impact, and the strains on public finances, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has called the trend the “gravest crisis our country faces“, and unveiled a range of steps to support child-bearing households late last year.

A lot of governments have attempted to incentivize women to get married and have kids. They will not do it. It is too much fun for them to go around with different men, to use all of these powers that they have from the age of 13 to their late 20s to manipulate men and just do whatever they want.

It’s too tempting. No woman will surrender that unless she is forced to by the government or by extreme social norms. That’s all. That’s the end of the story.

Women do not have a right to end the human species (or at least the white and Asian races) because they want to go around having fun times. Because they make these decisions, they have to have their decision-making abilities removed. They don’t have the right to wipe out the population. Therefore, they do not have a right to bodily autonomy.

How can you roll back women’s rights?

There are no options in the current system.

The system has to collapse.
