Luigi should face the life reward, not the death penalty.

What are they even saying he did wrong?

Since when has anyone in New York faced the death penalty? Who was the last person? Some sorry Irish drunk from “Gangs of New York”?

It’s federal charges they’re saying they’ll bring, and that will be the death penalty, but aside from the unconstitutionality of all this “federal charge” gibberish, if the feds are going to do this, why don’t they do it to criminal niggers who kill innocent people instead of Italian folk heroes?

AP:

The man accused of killing UnitedHealthcare’s CEO was whisked back to New York by plane and helicopter Thursday to face new federal charges of stalking and murder, which could bring the death penalty if he’s convicted.

Luigi Mangione was held without bail following a Manhattan federal court appearance, capping a whirlwind day that began in Pennsylvania, where he was arrested last week in the Dec. 4 attack on Brian Thompson.

The 26-year-old Ivy League graduate had been expected to be arraigned Thursday on a state murder indictment in a killing that at once rattled the business community and galvanized some health insurance critics, but the federal charges preempted that appearance. The cases will now proceed on parallel tracks, prosecutors said, with the state charges expected to go to trial first.

Who thinks this is okay? Totally aside from Luigi and his case, how are there two murder charges for the same murder?

Some of the unconstitutional acts this sickening kike government engages in are convoluted and confusing, but this is not one such case. The fact you can’t be tried twice for the same crime is explicitly enumerated in the Fifth Amendment.

No room for confusion there. This is “gun control” tier.

And again, if the feds can just say “we’re also charging you with murder as well!”, why don’t they do it every time?

Mangione, shackled at the ankles and wearing dress clothes, said little during the 15-minute proceeding as he sat between his lawyers in a packed federal courtroom.

…

At a hearing there Thursday morning, Mangione agreed to be returned to New York and was immediately turned over to at least a dozen New York Police Department officers who took him to an airport and a plane bound for Long Island.

He then was flown to a Manhattan heliport, where he was walked slowly up a pier by a throng of officers with assault rifles — a contingent that included New York City Mayor Eric Adams and Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch.

The federal complaint filed Thursday charges Mangione with two counts of stalking and one count each of murder through use of a firearm and a firearms offense. Murder by firearm carries the possibility of the death penalty, though federal prosecutors will determine whether to pursue that path in coming months.

He should just be released.

What did he even do?

Everyone wants him released. Especially women.

I thought we were supposed to believe all women?

Women are saying he should be freed, and I believe it.

Australia: Malaysian Who Kidnapped and Murdered Pregnant Woman Released from Detention, Can’t be Deported https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/11/13/australia-malaysian-who-kidnapped-and-murdered-pregnant-woman-released-from-detention-cant-be-deported/ Mon, 13 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0000

So retarded…

Kidnapping and murder make us stronger. It’s who we are. (FILLER JOKE TIME – TODAY IS ALL FILLER JOKES – I’M GOING TO START INTO “OUR VALUES” NEXT. IT’S FILLER JOKE TIME, I AM PREPARING FOR THE LAUNCH OF AI WEEK TOMORROW.)

The Guardian:

A Malaysian bodyguard sentenced over the politically charged murder of a pregnant woman is among dozens of people released from immigration detention after Wednesday’s high court ruling.

Sirul Azhar Umar, a bodyguard to former Malaysian prime minister Najib Razak, has languished in immigration detention in Australia since having his claim for asylum in Australia rejected in 2019.

The Australian government has declined to deport him back to Malaysia, because he faces the death penalty and would be hanged if he returned.

How is that Australia’s problem?

And how is it even a problem?

The death penalty is basic justice, and has been since the dawn of human existence.

His lawyer, William Levingston, confirmed to Guardian Australia that Sirul had been released after the high court decision but could not be deported back to Malaysia.

“My client is facing death by hanging in Malaysia for a murder conviction and until the death penalty is abolished by the Malaysian government, the Australian government is unable to deport Sirul Umar due to non-refoulement obligations,” he said.

The solicitor general, Stephen Donaghue, has identified 92 people who are potentially affected by the decision, though has conceded his estimate may not be exhaustive.

Guardian Australia revealed on Friday that more than half of the 92 people identified by Donaghue had their visas cancelled by ministers due to serious concerns about criminality.

Documents tendered as part of the case show 78 are owed protection and half a dozen had been in detention for over a decade.

Some actress bitch was really concerned about these people

The Albanese government has begun releasing individuals from indefinite detention after receiving multiple demands from long-term detainees.

Advocates estimate about 50 people have already been released, including all 27 who were held at Yongah Hill immigration detention and about eight so far from Villawood.

…

The director of Human Rights for All, Alison Battisson, has had about 13 clients released already.

While some will be “fine”, Battisson said others will require significant support because they are “so institutionalised, they don’t know what they’re allowed to do”.

She looks like a parody of what you would imagine her looking like:

In a democracy, we make damn sure our immigrants, including ones who murder women, are not subjected to normal law, but instead must face only Vagina Law.

Vagina Law states that as long as you’re not white, you can do anything to anyone and instead of being punished, you actually get rewards.

Australia has taken another step towards utopia

Oklahoma Botches Execution Using Pointless Drugs (Do They Not Have Rope in Oklahoma???) https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/10/29/oklahoma-botches-execution-using-pointless-drugs-do-they-not-have-rope-in-oklahoma/ Fri, 29 Oct 2021 00:00:00 +0000

I’m obviously a big supporter of the death penalty, on principle.

However, these drugs are just ridiculous. They make the death penalty look bad.

AP:

Oklahoma administered the death penalty Thursday on a man who convulsed and vomited as he was executed for the 1998 slaying of a prison cafeteria worker, ending a six-year execution moratorium brought on by concerns over its execution methods.

John Marion Grant, 60, who was strapped to a gurney inside the execution chamber, began convulsing and vomiting after the first drug, the sedative midazolam, was administered. Several minutes later, two members of the execution team wiped the vomit from his face and neck.

Before the curtain was raised to allow witnesses to see into the execution chamber, Grant could be heard yelling, “Let’s go! Let’s go! Let’s go!” He delivered a stream of profanities before the lethal injection started. He was declared unconscious about 15 minutes after the first of three drugs was administered and declared dead about six minutes after that, at 4:21 p.m.

Someone vomiting while being executed is rare, according to observers.

“I’ve never heard of or seen that,” said Robert Dunham, executive director of the nonpartisan Death Penalty Information Center. “That is notable and unusual.”

Michael Graczyk, a retired Associated Press reporter who still covers executions for the organization on a freelance basis, has witnessed the death penalty being carried out about 450 times. He said Thursday he could only recall one instance of someone vomiting while being put to death.

The Oklahoma attorney general and governor did not respond to questions about Grant’s reactions to the drugs. In fact, Department of Corrections spokesman Justin Wolf said by email that the execution “was carried out in accordance with Oklahoma Department of Corrections’ protocols and without complication.”

Michael Graczyk is hardcore.

He reminds me of….

There is no reason not to do beheadings, hangings, or firing squads. If you ask anyone who in line to be executed how they want to go, none of them are going to choose these drugs – or the electric chair for that matter.

This is some kind of Edward Bernays type manufacturing of false needs. No one needed a new form of killing someone, but someone came up with the idea that it would be “cleaner” to use the “modern” methods of electricity or drugs.

We don’t need cleaner deaths. The great thing about the death penalty is that it isn’t clean.

Related: If Russia Beheaded People for Disrespecting Christianity, People Would Stop Doing It

(As a note – I probably don’t really support this current government having the ability to execute people. I mean, it’s only done in red states, but when George W. Bush was Governor of Texas, he executed several niggas who were probably innocent.)

Speaking of Edward Bernays – a lot of the readers are young, and probably don’t know the story. One of the great documentaries, which was somehow made by the BBC, is The Century of Self, which describes how Edward Bernays caused society to avoid reaching total fulfillment of human needs by creating a bunch of new needs. That is what is called “consumerism.”

A couple years ago, Kanye West posted links to this. If you haven’t watched it, it’s definitely worth it. It’s four parts, each an hour long.

It’s been a while since I watched it. I just thought of it right now. The guy who made it, Adam Curtis, is sort of an old style leftist – the good kind of leftist, like Jimmy Dore or Glenn Greenwald. Or, at least he was when he made this film. A lot of old leftists have gone woke to avoid being called Nazis.

I don’t remember how much spin there is in the film, but I do remember it is generally very solid, and basically just factual information about the Jewish psychological war (Bernays was Sigmund Freud’s nephew) against the world – making them work to buy things they don’t need because of fake subconscious desires.

Really, we should all be living on farms doing permaculture. Everyone would be happy.

Wow, John Earnest is like a neo-Elvis type figure.

No one has been executed in California since 2006.

But Jews are seeking to change that after someone shot up their synagogue in revenge for all of these evil things the Jews have done to America.

Jewish Press:

The San Diego County District Attorney’s Office announced on Thursday that it will seek the death penalty against John Earnest, the 20-year-old man charged with shooting and killing congregant Lori Gilbert-Kaye, 60, and wounding three people, including senior Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, at Chabad of Poway in Southern California during Shabbat-morning services on April 27, 2019.

The trial is slated to begin on June 2 though attorneys are scheduled to return to court next month to figure out a likely timeline for the proceedings.

“Jury selection will take some time because potential jurors will have to be screened for their views on the death penalty,” reported The San Diego Union-Tribune.

If Earnest is convicted, the jury will then be asked to recommend whether the defendant should face capital punishment or life in prison without the possibility of parole. The judge will ultimately make the final decision.
Whether Earnest could be executed if found guilty will remain at issue after a moratorium was set in place by Gov. Gavin Newsom last year on carrying out the death penalty in California. The execution chamber at San Quentin State Prison was shuttered.

In May, Earnest was charged with 113 federal hate crime-related counts. He has pleaded not guilty to all state and federal charges.

That is a whole lot of charges.

I can’t even imagine.

Murder, forced entry, attempted murder and… and what are the other 110 charges?

Jews sure are extreme with this stuff.

Maybe instead of going nuts on John Earnest, they should be apologizing for all of these horrible things they’ve done to America, which have led to people thinking they have no choice but to shoot up a synagogue in the first place?

You can read John Earnest’s manifesto here.

Remember kids: no matter how angry you get at the Jews, don’t shoot up a synagogue. It’s a waste of your life. Nothing changes because some old Jew is dead.

This is how real men go out.

It’s very degenerate that we’ve settled on lethal injection as the standard method of execution.

Most countries are faggots and banned the death penalty a long time ago. But Singapore still does it and they use hanging. Saudi Arabia does beheading. Indonesia, China and various Arab countries use firing squads.

I think firing squad is by far the most normal and reasonable.

Although there would be arguments that in Western military tradition, you have to be a military man to receive a firing squad, and everyone else has to be hanged.

All the so-called “Nazi war criminals” executed after the Nuremberg Monkey Trials requested firing squads, arguing that they deserved them because they were military men.

The heroic allies denied their request, and had them all hanged.

CNN:

A convicted murderer in Georgia has asked that he be executed by firing squad, arguing an execution by lethal injection would cause him “excruciating pain” because of the condition of his veins.

Michael Wade Nance was convicted of malice murder and other crimes for the 1993 murder of Gabor Balogh after robbing a bank, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

On Wednesday, Nance’s attorney filed a complaint in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, arguing Nance’s veins are “unsuitable” for injection because they are hard to see, “heavily scarred” and have “thin walls.”

If the state were to attempt to execution by lethal injection, his veins could “lose their structural integrity … leading to the leakage of the lethal injection drug into the surrounding tissue,” the lawsuit says.

Additionally, Nance uses a prescription drug to treat chronic back pain. The lawsuit claims the drug has changed his brain chemistry to the point the drug pentobarbital may not adequately render him unconscious.

The result of all of this could be “excruciating pain,” the lawsuit argues, violating Nance’s rights under the Eight and Fourteenth Amendments against cruel and unusual punishment.

“There is an alternative method of execution that is feasible and readily implemented which will significantly reduce or eliminate the substantial risk of severe pain to Mr. Nance,” the lawsuit says: Firing squad.

This method, Nance’s lawsuit says, is “swift and virtually painless,” making it a better option for execution.

After hearing the news, Gwinnett County District Attorney Danny Porter — whose office prosecuted Nance’s case back in the 1990s — told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution he still felt Nance should be executed, regardless of the lawsuit.

“If he needs a firing squad, then let him have it,” Porter said. “It’s certainly a unique request.”

I can’t even really understand why it’s a unique request.

Why wouldn’t a person request this? It’s certainly much more dignified than lethal injection.

If I ever get sentenced to execution for making jokes about Jews on the internet, I’m going to make demanding a firing squad my main thing.

I want a blindfold, a cigarette and DRUMS.

I’m also going to demand that Wayne Newton be flown in to sing “Danny Boy,” in honor of my proud bogtrotter ancestry.

But probably Wayne would request at least $600 for that gig, and I can’t use crowdfunding services, so getting the money together would be impossible.

Travis Runnels.

A powerful and moving final statement.

There can be no doubt that this colored gentleman is truly sorry for what he did.

New York Post:

A Texas inmate was executed by lethal injection Wednesday evening for killing a supervisor at a state prison shoe factory in Amarillo nearly 17 years ago.

Travis Runnels, 46, was convicted of slashing the throat of 38-year-old Stanley Wiley on Jan. 29, 2003. Runnels was executed at the state penitentiary in Huntsville.

Prosecutors say Runnels killed Wiley at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Clements Unit in Amarillo because he didn’t like working as a janitor at the shoe factory. They said Runnels had wanted to transfer to a job at the prison barbershop and was angry at Wiley because that hadn’t happened.

Runnels, belted to the death chamber gurney, responded “No” when the warden asked if he had a final statement. As the lethal dose of the powerful sedative pentobarbital began, he smiled and mouthed words and a kiss toward three female friends and two of his attorneys who watched through a window a few feet from him. Then he blurted out “Woof, woof!” just before taking four quick breaths and snoring four times before all movement stopped.

Runnels was pronounced dead at 7:26 p.m. CST, 22 minutes after the drug began flowing into his arms, making him the 22nd inmate put to death this year in the US and the ninth in Texas.

Alvin Braziel Jr., left, and Douglas White.

Why did it take so long to put this ape down after he was tied to the killing?

When a pit bull kills someone, that mutt is euthanized in record time.

Why doesn’t the same rule apply to niggers?

Oh yeah, they’ve been given “human rights” lol.

Thanks, Jews.

CBS News:

A Texas inmate was executed Tuesday evening for fatally shooting a newlywed during a robbery more than 25 years ago. Alvin Braziel Jr., 43, received lethal injection at the state penitentiary in Huntsville for the 1993 slaying of 27-year-old Douglas White, who was attacked as he and his wife walked on a jogging trail.

…

In 1993, as Douglas and Lora White walked along a community college jogging trail in the Dallas suburb of Mesquite, Braziel jumped out from behind some bushes with a pistol in his hand and demanded money.

The Whites, who had only been married 10 days, didn’t have any money on them but told Braziel they could get him some and they started walking back to their truck. But Braziel became angry with the couple and ordered them to the ground.

“Doug … was praying, asked God to forgive him and Lora their sins because they both knew that this was it,” said Michael Bradshaw, the lead detective on the case for Mesquite police. “The last thing Doug said before Braziel fired the first round, he said, ‘Please God, don’t let him hurt Lora.'”

Braziel shot White once in the head and once in his heart.

Bradshaw said he believes Braziel would have also shot then-24-year-old Lora White but his gun malfunctioned. Braziel instead took her to bushy area near the trail and sexually assaulted her.

Douglas White’s murder was featured on the television show “America’s Most Wanted” but White’s murder remained unsolved for over seven years.

“I really didn’t know that I would ever be able to solve it. But I really did not give up hope,” said Bradshaw, 63, who retired from Mesquite police in 2012.

Braziel was eventually tied to the killing in 2001 after he was imprisoned for sexual assault in an unrelated case and his DNA matched evidence from Lora White’s assault.

Vernon Madison.

Sheeit nigga howz can u be killin a man who dont even rememba killin dat po po?

Seriously though, just give a gun to one guy at every prison in the country and put him the day the court decides to execute someone. It would be much faster, and I may be just speaking for myself here but I would much rather a cigarette and a bullet in my head than a lethal injection.

Washington Post:

The Supreme Court on Monday unanimously reversed a lower court that had found an Alabama death row inmate ineligible for execution because his declining health had left him unable to remember the murder he had committed.

The justices said that since the Supreme Court has never found that a prisoner is incompetent to be executed because of a failure to remember his crime — as opposed to being able to comprehend the concepts of crime and punishment — the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit had erred in stopping Vernon Madison’s execution.

Madison in April 1985 shot Mobile, Ala., police officer Julius Schulte twice in the back of the head after Schulte responded to a domestic call. Efforts to execute Madison, now 67, for the crime have dragged on for decades.

“He has lived nearly half of his life on death row,” Breyer wrote. “During that time, he has suffered severe strokes, which caused vascular dementia and numerous other significant physical and mental problems. He is legally blind. His speech is slurred. He cannot walk independently. He is incontinent. His disability leaves him without a memory of his commission of a capital offense.”

Breyer, who in the past has tried to interest the court in reexamining whether the death penalty can be applied constitutionally, said the average wait on death row for the 21 people who have been executed in 2017 is 19 years.

“Given this trend, we may face ever more instances of state efforts to execute prisoners suffering the diseases and infirmities of old age,” he said. “And we may well have to consider the ways in which lengthy periods of imprisonment between death sentence and execution can deepen the cruelty of the death penalty while at the same time undermining its penological rationale.”

Ohio to Use “Painful” Injection in Execution https://www.anglinarchive.com/2017/07/26/248924-2/ Wed, 26 Jul 2017 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

Of course it’s a white criminal we’re having this debate over, even though only 42% of death row inmates are white (while whites make up 63% of the US population).

Newsweek:

Ohio is preparing to put to death a convicted child killer in its first execution for more than three years.

Ronald Phillips, 43, is scheduled to be executed Wednesday at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Associated Press reported. He was sentenced to death in 1993 for the rape and murder of Sheila Marie Evans, his girlfriend’s three-year-old daughter.

The U.S. Supreme Court rejected a last-ditch appeal by Phillips Tuesday night, who, along with other death row inmates has challenged the three-drug execution method used in the state. Campaigners had delivered a 10,000-signature petition to Governor John Kasich’s office, but were referred to the state’s department of correction and rehabilitation which said it would carry out executions “in a lawful, humane and dignified manner.”

The last execution in Ohio took place in 2014, of Dennis McGuire, convicted of the rape and murder of a pregnant woman. Witnesses said he gasped and heaved after being injected with the drugs, taking 25 minutes to die.

The state plans to use a different three-drug mix to kill Phillips, but in both cases they will use a controversial sedative, midazolam. Critics say the drug is indequate for use in executions.

Phillips was originally scheduled to be executed in 2013, but Ohio was unable to obtain one of the drugs used in executions, the barbituate pentobarbital, because the European Union banned manufacturers in Europe from selling it to U.S. states where it would be used for executions.

Ohio introduced an experimental mix of drugs to use instead, including midazolam, with McGuire the first prisoner executed with the new combination.

The debate is stupid.

People should just be hanged. No one argues that that is painful.

Apparently, the argument is that it’s barbaric, which is a stupid argument. Especially in light of the “injections are painful tho” argument.

DyRo: “I Would Rather Die Than be Labeled Autistic” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2017/05/13/dyro-i-would-rather-die-than-be-labeled-autistic/ Sat, 13 May 2017 00:00:00 +0000 Zeiger

The blood thirsty Jews would kill this defenseless child?

Dylan Roof, this shining example of honor and dignity, shows once again that his eyes are set on what’s important in life. Instead of humiliating himself in front of the kike judge in order to save his life, he firmly maintained that he is sound of mind.

Los Angeles Times:

Dylann Roof, the 23-year-old white supremacist who fatally shot nine members of a Charleston, S.C., Bible study class in 2015, told the judge presiding over his death penalty trial last year that he would rather die than be labeled autistic.

I know that feel, bro. I do.

Hundreds of pages of psychiatric evaluations and court transcripts unsealed Wednesday show Roof’s intense anxiety that his court-appointed defense attorneys would present evidence of the developmental disability or a mental illness in a bid to spare his life.

“If they say I have autism, it’s like they are trying to discredit me,” Roof told U.S. District Judge Richard Gergel in a November pretrial hearing that was closed to the public. “It discredits the reason why I did the crime.”

“Crime.”

You have to understand that DyRo committed no crime – he merely defended himself after being assaulted by Blacks who wanted to steal his iPhone 5s.

However, realizing that the Jew system would never let him go, he’s decided to sacrifice himself and become a martyr, in order to inspire fanaticism in the hearts of White men throughout the world.

He sacrifices himself for our sins – like others before him.

On Wednesday, Gergel, who presided over the trial, rejected Roof’s first appeal. The defense had argued that his case should not have been tried in federal court because the massacre took place within South Carolina and Roof did not travel out of state.

In a 31-page ruling, Gergel rejected that argument, pointing out that Roof had used the Internet to research the church and a GPS device to find it, and that his bullets, magazines and a firearm were made outside the state.

Wait… What?

That’s a transparently ridiculous excuse.

By the same logic, anyone shooting anyone else with a foreign firearm should be tried at the international tribunal.

If the sentence is appealed again, he might actually have a good shot at getting the federal case thrown out. We’ll see.

At another November hearing, Bruck likened his client to a “precocious” 10-year-old child.

“He is a geyser of autistic symptoms,” he said. “It was masked for us by the fact that he is verbally adept.”

Roof’s sense of reality was so distorted, Bruck told the judge, that he did not believe he would be executed even if a jury imposed the death penalty.

“He firmly believes that there will be a white nationalist takeover of the United States within roughly six, seven, eight years, and when that happens, he will be pardoned,” Bruck told the judge. “He also believes it probable, although not certain, that he will be given a high position, such as the governorship of South Carolina.”

It’s clear that Roof, if he manages to escape his Jew butchers, will definitely be governor of South Carolina some day.

A new age is approaching – fast.

It’s his lawyer who’s disconnected from reality if he thinks the corrupt kiked system will persist forever.

“Could you explain that to me, being labeled autistic is worse than death?” Gergel asked Roof.

“Because once you’ve got that label, there is no point in living anyway,” Roof replied.

“I don’t really think they believe I have autism,” Roof said. “I think they are just taking whatever they can and using whatever they can, you see what I’m saying? Because they don’t have anything else to use.”

In many ways, he’s right.

The ones under pressure isn’t Roof, who appears fully prepared to sacrifice himself, but the Jews and the Feds themselves.

They’re starting to realize that killing a handsome and gentle young boy in revenge for the hurt feelings of a gaggle of worthless colored savages is not going to be good PR for them.

They would murder this child – just because of the color of his skin.

This is why they were so desperate to find some reason to avoid killing him, by labeling him as some insane lunatic. They would much rather have him rot in jail or in an asylum than create a martyr to energize the White man.

“While they accuse him of being self-destructive by not devoting all his efforts to opposing the death penalty, he feels they are self-destructive,” the psychiatrist wrote. “What they want to do would destroy the only thing that matters to him at this point, i.e. his reputation.”

If he were ever out of prison, Roof told Ballenger, he would try to kill Bruck, his lead attorney.

In past times, dueling to the death people who are actively trying to stain your honor was a given.

Historical fact: any Viking worth his salt would demand an axe duel if accused of being autistic.

Roof likened his situation to being “like a Palestinian in an Israeli jail after killing nine people,” Ballenger wrote. “He said the Palestinian would not be upset or have any regret, because he would have successfully done what he tried to do.”

DyRo is both brave and wise. May the heavens protect him.
