St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner filed a federal civil rights lawsuit Monday over what she claims was a racist conspiracy by city officials and the local police union to remove her from office.

Gardner, who is black, alleges civil rights violations as well as violations of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871. The named defendants in the lawsuits are white.

The lawsuit names the city of St. Louis; the St. Louis Police Officers Association;  the police union’s business manager, Jeff Roorda; and Gerard Carmody, a special prosecutor who indicted an investigator hired by Gardner, among others.

Roorda said the police union considers the lawsuit “frivolous and without merit.”

In her lawsuit, Gardner cites St. Louis’ “long history of racial inequality and prejudice in its criminal justice system generally, and within its police force particularly.”

She said the police union and others “have mobilized to thwart” her efforts to reform the city’s justice system by “the unprecedented appointment of a white, ethically conflicted Special Prosecutor” in an effort to oust her.

The lawsuit says the police union “has gone out of its way to support white officers accused of perpetrating acts of violence and excessive force against African American citizens.” It cites Roorda’s support of Darren Wilson, the white officer who was not charged but resigned after fatally shooting Michael Brown, a black teenager, in nearby Ferguson, Missouri, in 2014.

The shooting death of Negro criminal Mike Brown is the best thing that ever happened to his parents. So far they’ve made a ton of cash off “their” book, an incoming settlement for a possible $3 million, and now the sale of the rights to their lies to the Jews at Warner Brothers (such as Chief Content Officer Toby Emmerich) who are itching to make an anti-white movie.

Black criminals die at the hands of the police all the time, largely because they’re mindlessly violent. Looking at the violent crime rate of Brazil, Sub-Saharan Africa or Haiti and you need some top-tier Judi mind tricks to convince anyone that the problem is white racism.

Recently, terrorist-journalists have been a bit more restrained in reporting lies as facts in order to get blacks into the street to riot.

The Philando Castile incident is the closest they’ve come lately (judging from the facts in the case they might even have something to work with) but they let this one drop because:

1. the police officer accused is non-white, and
2. they fear black race riots only galvanize white Trump supporters.

It goes without saying that a Michael Brown movie based on his parents’ bogus memoir would just make white people angrier. But that doesn’t mean Jews aren’t going to be ready to go back on the offensive once Whitelash 2017 blows over.

A movie may be in the works about the Michael Brown shooting. Tracking-Board.com reports that Warner Brothers has picked up the film rights to the book by Brown’s mother, Lezley Mcspadden. The book is called “tell the truth and shame the devil.”

Simon and Schuster published Tell the Truth & Shame the Devil: The Life, Legacy, and Love of My Son Michael Brown last year. Several studios showed interest in making the movie. Warner brothers was competing with several other studios for the rights.

Michael Brown, 18, was shot and killed by police in Ferguson, Missouri, in August 2014. That fatal shooting, and the grand jury case, sparked protests across the country.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the family of Michael Brown, the city of Ferguson, former Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson and former police Officer Darren Wilson are nearing settlement of a lawsuit over Brown’s 2014 fatal shooting by Wilson.

The settlement has not yet been finalized or approved by a judge. It may be for less than $3 million. That is the limit of the city’s insurance.

How much do you want to bet there’s a brand new Escalade in Lezley Mcspadden’s drive way?

According to reviews of Mcspadden’s book, she was very proud of her son graduating from a Special Ed high school, yet didn’t attend his graduation ceremony. She was also very concerned about giving him a strong male role model, but the record shows all her baby-daddies were drug-dealing felons and gang members.

Mcspadden did not even raise Brown – he was brought up by other family members for most of his life.

She denies that the man in the surveillance video attacking the store clerk is her son, even though all evidence points to the contrary. Her response? He dindu NUFFIN’!

As for the riots she herself incited? Hardly any mention of them.

So what kind of kike fiction can possibly come out of this book getting the Hollywood treatment?

Name the Jew, Colin Flaherty.

Without Jews, these blacks have no platform or financial incentive to engage in socially destabilizing monkey business.

Three years later, after Darren Wilson has been cleared of all charges, WaPo is still using the victim-charged description of “unarmed black teen” in their lede when covering news about the Michael Brown saga.

It’s truly incredible, that they have this kind of nerve.

This is an “unarmed black teen”:

Michael Brown most certainly had arms. Very big arms with very big hands attached to them that he decided to use to attack a cop.

The cop had a gun, which Brown easily could have gotten a hold of while he was beating him – or he just could have beaten him to death, as the “unarmed black teen” Trayvon Martin tried to do to George Zimmerman.

The Washington Post so brazenly using this charged language, long after the whole story has been told, is unfathomable.

And why are they doing it?

That is one question the mainstream conservatives never seem to ask.

Clearly, it is intended to harm society by distorting reality. That isn’t debatable, from an objective standpoint.

Blacks are behaving very badly in this country. They are raping and killing us on the streets in massive numbers.

Whites are told they are actually the ones behaving badly, and because there are no real examples of this, reality is inverted. Michael Brown robbed a convenience store, got stopped by a cop, attacked the cop and was shot in self defense – and he is the victim of all white people.

Whether it is the blacks, the Moslems, the Russians, the Middle East, Donald Trump, homosexuals, women – whatever – the narrative pushed is the one that can do the most harm to America. When they can’t twist the facts, they just make them up.

The media is at war with society, intent on breaking it down, removing all remaining functionality from it.

But why would anyone want to do that?

This is a conscious, knowing conspiracy.

Some of the people involved in it might believe they are destroying America because it will lead to something good, but all journalists understand that they are purposefully destroying the country. They are acting in concert.

The fallout continues in Ferguson, Missouri, following a Justice Department report accusing the city government of a widespread pattern of racial discrimination. But in most inner city communities, is racism the real problem?

Not according to 70% of Likely U.S. Voters who say the level of crime in low-income inner city communities is a bigger problem in America today than police discrimination against minorities. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 20% think police discrimination is the bigger problem.

There’s a sharp racial difference of opinion on this question, however. Fifty-six percent (56%) of black voters believe police discrimination against minorities is the bigger problem. Seventy-eight percent (78%) of whites and 54% of other minority voters disagree and view inner city crime as the bigger issue.

Few Americans expected white police officer Darren Wilson who killed black teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson last summer to be charged with murder, and most opposed the Justice Department trying to prosecute him after that. Wilson was not charged by a local grand jury, and the Justice Department also failed to find any civil rights violations by the police officer.

Americans are solidly convinced that their local police are their protectors and give them high marks for the job they do. Most also believe deaths that involve policemen are usually the fault of the suspect, not the cop.

Rasmussen, nor any other mainstream outlet dares to go into it, but the implications of this is that Americans are more generally fed up with the behavior of Black people.  This is known as “Negro Fatigue,” a clinical condition where a White person, whenever they see a Negro whining, making demands and/or threatening them, they become overwhelmed with feelings of loathing.

If Jews knew when to quit, they wouldn’t have been kicked out of over a hundred places in Europe.  Their inability to quit is one thing you can count on.  This time, they’re taking these dumb monkeys down with them.

America, known worldwide to be the greatest country which ever existed ever in history, has once again proved its greatness: the heroic warrior Darren Wilson, who did his patriotic duty and executed a feral Negro who had just robbed a Paki store for cigars, will not be charged with “civil rights violations” by the Planet of the Apes Occupation Government.

This proves that the Constitution laid down by our Founding Fathers is stronger than any Negro occupation and smarter than Jews.

The federal investigation into the shooting death of black Ferguson, Mo., teenager Michael Brown has yielded insufficient evidence to support criminal charges against white officer Darren Wilson, two U.S. officials said Wednesday.

The investigation into the shooting, which prompted months of unrest, was largely completed weeks ago, said the officials, who were not authorized to speak publicly.

The case is now in the hands of federal prosecutors and a final decision is expected sometime before Attorney General Eric Holder leaves office in the next several weeks. The timing of his departure is dependent on the confirmation of nominee Loretta Lynch, who is scheduled for hearings next week before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Authorities have long acknowledged that the standard for bringing a federal case against Wilson, who has since resigned, would be difficult to meet.

Prosecutors must prove that Wilson intended to violate Brown’s civil rights in the fatal August shooting. A local St. Louis County grand jury elected not to charge Wilson late last year. And reports have been circulating for months, beginning with an October Washington Post report that federal charges were unlikely.

Justice spokeswoman Dena Iverson declined comment.

The New York Times reported late Wednesday afternoon that federal prosecutors had begun drafting a memo recommending no civil rights charges in the case.

Benjamin Crump, an attorney for Michael Brown’s family, told USA TODAY on Wednesday that neither he nor the Brown family had been informed of the Justice Department’s decision.

“The last we heard from them, they were still investigating,” Crump said. “We won’t respond to rumors and speculation because it’s too much to put the family through. They have already been through enough.”

This country was here before we were taken over by Jews and Negroes, and it will be here after.

Now Darren Wilson is free to run for President in 2016, and we shall finally clean up these filthy streets.

In the horrible ongoing saga of Jews pretending to be White people in order to direct the behavior of White people, the disgusting Jewish parasite Dave Bry has published an op-ed in The Guardian encouraging his “fellow White people” to continue protesting the police in an attempt to incite Negro revolution while blaming them for allegedly inciting violence.

The article, entitled “Dear fellow white people: Keep protesting police violence. Just don’t throw bottles from the back,” is just inane gibberish.  He starts out talking about how White people have a special privilege to protest which Blacks don’t have.  He then – literally – goes on to blame “Whites like me” for inciting violence at protests.  He then says that Whites are endangering the lives of Blacks by making protests violent.

In November, here in New York, I took my 10-year-old son to a demonstration protesting the grand jury’s decision in Ferguson. We marched around the park and joined chants of “No justice, no peace” and “No racist police” and even “Fuck the police”. (My kid didn’t say the “fuck” part; he’s kind of a goody-goody.)

Then a group of younger white folks in bandana masks and Occupy gear started up with a separate chant, from the outside: “Who do we want? Darren Wilson. How do we want him? Dead!”

I didn’t want anybody dead, and neither did my kid. And neither did a black woman marching in front of us. “Whoa,” she said in the direction of this new contingent. “Slow your roll. That’s taking it a little too far.”

She was right. And I’m glad my kid was standing close enough to hear her. I am more enraged than ever at the racist violence of America’s police. I am angry at the government and committed to affecting change. But I have zero patience for white people who throw bottles from the back of the crowd, who smash windows or throw garbage cans off overpasses or punch anyone or set anything on fire. Words are categorically different from physical actions, but I don’t think we should be calling for anyone’s death, either.

Police respond to violence with more violence, as they are sanctioned by law to do, and people get hurt. Police are heavily armed; protesters generally are not. The protesters closest to the police stand a higher risk of injury than those farther away. White people cannot be throwing bottles from the back while leaving black people in the front – on the front lines – open to further injustice. We have to stay in the back and keep our hands to ourselves. To do otherwise, fellow white person, is to co-opt a movement that is not rightfully yours. It’s not your white ass on the line.

What about that guy that got this whole thing started by robbing a liquor store and then attacking a cop – Michael Brown – was he White?

The Incredible Boldness of These Jews

One thing about the Jew race which cannot be questioned – and must be respected on some level, I would argue – is their sheer audacity.

This is a Jew who is openly a supporter of Israel – a racially pure state built on land stolen from poor, backward brown people – who is also a supporter of Black revolution in America.

While claiming Whites in America deserve nothing, should have to give it all over to the Black hordes, he also claims that Jews are White, but supports the existence of a pure Jew state.

And he isn’t hiding any of this. It is all open for anyone to see, right here on the internet. He is able to say these things without blushing, without feeling shame.

It’s incredible.

Buried in what would seem an innocuous story is an important point reinforcing the reality of police as guardians of the state. [Police Chief: Branding Officers as Racist is ‘Going to Cause Rift at Some Point’, CBS St. Louis, 12-4-14]:

St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar is concerned “a rift” could be created if police officers are automatically branded as racist by critics.

Speaking to Fox News on Wednesday following a grand jury’s decision not to indict a New York City officer in Eric Garner’s death, Belmar said the mantra that police are bad is counterproductive.

“I think it is because it’s going to cause a rift at some point that may be very, very difficult for us to come back to. We are the 24-7 face of government here in law enforcement. We’re looking to solve problems. We’re looking to make sure that people understand we can’t arrest our way out of a problem,” Belmar said.

“The 24/7 face of government.”

An important, but correct point.

Until recently, Officer Darren Wilson was one of these representatives of the government in Ferguson. In late August, a total of nine (yes, nine) Washington Post reporters were assigned the story of trying to uncover some dirt on Wilson to establish a background anecdote magically proving he had some reason racial reason to shoot Michael Brown… granting the Department of Justice the ability to charge Wilson with violating Brown’s civil rights.

Those nine reporters uncovered nothing in Wilson’s past, save him being a solid police officer.

But nothing in Wilson’s past matters now, save what transpired on August 9, 2014, for this incident will forever cloud his future courtesy of a racial lynch mob exhibiting a ferocity for revenge even  Javert would find overwhelming.

Those revolutionary members of the ‘Justice for Michael Brown’ movement consider all police officers as complicit in his death [guilty-by-association] and Darren Wilson is just the extremely white-face representing the state’s monopoly on violence.

And in the words of one press release released by a group of black lawyers attempting to revoke his police officer license, a face that looks like “a demon.”[African-American lawyers group seeks to have Darren Wilson’s police officer license revoked, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, 12-10-14]:

The National Bar Association, led by an attorney for Michael Brown’s family, says it filed a “lawsuit” with the Missouri Department of Public Safety demanding the revocation of Darren Wilson’s police officer license.

The department acknowledged receiving a document but said it is being treated as a complaint because the agency is not a venue for a suit. Spokesman Mike O’Connell said he could not reveal specifics from the document.

Wilson, a white Ferguson police officer, fatally shot Brown, an unarmed black teen, on Aug. 9, triggering nationwide protests. Wilson resigned from the force Nov. 29, five days after a St. Louis County grand jury decided not to indict him in Brown’s death.

Neil Bruntrager, an attorney for Wilson, said that his being a police officer “is off the table forever” but that, “Keeping his license in good standing is a matter of pride.” Bruntrager added, “He didn’t resign under any criminal charges and he didn’t do anything wrong.”

The association, which says it represents African-American lawyers and judges, is headed by Benjamin Crump, who represents Brown’s family.

It press release said it filed the document “on the grounds that he committed a criminal act …”

The release says Wilson’s comment in a TV interview that Brown had “looked like a demon” led the association to “challenge his suitability to ever wear a badge and carry a gun ever again.”

Every white police officer in America is only a “one or two minute encounter with an unstable black male” away from sharing the fate of Darren Wilson, truly illustrating the utter instability of Black-Run America (BRA).

And what is his fate? New York Times reporters Julie Bosman and Campbell Robertson, though aware of the death threats to Wilson’s life, published the street he lives on (sharing the house with his new, pregnant bride).

Though being a police officer was “the job of his life,” Wilson now enjoys the type of life of eternally-hounded George Zimmerman:

Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson is married, expecting a baby and contemplating his future now that a grand jury has decided not to indict him in the shooting death of unarmed black youth Michael Brown.

Since the shooting, Wilson has been in hiding. He described a solitary life with a small circle of people, much like the life described by George Zimmerman after he was acquitted of killing unarmed black teen Trayvon Martin in Florida.

“You have to take precautions, where you sit in a restaurant and where you drive,” he said. “You have to make sure no one is following you.”

If he goes out, he said, he has to be on guard for who is looking at him or looking too long.

Wilson said his conscience is clear. He said he would do everything the same if faced with Brown again.

“I did my job that day,” he said.

Darren Wilson did do his job on August 9, 2014; but because he did his job, he’s now out of a job. With angry, racial-influenced mobs burning down buildings and beating people with hammers all in the name of exacting justice for the individual Darren Wilson briefly encountered in his final moments as an active-duty officer for the Ferguson Police Department.

The truly scary thought for every white police officer in America is when they pull up on a group of black males, with one or two matching the description of a recent robbery/assault/murder suspect and if their training will take over or will the legacy of Darren Wilson sneak into their mind?

Will this white police officer just keep on driving, allowing a potential black suspect to freely go on his/her way in committing another (perhaps more lethal) crime? Or will this white police officer approach the potential black male suspect and “in one or two fateful minutes” become the next officer having death threats Tweeted his way and New York Times reporters publishing his address?

The “rift” St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar warned about goes far, far deeper than most people dare imagine.

And because of the intensity of black criminality, coupled with unaccountable nature society holds black parents with maintaining some semblance of discipline over their children, the odds are extremely high another white police officer shoots innocent black youth incident will occur soon in either the city of St. Louis or metropolitan St. Louis.

A Kirkland man was arrested this week after authorities said he threatened to kill former Ferguson Missouri Police officer Darren Wilson.

Authorities said Jaleel Tariq Abdul-Jabbaar, 46, starting posting threats to Facebook shortly after the August shooting of Michael Brown.  Investigators said the threats escalated and continued through late November.

Abdul-Jabbaar also allegedly threatened other officers and even attempted to use Facebook to buy a gun.

Acting U.S. Attorney Annette Hayes said freedom of speech does not extend to threats to kill or injure law enforcement officers.
“Although we each have the right to express our views about the decision reached by the state grand jury in Ferguson, Missouri, we cannot tolerate violence or threats of violence that are intended to intimidate, and ultimately silence debate,” said Hayes in a written statement.  “Such threats are crimes, and the individuals who make them must be held to account.”

If convicted on all three counts of making interstate threats, Abdul-Jabbaar could face up to five years in prison.

Eric Holder has announced that he is going to take more stringent measures against so-called “racial profiling” by police officers, meaning that even though most criminals are Black, and most Blacks are criminal, if a cop thinks a Black criminal may be a criminal and acts accordingly, they will be breaking the law and could receive severe punishment (up to and including being crucified on national media, à la Darren Wilson, apparently).

It matters not that every single fact of the Ferguson case–demonstrated in a court of law–shows that Michael Brown was a typical Black monster who had just robbed a convenient store, and that Darren Wilson was completely innocent and acting out of self-defense when he shot him. Our chimp overlords are making it clear that they are still going to use the case as an excuse to oppress White Americans in every way possible.

Is Attorney General Eric Holder—the chief lawyer of the U.S. Government—really ignorant enough to not know the facts of the Ferguson case? No, of course not. Admittedly, African ape-people are not very bright—even those who occupy high office—but even he is not that ignorant.

We are living in a naked, anti-White tyranny at this point, and I have a feeling it is not going to stop until we make it stop.

Holder said in a speech Monday at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta — where the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. was a pastor — that he will unveil details of the plan soon.

“In the coming days, I will announce updated Justice Department guidance regarding profiling by federal law enforcement. This will institute rigorous new standards — and robust safeguards — to help end racial profiling, once and for all,” Holder said. “This new guidance will codify our commitment to the very highest standards of fair and effective policing.”

The president instructed Holder to hold regional meetings on building trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve after the conflicts in Ferguson. Monday’s meeting in Atlanta was the first.

Tensions between police and the community in Ferguson boiled over after a white police officer shot an unarmed black teenager in August. Protests turned violent again last week, after a grand jury declined to indict officer Darren Wilson in Michael Brown’s death.

During Holder’s speech, he was interrupted by about a dozen or so protesters holding signs and chanting “No justice, no peace.” Holder let them continue for about two minutes before they were escorted out by security, but then later said, “Let me make one thing clear, I ain’t mad at cha,” referencing the song by the late rapper Tupac.

“It is through that level of involvement, that level of concern, and I hope a level of perseverance and commitment, that change ultimately will come,” Holder said of the protesters.

I can’t think of anyone ever who was ever more fit to fill the role of U.S. Attorney General, can you?

We are struck here by how absolutely normal this guy is, how here is totally the kind of guy who you would want to have as a neighbor, who you would let look after your kids while you run to the store or trust to feed and walk your dogs while you were on vacation.

Meanwhile, Michael Brown was a criminal who had just robbed a poor little Paki guy (please don’t say again that he is Bangladeshi – I’m aware, but believe it is funny to call all of those sort of people Pakis).

We are living in a bad acid trip. I never really understood what a bad acid trip was, as all of my acid trips were good. Now I understand – it is when nothing makes any logical sense, reality appears to be collapsing, and everything is coming at you without mercy and without attempting to explain why it is coming at you.
