David Gray was killed by Black incompetence. How many more have to die, before we stop pretending these brutes are just as capable as we are?

In a completely avoidable tragedy, a White doctor’s father was recently killed by the stupidity of a low IQ ape from the dark continent masquerading as a German physician.

The ape was standing in for the patient’s usual health-care professional and instead of giving him the recommended dose of his medication, he gave him ten times as much instead.

The medicine was diamorphine and the White man died, years before his time.

When his sons tried to get the incompetent primate fired and prevented from harming any more White people, they were told that under EU law, Germany had to deal with it.

Trusting to the Germans to do the right thing, the man’s sons were then shocked to discover that the deadly doctor was still practicing, and had not even been given any prison time.

Then to make matters worse, the backwards savage has sued one of the White men and now the bereaved is being chased by the courts to pay his father’s murderer.

Rory Gray has now been sued by the charlatan, for calling him an ‘animal.’

The Guardian:

Rory Gray was sued in a German court by Dr Daniel Ubani for remarks he made when he and his brother confronted the doctor at a medical conference in the country.

An inquest found David Gray, 70, was unlawfully killed in 2008 after Ubani, a Nigerian-born Germany citizen who was working as an out-of-hours locum GP, fatally administered 10 times the normal dose of diamorphine. The doctor was struck off the medical register in the UK.

The Daily Telegraph said Gray and his brother, Stuart, interrupted the conference, calling Ubani a “charlatan”, “killer” and “animal”. Now a court in Lindau, Germany, has ruled that Gray must pay three-quarters of the legal costs, running into thousands of pounds, and write Ubani a letter promising never to call him an animal again. It has also threatened him with a £200,000 fine if he repeats the insult.

Gray, 49, told the Telegraph: “It makes me feel physically sick. It is quite hard to believe. We went to that conference because we were determined to make things safer for people. What we have done has changed the laws to make things safer across Europe.”

He added: “The General Medical Council has thanked us, the politicians have thanked us, but now this. It shows the man has no integrity, no remorse.”

The Black Doctor who killed his White patient by giving him ten times the dosage of medicine that he required, is now suing the victim’s family, for calling him an ‘animal.’

Daily Mail:

A foreign doctor who killed a patient while working in Britain was branded ‘grotesque’ yesterday for taking legal action against one of his victim’s sons because he called him an ‘animal’.

Daniel Ubani was on his first shift in the UK providing out-of-hours cover when he injected David Gray, 70, with ten times the safe amount of pain killer diamorphine.

An inquest later found he was unfamiliar with the drug and had poor English.

David Gray was killed by the Black Doctor, who gave him ten times the regular does of Diamorphine.

The Nigerian-born medic was struck off by the General Medical Council but was able to continue working in his adopted country of Germany after the authorities there let him off with a nine-month suspended prison sentence and a small fine.

Mr Gray’s furious sons Stuart and Rory, confronted their father’s killer at a medical conference in Lindau, Bavaria, where he was plugging his cosmetic surgery clinic the day after snubbing the GMC hearing.

In dramatic scenes, the brothers called him a ‘charlatan’ and a ‘killer’ and demanded he explain his ‘colossal blunder’.

Shortly before they were thrown out, Rory muttered to his brother that Ubani was an ‘animal’ – something he believes he was unaware of until it was mentioned in legal documents long after the incident.

Ubani, 71, is now suing Rory, who lives in Germany and works for the country’s weather office, for lost earnings.

Rory Grey, the son of the Black Doctor’s victim, is now being sued for calling his father’s killer an ‘animal’.

He is claiming €1,148 for the loss of a speaking fee after leaving the conference in 2010 and €2,250 for legal fees – a total of around £2,700.

The action also includes a demand that Rory will not describe him as an animal in future after he ignored a lawyers letter insisting he confirmed in writing he would not use the word again.

Bizarrely, the case is almost identical to one Ubani brought against the Grays in August 2010.

On that occasion his claim for compensation was thrown out and he had to pay the brothers’ legal costs.

The German court also ruled they could refer to him as a ‘charlatan and a killer’ but not describe him as an ‘animal’. Ubani later lost an appeal at Munich High Court.

Rory, 49, told the Daily Mail: ‘It is grotesque. He has already taken this to court once and lost everything except the bit about calling him an animal. He wasn’t even aware of that until I produced a transcript from a camcorder recording I made at the conference.

David Gray could have carried on living for years if the Black Doctor had not given him 10 times the amount of medication he required and killed him.

A European court has upheld a decision not to extradite a bungling German doctor to the UK over the death of a pensioner from a drugs overdose.

A coroner’s inquest in the UK ruled that David Gray, 70, was unlawfully killed in 2008 after ‘incompetent’ Dr Daniel Ubani, who was working as an out of hours locum, fatally administered 10 times the normal dose of diamorphine.

The family of Mr Gray, of Manea, Cambridgeshire, have been campaigning for Dr Ubani to face charges in the UK over the death but this has been rejected by German authorities.

The European Court of Human Rights today backed a German investigation into his actions and a decision he should not be sent back to Britain.

Speaking on Sky News, Mr Gray’s son Stuart, of Kidderminster, Worcestershire, said he was ‘bitterly, bitterly disappointed’ by the decision.

He added: ‘I think it’s got wider ramifications in the UK because it means people can come over from the European Union and not answer to UK law.

Rory and Stuart Gray, his two sons, say the Black Doctor has been allowed to continue practicing in Germany, but has never faced proper justice for his actions.

‘We need to digest this and go back to our lawyers and see if we can lodge an appeal or not. He’s still licensed to practice out there, we don’t know what he’s doing.’

Mr Gray’s other son Rory, who lives in Germany, said: ‘German authorities convicted him of a minor misdemeanour, there was no hearing, no trial and Ubani never answered for what he’s done.

‘This is a green light for charlatans to go to other countries and do whatever they like.’

The Strasbourg court ruled: ‘The patient’s sons complained that the authorities in Germany, where the doctor was tried and convicted of having caused the death by negligence, had not provided for an effective investigation into their father’s death.

‘The court accepted that the German trial court had sufficient evidence available to it for the doctor’s conviction by penal order without having held a hearing.

Foreign Doctors Need 20% Harder Exams to Meet UK Standards https://www.anglinarchive.com/2014/04/19/foreign-doctors-need-20-harder-exams-to-meet-uk-standards/ Sat, 19 Apr 2014 00:00:00 +0000 Daily Mail

David Gray was killed by a Nigerian ‘Doctor’ who is still practising in Germany.

Foreign doctors who want to work in the UK should be required to get better exam results to ensure patient safety, researchers are urging.

To practise in the UK, doctors currently have to pass exams testing their medical knowledge and English language skills.

But the study concluded that the pass mark is set too low – and insisted that foreign doctors who pass are not up to the same standard as newly-trained doctors in Britain.

Researchers at University College London and the University of Cambridge found the international graduates got substantially lower marks in exams for would-be GPs and physicians.

Foreign doctors must pass an English language test and the General Medical Council’s Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board (PLAB) test, designed to ensure that overseas doctors demonstrate the same level of medical knowledge and clinical skills as UK graduates who have completed their first foundation training year.

Dr Daniel Ubani gave a patient ten times the required dose of diamorphine and killed him.

The researchers compared the results of these two tests to the performance of UK graduates taking exams set by the Royal Colleges of Physicians and the Royal College of General Practitioners.

They said that raising the exam pass mark ‘considerably’ – by up to 20 per cent – would ensure both sets of doctors were of a similar standard.

But they also warned this would cut the pass rate and could cause a shortage of candidates for the NHS, which is heavily reliant on foreign medical staff.

Around one in three doctors registered with the GMC qualified in other countries, with 27 per cent obtaining their medical degree from outside the European Economic Area.

Concerns over the abilities of foreign-trained doctors were brought to the fore by the death of 70-year-old retired engineer David Gray in 2008. He was given ten times the normal dose of diamorphine by German locum Dr Daniel Ubani.
