A man who killed an armed robber after he turned up at his house demanding money has been jailed for five years.

Patrick Phinn, 49, stabbed Ronald Pattison 17 times at his home in Easterhouse, Glasgow, in September 2018.

The High Court in Glasgow heard that Pattison, who had a knife, had threatened to kill Phinn and his partner.

A fight broke out and Phinn grabbed a knife which he used to stab Pattison.

He was originally charged with murdering the 38-year-old, but a jury found him guilty of the reduced charge of culpable homicide.

Lord Matthews told Phinn: “It is difficult to think of circumstances where provocation is more appropriate than this.

“This was extreme in the circumstances.

“However, the jury was satisfied that you went beyond what was necessary.”

It wasn’t even his knife! The robber brought the knife! And his wife was in the bed with him!

This is literally the most justified killing in all of history.

As I understand this, the court is accepting that it is reasonable that if a man breaks into your home with a knife and you manage to wrestle the knife from him, you’re allowed to stab him.

They’re saying that he should have limited the number of punctures. 

He stabbed him 17 times and that was “beyond what was necessary” – how many times would have been within the bounds of what was necessary? 16 time? 9 times? If the judge is saying this, he should be required to say how many stab wounds are reasonable to bring down an adult male, who is 38 and strong and healthy looking.

Of all the stories you hear about the shit that goes on in the UK, this is particularly staggering to me.

What is even the accusation associated with the claim he stabbed him too many times? That he stabbed him too many times out of anger, so it became a crime?

I would like to see if the court documents are available on this case, because I’m fascinated and want to know how this even happens.

For instance: how did they establish the motive as being something other than self-defense? 

I suppose the takeaway is that in modern society we are so separated from violence as a rule that we don’t understand how the fight or flight mechanism of the human psyche works. But surely, they could have brought in an expert to testify that when your life is threatened and your brain settles on fight as the method of dealing with the threat, your conscious thoughts shut off and you enter into an animal mode. This is well documented and well understood, it isn’t some kind of mystery.

I mean, I guess in the UK you only serve half your sentence, but imagine being 49-years-old and having to go to prison for two and a half years because someone broke into your house to rob you.

I am just baffled.

Dozens of Jamaican criminals whose deportation was blocked by judges at the last minute included a knife killer and a rapist, prompting anger from government figures tired of the “farce” of judicial review.

There was something of a controversy surrounding the charter flight, which originally involved up to fifty serious criminals, because the migrants involved came to Britain in their youth — although the general public seemed markedly less concerned about it than left-liberal politicians and members of the establishment media.

In the end, only 17 criminals were successfully deported, after the Court of Appeal decided that a three-day mobile phone mast outage meant that another 25 did not have adequate access to legal advice on their cases.

The 25 rescued criminals, who may now have to be released on bail while the Government seeks to rectify the situation, included Fitzroy Daley, who stabbed a man to death outside a pub in London, and Fabian Henry, who “raped a teenage girl in Bristol and groomed and abducted another”, according to The Times.

How the hell is this even a real country?

If I read a novel about the stuff that actually happens in Britain on a daily basis, I’d probably throw it in the trash halfway because of how unrealistic it would seem.

Then I’d go to the store I bought it from and punch the clerk in the face.

The Government is said to be deeply unhappy with the judges’ eleventh-hour interference in the deportations, with Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s much-maligned chief adviser Dominic Cummings remarking that “urgent action on the farce that judicial review has become” is required.

Johnson’s administration has indicated that it intends to curb judges’ relatively new powers to interfere with political decisions, having already lost a great deal of patience with the Tony Blair created Supreme Court of the United Kingdom for its repeated interventions on Brexit.

On February 13th Johnson appointed Suella Braverman as the Government’s new Attorney-General in a government reshuffle, who wrote an article in late January warning that Brexit would involve “taking back control” not just from unelected foreign officials but from unelected judges as well.

The judiciary, she suggested, has “stretched beyond recognition” the concept of “human rights” in order to increase their own power — and that this would have to change.

Yes, this supposedly right-wing, supposedly racist, supposedly conservative government just put a streetshitterette married to a Jew in charge of justice on the Isle of Cuckistan.

The corporation’s flagship Newsnight programme flew out correspondent James Clayton to the Caribbean country to interview some of the deportees — although not the more obviously unsympathetic ones, such as killer Daley and rapist Henry — and plastered their social media feeds with videos of them claiming to feel British, to miss their families, and to be facing hardship.

One such clip shows one Rupert Smith complaining that he feels “numb”, “hurt”, and “wounded” by his experience. It does not go into details about the crime(s) he was convicted for, although reports elsewhere indicate he launched a brutal attack on someone with a metal wrench.

Similarly, Rayan Crawford is presented as a “registered disabled” man deported to Jamaica “after being convicted for burglarly”.

However, in a report on its website the BBC admits Crawford was in fact “convicted 10 times for a total of 22 offences, including the burglary.”

I am absolutely shocked that the Jew-controlled media is doing what it’s always done, and what it’ll always do.

I am also shocked that the capital of Cuckdom even deported just a couple of them.

But whether they’re criminals or not shouldn’t matter; the only thing that should matter is that they’re non-White.

And none of them belong in Europe.

Sharron Davies, a British Olympian, has had accusations of “hate” thrown her way after saying that transgender athletes should be barred from competing against biological women.

Among other awards, Davies won a silver medal in swimming at the 1980 Olympics in Moscow. However, she is now under fire for comments about transgender athletes that some are calling “transphobic.”

”Every single woman athlete I’ve spoken to, and I have spoken to many, all of my friends in international sports, understand and feels the same way as me,” Davies added.

Davies also noted that it is incumbent upon athletes from the past to speak out for women’s rights.

The UK has Moslems running around with ISIS flags talking about a violent Islamic takeover of the country.

Anjem Choudary – an evangelical street Moslem – was convicted of encouraging people to join ISIS and helping them get to Syria to join, and he was released early last month after serving only half of a five and a half year sentence. His group itself was never banned.

National Action is a white activist group who argues that Britain should be taken over by the British – that is, that the pre-war demographics of the country should be restored. They never supported or engaged in terrorism – all they did was protest.

The group was banned and members sent to prison for being terrorists. Because the antifa claim that pro-white ideas are a form of violence and terrorism is state policy on Cuck Island.

A couple who named their baby after Adolf Hitler have been found guilty of being members of a banned terrorist group.

Adam Thomas, 22, and Claudia Patatas, 38, from Banbury, along with Daniel Bogunovic, 27, from Leicester, were convicted of being in National Action.

Birmingham Crown Court heard the couple gave their child the middle name Adolf in honour of the Nazi leader.

Jurors saw images of Thomas in Ku Klux Klan robes while cradling his baby.

The Neo-Nazi terrorist group National Action, founded in 2013, was outlawed under anti-terror legislation three years later after it celebrated the murder of Labour MP Jo Cox.

Again, just to be clear here: they never were caught with any weapons (other than knives, lol), never caught planning any terrorist attacks, never accused of doing violence or planning violence, nothing.

They are labeled a terrorist group by both the government and the British media because their ideas are allegedly terrorizing.

Prosecutors said the Midlands chapter of the group “shed one skin for another” and “rebranded” after being banned.

They said the case was about “a specific type of terror… born out of fanatical and tribal belief in white supremacy”.

Thomas told the court that the pictures showing him wearing KKK clothing were “just play”, but he admitted being a racist.

He’s got a kid with a woman twice his age, he gave his son the middle name “Adolf,” and these pictures he took are hella cringe, even if they were intended to be ironic.

The Sick Fact

The sick fact of the matter is that I can mock Britain over this, but the exact same thing is happening in the United States.

What the Justice Department has done to RAM and the Proud Boys is not different than what the Brits have done to National Action. They just did it in a more roundabout, convoluted, confusing way.

Ultimately, it doesn’t matter if the government just declares you a terrorist group because of your ideas, or if the government sends their Antifa agents to attack you then claims you’re a gang for defending yourself.

It might in fact be better to be in the British situation – at least they know where they stand. Americans are told they have freedom of speech, and they don’t realize they don’t have it until they cross a certain line.

We might have a little bit more freedom in America than in Western Europe – but just barely. A senior London Metropolitan police officer could face being sacked for using alleged racist language after telling colleagues they need to be “whiter than white” while carrying out inquiries – words of a racist or PC gone mad?

The detective superintendent, who works in the Met’s anti-corruption, faces the possibility of an internal investigation for gross misconduct for a phrase the Plain English Campaign characterizes as meaning “morally beyond reproach.”

According to the Evening Standard, the Met received a complaint after the briefing led by the senior Scotland Yard officer in question, who have since passed it to the police watchdog for investigation.

While the Independent Office for Police Conduct investigates the complaint, the officer will be on restricted duties – an inquiry that could take up to 12 months to complete. The highly respected officer denies any wrongdoing and is said to be cooperating fully with the investigation.

The inquiry into the senior police officer’s conduct has prompted accusations on social media that describe the rebuke as “Orwellian” and such a trivial complaint undermines the pursuit of equal rights. Others have insisted the phrase ‘whiter than white’ is merely a “figure of speech.”

Extra stop-and-search powers have been granted to police as the Notting Hill Carnival got under way in west London.

Scotland Yard imposed the Section 60 order from 09:00 BST until midnight following “incidents of violence… across the city over the last week”.

Over two days there were five separate shootings while a man was fatally stabbed in Deptford on Saturday night.

One million people are expected at the Carnival over the weekend with Sunday known as family day.

A magistrate defending his family against an armed gang who stormed his home ended up being arrested himself – and accused of a racially aggravated assault.

Police detained Nigel Stringer for three hours and he remains under investigation while the gang – believed to have been armed with a gun, knives, metal bars and a crossbow – were allowed to leave.

The 67-year-old, who has been a magistrate for 26 years, is now standing down to pursue a private prosecution against the men.

His wife Cindy, 55, says she lives in constant fear following the terrifying events of January 14.

Mr Stringer says justice ‘runs in my blood’, with his grandfather and parents having careers in policing.

But he said: ‘They would all turn in their graves to know that modern political correctness caused my son and I to be taken from our home for defending our family.

‘In detaining us the police left my wife and daughters unprotected with some of the gang still in and around our garden.’

The millionaire property developer believes the incident – during which both sides allegedly used the racially incendiary n-word – may have arisen from a bitter dispute with a tenant over rent arrears.

Mr Stringer was enjoying a Sunday afternoon with his wife and three children aged 26, 24 and 22 at their £2million, 40-room home in Morningthorpe, near Norwich, when three cars pulled up at the gates and a group of men climbed into the grounds.

He rang 999. ‘I told the operator we were under attack,’ he said. ‘I could see at least three men running between the trees. One had a weapon which looked like a crossbow. The others had steel bars.’

When a fourth man armed with what appeared to be a handgun started banging on their glass front door, Mr Stringer said he was compelled to act. He grabbed a child’s hockey stick and confronted the intruder.

‘My son told me he had seen a gun,’ he said. ‘I went outside and I kept shouting loudly at him to leave and that the police were on the way.

‘I used my hands and the stick to push him away from the house. He kept punching and kicking me. I was by that time bruised, bleeding and utterly exhausted.’

Mr Stringer said he was then horrified to see four other men on the other side of a hedge urging their companion with phrases such as: ‘Go on my n*****, slog him.’

He said: ‘I had no strength left, I only had my voice and I tried to find the most shocking words to shout, thinking that if they came through that hedge we could be killed. There was nobody there to save us, we were alone.

‘Using their own words, I shouted ‘and if you n*****s come into my garden I will f***ing hit you with this’. I merely flung their own words back at them. I am not racist.’

The other men retreated to their cars by the gate, where they stood holding a crossbow, claimed Mr Stringer. 

Moments before police arrived, the remaining intruder made a 999 call saying he had been attacked by two men, suffered numerous injuries and racially abused.

Five police cars then arrived and officers arrested Mr Stringer and his son on suspicion of a racially aggravated attack. Police briefly questioned the men at the gate but none was arrested.

He said police were uninterested in the injuries he suffered and told him the gang had simply entered his garden as civil trespassers and ‘done nothing wrong’. Mr Stringer said he later discovered a discarded metal bar and three knives.

Within weeks he was informed that police had closed the file about the trespass.

This is something that just a couple years ago you would have said “oh this has to be satire.”

But now it’s just like “yeah, of course if your house is attacked by a nigger gang with weapons and you try to defend yourself they’ll let them go and arrest you for being a racist.”

It’s illegal to defend yourself from burglars in the United Kingdom.

The law doesn’t put it that way, of course, but that’s the reality. Every year, British citizens go to prison, often for years, because they had the audacity to strike back at burglars who were inside their homes helping themselves to their possessions.

The latest victim of this corrupt and insane system is a 78-year-old pensioner from London.

Evening Standard:

A pensioner has been arrested after stabbing to death a suspected armed burglar he confronted in his home early today.

The 78-year-old was asleep with his wife in their south London house when he heard noises and woke to challenge two men in the middle of a suspected break-in.

The homeowner was confronted by one of the intruders who was armed with a screwdriver and forced to retreat into his kitchen.

Police said there was a struggle in the kitchen and the 37-year-old suspected burglar sustained a stab wound to his chest. The man was rushed to hospital but died at 3.37am.

The second suspect – who police say was also armed – escaped and is being sought by police after the incident in Hither Green, south east London.

He was initially arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm but re-arrested on suspicion of murder. He was in custody at a south London police today.
