Jokes are officially illegal. What now, Zoomers?

It’s normal to play pranks as kids.

Who didn’t put a whoopee cushion under a teacher’s seat?

Who didn’t swap the salt and sugar from their bottles?

Who didn’t put up an ad selling a Black classmate as a slave on Craigslist?

Now apparently some – or all – of the above are considered “hate crimes.”

Only if you’re a White boy tho.

Why not just ban fun altogether while you’re at it, boomers?

ABC News:

An Illinois teen has been arrested for a hate crime for allegedly placing a racist ad on Craigslist that included a photo of an African American classmate.

The teen, who is a student at Naperville High School, appeared in court on Wednesday morning on two counts of felony hate crime and one count of disorderly conduct, police said in a news release.

Authorities allege that the student took a photograph of a classmate while at school on Nov. 14 and then posted an ad on Craigslist with the photograph and caption “Slave for sale (Naperville),” police said.

The ad also included an offensive racial slur, officials said.

Police began investigating on Nov. 18 when they became aware of the incident and later identified the juvenile suspect as the person who allegedly posted the ad.

Naperville Chief of Police Robert Marshall described the ad as a “despicable and extremely offensive post.”

“Every single person deserves the right to feel safe and welcome in our community, and this department will continue to strive to make that a reality by thoroughly investigating any allegations of hate crimes and bringing those found responsible to justice,” Marshall said. “I would like to express my appreciation to our school resource officer and supervisor who conducted a timely, thorough, detailed investigation.”

The DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert B. Berlin called the case “beyond disturbing.”

“Hate crimes have no place in our society and will not be tolerated in DuPage County. Anyone, regardless of age, accused of such disgraceful actions will be charged accordingly. I would like to thank the Naperville Police Department for their work on this case. I would also like to thank Assistant State’s Attorney Lee Roupas for his efforts on this case,” Berlin said.

“Extremely offensive.”

“Beyond disturbing.”

These people are describing a young boy (presumably) making a post on the internet.

You’d think he had gutted a bunch of hookers by the way these retards are reacting.

Then again, if he’d have been a serial killer, they probably would have done some kind of Netflix series about him instead of calling his acts “offensive” and “disturbing.” He’d be portrayed as a cool, dark figure with a mysterious, troubled past.

So America is now entering an era where a teenage boy making an obviously non-serious post on the internet can now be slapped with felony charges.

If I were a YouTuber, this is the part of the article where I’d transition into shilling for some kind of VPN service, but, well, none of these companies are apparently interested in partnering with us. Plz donate.

But yeah, kids. When you’re doing funny pranks on the internet, you probably should be using a VPN. Even if what you’re doing isn’t illegal, that doesn’t mean the overzealous police department in your city won’t charge you with something and ruin your life, even if you’re exonerated in the end.

Most stories about crimes committed by guys on Craigslist are false, but the ones that are true usually involve non-Whites.

Fox News:

A jury convicted a local man for the May 2015 killing a 19-year-old SIUE student after he lured the victim by responding to a Craigslist ad.

The suspect, Michael Gordon, was convicted of first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Clark, a St. Jacob, Illinois native, was trying to sell his car on Craigslist and Gordon responded to the ad. Police said Clark met Gordon at the business where Gordon was supposedly going to test drive the car during his lunch break. Instead, investigators said Gordon shot Clark in the head and killing him. Gordon then tried to hide Clark’s body and returned to work.

Clark’s body and his car were found the next day.

Hardaway (L), Galloway (M) and Williams (R) all had previous crimes on their records.

Wilmington Police arrested three men in connection to an attempted armed robbery in the 200 block of Lullwater Drive around 12:48 p.m. Wednesday.

According to the WPD, the victim was attempting to sell a rifle to three potential buyers he had met through Craigslist.

As the victim handed over rifle, one suspect took the gun and pointed it back at him. The victim then pulled out a pistol and told the suspect to drop the gun because it was not loaded.

The victim then made all three suspects lay on the ground as he ran away from the scene and called 911.

Officers responded and were able to apprehend the three suspects: Edvis Miquem Galloway, 24, Savon Khalif Hardaway, 18, and Kalmeaice Kawanna Williams, 38.

Officers charged Galloway, Hardaway and Williams with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy robbery with a dangerous weapon. They were placed in the New Hanover County Jail under a $500,000 secured bond.

Galloway and Hardaway were among several suspects arrested in August on multiple drug and gun charges after police pulled their vehicle over for not having a tag or working brake lights.

Police searched the car and found a 357 revolver, 25 bags of marijuana each weighing 134 grams, and 2 red bandanas.

Galloway was also involved in a stabbing incident in April of this year. According to eyewitnesses, Galloway was approached by several men and stabbed while walking to Freedom House Mini Market on Chestnut Street.

Police arrested three brothers, Adrian, William, and Antonio Point, in connection to Galloway’s stabbing.

REPEAT OFFENDER

Dating back to 2008, Kalmeaice Williams has faced several charges such as assault on a female, financial card theft, and robbery with a dangerous weapon. However, he keeps getting out of jail.

District Attorney Ben David said that this can happen for many different reasons and it’s not because judges and prosecutors are apathetic.

David said that criminal history and specific sentencing do play a factor in how long a suspect stays behind bars. He said that Williams has finally reached the point where he’s gone too far.

“Sometimes you have to build the right amount of evidence and the right amount of time with a record in order to be in a position to go after maximum justice and that point is here for Kalmeaice Williams,” David explained.

David said Williams could be in jail for a matter of years rather than months following this latest charge.

Daniel John Zeitz was shot by the sow when he refused to give up the Playstation.

Two people are in custody for the fatal shooting of a man during what Sandy Springs police said was the attempted theft of a video gaming system the victim was trying to sell on Craigslist.

The alleged shooter in the Friday night incident is a 16-year-old girl whose 16-month-old baby was only feet away at the time of the robbery and shooting, according to Sandy Springs police Sgt. Ron Momon.

Daniel John Zeitz, 28, of Roswell, had listed a PS4 gaming system for sale on Craigslist, and about 9:30 p.m., went to the parking lot of an apartment on Treelodge Parkway to meet a potential buyer, Momon said.

There, he met 20-year-old Nathaniel Vivian and a 16-year-old girl, whose name has not been released.

Momon said the pair tried to rob Zeitz of the PS4, and Vivian, who was in the driver’s seat of a car, struggled with Zeitz, who was standing outside the car, for the gaming system.

During the struggle, the girl fired a shot from a .25 caliber handgun, and the bullet passed through Vivian’s hand and struck Zeitz in the side of his chest, killing him.

Vivian and the girl were later arrested when they went to Northside Hospital for treatment of Vivian’s gunshot wound to the hand, Momon said.

Nathaniel Vivian was trying to steal the games machine, when the girl fired the gun through his hand and into Daniels side.

“Brookhaven police were at the hospital interviewing the injured man, who told them he was a victim of a crime in Brookhaven, but later told them he was shot while he and his girlfriend were at the Legends of Dunwoody Apartments to rob a man of his PS4 video gaming system that was advertised on Craigslist,” Momon said.

“Detectives also learned that the juvenile’s infant child, approximately 16 months, was in the back seat of the car during the robbery and shooting,” he said.

Vivian is being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail. The girl also remains in custody, and the child was later turned over to her relatives.

The gun was recovered from the suspects’ car.

Zeitz was known by the name “Phobos” in online gaming circles, and one of his online gaming teammates set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for Zeitz’s funeral expenses. By Monday afternoon, the page had raised more than $10,000.

A video about Zeitz’s killing posted by a friend Saturday on YouTube has been viewed nearly 20,000 times.

Jim Sanders home was invaded after he advertised a ring on craigslist. The Non-White gang tied his wife up and beat his 14-year-old son, before finally shooting and killing him.

Thanks to a technicality, a widow and her orphaned children are now going to have to go through the pain all over again, as they relive the murder of their father and husband.

The White family had advertised a ring on craigslist and were expecting a couple to come around and buy it, but instead a gang of ‘pure evil’ Non-White subhumans turned up and terrorised them all, before finally brutally killing the head of the family in front of them.

The thugs have already been found guilty once before, but now the lawyers are rubbing their hands with glee again, as they get to drain even more blood money out of the case and the wicked chimp gets to put the surviving victims through it all over again, for a second time.

Animals dont get the right to a fair trial, if they kill, then they get put down. The same rules should apply to these animals.

Only those people who have it within their racial soul to create a system for ensuring justice, should have recourse to using one. Allowing Blacks to make use of our system of law just makes a mockery of justice.

All four savages were found guilty, but now one of them has had the conviction overturned on a technicality.

From KIROTV:

One of the four so-called Craigslist killers will get a new trial after the Washington State Appeals Court overturned his 2011 murder conviction.

Clabon Berniard, 27, was found guilty in the murder of Jim Sanders during a robbery at Sanders’ home in Edgewood on April, 2010.

Sanders and his wife had placed an ad on Craigslist to sell a ring. Their home was invaded and Sanders was shot to death. Berniard, Amanda Knight, Kyoshi Higashi and Joshua Reese were convicted of plotting the robbery and murder.

Berniard’s conviction was thrown out when the appeals court ruled Pierce County Superior Court Judge Roseanne Buckner acted improperly by dismissing a juror during the deliberation phase of his trial.

Clabon Berniard will now have to be tried again.

The juror, identified only as juror 2, told court officials she was emotionally and mentally distraught because of the case saying, she was afraid “that all the jurors would be against her.”  The juror never indicated whether she thought Berniard was guilty or innocent.

The court also ruled that a Pierce County sheriff’s detective should not have been allowed to testify that Berniard was identified as one of the robbers by co-defendant Higashi because Higashi was never called to testify, denying Berniard his constitutional right to confront an accusing witness.

Pierce County prosecuting attorney Mark Lindquist said his office is prepared to try Berniard a second time.

“Our evidence remains strong, we will retry the case, we will get another conviction,” Lindquist said. “I’m sorry the Sanders family has to go through this a second time.”

No new trial date has been set.
