Even black people who work are not safe from normal blacks.

They can’t even give them a discount without getting the gun put up at them.

A Cleveland Burger King employee was held at gunpoint by an irate customer — who didn’t like being given a $3 discount on his meal.

Howard Vernon, 38, was working the drive-thru Easter morning when an customer came through his lane, ordering two sausage egg and cheese croissants, a sausage biscuit and hash browns around 9 a.m., the employee told Cleveland 19.

The total came out to around $8, three dollars less than the normal cost due to the special running at the time.

“He was like: ‘My order can’t be right it should be like $11,’ and I’m like trying to explain to him that we had a promotion going on and it’s cheaper, and he started cussing and getting all loud,” father-of-10 Vernon told the outlet.

“I was like I don’t know what to tell you I don’t know why you want to pay more money,” he continued.

“To know that somebody would do something like that just because I’m trying to give you a better deal and it flip out like that, it is scary,”

“After I thought about it afterwards, it had me shook up a little bit… what if he did shoot me and kill me you know? I have 10 kids! I would have been leaving all my kids,” Vernon said.

Let this be a lesson: don’t ever give anything to the blacks.

They will only resent you for it.

Kia and Hyundai are both Korean companies.

Korea doesn’t have black people, and thus they do not have a problem with car theft.

If they are going to export cars to countries with black people, they need to make them very difficult to steal. That is just common sense.

The city of Baltimore has filed a federal lawsuit against car manufacturers Kia and Hyundai, joining a number of cities who say the companies created a public nuisance by making cars that can be easily stolen.

“Hyundai and Kia’s decision to put cost savings and profits over public safety has had significant consequences for Baltimore and its residents, as it has in other cities,” the lawsuit says.

Car thefts in the city have nearly doubled this year compared to the same time last year, part of a nationwide trend after videos showing how to easily steal the vehicles racked up millions of views on TikTok.

Certain Kia or Hyundai models can be stolen using a screwdriver and a USB charging cord.

Cleveland, St. Louis and Seattle are among the other cities that started suing the the car companies earlier this year. Baltimore’s lawsuit says the companies “failed to keep up with industry standards,” and claim it was a result of business decisions made to reduce costs and boost profits “notwithstanding decades of academic literature and research supporting the deterrent effects” of anti-theft technology.

“The dramatically increased rate of Hyundai and Kia theft in Baltimore has required city and police resources that would not have been needed but for Hyundai and Kia’s deliberate failures,” the lawsuit says. “Car thieves — many of them teenagers— take advantage of these failures and engage in reckless driving, creating substantial safety risks to themselves and Baltimore residents and their property.”

In February, 54-year-old Alfred Fincher was killed in East Baltimore after a man driving a stolen Hyundai fled from police, ran a red light on North Avenue, crashed into another vehicle and then smashed into Fincher, causing a vacant building to come tumbling down on both vehicles.

Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown recently joined 17 other local prosecutors in calling on the federal government to issue a recall for particular Hyundai and Kia models that have been stolen at increased rates within the past year.

It’s a funny story, I guess.

After years of protests from fans and Native American groups, the Cleveland Indians have decided to change their team name, moving away from a moniker that has long been criticized as racist, three people familiar with the decision said Sunday.

The move follows a decision by the Washington Football Team of the N.F.L. in July to stop using a name long considered a racial slur, and is part of a larger national conversation about race that magnified this year amid protests of systemic racism and police violence.

Cleveland could announce its plans as soon as this week, according to the three people, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly on the matter.

It is not immediately clear what Cleveland’s exact steps will be beyond dropping the Indians name. The transition to a new name involves many logistical considerations, including work with uniform manufacturers and companies that produce other team equipment and stadium signage.

One of the people said Cleveland planned to keep the Indians name and uniforms for the 2021 season while working to shift as early as 2022.

Cleveland spent much of the year before the 2019 season phasing out the logos and imagery of the cartoon mascot Chief Wahoo.

Kinda sad about Chief Wahoo.

But frankly, he was already replaced with Slider, a purple monster.

He’s still in prison for scalping Mr. Red.

I think Mr. Red had it coming, but “had it coming” doesn’t work in Baseball Court, unfortunately.

One option that the team is considering, two of the people said, is moving forward without a replacement name — similar to how the Washington Football Team proceeded — then coming up with a new name in consultation with the public.

The Cleveland baseball franchise has been known as the Indians since 1915, but Native American groups and others have for decades opposed the use of Indigenous names, mascots and imagery for sports teams, insisting they are demeaning and racist. Cleveland’s name and Washington’s old name were considered among the most high-profile examples and were the targets of widespread campaigns for change.

The Cleveland team did not immediately comment.

I will tell you this: as someone born and raised in Ohio, I’ve never watched a baseball game, but I’ve owned quite a few Cleveland Indians baseball caps.

And frankly, the squared “C” looks best on the hat.

I don’t wear baseball caps, as a rule, because it’s ridiculous. But when I do, I go for that dark red on dark blue. I like the red bill, though I typically go with the solid blue hat.

A couple years ago, I had one of the spring training caps, which I liked, even though it was a bit flamboyant (it was also fitted, which is always annoying – it’s virtually impossible to get the right size, and then if you do, you sweat and it shrinks).

What we need to do is make sure that we don’t end up with that other C.

That is literally the worst C ever.

I think they thought it looked like a raptor claw.

A Cleveland woman faces felony charges after reportedly hitting four people and two dogs on three different days in Westlake.

Police say they were first called on April 4 to a home on Caroline Circle for a 22-year-old woman who was hit by a car while she was walking to the mailbox. Police say the victim lost consciousness for a time, but was later able to walk home and call for help, and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The second incident happened on April 7 when police were called to Cahoon Road for two people who suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car while walking their dog. This happened on the sidewalk near White Oaks Restaurant.

The woman who called 911 said she and her friend ran into a nearby apartment complex because it looked like the vehicle was “coming back.” She told the dispatcher she was bleeding from her head and that her back hurt as she was walking to the officer who came to the scene.

While on scene, police were able to get a description of the vehicle and spotted it in the area of Dover and Dominon. Authorities questioned 24-year-old Shayla Harris, who had visible damage to her car, and later arrested her. Harris stated the damage was done to her car after she hit a deer.

While in custody, Harris also apparently admitted to hitting a fourth person, a 52-year-old Westlake resident who was walking his dog in Bay Village on April 1.

“Trust me, I’m a doctor police officer.”

I’m so happy that the United Kingdom has finally started to address all of its problems in the proper manner.

Police are giving heroin to the worst addicts to stop them committing crimes.

Cleveland Police in Middlesbrough, which has the highest rate of drug-related deaths in Britain, spent more than £11,000 on diamorphine to give to 11 of the district’s most entrenched addicts.

That’s a small price to pay for the well-being of the oppressed People of Addict.

None of the 11 addicts who injected themselves with diamorphine under supervision for the project had re-offended in the 15 weeks since the scheme was launched.

One addict called the scheme, which started in October, ‘the chance of a lifetime’.

Addicts’ opinions about the object of their addiction are very valid and relevant, yes.

One woman is now looking at entering rehab and one participant is reducing his diamorphine intake.

The addicts have also put on weight and look healthier and can begin to address the cause of their addiction now they are not looking for street heroin and committing crime to pay for it.

What an entrepreneurial woman. She’ll definitely think the same once the supply stops.

It’s a self-evident fact that addicts need to indulge in their addiction in order to fight their addiction.

Cleveland police and crime commissioner Barry Coppinger said the 11 participants had committed more than 900 detected crimes and their offending had cost the taxpayer £3.7 million, using an official calculation method.

Mr Coppinger hoped to expand the scheme to other areas using money seized from criminals.

He said: “It’s my intention to use funding seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act to go back into our communities, to repair the harm that the illegal drug trade has wrought not only to those on the programme, but to our entire society.”

Clinical lead Danny Ahmed said: “Evidence from countries like Canada and Switzerland told us that heroin assisted treatment could work here in Middlesbrough, but I continue to be impressed with overwhelming change in our participants in such a short time frame.

“The majority of these individuals have battled addiction for decades and they are finally able to lift their head out of the daily struggle of substance use and look forward to living life.”

The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is searching for the man accused in the brutal attack and murder of a Cleveland landscaper.

Sedrick Hawkins, 24, is wanted for aggravated murder.

Marshals said Hawkins broke into the landscaping business on Buckeye Road in Cleveland on Sept. 16 and beat 74-year-old Larry Manno. Hawkins is also suspected of robbing the victim.

Manno suffered broken ribs and lacerations, and died from his injuries a month later. He was well known in the Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood, where residents said he was dedicated to keeping the area safe.

Hawkins is 5 foot 9 and 150 pounds. He is known to frequent the area of East 130th Street and Buckeye Road.

What’s the point in putting your own life at risk to try and stop a bunch of Africans from acting like Africans?

The FOX 8 I-Team has obtained cell phone video that shows a Euclid High School teacher being assaulted as she tried to break up a fight.

The video was taken during the Oct. 8 fight that started with three female students verbally arguing.

“The teacher tried to get the students separated and was moving the one girl out of the way when a large group of students followed,” said Euclid Police Chief Scott Meyer. “The teacher risked her own safety to try and keep the students safe. ”

The cell phone video shows the teacher being punched and pulled to the ground by her hair, then punched some more. The teacher suffered a serious eye injury.

Euclid City Schools resource officer Steve Shubert identified the students involved and met with juvenile prosecutors. Police are asking that felony charges be filed against the students involved in the assault. Cuyahoga County juvenile prosecutors could not be reached to discuss the case.

Police and school officials declined to release security video of the assault at this time.

The teacher is recovering from her injuries and is expected to be OK.

I wonder if she returns to the same school after recovery.

Police in Cleveland, Tennessee, have charged two men with murder in connection with the deaths of a man and woman found dead last week in Bradley County.

Christopher Mardrie Roberson, 37, and Alfonvo Montell Johnson, 45, are each charged with two counts of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and tampering with evidence in the deaths of Jaclyn Carroll-Markcloud and James Ledford, according to a news release from the Cleveland Police Department.

Carroll-Markcloud’s body was found on Sept. 26 in a wooded area off McCann Drive. A day earlier on Sept. 25, not far from where her body was found, police discovered Ledford’s body, which was “concealed” in a 1995 Chevrolet S10 extended cab pickup truck. It was parked on a rocky gravel drive in a far corner of the Fort Hill Cemetery just off the 1000 block of South Ocoee Street, partially hidden by trees between the Hiwassee Mental Health Center and the cemetery.

Carroll-Markcloud was last seen with Ledford in the truck between Sept. 21 and 22, police said.

Cleveland:

Disgraced former judge Lance Mason pleaded guilty Tuesday to aggravated murder and other charges in the fatal November stabbing of his ex-wife, Aisha Fraser.

Mason, clad in an orange jumpsuit and slip-on sandals with gray beard and his hands cuffed in front of him, stood before visiting Judge John G. Haas and admitted to murdering the woman he was married to for a decade.

“I wish to take responsibility for my crimes,” Mason, whose voice began to shake, told Haas.

Haas, a retired Stark County Common Pleas Court judge who took over the case after the judges in the Justice Center recused from the case involving their former colleague, is set to sentence Mason on Sept. 12.

Mason faces a mandatory life in prison in sentence. It will be up to Haas to decide whether to give Mason a shot at parole. He faces a minimum sentence of life with first parole eligibility after 20 years, and a maximum of life without parole.

Mason pleaded guilty to the full indictment that a grand jury handed up in November 2018. Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley’s office refused to drop any of the charges against the 51 year old in exchange for his plea.

Mason told Haas during the hearing Tuesday that he did not want to further prolong the pain his case is causing his family and his ex-wife’s family. He also said he did not want his daughter to have to testify in the case.

O’Malley told a group of reporters after the hearing that his office will push to ensure Mason is never released from prison.

“Domestic violence and this kind of domestic abuse crosses all socioeconomic classes and races, and the reality is we see it too often in this community,” O’Malley said. “By making him accept every count, we’re attempting to send the message to the people in this county that it will not be tolerated.”

Holy heck, I did not know you were ever allowed to say that anymore.

This is actually the same prosecutor who was dealing with the case of the black cop urinating on a little girl at a bus stop, which I wrote about a few days ago.

Michael O’Malley is legitimately fed-up with “this community.”

He should be the one challenging Trump for the nomination.

Mason set out on Nov. 17 to take his ex-wife’s life, O’Malley said. He was “lying in wait” when Fraser showed up at his sister’s home in Shaker Heights to drop off their two children, and attacked the defenseless woman he said.

“He was on a singular mission to murder her that day,” O’Malley said.

O’Malley would not say what enraged Mason. He said he became angry over something that happened a few days earlier, that stemmed from Fraser “just being a parent.”

“There’s nothing, no reason, no act that should ever cause a human being to lash out and murder another human being,” O’Malley said. “I don’t care what he thinks or what he thought justified it. Nothing justifies it.”

Mason’s sister was in the home with the children at the time of the stabbing. She called 911 and told dispatchers that Mason stabbed Fraser, and said she could hear the woman screaming outside. The children could be heard screaming in the background when Mason walked inside and said “I’m so sorry,” according to the recording.

Nothing to be sorry about, champ.

I’m sure she deserved it.

But this is the thing about people from this community: it doesn’t matter how much money you give them, they still behave along the norms of this community.

Rich black people behaving like poor black people is known as “The Bill Cosby Effect” – and it is real.

If Elizabeth Warren wins the election and gives blacks a bunch of free money, then you’re going to see that they cannot possibly handle such gifts.

It’s just so brutally obvious that this is a racial issue. I can’t understand how any people can actually deny this.

A Maple Heights man is charged in a shooting that left a man and a woman dead and another man seriously hurt early Saturday in Cleveland, court records say.

Jermaine Kemp, 40, is charged with two counts of aggravated murder and one count of felonious assault in the case, court records say.

He is not in custody, but a warrant was issued Saturday for his arrest.

Kemp shot Joseph Watson Jr., 41, and Crystal Mahler, 42, just before 2:30 a.m. as they sat in a Dodge Durango on Henritz Avenue at West 47th Street in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood, according to police and court records.

Kemp also shot a 40-year-old man in the neck as the man tried to run from the Durango, court records say. Someone then grabbed the 40-year-old man, forced him into a Ford Focus and drove him to the intersection of East 66th Street and Consul Avenue, according to a police report.

Kemp has a lengthy criminal history that includes prior convictions for attempted felonious assault, domestic violence, drug trafficking and drug possession, according to Cuyahoga County court records.

In 2016, Kemp was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to domestic violence charges stemming from an incident in Cleveland. He was released in August 2018 from the Lorain Correctional Institution, and was still on probation, records say.
